Reviews
The hotel received mixed reviews with guests appreciating the proximity to the airport and friendly staff, but expressing concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities not being available as advertised. Some guests reported issues with bed bugs, dirty rooms, and poor water pressure in showers. On the other hand, the shuttle service, comfortable beds, and pool were praised by several guests.

Just a quick overnight to catch flight in morning. Shuttle driver was awesome, helpful and we had a great conversation. Would stay again

The room was clean the staff was rude you have to pay for your breakfast pool was out of order
- 4/5
The facility is very clean and staff will accommodate your every need with excellent customer service and care. Most of my experience was 5 star. The shuttle feature is awesome Jose is the best.

Convenience
- 1/5
Their phone was not working - apparently for at least two days - and I could not reach them to get a shuttle from the airport. The ordeal took me over an hour and a half just to get to the hotel. And I could not get a hold of anyone anywhere related to four points Sheraton. The customer service was horrible.
- 2/5
It did start off well with a room upgrade so perhaps this was unlike the norm. Stayed in the hotel total of 5 nights. Requested my room to be cleaned every single day. Despite promising to clean the room, staff only did so once out of the 5 nights. Quite disappointed by this Marriott property. Seems like the place is not ran quite efficiently.
- 3.5/5
The hotel was clean. Going into a hotel where people work in hospitality should have happy people working the front desk. The thing that was difficult for us was the smell. We travel often and some hotels have a pleasant fragrance wafting through the entrance and hallways. This smell was overwhelming of a men’s nighttime fragrance and was there for our entire stay. It was strong enough to draw a cough. Big turnoff for us.

The pool is just for show. Everything else is decent.

Staff..asked for wake up call didn't come. Given the wrong room didn't want to give me correct.

The pool and hot tub was under maintenance. The staff mentioned that it was posted on the website but I didn’t see anything. The blanket skirt had stains and the shower door did not close properly.
- 3/5
Says there is a hot tub. Specially picked a place that had a hot tub and it was ‘down for maintenance’. No where on Expedia or their front facing website does it say that. Ice machines didn’t work.

It was a good neighborhood staff was rude , staff aren’t correctly trained i called a week in advance before booking to be sure a 20 year old was allowed to check in and i was told “yes wouldn’t be a problem “ then i get there to check in & all of a sudden the policy is different and there’s nothing the staff can do.

I was very disappointed to find out the pool and hot tub were out of service. We chose this hotel because of the pool & tub amenities.

I have never seen anything like this before. There were huge bugs everywhere in the room, literally the size of my head. It was completely unacceptable and honestly felt like the room should be sealed off until the issue is fixed. This is a serious hygiene problem and no guest should have to experience something like this.
- 2/5
It was very quiet. Room was dirty and kids were running around in the hallway

Had already paid for breakfast but front desk could not find the records. Frugal breakfast with scarce items.
- 2/5
The bed in room 309 the first one as you walk in, was terrible there was a dent/ sinkage towards the middle of the bed I was very uncomfortable, this bed has been over used and should be replaced
- 3/5
It’s too bad. The property was nice
- 2/5
Everyday they had limited items from their very small selections of breakfast. They never restocked anything. By the last day you basically had few choices. They shoveled snow at 11:00 pm waking me up. I asked for a wake up call at 3:00 AM, but they woke me up at 1:00. I was so angry I could not fall back asleep. It was a nightmare experience. Manager lied that I had been given points for my inconvenience. I learned this upon checkout. Hotel is not like any Sheraton I have stayed at before. Oh well. As a Sheraton member, I was shocked.
- 4/5
No. Smoke smell
- 5/5
This hotel was so nice, very quiet clean and close to the banquet hall where we had a wedding to attend. They also had a pool, hot tub, workout room and washers, dryers. Very comfortable and satisfying.
- 4/5
It took exceptionally long for the hotel shuttle to arrive to pick up our family of 5 traveling with two young children. We had to keep calling the hotel for status updates. It was nearly an hour before it arrived. Be careful that you don't get on the Shiller Park Sheraton Four Points shuttle. Their driver did not state which hotel he was from. I happened to ask just before we were on our way to the wrong hotel. The Mt. Prospect staff was pleasant and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
1. The deadbolt on the door would not lock. 2. I could not open the safe.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Far from airport and very basic
- 2/5
Expensive. Coffee pot in room but no coffee. Bar not stocked so no standard drinks. Airport shuttle small bus and fills up and only runs every hour and 20 minutes from airport. Of full bus you have an hour wait and can be an hour wait for airport pickup. No breakfast. Rooms clean and nice.
- 2/5
Chose the hotel for the hot tub and pool. Pool didn’t seem to be heated and was cold. Hot tub was broke and out of service. I believe the chemicals were off in the pool as well as it turned my daughter’s hair green. Put that I was staying with 2 Adults & 2 Kids. Got the king bed suite with pull out couch. Didn’t receive any extra pillows for the pull out couch.

- 3/5
I didn’t like that over my four night stay my room only got cleaned once. I didn’t have towels or toilet paper and no one checked. Hallways had blood drops and didn’t get cleaned during almost my full stay there.
- 1/5
The hotel has allowing random people off the streets. There was a lady doing drugs in the stairway. There were bugs everywhere. The ac didn’t work the staff wasn’t helpful at all.
- 4/5
The staff was incredible but the amenities not so much. The rooms & hallways smelt like people were regularly smoking, no hot water in one of the rooms and unfortunately the hot tub was also out of order which is more understandable but still disappointing.
- 4/5
Continental breakfast was very limited
- 2/5
Didn’t serve free breakfast
- 3/5
I checked in around 12 noon (thankfully they let me check in early) the only issue I had is two more people got assigned my room and came to door with card. Luckily, I had engaged the safety latch, but none the less. I think it was an honest mistake, but still.
- 5/5
Definitely needs some updating, but otherwise a good property. Room was decently clean. Front desk staff were good and friendly. Overall decent for the price and location relative to O'Hare.
- 1/5
No microwave in the rooms and no free breakfast
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
I liked the decor and thought the hotel had a cozy feel to it. The pool/jacuzzi area was quite nice. The only thing I didn’t care for was the shower in the room and I thought the shades didn’t work very well and didn’t keep all the light out in the a.m..
- 5/5
It was very clean and affordable
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable room.
- 2/5
room one the ac didn’t work so at like 1 am we are moving all the luggage to room 2 where it’s only one bed and it was supposed to be 2 beds room 3 was not even clean the bed sheets where not even in the bed and the room was dirty and buy the the time of getting all this stuff fixed it was 3 am when we got to lay down and they didn’t even offer a discount or free credit for the next stay so it was a little bit frustrating
- 1/5
1 room the tv didn’t work, the second room the heater doesn’t work. The pool and hot tub, the water is ice cold. Do not recommend this location at all. We waited an hour for the manager to come upstairs to try a different remote. Every time I called he would say, I’m going. Waited another hour for them to get us a 3rd room by then, we left. 2 hours wasted on trying to get a room a that works.
- 1/5
Rude staff
- 2/5
Staff was great, however the rooms need better lighting in the bathroom. Pillows were small, lamps made buzzing noise.
- 2/5
Hot tub not hot enough. No towels for rooms or pool. Breakfast options not worth $15 per person. No coffee one morning. No French vanilla creamer. Lacked basic hotel necessities.
- 5/5
The pool and hot tub were perfect! Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. We did walk across the street to Wonton to eat dinner and it was fantastic with huge portions. Shuttle runs every hour on the hour.

I had called the hotel when I booked my room notifying them I would be in the next morning early in the morning and rather than booking for that day I would book the day before so I could check in and not have to wait to check early. When I got to the hotel the gentlemen was rude and passive aggressive saying why would I book a day before and I explained the reason and said my room was cancelled I explained I had already paid a month in advance. He said well I still don’t see why you would do that. I was upset and it was clear that the other front Desk workers where uncomfortable with saying or offing me any help he was intimidating and rude. Never offering me another room. I book another room in a different place and left ñ.

The pool was ice cold and there were no pool towels even after asking twice for them. The cleaniliness of the place needs work. Hair in the bathtub. The man that checked us in needs to work on customer service

When we checked in the hotel, the lady at the front desk lacked customer service. She was staring at me and said okay, pay. I said you didn’t say anything I’m standing here. She was checking her phone notifications in the middle of checking us in. That’s probably the reason she gave us room keys that did not work and to a room that was filthy and yet to be cleaned. I believe the manager of housekeeping is the one who helped us and called the front desk to explain the error. She had to ask her multiple times did she make a mistake. She sent us back down and she gave us another room that had a broken door lock, broken bathroom lock, and multiple issues. The day we were checking out the man at the front desk asked another customer did they have a floor preference, which we weren’t asked that. We didn’t receive a smile, a hello, or anything.
- 2/5
Very Limited Amenities, cold unfriendly staff, small room, supplies were not replenished daily. Not accommodating and not a place to stay for more than one night.
- 1/5
On Sunday I asked 3 times for a new pillow and on Monday I asked 2 times a new pillow and I never received it. Bathroom disgusting. I need that the hotel return my money. I didn’t rest because they never brought me a new pillow. The phone at room doesn’t work. I had to walk to the lobby to ask the pillow and they made fun of me. This morning I talked with the receptionist and he committed to give me a points but I don’t know how it works
- 4/5
It was real quit and cleaned only thing was the website said pool was open but it was not when we stayed but the from desk did give us a free meal ticket but she had a group of 3 kids and two adults over all it was nice
- 1/5
Honestly this was the worst hotel I have ever been to, and for the price they are charging they should be ashamed. It should have been a sign not to check in when the front desk's credit card machines weren't working. The first room we were put into had a funky smell of mold and something else awful, and the maintenance had left an air purifier in the room that looked like it was from the 50s. The shower was literally a hole on the floor with a curtain and some sort of solo wooden bench. After going to the front desk to complain, I was given a second room with two beds. It still smelled but not as bad. The room did not appear to be fully cleaned and the bathroom had a used soap bar in the shower. The toilet rocked when you used it, and the shower knob fell off when you grabbed it. The worst part however was when we found someones cockring in one of the two beds. Needless to say we ended up leaving early the next morning. This hotel was on par with what I would expect from a sleazy $50 motel, not a $150 hotel. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place.
- 2/5
The staff was very friendly, and my room was a pretty average room. It was clean, but it seemed like the room had previous water damage or something and there were a couple of holes in the walls. My friends, on the other hand, had a nightmare room twice in a row. We all checked out early to stay at a different hotel. So I would say this hotel is hit or miss.
- 2/5
Advertised as airport hotel with airport shuttle service yet only has one airport run per hour. It’s a bit dingy for the amount of money paid for one night. I’d only recommend it if all the other airport hotels are fully booked.
- 5/5
Room was nice and clean.
- 5/5
Close to my work, convenient to the airport, rooms are great and staff are very friendly.
- 4/5
Bit pricey taxi but not excessive cost. Would recommend
- 5/5
La limpiesa y esta muy tranquilo
- 3/5
The property needs updating. The outside grounds had weeds and looked not maintained well. The staff was limited. The carpet was sticky. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. It was ok. We just slept there.
- 1/5
There was 1/5 of a roll of toilette paper and no spare for the stay. Went to shower and the body wash was totally empty. Told front desk and it has been 45mins and still no soap. Would not recommend and will never stay here again.
- 1/5
The only drinking vessels in the room were two paper coffee cups, so nothing for water or teeth cleaning. When I went to use the bathmat it was already wet. There was cold pizza in the fridge. We phoned for the airport shuttle, waited 20mins,got on the shuttle,on arrival at four points we were told we’d gone to the wrong four points, the staff there were extremely unhelpful,we ended up getting a taxi for 40 dollars
- 3/5
When I checked in there was a whole bunch of old food in the fridge and I was taking a shower this morning and there was someone's hair in the shower very disgusting
- 5/5
Quiet and affordable, good location.
- 3/5
Room was nice and clean. We checked in late after a concert so our original booking wasn’t available and we were “upgraded” to a bed and a couch instead of 2 beds. I didn’t really care because I could sleep on a couch for two nights, and it was our fault for not checking in sooner. But staff was negligent when checking out. I asked a staff member standing behind the front desk if I needed to notify front desk and he said yes, then proceeded to call someone else’s name and not help us. We waited ten-ish minutes for a lady to come out and take our cards. She only asked for our room # and said we were good to go. Wish we could’ve just left, but I was worried when the other staff member told us we have to tell the front desk. Wasted 10 minutes but otherwise it was alright.
- 4/5
The hotel itself was very clean, but the landscaping looked rough. Don't let the cover fool you. It is worth the stay for sure. The area around was safe and not very busy.
- 4/5
Room was very clean, complementary water
- 5/5
Loved it. Everyone was so nice. I would definitely stay there again.
- 2/5
Rude customer service, not accommodating.
- 3/5
The room wasn't clean when I got there
- 5/5
the shuttle service was great. close to the airport and staff was friendly.
- 5/5
It was excellent, nice staff. Bar options. Transportation to and from the airport was the easiest and driver was very nice.
- 1/5
First, we reserved a room with 2 beds. They gave us a room with 1 bed with pull out couch. I ended up covered in bed bug bites. Line at front desk check-in was very slow. Small shuttle (only took 9 people, hourly, 1st come 1st served). Avoid this hitel/Stay elsewhere!
- 5/5
Good to spend the night and take an airplane next day, 15 min no traffic to O’Hare.
- 4/5
The hot tub, and pool were amazing! Very relaxing. The staff were very friendly. The bed was to doe for it was very comfortable, you kind of subk into it. The only down fall to the hotel is the wayer pressure/ heat in the showers. It took nearly 20 MINUTES to get HOT and the pressure sucked. The shower felt like a hose with a kink. Besides that it was great!
- 5/5
was very close to a lot of the places we wanted to go to.
- 5/5
Clean and staff was friendly. They put coffee out in the morning but it was already put away when we checked out at 10:30. It would be nice if it stayed out until at least check out.
- 1/5
The first room that we were given was freezing with no thermostat to regulate the temperature. The second room we were given the tv did not work, they said they would fix it while we were out the next day and they did not. No one picked up or replaced clean towels, we had to ask for fresh ones. The manager was supposed to call me back to make it right, and never did, and hasn't been available when I've reached out.
- 5/5
It was a lovely place to stay
- 1/5
Restaurant with no license so no food …
- 2/5
Images of the property online were misleading.
- 5/5
The hotel was close to the event we were attending and was very clean. We were given keys to a room that had not been cleaned and we were given another that was a junior suite. Well done Four Points
- 3/5
food service unavailable Just okey for rate charged.
- 2/5
Staff was great but our room was filled with cigarette smoke coming from another room one night. Was awful. Staff whom were very nice couldn’t find where it was coming from. They moved us the next day. There were also a few nights with people running in the halls. Won’t stay here again but it was cheaper so you get what you pay for.
- 4/5
Looks clean outside the building and was easy to get in and to get out.
- 1/5
I don’t leave negative reviews often, but this place was gross and everything was broken. In addition, I already left a review on Marriot, and I got a response saying “We’ll let management know” and that’s it. Disappointing all the way around.
- 4/5
The staff was very engaging, accommodating, and pleasant. The property was nicely decorated and updated. The surrounding community felt safe. The only issue I experienced was getting daily housekeeping and clean towels when they failed to clean my room. Otherwise, I had a very pleasant experience.
- 5/5
Checking
- 4/5
I liked the bed, the pillows, the proximity to a lot of restaurants and stores. I don’t mind having my credit card registered but I don’t like having charged $50 at the checkin. I hope it will be refunded when I check out.
- 1/5
Terrible experience with the property
- 3/5
We booked this hotel as it had a pool and hot tub, but they were both down for repairs. Fine, it happens. However, they told us each day it would be repaired "tomorrow", and tomorrow never came over the 4 nights we stayed. I talked to someone who was there before we arrived, and it was out of service while they were there as well supposedly. Room service was only done twice; and one of those times was only after calling front desk when we returned in the evening and had no clean towels or coffee for the next morning. Lastly--and this isn't really the fault of the hotel necessarily--traffic in the area is loud, and the building isn't well sound proofed.
- 4/5
Comfortable and free bus to airport.
- 4/5
Beware of room 339 because most of the things do not work such as the tv and AC. The first night they were booked solid so we had one night in a hot stuffy room. The next day I asked again about resolving these issues and they gave us a new room where everything worked amazingly. Clean and comfy was the second room. We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Convenient location near lots of things we wanted to do in the area and easy to get to/travel to Chicago from.
- 2/5
The hotels is supposed to have dining service, bar service, and a pool, but none were operating…the towels were of terrible quality…they ended up charging us $19 for a toothbrush and two very thin foil slivers of toothpaste, which was supposed to be a $3 charge, but instead, was $19
- 5/5
It was a great stay. I had no issues with anything in the room. It was nice and quiet. Check in and out were quick.
- 2/5
Be aware, this whole review is influenced by the failure to be running a shuttle when we arrived. The whole reason for selecting the property was the shuttle from O'Hare. Called hotel to get shuttle information upon arrival. Front desk clerk said no shuttle. When I asked again she said no shuttle until later! I asked for other arrangements. She said there are none. No offer to pay for cab or other arrangements until shuttle restarted. Caught a cab. That was a $30 ride. They charge 1.5 of meter to go shorter distances; use Uber. Checked Expedia listing and no mention that shuttle didn't run in early afternoon. Next morning when talking to shuttle driver, who I could understand, he says they shut down for a couple of hours but if she had told me where to wait for shuttle, by the time we got to the pick up point it would have been only a 20-30 minute wait. She would only say she could do nothing; no shuttle, she and maid only ones there. Very poor start. So, be aware if you arrive in early afternoon. After that, very average. Grounds not maintained. Halls smell of smoke. Room clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast $15 a person. Morning shuttle on time. Dropped us at wrong end of terminal and those terminals are long. Be aware, there are two Four Points O'Hare. One north and one south of airport. Know which one you are choosing.
- 4/5
Wonderfully clean. Perfectly safe. Value priced. Plan on staying here again.
- 5/5
I had a very comfortable stay and the shuttle to the airport both ways was easy and convenient. The front desk workers were very helpful. I also parked my car there while traveling for a reasonable cost.
- 5/5
Room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay there again. Great overall!

Que nunca encontramos el desayuno y mi tarifa incluía el desayunon
- 5/5
Nice and convenient
- 5/5
Property was great , was not notified in advance of the $200 deposit. But other then that great
- 5/5
Great place to stay prior to coming or going from O’Hare. The staff was really great and attentive to our needs. Thanks so much!
- 5/5
Small pool was perfect for kids
- 3/5
Our room 331 did not have a working thermostat and it made for a cold night sleeping. We did check in late but when we went to the front desk there was no one around.
- 2/5
The hotel was very average and dated. The hot tub did not work, it was very cold and not well kept. Grungy to say the least. The maid didn’t come during the day to turn anything over. The staff was nice but hotel did not live up to standards. We picked the hotel for the hot tub and were a little disappointed. Cleanliness was ok.
- 5/5
Hotel staff where amazing and always cleaning.m the place smelled amazing
