The hotel is good for a travelers

Nothing bad to say about Candlewood Suites except the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and they could offer a continental breakfast, especially considering the amount they charge. Still, I would recommend staying there. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Also, the room was quiet. Considering that nowadays most people have no concern for other people and make as much noise as possible, let their kids run wild, etc., the room was quiet and free from outside distractions.

Thiscwas a nice room, bottom floor . Big room. Kitchen desk bed and a good size bathroom. Quiet area.highly recommend

Almost everything was good. The bathroom could have been cleaner. I was concerned about the noise but there was little and nothing to complain about.

Very nice room with full kitchen.

We stayed at this exact hotel the week before and our stay was so wonderful! But this week, our room smelled, the bathroom was dirty, the shower had mold, and broken parts. It was disappointing. I'm not sure if the couch had bugs, but my son's legs were covered in bug bites. We live candlewood hotels, but this particular weekend was not good. It just felt gross in that particular room. The staff smoke pot right outside the back door, so that's not the most pleasant thing to walk through. See above.

I loved everything about it. For the 3 week stay, I have never had a better experience.

The staff was very nice. This was a large room with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, range top, microwave and cookware.. Welll maintained and clean.

I just didn't like that the gap under the front door was enough to see people pass by. And wasn't sure if the adjoining room was occupied but I felt the gap under that door was a little too much. I ended up putting a towel in its place.

Just slept in room

The gym had no towels or wipes even after reporting it 3 days in a row. No xtra amenitites like a razor. Carpets need deep cleaning. Staff was pleasant.

My room had cockroach. When I advised the staff that the room had cockroaches,I was told that I could move to a smaller room. Very disappointed. Hope i did not bring any cockroaches back home with me.

The hotel was nice and clean and was buy a lot of places to eat. The elevator was a little older and there was no continental breakfast but everything else was good

The staff provided excellent customer service. The rooms were nice. But I enjoyed the quietness in the hotel the most.

Very disappointing our TV set did not work to watch

We did not have tv for a night! But they did get it back on by late afternoon the next day!

The room smelled like mold and mildew. There was some mold in the corner of the shower on the wall but it seemed like there was a bigger issue somewhere Wish they had free breakfast or at least free coffee in the lobby.

Nice & friendly environment

The staff was amazing! I was there with my dad the day before surgery and they were very accomodating of his needs. And mine. As he was hed over i rebooked another night there.

The room is dirty, one of towel has blood stains, and the others have stains on them. Hair all over the bathroom and trash on the bathroom floor!

It was not good because i didn't stay there!!!! I had the dates mixed up and accidentally booked the wrong date and now they won't refund my money. You think they would help me out some!! :(

TV didn't work properly

The size of the room was very nice and accommodated my family of 4 well. I was satisfied with my stay, no complaints.

The manager simply apologized and said we have noted our maintenance crew but they won't come until later in the week.

Hotel was in good but not great condition. The bathroom door kept getting stuck trapping the person that was inside.

Nice rooms

No one was at the desk when we arrived to check-in. Called the number provided; no answer. Waited 10 minutes before staff appeared.

Decent shower had low 2 inch curb. Water was hot. Bed was good. Place was clean and quiet.

Was told our room would be cleaned on Monday but it wasn’t or any other of the 5 days we stayed

Great place to stay. It was very convenient for where we were visiting for the weekend. The staff was very pleasant and took care of the only “problem “ we had immediately. I would stay here every time I go back to Murphreesboro.

Overall the stay was okay. Lack of service and housekeeping. The beds were comfortable. It was a quiet property with not much noise around which was a plus. My biggest problem was housekeeping knocking on the door the day of checkout at 9:30 am (checkout is 11). They barely knocked once and then helped themselves to opening our door with no announcement.

Nice clean and updated hotel. Rooms are spacious and recently updated. Beds are very comfortable. Would give a higher rating if breakfast was available. Only a high price snack variety so plan on eating out or buying your own.

After being on the road for hours, we arrived 45 minutes before check-in time. We asked if we could check in early and were told it would cost $75 for early check in! That is ridiculous! Do you give a credit for early check out???? Where is the human factor? If the room is ready, why not allow check in? I have traveled all over the country and routinely check in early and have NEVER been told this crazy rule.

Our stay was great. My one complaint was the smell. The 3rd floor smelled horrible. We believe it was marijuana and it was nauseating. So gross.

This was a very disappointing stay - staff was very pleasant but not empowered to do anything. Our suite was very dark (no overhead lights) and I asked for a lamp or additional lighting because it was too dark to read in the living room - no one could help with reasonable request. The clocks were wrong, there was no shampoo but 2 conditioners, tv in bedroom was on its last legs, elevator was barely moving, I asked to charge a small milk to the room and was told “we can’t do that”. Really just a substandard stay overall. I won’t try this hotel brand again

My first cleaning was the day before I was leaving and I had been there two weeks. This makes no sense.

The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, appreciative. Did I say personable? They were wonderful. The front desk sets the tone! My room was so large and had been remodeled. I have never stayed in such a large suite! The bed was comfortable, and room was so clean! Thank you for having a full length mirror in the room. TVs were in both the living room and bedroom. Drawers to store clothes were in both of the rooms as well. Very comfortable recliner and couch, but the mattress on the pullout was not supportive, but may be fine for a child. AC worked well, but I had to put my shoes on top of the unit to block the curtains so they wouldn’t blow. Consider adding at least 2 more towels to the linens proKitchen had a refrigerator, coffee pot (not a Keurig for pods), and dishwasher. Here are my suggestions— please provide secure WiFi service and info as to how to get on the internet. Please hurry and get lamps in the rooms. Even with the curtains open the rooms were very dark. I discussed the need for light with the front desk, and I was told additional lamps were on order. Dogs are welcome m, and there isn’t any carpet!! The best!

Super clean and comfortable

It was ok

Location quiet. Heating/air unit quiet and worked. We were told by someone even though they were pet friendly that cats weren't allowed on property. Then at desk he said yes we could bring our cat in really made us happy. Bed and pillows we're very good.

The property was very nice. We reserved our night stay through expedia which was very convenient. I was not expecting to have to pay an additional $50 upon check in though. I would have likely stayed somewhere else if I had known that. I was on a budget for this night and that extra $50 pushed me over my budget.

We were so happy with our stay that we booked the same hotel for our next trip. Full size refrigerator, two burner cooktop, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher allowed us to prepare meals in the room. Room was good size with plenty of floor space.

Just a one night stay but we were so impressed! Room was spacious and clean. Room came w small kitchenette and fridge— a huge plus. Would highly recommend!

We arrived and there was no one at the front desk. We waited about 30mins to be checked in. When front desk staff finally arrived and checked us in when were placed in the wrong room with the wrong accommodations. We to front desk staff and asked to be moved to a room with the accommodation that we booked. The front desk attendant told us that she placed us in the last room and was unable to switch us to the right room.

I wish they offered breakfast, but the free coffee was delicious!

My son said the sofa pull out was hard asa rock. Staff were very kind though!

Very easy in and out. Very spacious room, comfy bed. Free coffee and laundry. Snacks and drinks available. Great value.

Very friendly and courteous lady working the front desk, she made checking in super pleasant. I stay in a lot of motels and I wish more motels had someone as pleasant working their front desk.

Nice hotel

The hotel and staff are great. Walking distance to trails and shopping. The grill in the pics is no more. Looks like they replaced it with a $15 dollar general charcoal grill. That’s a shame because the sitting area is nice with tables, chairs and a ceiling fan. It just needs a nice grill as well. That’s my only gripe…. Okay Maybe a little better lighting in the rooms. I would definitely stay here again

Clean room and kind staff.

Great stay. Good location

First, our reservation was cancelled because we showed up at 3 AM. We were traveling and no one told us we needed to communicate our late check in. When we arrived our front desk attendant was rude and unhappy to deal with which was less than ideal. She told us checkout was at 1130 and when I called to ask for late check out in the morning I was told it was 11 which caused me to scramble and have to reschedule my meetings for the morning. Overall unpleasant and I expected more.

The hallways smelled like marijuana. Our room wasn’t cozy at all with a huge open laminate floor. It was clean though and the staff was nice.
