    Stay was overall okay, however, if you live within a 60 mile radius they try to charge you an extra $100 for your stay. The breakfast selection was also select cards. No bacon, eggs, sausage, anything. The main thing that got to me though was the extra $100 up front. If I wanted to spend $335 on a hotel room for a weekend I would've booked a MUCH nicer hotel.

    AC didn't work properly. TV remote didn't work properl. Free breakfast was all empty carbs, juice, and coffee. No protein and no fruit. Would not stay here again, and very disappointed that hotels.com is even offering this property on its site.

    Nothing this stay My computer was broke. My ceiling in bedroom and n bathroom was leaking n dropping off the curtain was dirty. Bathroom was dirty. The couch was in room was peeled so bad couldn’t sit on it.

    The property was decent but the inside needs so repair and updating Must pay $100 cash deposit, the inside of the room could have been cleaner, along with needing some repairs. Also the breakfast was a joke. They had a few cereals to choose from and some pastries. Definitely no biscuits, eggs, or meat as advertised. The lady at checkout said that was an old add that she’s requested to be taken down.

    It was a horrible stay they scammed me out of my money and the appliances didn't even work... TV remote didn't work ... sink was messed up .... microwave didn't work ..... stove top didn't work .... and on top of that they took $50 from me!! Most terrible experience in my life i would not recommend to anyone that was supposed to be a great time for my wife's birthday celebration instead they made it hell , they get a 5 star for that ...And i got the protection plan and most of the things in our room didn't work!

    Carpet seemed sticky, bathroom door would not close, sink on left side would not drain, ac was very noisy. But bed was comfortable and shower okay. Otherwise things were clean. Only stayed one night. Check in clerk was very helpful but morning check out clerk was not interested in hearing about ac noise so did not mention other issues.

    Had a horrible night where I did not feel safe. One incident in the parking lot where they arrested someone and a different incident with rowdy hotel guests that were so loud I got up and told them yo be quiet. After an hour I had to call front desk and complain. The comment I got was welcome to Thursday at the Belmont.

    The room air conditioner doesn't work. The room wreaking of cigarettes or something else, the bed sheet, blankets, and pillows looked like has not been changed has very strong orders of smoke. Smell horrible for a NON-Smoking room.

    We were placed in a dog-friendly room that had a permanent wet dog smell, thought we did not bring dogs and had no reason to be placed in this room. It made us and all of our clothes, pillows, blankets, and belongings have a wet dog smell that we have yet to successfully wash out of our clothes. The edges of the beds and couch were dog-chewed. Huge wolf spider in the bathroom floor, huge granddaddy long leg in the shower and moth on my pillow. Breakfast and coffee were good though.

    Outdoor room entry in noisy area. TV remote didn’t work. Only staff person on site brought different remote that worked until we wanted to go to bed and couldn’t turn the TV off, had to unplug. Remodel consisted of pouring new paint over 1/4 inch already there.

    I am a long-standing customer, but after this stay, I will seriously reconsider ever staying at Baymont again.I arrived after a 30-hour journey for a pre-booked reservation that I had specifically selected with the “pay at property” option. Despite this, my credit card was charged in advance. When I asked the front desk staff to explain and reverse the charge so I could pay in cash as planned, they told me they didn’t know how to fix it. I had the exact amount in cash, including the deposit, but received no assistance. Had I not been so exhausted from travel, I would have left immediately.The service at the front desk was unacceptable. One employee was on his phone while the other appeared disengaged and unconcerned. Additionally, I had reserved a king room but was instead placed in a double room located at the very back of the property, with no convenient parking nearby.The room itself was in poor condition. The bathroom faucet & temperature handle were loose and nearly falling off. The TV remote did not work,&when I asked for help, I was dismissively told to “point the remote at the black box,” which did not resolve the issue. The next morning, we went to breakfast, only to have staff begin removing the food while we were still in the process of getting items. This was both frustrating & unprofessional.Due to the poor experience, we decided to check out a day early. There was no effort made by staff to address our concerns or improve the situation.     The room furniture and fixtures are very poor. Ripped couch, a kitchen sink for a bathroom sink, TV wouldn't shut off with the remote. The other guests near our room were very inconsiderate. Lots of guests partying and kept us awake. We will never stay at a Baymont again.

    I had reserved 4 rooms and sent a canalization for 1 of the rooms but I as charged as a no-show, my card was charged for all rooms and when we went to the desk to have each person pay, I was told they could not reverse the charge from my account to the other person. I was also told at checkout they could not give me a receipt. We have stayed at this property before with no issues, but we will not return next year. Very poor management. I will be disputing the no-show charge with my card company.

    The room we were in the refrigerator didnt even work. I called the front desk and complained about it and asked for another room which was difficult because the lady was rude to begin with. Finally got another room and was told the housekeeper had noted that the refrigerator did in fact not work ! Then when we departed I was told that I would only get $80 out of my deposit back for dirty rags ! Like what do you expect to happen when the room toilet don’t work on the last day we asked for a plunger ! Then was told that it was food on the rag. When in fact it was used to clean up toilet water ! So I know she took my money! For rags never stay here !

    The bathroom light has a short in it, so it continuously went off on of on. The TV didn't work properly, the shower curtain didn't stay in the tub, nor did it stay across the tub, so when you shower, water got all over the floor.

    Door has such a big gap that I had to put a towel to keep out the weed smell from coming into my room. Water pressure was terrible in the shower. Hairdryer didn’t work, but they brought a new one within 20 min. Room wasn’t very clean, but served its purpose.

    Convenient, clean room and friendly staff! My only complaint is they put us on the back side of the hotel and they started doing VERY LOUD construction work before 6am on a Monday morning. This was very frustrating especially since you could barely hear it on the front side.

    Bed was comfortable I felt safe the entire 5 night stay Staff were great to deal with While the water didn't get super cold, quality tasted better than Nashville(coming from a British Columbia, Canada resident). Cons: Nothing provided for the kitchenette, I had to go to Walmart for a $18 set of pots and pans and cheap utensils/knives Carpet needs a steam clean- turned my feet black. Breakfast was mostly starch, no egg or sausage. Toast or waffles. Yogurt but no fresh fruit. Bath tub was like a cover overtop, air bubble could be felt while showering. No dumbbells in fitness centre, was told it's a liability. Pool was closed, told it was growing bacteria or something. Mid: Construction nearby, didn't hear a thing!

    Refrigerator did not work. We had groceries and it did not work ! We were offered another room , refrigerator did not work in that room. It actually smelled like they were trying to cover up a smell so they used way too much freshener to the point you could not breathe. Also the microwave was running and would not shut off with nothing in it. Fire hazard Frother sure !! We mentioned that we were leaving. We were refunded one night but not the first night. Room was not acceptable. I spoke to the manager the next day. . She said the refrigerator in the second room did work. That was a flat out lie. The knob to the fridge was missing ! No refund for the first night. It’s ok. We will never stay there again. I will say the night worker was very nice and really did try to accomodate.

    Everything was fine check in parking except for our room as soon as we open the door it hit us in the face the smell of cat urine. No pets were allowed but that room smell of cat urine terribly we used almost a whole bottle of febreze on the carpet it helped for a minute but then the smell was right back it was horrible.

    This motel offers a FREE BREAKFAST but there's a woman patrolling the area who will scream at you and chase you out of the lobby and follow you back to your room if you take even 1 bagel. She had pulled out her cell phone threatening to call the police or someone to stop us from eating the FREE BREAKFAST. Obviously a horrible experience and no, we'll never return. As we left the following morning, I saw her sitting by the door stalking a man as he tried to eat the FREE BREAKFAST. Although our room was No Smoking, people stood outside our door at all hours smoking and filling our room up with cigarette smoke. The TV doesn't work and another patron told me that her TV also didn't work. There were police sirens all night long and the mattress was old and collapsing out the sides; the pillows were gross lumpy and old. I had to ask for shampoo and conditioner and was given lotion to wash my hair. Also, my child woke up with a tick on her body and we thought it was a bed bug! It's one of the worst, I promise.

    Properly looks like a 2 star hotel remodeled and added the brand. The rooms smelled like moldy or old probable the carpets and ac unit smelled. The beds are tall and the rooms are outside no sinide lobby. So you have to walk around the hotel to get to your room from tbe outside. The prices are close to a hilton around so, its expensive for the area.

    The room was really bad and the carpet was and all tore up. I have a service pet and she is an elderly dog with severe back pain from her disc in her back, and as soon as she walked in the room she got tripped up and fell due to the snagged carpet.     The bed had a hole in the middle of it. You literally sank down and there were springs in your back. The shower curtain rod was installed incorrectly the shower curtain slid right down to the middle on both sides which caused the bathroom to flood when taking a shower. same with the sink faucet. the faucet is the wrong size for the sink when you turn the water on the counter floods, and no water goes in the sink. it was a shame because it looks like the hotel is being redone but will not have so much water damage. There was also something sticky on the curtains.

    When I checked in the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. When I made the reservation I didn’t realize there was no elevator so I asked if I could be on the first floor because I was traveling with my 91 year old Mother and it would be difficult for her to climb the stairs. They accommodated me without issue. The next morning I went to the breakfast buffet provided by the hotel and there was a woman running the buffet that watched me put a couple of mini muffins on a plate along with a cup of juice to take back to the room for my Mom and she said I couldn’t take anything back to the room. I explained about my mom and she said she didn’t care it was a policy and it was on the sign over on the wall. I will never stay there again and won’t stay at a Baymont again either.

    The shower curtain rod was broken so the floor was soak and wet every time you got out. The TV sound keep cutting out so you had to repeatedly turn off/on, the remote barely worked. The window curtain had small holes in them.

    I came down for toast 5 mins later the “manager” came at another customer with a knife! He was yelling at the guest and the police show up and now Im involved as a witness!! My mom passed the Saturday before this and Im from NY this should have been me dealing with the death of my mother but instead found myself at a knife fight!!     The room was clean and quiet, but only an outdoor entrance - with key that did not always work. The location was close to the clinic I needed and close to multiple eating places. Breakfast included cereals, waffles, juice, coffee, and pastries which was sufficient and tasty. Price was very reasonable, and staff was friendly.

    This rooms price was comparable to the other hotels in the area, but the level of cleanliness was far below the value I felt when I booked this room. Upon entering the room we discovered that in order to lock the door you had to work hard at lifting the door just right. Once inside the room there were patches of carpet missing in several places throughout the room. The carpet was unsecured between the room and the tile. The room smelled like a previous occupant had been smoking inside the room. There was human hair all over the sheets in both beds. The mattress of the bed closest to the bathroom was broken. In order to get the toilet to flush you had to hold the handle down for more than 30 seconds. The real icing on the cake was what appeared to be human poop on a couple places on the bathroom walls. I wish we had booked any other hotel in the region.

    I had booked a day earlier that what I thought I did. Went up there on Saturday (booked for Sunday on accident), I was able to check in perfectly fine. The door key wouldn’t work and the person behind desk realized it was the wrong one and told me my stay date was the following night. That Sunday, I call to make sure my room was still booked and I got told my someone different that I wasn’t able to stay there unless I paid $300 more than what I paid to book. FOR ONE NIGHT !!!! I have been going here for years ! The rooms are great, never had an issue until I wasn’t able to stay AFTER paying.

    I was Putin a room that smelled like smoke I complained and moved to a room that did not stink I think that is a reasonable request. When I checked out I was told I should not have been moved to that room I was not happy with that desk person

    There wasn’t a fridge as said at reservations. We had to keep the microwave open bc it ran consistently and we didn’t even use it. The water was brown when we went to shower. It could def use some Reno’s. The check in was good tho. And the convenience. And coffee.

    I was told that we had to check out on yesterday and was not giving my money back. My husband was standing outside the door smoking a cigarette and the manager came and said he was smoking in the room and he wasn’t. He called the police and they told us that we had to leave. I came from out of town. The manager was rude and very racist. And to have us to leave with out refunding my day was ridiculous. It was foot prints on the ceiling, the toilet was very loose. And nothing was done about it. They patched a whole on the head board. I will never stay with this company anymore.

    We did not stay here. When we arrived the lobby was muggy and musty. Smelled like smoke even though the sign said 100% smoke free. It obviously was NOT smoke free. The mattress in the room they tried to give us was covered in mold. There was a cigarette burn in the couch, and the room smelled awful. The front desk attendant was rude and the manager was just as bad. Thankfully hotels .com helped us cancel the reservation and get a refund. I would never stay here or advise anyone to stay. Mold is no joke and they were not concerned about it all. 0/10. Do NOT stay here.

    Room was very worn out. Not like the pictures. Mold in the shower. Staff is not friendly. Loud guest all throughout the night. Cabinets were gross and tv remote barely worked. Room smelled musty and like cigs even though it was a smoke free room.

    Front desk clerk was rude when we checked in. The night clerk was helpful with the TV situation. Carpet was disgustingly dirty and felt wet. People hanging out in the parking lot. Don’t even worry about breakfast. We would have left but the room was non-refundable so we were stuck as we prepaid. The pictures on the website are totally misleading. Find another hotel and avoid this dump at all costs.

    Receptionist was very rude to guests at the hotel. Breakfast was over at 9 am. A guest came 10 minutes before breakfast time was over. There was no food out. Guest asked her where was all the food, She replied it was 10 minutes before 9, she was not going to replenish the food displays. The food she had put out was consumed by other guest and she was not going to put out any additional food.

    The hotel lobby and our room had a heavy mildew smell. I'm allergic to mold and mildew, so I couldn't sleep well and had an extreme headache most of the next day. This room was a suite and very overpriced for such an unclean worn down hotel/motel. There was mold in bathroom and picture frames as well. I will never stay at another Baymont Hotel in my life. Save your money, as it's very unpleasant and not a good spot to stay with your family!

    This place was a dump. Dirty & aged. Did not look like pics that were shown online. Room reeked of cigarette smoke although it was a “non-smoking” room. Was yelled at by a worker for trying to grab & go breakfast items upon checkout at 7am. Apparently you MUST eat the food items in the dining area only. After 17 hours in the car, I didn’t have time for a sit down breakfast. What a joke.

    The room was absolutely disgusting. Stained towels, dirty shower, stained comforter with weird bits of god knows what on it. The room was hot, humid, and smelled musty. I didn’t want to even step on the floor in my bare feet. We stayed for 30 minutes before we left and just drove the rest of the way home at 9 at night. I felt itchy just standing in the room.

    1. Breakfast is from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. At 8:55, they are closing up, taking away milk & waffle mix, locking the juice dispenser, removing the yogurts, & doing anything else they can to ensure no one else comes in at the last minute. 2. During breakfast, one staff member watches everyone eat. It creeped my wife out and made her feel uncomfortable. It just made me feel unwelcome. 3. You cannot take food out of the area during breakfast. However, as mentioned, a staff member is watching you the whole time, & the area to eat in is small and doesn't comfortably accommodate all the guests. The staff member previously mentioned got into a shouting match with one guest about taking food out of the room. As a bystander, I thought the staff was out of line and this rule was only there to cut costs. 4. The booking says hot breakfast, but it was a very minimal hot breakfast. Toast and Waffles were the only things that were hot. There were no eggs, potatoes, sausage, or bacon. If there was any fruit, it was all out by the time I got down for breakfast. 5. The shower had great pressure, but the shower curtain couldn't keep water from soaking the bathroom because of the tiny tub. There has to be mold growing. 6. The AC unit was loud, buzzing, and beeping, which affected my sleep. I usually can sleep through anything.

    Though I had called a few days early be a use I made an error in the size we needed and was assured it would be no problem to obtain double bed once we arrived. Than rudest man tended to us and basically called me a liar, because I made reservation through the hotel.com app. And that they were required to acknowledge the clients request not necessarily accommodate. When I shied in the telephone number I called to make the change. He then tells, “now I believe you called”. He stated he was full and arranged and got me a room. The room smelled like it had not been used in a while, paint peeling of wall, and the lamp es falling off wall as if some had had a fight and tv was non operational. We called for the tv. The maintenance realized it was busted. Miraculously, the room next door available. Night and day comparison to the room next door. Not worth the price we paid by far and that man with the square glasses, need not work in customer service. An apology was never recieved for his rude assumption.

    Dirty rooms. Not worth the money. Pics online aren't accurate. Room is dark so cant don't see how bad it is. Breakfast if you can even call it that was just cereal toast mini muffins waffles. I went to get me & my son food & was told I couldn't take to my room. Then manager called me in my room to tell me they had a sign up & said i I took too much food & wanted to know why i needed that much food. I made 2 waffles 4 pieces of white bread & 3 mini muffins 2 coffees. Paid for 3 people in room but only had me & my 17 yr son. Aweful experience. Got a kitchenette in room & it was terrible! Cigarette holes burnt in comforter. Left 1/2 roll of toilet paper no tissues. Bad location to get in & out of. Traffic by hotel entrance is horrible. Grid lock there every day all day long. Only good thing about the room was the shower head & A/C worked.

    Noisy room. People arguing outside at 2 am, room phone didn't work had to call the front desk on my cell phone. Traffic noise. Bed was uncomfortable pillows were not even standard pillows. Breakfast was basically nonexistent. Poor management definitely will not stay again

    My room smell very bad, the carpet was never cleaned. My white socks turned black after walking in the room. I had cracked sink bathroom is dirty especially the corners of the tub and the ceiling. The mini couch was wet and soaked. Just very disgusting. It was non refundable reservation so I can not make a change. The workers here are mostly from the Middle East. The guy that takes care of the breakfast watches you like a hawk make sure you don’t take food out of the breakfast area. Just not comfortable to eat. There is a Waffle Works next to the hotel. I go there instead for breakfast because the hotel does not serve any kind of protein not even a cheap scrambled eggs. I am diabetic and I can not eat all that carbs they serve. White bread, bagels and cereals and waffles.
