Had to wait at the front desk to be checked in, ended up knocking on the door behind the desk to get someone to wait on me. That part wasn’t good

Ended our trip a day early due to room dirty liquor bottles all over room we had children with us also there was no internet no tv and the pool was closed which wasent listed on website and one of the reason we choose this hotel staff was rude didn’t even try to help the situation asked 3 different employees to remove the open liquor bottles and still the day we ended up leaving they were still in the room the ice machine on our floor was broken was not a good vacation at all exapecially having to only get to stay one day and no matter what paid for two nights and neither the hotel or the other company would help refund at least one of the nights waste of trip and money never will use either again

We found the staff to be wonderful and the hotel very clean and comfortable, however there were issues with Wi-Fi (later in the stay were resolved), the pool was closed for the season, and one of two elevators was not in good working order. The breakfasts were adequate and the environment cheerful. I booked for the pool so was disappointed. If you just need a bed and don’t mind the stairs at times this would be a good choice.

The property was clean. However, one of the elevators was out of service because there was no lights that ice machine on the third floor never worked and the pool continue to be closed due to cleaning. I was not advised of this before I came. My kids were bored.

Great buffet breakfast, comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, clean room, easy parking, but not for a massive trailer and not RV or 18-wheeler friendly for parking. Lots of lit parking at night. Who stayed here twice, and recommend the place.

Lots of parking. Very nice desk staff. They text you during your stay helpful tips such as wi fi. Breakfast great the area cozy and well designed. They also offered a restaurant list for the area.

As soon as we got in the parking lot you could tell the facility was well cared for. The place had a wonderful clean scent, we enjoyed our suite.

Location is near fast food and fine dining restaurants and across from shopping.

Website does not explain that there is a charge for a dog. Had to pay an additional 75.00 at time of check in.

The location was fantastic! My 13 year old and I walked to Walmart and it took 5 minutes! There's so much there. The breakfast was much better than the last "Hilton" we were at, by a lot! It was clean, beds were comfy, bathroom was huge. That breakfast area was so fancy and the nook was adorable!

Great breakfast options. Very tasty. Great timing for us as we had to leave early! We didn't have much time to enjoy some of the amenities. It was unfortunately just a quick overnite stop for us.

The room was very clean and quiet. Parking lot well lit and safe. Aldi’s is right across the parking lot

OK but not as good as I expected. Only 1 small vending choice in the lobby, barely cool refrigerator, poor lighting, sticky bathroom floor upon arrival, room cleaned and replenished only every other day, super thin small bath towels.

Staff was superb and room was spotless.

The breakfast was good especially the mini waffles! The only issue was our room was not ready so I had to get dressed for a wedding in the lobby bathroom. Kinda annoying. There was a housekeeper shortage.

The staff, Pattie and Owa(?) Went above and beyond to acommodate us. I am so appreciative.

Shower was not cleaned from guests before , toilet seat was up and dirty . Hallways needed cleaned.

There was a large noisy group of families here for a tournament. Although I booked weeks in advance they stuck us on the first room off the lobby. Not great for weary travelers and the hotel wouldn’t move us. We used to stay at this hotel when we used to regularly drive back and forth to FLA with the kids. We won’t be coming here again as retirees doing a similar drive.

The parking lot had several items that needed to be cleaned up. Also we had to ask 3 times for clean towels. There was an altercation on our floor in the middle of the night. I had to call the front desk due to a very loud argument next to us the following morning.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights in September 2025. We found the hotel location excellent. Interstate was right there. The staff were some of the most friendliest I have encountered. The suite was very clean and big. Breakfast has good as well. My only issue was the lack of handicapped parking. We will definitely be staying again, when in the area.

One night and all was well!

The room wasn’t the cleanest, and had a string stench in the room. I wasn’t able to adjust my a/c so me and my newborn was freezing all night. I pulled the blankets back and there was hair good thing I bring my own backup.

Everything was great! Breakfast attendant helped me get everything together for all three toddlers and was so nice to them in the sea of people. Will definitely be returning!

We stay here whenever we make a two day drive to visit family. We can depend on clean rooms, comfortable beds, and convenient location. The staff has always been cool too.

Overall, our one night stay was good. However, there were some food items (Gatorade bottle, M&M's) left in the room from a previous guest. So, they need to work on cleaning the rooms a little better.

Wonderful! The only exception was the room could have been cleaner. The spare pillow in the closet had a stain on it. The body wash container wasn’t full. Other than that I have no complaints

We are very pleased with the facility. The property is in very good condition and is very clean. Bed is a little hard for our taste but we slept well. We would stay here again.

Great place for an overnight stay on the road. Kudos to the employee who was diligently keeping the breakfast bar stocked and attended—gave her a tip! You should think about doing the same for people who get up before dawn to make sure we have a good breakfast before hitting the road.

The hotel and staff were nice. The beds were too hard for my taste. There were police dealing with some issue down the hall from our room all night. The breakfast was okay, not great. I thought the price was also high, especially for what we got.

I enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel for all types of events. My room was clean and properly stocked with necessities. Also, it was quiet. The location was surrounded by everything and that was a major plus for me!! I would most definitely stay here again!

None of our tv channels worked. So were unable to watch anything at all and the front desk person was no help and seemed irritated that I was asking for a solution.

The room was cold. Thanksgiving weekend, cool outside, & the air conditioner was on when I arrived. Reset it to Heat & set it at 80 but the room never warmed up. The shower was scorching hot & I couldn't get it to cool off.

Friendly staff responded promptly to questions. Property very clean and in excellent condition. Great breakfast also. We did have trouble with the thermostat for a couple of hours. It finally functioned as it should. We were comfortable overnight.

Carpets were dingy and stained in the room; bedsheets were on inside out; duvet had little stains. Staff are nice but property needs some upkeep.

The floors needed vacuumed. It was late when we arrived. The television was not working in any rooms so we couldn’t watch the Ut game. Husband very upset. Was able to go watch in lobby. Taking shower, and no shampoo in shower. The breakfast was good and the two ladies working there are truly an asset. They are so friendly and provided excellent customer service. They deserve a bonus. They went above and beyond. I would stay there again.

At this point, I’m satisfied with the room condition.

Very clean and inviting. Good breakfast selections, typical for hotel free breakfast.

A smidge frustrating when they couldn’t initially find my reservation because a bit of panic ensues. But apparently the reservation system didn’t put my name in alphabetical order. Also our key didn’t work which required extra hassle at the end of a long road trip. We’ll continue to stay here but think a little process improvement could be put in place.

Room was large. Beds comfortable. Very Quiet. Incredible staff that was so helpful. Great breakfast. Very pet friendly. I love Hampton Inn's in general and always try to stay there but the staff at this location made our 1 week stay fantastic.

Was nice but I didn’t like that they only clean your room every other day. Also there was no garbage can in the bathroom. The shower was fancy but that door and the room door didn’t shut so easily. It was as though they gave you the bare minimum. The breakfast was nice but I believe the eggs were not real scrambled eggs,

Beautiful lobby and breakfast area… Room had pieces of potato chips on the carpet Desk area had a sticky substance on it. Tv did not work There were no cups of any kind in my room Treadmill in workout room does not work. Incline machine does not work properly The carpet on the first floor needs vacuuming First floor carpet needs cleaning or replacement Two out of three hand sanatiser dispensers were inoperative. No cups at water dispenser in workout room. Water fountain outside workout room out of order.

I gave low stars on a couple of aspects due to their being a lot of “motor running” noise… meaning there is a consistent audible noise of a air conditioner or something running and it’s quite bothersome.

Nice hotel with a friendly staff. We stay here on a regular basis as an intermediate stop when we travel to visit family. It has never been anything other than excellent. Close to interstate without being right on top of it and close to shopping and dining.

Overall good but I had booked 2 rooms at different times and got 2 different rates. I books 1 room on hotels.com and the 2 nd one directly with the hotel. The room booked with hotels.com was cheaper and I left like I should have gotten the same on the 2nd room. And there was hair around the tub in the bathroom

Quiet as I requested. Problem occurred 2 days in a row when we came back from being out and we could Not Get into our room. They said it was a System Wide issue within Hilton. Since it did not make the news, I don’t believe that excuse. It was very inconvenient as we were bringing things up from our car. THEY COULD HAVE POSTED A SIGN . Get your Key updated.
