We booked to swim it said pool was open get there and they closed working on it. I ask for refund because circumstances and still haven't got my money back

I had read many good reviews and we travel I40 regularly. We will not be back. Room smelled terrible, everyone seemed to react and we aren't sensitive. The floor was sticky. It looked like they'd cleaned it but not upgraded it in several decades. We will chose different next trip.

Refridgerator truck outside our room turned off and on all night, very loud. Two weeks ago they had a really good breakfast, biscuits and gravy, sausage, potatoes awesome breakfast. This time a small amount of scrambled eggs and exactly 2 sausages in the warmer. Not a good stay.

The location was very convenient to my travel route with easy off / on access. The breakfast was really good. The food variety, preparation and presentation were very well done. I stayed a night on both ends of the trip and would gladly use their facilities for any future travel plans

Room was clean and updated. Water pressure was great Pillows were way too small. Room could have been stocked better. 2 people there was 2 towels 2 wash cloths 2 hand towels. One shampoo and conditioner. Tiny soap. I usually bring a bag of collected little soaps but did not bring anything this time.. figures! The bed wasn't very comfortable either. Oh and lights were too bright

Rooms are quiet and right off I40. Super convenient for traveling.

We were on a long road trip and needed a place just to sleep and then get on the road again. This hotel was great for that. Lobby updated and very nice. The staff informative and friendly. Room needs updating having the old hotel smell, older carpeting and popcorn ceilings. But the room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Good shower pressure but the towels very thin. Nice size fridge. Had a coffee pot and microwave. Hotel was surprisingly quiet during the night. Free breakfast was hot and delicious: scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages, biscuits and gravy, plus the usual cereal and muffins. This hotel is your basic place to stay on a road trip on par for the money.

Everything was clean and neat. I had a smoking room, but no ash trays. My side of the bed was wore down and I felt like I might fall off it.

I went by the rating looking for a place to layover. I didn't believe an off-the-interstate, lesser brand motel would live up to the hype. It did! The only downfall was the motel odor found in every motel across the country, it seems. Great bed. Soft carpet. Clean, efficient shower. The kindest staff. A real delight when needed a place to sleep for the night.

This property was excellent. Donna was amazing and so friendly. Breakfast was better than the big chains.

Dated. Looks like a room you would take a hooker to. It did not even have USB plug-ins. They didn’t even have half-and-half for the coffee! When we checked in and asked the lady at the counter how she was doing she said bored! While we were in our room we heard Glass shattering loudly outside. When I went outside it was a sconce light that had fallen from above the archway right next to a vehicle! I told the staff about it and they semi-swept it up but wh the vehicle left it crushed a lot of glass under its tire. There was very little effort put into cleaning up the glass! I am very glad it was not my vehicle! The whole property needs to be updated! I would never stay there again even if it were free.

Room was not clean at all. After checking in I personally had to dust, sweep, mop, vacuum along with having to change out the bedding myself because of dirt and hair everywhere. It would take some serious ass kissing to get me to stay there again.

Lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was awesome! This is our second stay at the hotel, we plan on putting this location as one of our regular stops.

Front desk clerk was charming and efficient. She was very accommodating and helpful enabling us to park our truck and boat near our room. Deluxe king room had been renovated and was very nice. The mattress was a little hard to our liking. We would definitely stay here again.

People were noisy late into the night

The hotel was very clean, well kept, appeared to be recently remodeled (or updated). Very pet friendly and breakfast was great (exception….there was no juice).

Great rooms for the price, nice and clean and they have the friendliest staff ☺️ the pool was nice and clean and cool. The only issue we had was the air conditioner took forever to cool the room off because it was so hot that day and there was a small gap at the bottom of the door we had to cover to keep the hot air from getting in.

They only had a smoking room left when we checked in, so we weren't crazy about the smell in the room. However, that would be expected in a smoking room so that's fine. Room was clean, but a little outdated. Staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't stay long enough to see much else.

Good location, spacious and good price. Room was a bit outdated. The tub is tiny and there is no vent in the bathroom. There is no hair dryer. The only issue we had was the more we were checking out we saw a roach on the wall.

Stepping into the room was a flashback to the 70's. The room was very clean though. One major draw back was a strip club across the street full of truckers. Probably would not have stayed there if it wasn't the middle of the night after driving 13 hours.

This is a great hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The AC worked great. The facility has a pool to enjoy. It is in a good location near the gas station, McDonald’s and the casino.

Noisy area with interstate on one side and US64on the other. Room was non-smoking, but there was a chemical smell from cleaning agents. Bed was fine and air conditioner good.

I found the overall experience great. The reception was very pleasant and the room was very comfortable. The only not so great was the bathtub, it was old and stained and slippery but they did provide a rubber mat for safety which was a great idea.

Very nice clean room. The only problem was the a/c didn't work, very warm night. I told the hotel after i checked out. No offer of making up for a night of lousy sleep. Hopefully it'll be fixed for next customer.

The only downsides were we asked for a non smoking room but were given a room that was older and still smelled like cigarettes. It wasn’t too bad so we just ignored it. The other was the AC was very loud. Other than that it was awesome! Right off the interstate. Some fast food options for people who eat that and a gas station across the street. Grocery stores are in the area but are small with not a lot of unprocessed foods. So if you eat healthy come prepared!

Property was in great condition. Room was perfect for our weeks stay. Price was decent compared to others in the area. Staff was pleasant to work with. The next time we visit the Fort Smith area we will definitely say again.

Very cheap continental breakfast, packaged sweet rolls and some OJ. Afternoon clerk was very friendly and helpful. Morning clerk, maybe a manager, said nothing to us and was VERY rude to me while I was swimming in the pool, yards away from her grand children, who took over the tiny pool. Left very bad taste in my mouth. Would never stay there again!!!

Lovely family owned place. Great for the price. Pool was clean. Fresh coffee and pastries. Great location. Friendly staff.

Two small things of note: (1) The lights outside are very bright all night. If you prefer a very dark room, you might want a sleep mask. (2) The sheets kept coming off the bed; they’re a bit small. Check out the 4 star diner for a good local place for a hot meal.

My family and I stay here every time we come to visit my malls in Roland Oklahoma. It's very close to their place. And conveniently located next to McDonald's. And across the street from Wendy's. You're also only about a mile down from a grocery store with a factors

Upon arriving, I noticed the exterior was in nice condition with modern updates. The check in area is very cozy and the staff very friendly. I was able to upgrade my room upon request to one the remodeled rooms. Very nice decor.

The thing I didn't like about staying there, was the fact they don't offer a real breakfast. I'm not keen on eating snack cakes for breakfast.

I like the place

This is is perfect little quaint, retro American Motel on Route 66/I40. It was very clean, the beds were super comfy, had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The shower was very impressive, great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Amazing value for the price. Also felt very safe. Not only would I stay here again, but would do an extended stay if i was in the area.

Pluses: Friendly staff at front desk Cons: It is very noisy from road traffic all night - even with the fan on continuous setting. The room overall was clean, but the carpets could use a good cleaning. We could not get internet in our room which was at the end of the building. Was not told this up front and did not want to move later. Eventually did get some free internet from a travel center that was nearby and had a strong signal in the room. Management should try not to place senior citizens on the 2nd floor. It was quite a chore to get the large suitcase up the flight of outside stairs. Breakfast was very slim - just coffee, orange juice and some packaged items.

Easy on and off interstate. Several restaurants close by. Facilities were clean.

I found it a little odd that the front desk woman was surprised that our room was so cheap ($80). She informed us that because of the eclipse, the rooms were now going for $250. I find it suspicious that our room was "accidentally" canceled . . . funny how our $80 room was cancelled and someone happened to come along and agree to pay $250 to take the last vacancy. "Oh how did that happen?!" On a seperate note, there were crumbs and hair in the bed. The room also had a weird smell to it. The pool was completely closed. The carpet looks new though and that was the nicest thing about this place.

If you're losing king for clean, simple & friendly, this motel is your place. And a great value to boot. No complaints whatsoever!

Good hotel for the price. Their sign reads cheapest rate in town. True they do have the best rate in Roland amd it is cleaner than the one down the road with higher price. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location. The only thing that was odd was the bed was a full size not a queen but it worked just fine for us. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

Let me start by saying that the room was clean, nice and comfortable. However, I booked a two night stay but when I arrive to my room at midnight on the second night, my key would not open the door. There were cars parked directly in front of the room so I went to the office and found they gave my room to someone else. They did get me another room, but they didn’t seem too concerned. Fortunately I had only left a few items in the room.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious for single queen bed. Everything was clean and bed was comfortable. Luckily, we stayed on side near office, away from I40 trafgic and i believe that made it better, very little, to no truck or traffic noise. We will stay again.

The doors need to be fixed to where there's not an inch Gap at the bottom. Also update the mattresses because ours was hard as a rock.
