Breakfast was somewhat basic; however, fresh and offered something for all (eggs, 2 types of sausage, breakfast taters, oatmeal and fixins, bagels, bread, muffins, cereal, apple and orange juice, coffee, and milk).

The room has the the cheapest toilet seats available. I had to tighten it down before I could use it.

The breakfast bar was well stocked and the price was excellent based on what was provided each day. The options also included thoughtfulness with dietary restrictions, too. Fresh fruit was available throughout the stay.

Clean air room. Comfortable bed. Staff did not do what they said they would do. When they told me by phone on day of arrival that I could check in early, at 2:00 pm, when I arrived I was told I had to wait an hour. I expected a room with a bathtub, but did not get it. They gave me another room at same price, but not with bathtub. Then I was expected to leave at 11:00 am, but housecleaning came at 10:50 am, wanting to hurry up so they could get in to clean. My son, who came to help me load up was literally ob the way up with a cart. Staff does not provide this service as income hotels. I paid about $200.00 for this room and expected better service. When shared my experience at desk at check out, I got no apology. Hotel took no responsibility/ownership even they it was their desk that assured me I could come in at 2:00 pm, then told me to wait an hour. Then miraculously, a room became available within 5 minutes, but not the room with a bathtub. As far as they are concerned they met all their responsibilities.

The staff was nice, it was an area with easy access to other things. The rooms were okay for 850.00 for 6 days we could have stayed at a different hotel with continental breakfast with free beer during 4-6pm.

My wife and I went to Murfreesboro for my son’s wedding. Due to weather my son’s plans were ruined till I called the Hilton Garden Inn and they saved the day with Venue space the staff ere amazing and helped make my Son’s day beautiful

It was a nice and clean room. I enjoyed the buffet. It was the same thing everyday. Maybe try bacon instead of Italian sausage. I had a horrible night sleep both nights. I had teenagers screaming and yelling thru the hallway. Cussing and banging 11 at night. Hard to get to sleep and go to a conference refreshed. I finally called the front desk. He knew of the issue and said he comforted them the night before and will do it again. He also apologized. Beds where not that comfortable. Otherwise hotel was good. Easy to get into and park.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed the restaurant in the lobby for supper, as well as the available breakfast option in the morning.

Quiet and safe. Clean

Tv wouldn't stay on a channel. After 15 minutes would go back to the Hilton honers screen. Staff had to come up and fix. Two weeks after our stay i discovered that my ear buds were missing from the case. I knew that the last time I saw them was when I moved the case from the table in our room to my suitcase. I called to report to management they said someone would reach out to me and no one has.

We always stay at the Hilton Garden Inn when visiting Murfreesboro or surrounding areas. It is consistently clean, well managed, and accessible.

Everyone was very nice. We could walk to all sorts of shopping. Even though our room was near the elevator, it was super quiet.

A friend of mine from Murfreesboro recommended this hotel to me. It was a fantastic choice. We had 9 people staying at the hotel including my client, the video crew and a Medal of Honor recipient and his wife. Everyone in our group commented about how wonderful the hotel was. Rooms are clean, fresh, the lobby area is very open and fantastic for gathering, talking, working and having breakfast. Bar area is perfect for afternoon and late night cocktails. It's in a great location as well. Surrounded by restaurant choices. My ONLY suggestion is that Google Maps hasn't figured out the exact location yet, so they need better signage outside so you aren't frustrated before you walk in the door....FYI: It's across the street from Embassy Suites.

Pulled off the road after a day of traveling looking for a comfortable place to stay. This was it! From the moment we walked through the door. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

It was a very clean hotel with amazing staff! Literally the perfect stay! I do wish that the breakfast was complementary.

The bathroom could’ve been cleaned better. Also, we could hear people above us walking loudly and when in the bathroom we could here people talking through the vent. The hotel is not very sound proof.

We stayed here as our halfway point from MN to FL, just needed a clean and safe place to stay for a quick sleep before getting back on the road. Easy access from highway. Room was nice. Snack bar was really limited, would have liked more options. We tried to order dinner from the on site restaurant but the chef was off so it was closed…on a Saturday night. That sucked. Dog fee was $100 which is high. Good place to stay overall.

This is a great hotel, enjoyed the stay. Staff are friendly, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, facilities are well-maintained.

I personally didn’t feel that check in was convenient at all since I didn’t book their hotel through them personally. I was interested in seeing if they had “early check in”, however they apparently assign rooms in advance (which I guess makes sense) but I had an event I needed to get my child ready for and I wouldn’t be able to check in until late. I only booked this room so I could have is why we booked the room to begin with, however we had to get dressed in the lobby bathroom. If someone had asked multiple times if their room was ready, I would have taken their info soThe bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would have anticipated after spending $200 for ONE NIGHT. I also found what appeared to be a big carcass on my pillow so then I was naturally freaking out worried about bed bugs. The remote didn’t function correctly so I had to thumb through every channel manually. I went down for our breakfast that was included in our stay (that I paid extra for) and I had to ask someone how if it worked? The lady I asked clearly worked there and was apparently a server of sorts, however no “order” was taken from me so I could order anything from the “grill” that she told me we could order things from, however didn’t really have any advertisement of what those items were? She never came and asked me if I wanted anything from there so maybe I was just doing it wrong? Some better explanation would be excellent if your going to offer a service like that?

The staff were all friendly and very accommodating with the requests we had. We will definitely be recommending this location for friends and family when they visit the area.

Very clean! Staff were great. Water was out at Hotel when I checked in, which I was notified only after I checked in. After I ran a few errands and returned the water was back on. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I loved the pool setup and the way the hotel was structured.

We stay one night there. The hotel was clean and well take care of. The only mark that I will make is about the breakfast. Even thought the room included breakfast (which it did) it was more a continental breakfast. There was a waffle maker and they will selling eggs, bacon and muffins for $8 extra (each). I think even when they did not lie about the free breakfast it was deceiving has not clarify that it was continental breakfast.

Not a good stay. I requested my room be cleaned and it was not. My trash was not even emptied. I had to call the front desk for towels and coffee. I was going to order food from the on site restaurant but the in picture to scan my phone for menu did not work. I did tell the front desk and they said they would tell the restaurant manager. I ended up going out to get food.

The fire alarm went off a couple of times in the wee hours of night (approx 3am). Front desk wasn't any help with informing if there was a real fire. Indicated fire dept was on the roof but stated not sure if everyone needed to evacuate. This wss very exhausting jumping up twice to dress looking to exit, esp after a long day of funeral services. Spoke with additional staff later in the day to find out the fire dept couldn't detect why the system kept going off (as it went off again during the day), and had to bypass the system to shut off. Staff indicated system appeared to be coming from ducts... staff not aware of evacuation plan when asked... very traumatic and scary!!!

Could not get our room cleaned. We could not get fresh towels unless we went to the desk to get them. This was a handicap room. Our tub was so slick we have to go and buy a rubber mat.

This hotel was very nice. It was very clean and the amenities were very nice. The room and bathroom was spacious and perfect for me and my daughter. The only negative was my bed was not very comfortable and I felt like the included breakfast should have included the hot items instead of having to pay an additional $8. Overall I would definitely consider staying here again.
