I arrived to find the front desk completely abandoned. After waiting 20 minutes with no staff in sight, I walked through the lobby to find someone. I finally located the receptionist, Nathan — walking out of the restroom. That set the tone for the entire stay. The room was on the ground floor facing the parking lot. Dirty carpet, debris left near the curtains, and an overall feel that belongs in a budget motel — not a Hilton property. This room had clearly not been properly cleaned before I checked in (see photos). When I asked Nathan to move me to a higher floor, he claimed the hotel was sold out. On a Wednesday. I reached out to Expedia to request a refund and got nowhere — so I was essentially trapped in a dirty, poorly located room with no recourse. And then came the shower. The water pressure was so weak it was almost laughable. What should have been a 5-minute shower turned into an ordeal. Hilton should be embarrassed to have this property under their brand. Zero accountability, zero cleanliness, zero professionalism. Do not stay here.

I know the carpets are older and you plan an update But I hope you keep true to the arts and craft styling!!! The staff especially Grace were so accommodating, understanding and helpful. It would be great to add microwaves to each room and offer self serve laundry room. Thx

There was no restaurant for dinner. There was no lobby coffee on the weekend. The shower leaked, and was not repaired on the weekend. The motel did not appear to be a successful business since all the salons were unused. I only needed 4 nights of sleep, and it was fine for that.

Traditional style hotel. Nice large pool area is enclosed. Very well maintained building.

The facility is well worn. In need of a total makeover. I don’t spend much time in hotel rooms or the other parts of a hotel. In that case, this hotel worked out well for me. Comfortable bed and enough outlets to plug in my electronics. I will stay again but really just for the convenience and knowledge of what to expect.

There aren't a ton of options in this area in the suburbs. The bones of this hotel are nice. A lodge vibe. The entrance looks nice. The Hilton cookies are a nice touch. Staff was friendly. The hotel needs an update. Carpet needs to be replaced - it seems unclean. It feels like they are on top of the cleaning in the hotel, but because it needs to be updated, it seems like it still needs to be cleaned.

The room was not great. The bed lamp was unplugged and there was no socket close to plug it in. So I had to get out of bed to use the lamps in front of the room. The toilet after every use had to be flushed 2-3 times. Where the vents were for the ac had broken wood around it. It was not a great room. Definitely expected better.

However, when I call Booking.com, they said that they still have to get reservations. I asked the staff to send me an email that Booking.com sent them so that I could send Booking.com the email stating that the reservation was closed, they would not so instead of separating our family I booked elsewhere. The call ended with the supervisor hanging up on me.

The hotel itself is clean, but for the price of a room I do think breakfast should be included.

The place was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was prompt. The pool was spotless. I’ll definitely be returning.

The room was pretty clean, but we were only in there for a short time. It suits its purpose.

The hotel was much better than the indigo that we started at. There was a brutal confrontation at the front door and unfortunately, we felt anything but safe there they were forced to move to a different hotel which was yours.

Hotel is clean but the rooms are extremely outdated. the beds have to be original to 2001 because theyvwere the most uncomfortable beds ever. Lamps dont match, nursing mothers style rocking chair in suite.. the gym is dated and there are no amenities in the room. Just towels

It’s freezing in this hotel everywhere you walk. The restaurant was not open for dinner, which, had we known, we would not have had a drink and could have eaten elsewhere. Instead, we were stuck with bar food. Site said “hot tub” there’s no hot tub. In room either the heat is cranking or it switches to air conditioning so there was no way around having it hot or you’d freeze.

Overall apearance and extreemly friendly and helpful front desk clerk when we checked in. Location to where we needed to be was amazing! Will be back! For a pet friendly hotel who also gives out delicious warm walnut chocolate chip cookies - it's very important to make sure the room floors are checked for nuts as dogs are alergic. our pups found nuts within moments of entering the room - some under the night stand, some under the bed. Didn't know it until one had thrown up. Very glad we didn't have to take him to the vet for an emergency stomach pump! Once we scowered the floor for any more nuts, the rest of the stay was very pleasant. Also, the room's hvac unit was weird - ran alternating between heat and AC - couldn't turn the fan off - just ran constantly. And the seal in the one window was busted and all fogged up. Bummer because we had snowfall and would have looked quite lovely had the window been clear.

Convenient location to reason of my travel We have stayed several times at this location, It has been a year and a half since last visit. It works well for us although, we noticed this trip the place is a bit run down.

After several stays at this location, I find the rooms continuously clean and the beds comfortable. The rest has varied by visit. Unless I've missed it and it isn't noticeable, the doors aren't automatic and there isn't handicap access. The check in desk experience varies greatly depending on the on-duty staff. The hallway carpet was noticeably worn, the room door squeaky and parking can be a challenge where it's most convenient. The bathrooms don't have exhaust fans. We did however, receive water and cookies at check in. Despite any short comings, my kid loves this place and we'll continue staying here unless we experience a significant problem.

Room was by the elevator. We stayed for 5 nights. You would think they would have gave us a better room. The elevator was loud all night. The ac barely cooled the room and was loud. There was a musky smell around elevator and hallway by the room.

Staff are terrible, had no rooms and had me waiting for hours. Then took my room key, then refused my other reservation a check in.

Really comfortable bed and pillows! Extremely clean. Massive pool. No hot tub unfortunately but pool was a great temp. You have to pay extra for breakfast which was a bit meh. Really quiet property. Cookies were amazing! (including the allergen ones). Staff was great. Wifi was a bit hard to access due to having to create an account to use it but it took a while.

The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable, but needed some repair (Wallpaper peeling in multiple area's). The pool area is very spacious. The lobby is nice and accommodating with no rooms at that end so noise was not an issue.

Great location and nice area. We stayed on our way home from an event about 45 minutes away. The hotel is well maintained and has extras like a pool, workout room, restaurant/bar.

Very nice quiet place, but a little dated on the decor. Also there is no hotel transportation so the Lyft or Uber is the only option to and from Airport. The dining is limited at the hotel and surrounding area. But overall not bad.

When ever I stay at hotels I look at how clean the common areas are including the elevator and stairs they are doing a great job. The pool was awesome just the towel situation is weird. Had a drink at the bar which is reasonably priced and friendly staffed. Breakfast was okay not to writed home about. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others.

I booked thru Expedia and The Hotel charged me as well as Expedia so I double paid. I called and no one in the buidling could fix it. Now I have to call again and spend time out of my day to fix an error the hotel made. Great clean hotel, but he error is frustratingly annoying! I was told card was for incidentals only at checkin so thought nothing of it till I saw my bank statement. Hoping the Hotel or Expedia will get this fixed asap.

we have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it then so decided to stay there again this month. It’s a nice place.

A mixed bag. The staff was great and the pool was nice. The water pressure was good too. But the TV was below par, the toilet was very low to the ground, there were not many outlets for charging, and it is just an older facility in general. The internet was constantly a problem and the refrigerator would not get anything very cold, and it had no controls to change that. The bed was very comfortable though. There was also no microwave in the room, and the ironing board and iron were very cheap and even defective - a hazard.

Second time we stayed here. Beautiful oak accents throughout—reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright’s designs—and a lovely restaurant for breakfast. Shame these deceptively beautiful hotels are a bit off the radar with trendier options. This is a great place to be.

What I didn’t like was I was unable to get the HH rewards that Hilton offers because I booked my stay through you. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Nice room. But it was a very long walk to our. Arrived less than an hour early, they had a room available but was going to charge $50 to check in early. We waited in our car instead. I can see the fee if it was hours early, but $50 for 45 minutes.

If you are coming for bootcamp graduation I would suggest staying somewhere closer as it is about 30 min drive away. Hotel is very clean with comfortable beds. Air conditioners are very very noisy which made it hard to sleep. No microwave in the room so if you want to heat up leftovers you have to go all the way down stairs to the lobby area. Buffet breakfast good but not with $15. Not a lot to eat or do in the area.

Very outdated. It was comfortable and clean, staff was friendly. They charge you 15 dollars for a "breakfast buffet" which was equivalent to a free continental breakfast in other hotels. If your an early riser you can't get coffee before 6:30. Was kind of disappointed with this hotel

For being an older property it was well kept, check in staff was friendly, room smelled clean when we got there and after every cleaning. Towels were soft and it wasn’t too far(about 20 minutes drive) from Navy Recruit Training which was the purpose of our visit.

Lady at the front desk was a gem. Looked for a 4th floor option for me which I didn’t end up taking, suggested a parking spot by hers and didn’t seem bothered by all the unruly soccer kid stampeding around everywhere. Give this woman a raise!

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was in need of maintenance, the elevator had issues, the breakfast was lackluster considering the price, Expedia didn't let us know that breakfast was an extra fee. The heater in the room had one fan setting, always running on high, it blew cold air at all times, which isn't pleasant when it's snowing outside. The food at the pub was tasty and the bartender was friendly.
