The room was clean, they cleaned everyday. The staff was friendly. The property was clean. It was a nice stay. Really don't have any complaints. If I did it would be I wish they had better breakfast!

This was a perfect spot to crash for my road trip. Right off the freeway, room was clean and comfortable.

The cleanest hotel I have been to at this price point

The continental breakfast was virtually non existent. The most they offered was cereal and juice. The gym has a treadmill, two bikes, and a single weighted machine. We stayed in the suites and they were spacious. The rooms could’ve been cleaner.

The space in the rooms was great. The room was very humid and the living room area did not get any of the air conditioning. The breakfast was cereal, toast and toaster waffles - even these items were low in supply. Worst hotel breakfast I have ever seen.

Nice hotel and room. Only 2 stories, but no elevator. A little hard to get to/from the property. Discovered a back entry that the GPS didn't offer, try Robert Rose Dr, then turn onto the road to Go USA Fun Park. Hotel is right next to that road. Very comfortable room with separate sitting room, fridge and microwave.

I've been to worse, however having a disabled person in our party and it not being disclosed that there weren't any elevators, let's just say getting him ( a 6'2 205 lb man) up and down stairs wasn't fun. The water was 2 temps, scalding or freezing. The "included breakfast " was 3 types of cereal, wheat or white bread or plain bagels that you could toast and that was it. It was clean enough, oh and the air conditioning wasn't all that great either, we had the air on 70° but had to sleep without blankets because it was so warm (and yes I did make sure it was on cool and not heat).

Lobby smelled a lil funky but room was all good and surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was a joke. Don’t get your hopes up. McDs right in front of you on way out.

Poor breakfast offering. I would not call a bowl of cereal and a piece of toast breakfast. The coffee container was empty. I did not like having to leave a $50 dollar deposit when checking in. They had to inspect our room for damage (?) when we checked out before refunding the deposit.

Attention frequent travelers. As you know we're all looking for a clean room, a great bed, good hot showers and good towels. At great price! Found it! When passing through Murfreesboro this is the only place I will consider in the future. I have nothing and negative to say about this day at all.

We opened the door to our room and before we could even step in cock roaches were crawling across the floor. We stepped right back out and asked for a refund.

The free breakfast didn’t really offer much. Just some cereal and toast. No juice or anything but plenty of free coffee.

Location I was assigned to rooms that weren't cleaned or ready. I then had to wait over an hour just to be advised of that by staff. STILL have not received my deposit back or my invoice which staff told me was being processed DAYS ago....(It has been 16 days since I checked out.....) Breakfast is awful. Rooms are ok.

The room smelled TERRIBLE, gave me a migraine. "Breakfast" was nothing short of a joke at best. Definitely stay anywhere BUT here

We got what we paid for...a cheap price equaled a cheap experience. The room looked like it was in the middle of a remodel. In particular, the fire sprinkler was covered in a plastic bag, rendering it useless if a fire occurred in the bathroom. The breakfast was not open at 6:00 a.m. as told to us and did not open until 6:20-ish. Much of the common areas were not vacuumed, in particular the staircase to the 2nd floor.

The room was a typical hotel room which was clean. The only time the staff spoke with me was when I checked in. I had no other interaction with the staff. The breakfast left much to be desired.

Clean and comfortable

Parking is easy! The gentleman at the front desk directed us to the entrance closest to our room so we didn't have to carry our luggage very far. Overall it was a great stay. Breakfast is the only thing lacking.

Good value for a nice place to stay. The breakfast was minimal-- cold cereal and bread or Eggo waffle for the toaster, milk juice and coffee.

We paid extra for early check and immediately found stains on the bedspread that appeared to be bed bug feces. I removed it from the bed went to the front desk and requested a refund that we would not be staying. They assured me that it was isolated and recommended another room. I hesitated but agreed because I did not know if there was a possibility they could be in other rooms or isolated. after researching the possibility of bedbugs being on another rooms, we promptly packed up everything and requested a refund. I was told that we would be refunded and checked out around 4:30. They kept $65 for the time we were there and did not close out our ticket until 7:30 saying we stayed that long, which was absurd because was checked into a airb&b by when we left there. When confronted they stated they kept the money due to us being there when the whole time we were there we were packing things in white trash bags in hopes of not spreading bugs and trying to figure out what to do! It was bad enough to experience this but for them to not give a full refund was insane! Most hotels would not only do that but offer to have your items cleaned. I plan on contacting the board health, but did not want anyone else to go through this ordeal with this hotel. We went directly to wash everything and the car as well.

For the price, this was a great place. The room was clean and conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. There was a good sized fridge in there and microwave. The only negatives would be the tv remote didn’t work and breakfast was very limited- pretty much grab some bread and make toast or choose from a few different types of cereal. However, with what I saved on the room, it was more than enough to go grab a quick breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

There was unit for bith sides if you just the door heat stayed in one room. The sitting chair in the room was filthy, needs an upholstery cleaning. The front entrance was beautiful and peaceful staff was very friendly breakfast is only cereal, toast, or frozen waffels. Can tell they are updating and making improvements.

About the only thing I can say nicely about this property was they had decent beds. Everything else was awful and non existent. A cup of watered down orange juice(yes, that’s their breakfast) remained on top of a fire extinguisher for the whole time I was there(which was four days). Toilets took two times to flush every time to get toilet paper down. Remotes didn’t work. Air was okay at best. Non existent staff at the front desk. This place was not what I was hoping for.

Staff was very warm and welcoming in every interaction we had with them. Room was spotless and room service was very thorough. Beds were comfortable too! Rooms were quiet and refrigerator was largest I've seen in a hotel room. We were in a suite with the beds in their own room. Some reviews I read complained that the door would not shut - it really is a tight squeeze - but honestly I just nudged the mattress with my knee and it closed fine. Some people look for the littlest issue! And the bedroom was large enough for us to put up the pack and play for the little one and move around it easily to get to the dresser or beds. Furniture was really comfortable in the sitting area and perfect for us to play games after the little one went to bed in the quiet bedroom. We didn't sleep on the futon so I can't attest to how well it sleeps, but as a couch it was very comfortable and long enough for 4 to sit. There was also a comfy stuffed chair and a desk chair, as well as a low coffee table for our game boards. TV in both rooms, so that was a bonus. It had everything we needed, was comfortable and spacious, and most importantly safe and secure. We will stay again!! Only inconvenience was that they let us know at check-in the hot water was not working, but repairmen were actively replacing the broiler and the front desk called and notified us maybe an hour or so later that the situation was resolved. We thought they handled it really professionally. I would recommend!

Really strong curry smell lingering in hallways, especially at midnight the smell was so strong it was seeping into my room. The bathroom didn’t look as clean, found hair & bug. When I used face towels it had weird smell made me throw up. At first I thought it was just me overthinking since it had been a long day driving, but the next morning when I used a different towel it made me feel sick again. The towel must not been cleaned well & they were extremely thin. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Reception was warm and friendly. Room was spacious, especially for the price! Room was also very clean and smelled great when we walked in!

Bad- It would have been less disappointing to have not had a breakfast than to have seen what they considered it to be. Three frozen eggo waffles and a toaster without syrup. some cereal but absolutely no effort. Coffee was stale. Unknown- not sure the normal clientele but did have the excitement of listening to police come to arrest someone in the room next door.

Clean room and quiet

Room was clean water was hot and best of all quiet. For being right off the highway it was quiet.

When I opened the door I was given, I quickly noticed that it was already occupied. Front desk quickly issued me another room and apologized. Otherwise the stay was fine. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is greatly lacking! Coffee is the best option. They could give larger cups, 3 sips and time for a refill. Price was cheap. Just needed a place for the night.

It was clean and modern. Breakfast was very slim. Description should say barely a continental breakfast. Juice tasted like water, 1 kind of milk (2% when I drink skim) and no decaf coffee (if you can’t have regular). Offering a bit more variety would be nice.

Nice and quiet. Everything was good but some areas of cleaning need improvement. Floor was dirty and there were used fake eyelashes stuck to lamp on night stand. Breakfast was as sparse as any hotel we have ever stayed at. Baby sized coffee cups and no lids.

I ended up staying at this hotel from September 9-October 1 while I was looking for a more permanent place to stay. My stay was good. I had no issues with safety. My vehicle was safe which I was very happy about. The staff was nice and accommodating, allowing me to stay in the same room when I extended my stay. The room was spacious. The hotel was quiet overall. I feel like the walls were solid, not thin walls where you can hear people in other rooms. The hotel is close to Walmart and restaurants. Also, right off the highway. The room deposit fee was only 50 dollars. The only thing was one of the sheets and some of the bath towels had stains on them. Other than that, very good for an affordable stay.

This is a hotel that is on the less expensive side. It was clean, and we did not have any major issues. The bed was comfortable, and the room was easily kept cool. Please note that there are no elevators, so be aware if stairs pose an issue for you. Overall it was fine for the price.

The bathroom tub had a broken ceramic shelf that would have been extremely easy to have been cut on it. This truly needs to be fixed before another customer stays in this room. I have a picture that I would be glad to send.

It was a nice spacious room that a walker easily fit thru all the doors. Had to plug the TV in in order to watch it. The bathroom door really sticks when shut all the way. The breakfast was average.

Continental breakfast was lacking. Parking was tight for large truck. Room was ok.

The place was clean, but that’s it. Either the walls are thin or the guests who stay here are loud. I could hear people walking/talking up and down the hall all night and could hear sone “fun” being had in a neighboring room. There is no elevator so if you want to stay in a king suit but can’t do stairs or have a lot of stuff to carry, then good luck! But the biggest issue was the “free breakfast”. We booked this hotel based on this amenity but left with empty stomachs and disappointment. They offered frozen waffles, white bread, apples and a few sugary cereals. That was it. Not even a variety of bread. After a night of restless sleep I was looking forward to breakfast and left unhappy.

I have stayed here 3x, was in town for business. It is excellent for the price. Very clean!

Everything was really nice for the night we spent. It wasn't busy so it was pretty quiet. The bed was decent, not the most comfortable but it worked for resting after a concert. The cleaning product smell was super strong but it wasn't a bad odor. We'd stay again.

Water on floor in room, not very clean, early check in promised (1.5 hours early, 24 hours in advance). Was not available when I arrived and would not accommodate. Not a highly recommended place to stay.

The breakfast was definitely lacking as they had thawed Eggo-style waffles, bread for toast, and cereal with milk as the options. No protein and no fruit. Better than nothing... but barely. The room was clean but the lingering smell of cleaner was overpowering and smacked you in the face as soon as you step into your room.

Hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, it’s close to everything you need in Charleston. The hotel was clean, beds were comfy, room was spacious, and the breakfast was nice. The usual hotel breakfast but they kept it hot and stocked. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed one night for a conference the next day. It was very quiet and the bedding was comfortable. The rate was inexpensive and you get what you pay for. Front desk was helpful and tried to make small talk but said I looked tired🤔 There are 2 floors and no elevator. Housekeeper saw us toting a lot (conference materials and equipment) and automatically jumped in to help. An upholstered chair in the room was stained and looked like it had been in someone’s living room since the 80’s. Couch was new. Room has 2 queen beds and a sitting room. With a tv in each area. There is a $50 charge which will be refunded back 7-10 days after your stay. We did not use the fitness room, guest laundry room, or the breakfast bar area. Stay here if you want to save money, yet sleep well.

I'm being gracious with 2 stars. The beds weren't terrible. The drink machine wasn't working, the ice bucket in our room was either pre-filled or left over from the previous visitors, the free breakfast was previously frozen waffles, stale bread, and cereal. I picked it so i wouldn't have to go out and buy breakfast for a family of 5 but nobody was going to eat that.

The refrigerator leaked, air condition leaked, TV did not work. Asked for another room, told there was none. Manager confirmed refund thru Expedia. Left that night and found another hotel

If you pay the deposit in cash, they will check the room, upon checking out, before you get your deposit back. So please dont be blind sided. There is no elevator at all only stairs. So you may want to consider that is you have mobility issues. It was ok for the price.
