Perfect for resting! Great for families!

Plenty of restaurants near by.

Didn't like the the way the shower, the water pressure was weak and the toilet barely flushed and the mini fridge was not that cold. And the pillows was uncomfortable. And the room needs brighter lights.

What a journey! Arrived and received the keys around 2pm. Went to our room for a nap when someone walks in with a dog and said this was his room. We receive a call from front desk asking who we are. We get up and pull back covers only to find blood on the sheets then go to check in desk. We were supposed to be on the third floor but was checked in on 2nd floor. For our inconvenience we were given two free dinners at their location. We proceeded to our new room and we arrive the key didn't work. Back down we went. Out to eat lunch came back key didn't work back down we went. We thought we would eat at there restaurant, guess what it was closed for the day so the front desk said we could get a candy bar from the snack area.

Everything thing was in walking distance. The friendliness of the staff, and while walking through the hotel, you can smell how well they cleaned it.

Hated the mattress. They were hard and uncomfortable.

My favorite hotel in Murfreesboro! Always clean and everything you need! The staff has always been friendly and professional! Tops! 👍

We were given an adjoining room, without being told or agreed to, and we could hear everything in the adjoining as if we were with the people in that room. We could even clearly hear what they were watching on TV. This is not acceptable at anytime but when it is still going on at midnight it becomes intolerable.

Very clean and in a good area I reserved this room for 2 queens. They gave me a King and would not change my room. There was 100s of kids there gor a soccer convention. The so called free breakfast was ruined by the kids trashing the breakfast buffet. Food everywhere. Grabbing food with bare hands and putting it back. Coughing and sneezing on food. Parents letting the kids go nuts with the food. Saw a 5 year old mixing chocolate milk and attempting to make his own waffle. Burned his hand. You need attendants. Kids should not be allowed to serve themselves

The staff was not very friendly, We asked for a couple more pillows and was told NO..that they were out of pillows? The front desk, did not have great patience when checking in, and then we got a couple snacks from the snack area (it was amazing and fully stocked) but we stood there for 5 minutes waiting for the lady to acknowledge us to buy the snacks.. So the only down side to the hotel was really the staff… it may just have been us or caught the employees on a bad day…

We stayed in room 528 and it was very noisy with traffic! Coffee pot to low on that little table. Never been charged for breakfast it is just a normal little buffet breakfast like any other hotel that is free.!

The heat in our original room did not work but the lady at the front desk found us a different room that had heat. The second room was bigger and had enough room for 5 people and luggage. The original room was small for that many people. The lady at the front desk was very nice and she went above and beyond to help us.

The breakfast cost $12 per person. The information we looked at said free breakfast. It definitely wouldn’t have been worth it. There wasn’t room to unfold the hide-a-bed so it had to be moved to make room which didn’t really leave room for luggage. The stopper in the bathtub was broken. It wasn’t worth the cost of the room.

Staff was very courteous. Room appeared to have been vacant for a number of days. Had a very stagnant odor. Easily changed to another room.

Everything was clean, the room was warm, and the towels were neatly folded.

To have to pay for breakfast at least make sure its good. The bed was like sleeping on bricks.

The room was clean as usual. I love this spot very reserved and clean. I book here when I’m in town but had an issue with my reservation this time about what was included with my reservation when clearly I paid for it. Receptionist stated it’s not clear on hotel end what’s being book (breakfast) through Expedia. Glad I had my receipt through the app to show. I hope this gets resolved soon. I pay for what I want and would love to not have this as an issue again.

Hotel and room were clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Pillows were not what I liked. I generally don't leave reviews however the pillows were flat. I made front desk aware and they said they would look into it.

Rude staff. Gave me a room with a man inside. No apology, just an inconvenience to the worker. Ended up checking out after ONE night due to the horrible bed and interstate traffic.

The room was very clean and the hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shops.

Our stay was for one night. We enjoyed the convenience of dining options around the area. It was clean and fairly quiet. My only suggestion was the mid shift staff at the front desk could have been more friendly. She seemed more concerned with her homework or whatever she was working on. She messed up our reservation and we were charged twice and it took too long for the situation to be fixed.

We rrally enjoyed our stay thus weekend. The food was great in the restaurant and the staff were amazing. Conveniently located, restaurant, shopping you name it; its there. Twenty minute's from The largest bar in the US; Humble Baron, were webkicked off our celebrations. Forty minutes from downtown Nashville where we ended our celebrations with sunday brunch with family. Oh, did I mention shopping.....😉👌💕❤️

Breakfast was expensive.. should be a part of the room cost. Easy on n off interstate n quiet area and clean room.

First off- I want to point out that the night manager Willetta was lovely. However- when I arrived to check in- i had to wait over 30 minutes for Mina to return to the front desk. I had Holliday Inn on my phone requesting a refund before he showed up. He said he was in the bathroom for over 30 minutes? Two other patrons were waiting for assistance as well. When i got to my room- the doors to the cabintes were broken. I couldnt manipulate the air to go below 72 so the room remained warm and sticky (TN is humid) Room was clean and for that i was grateful. I wont stay here again as it was overpriced for what i experienced.

Also, when I booked it said breakfast was included but the hotel told me it wasn’t. We wanted to get our long drive over with so we just left and didn’t push it but part of the reason we booked was because it said breakfast was included so we could grab something on our way out and then they told us we would have to pay more for it. Super disappointing. The hotel was clean and the room was fine other than the mattress but we won’t stay here or recommend this to anyone. Overall very disappointed.

Very loud road/traffic noise, crumbling ceilings, floor and shower area unclean, scratched doors, incredibly musty smell in room.

The area is nice. Lots of restaurants and shops. Staff is friendly. The rooms are outdated and need maintenance.

The bed was extremely stiff and uncomfortable. HVAC very close to bed and blew directly in my face all night. I’ve stayed and Holiday Inn properties in multilple locations without any issues. I would not recommend or stay here again.

I checked in to hotel on Friday April 18 and checked out April 20. I called the front desk 3 times my tv wasn’t working and it was never fixed. I was never offered another room instead I received free breakfast for Sunday morning. The food was cold. I requested towels several times as well.

We’ve stayed at this property once before but this time our room had an issue with black ants.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this establishment! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the check in & out process is painless! Excellent customer service from beginning to the end of my stay! The room was spectacular and spacious! I Highly Recommend Holiday Inn Murfreesboro IHG!

Easy check out/check in. Staff was tremendously helpful when I had questions or needed something. Wish there was a microwave in the room. Would've liked an indoor pool area.Walking through the outside patio and gate in order to get to and from my car was odd but we got used to it. We were in town for a soccer tournament. After the game we had hoped to order pizza in and hang out in the common space of the hotel lobby with our team. No intention of being loud, just a desire to watch the football game and eat before bed. The hotel staff present on site was extremely rude in this regard not allowing any sort of congregating or eating. Was a fascinating experience. Have never in all my years of coaching experienced a situation like it.

Great value for the money. Extremely clean, nice amenities, great breakfast, friendly and attentive staff, close to shopping, still developing area, but felt very safe! Would definitely stay there again if in the area! 5 stars all around!!

The property is lovely, but the best part was the young woman, April, who checked us in. She was welcoming, gracious, attentive, and helpful. I travel a fair amount and don't think I've had a more pleasant check-in experience. And it was because of April.

National site says daily maid service- should read upon request.

Expressway noise was loud in the room. Not enough handicap spaces. We had to park on the back side of the building and the Key card would not work on a side door and we had to walk all the way around the building in the cold. Since we stayed 3 days, it would have been nice if housekeeping had checked our room for trash and replaced coffee, etc.

The stay was good. The only issue I had was the beds were a little too high off the floor. I am average height and as a senior citizen my feet couldn't reach the floor.

Carpet was sticky. Attendant at breakfast is expected to solicit tips to supplement their pay. The breakfast is selfserve on disposable plates and plastic ware with a trash can in the corner. The attendants just keep the food pans full. No personal service. Why should I tip?

After a nerve wracking drive from Florida, it was the perfect respite from the interstate chaos.

The only problem we had is we had to wait until just after 4 to have a room ready. Food was very good. We could hear a lot of sounds from the roads.

Check in was smooth and fast. Just be aware the onsite bar and restaurant is closed on Sundays, which was a bit disappointing. However, there are plenty of restaurants and bars near by. Its a safe location and worth the extra few dollars to be in a hotel where there is little to no rifraf and proximity to the interstate and shopping and restaurants.

The 3-11 front desk associate and the bartender were wonderful! The room was comfortable and the property was nice. The AM front desk associate was not concerned at all about the hairy bath towel that was folded up as clean in our room. She pulled the hair off the towel and told me to have a nice day. There was no apology nor was i offered a clean towel. That was dissapointing.

Everyone who works here was SUPER nice and accommodating. This is one of the more affordable options in this block of hotels in Murfreesboro... Totally worth it. I didn't have a chance to visit the fitness center but it looked fantastic.

No restaurant! No bar! They need to share that info on the website! They advertise bar and restaurant which was the main reason i chose this property!

Big disappointment for such a new hotel.

On our way back from 2 week vacation and found this hotel to spend the night. Room was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the restaurant being available for dinner so we did not have to go back out after checking in.

Awesome time in Murfreesboro

We enjoyed visiting with Steve and look forward to seeing him on our next visit to the Nashville area.

We found a bed bug in one of our beds in the middle of the night. We left at 2:00 in the morning and had to drive to a different hotel in a different town an hour away and pay for another hotel reservation for the same night. I told the front desk person on duty in the middle of the night. She noted the issue and gave me her managers number. I called the manger the next day as well as contacting customer service at Hotels.com. I have gotten absolutely no resolution to the situation from the hotel or Hotels.com.

Front desk attendant wasn’t very friendly when checking in. But would stay here again.

The bed was rock hard and noisy. My shoulder, hip and ankle ached within minutes due to lack of cushioning. I honestly think the floor would have been equally comfortable. The mattress itself was loud. Every time my spouse or I moved at all we heard a pleather on pleather type of squeak. Neither of us got more than 3 hours of sleep as we woke every time one of us moved. I woke sore and more tired than when I laid down despite allowing time for a full 8 hours of sleep. Will not stay here again.

And best of all, the coffee stations in each room were stocked with more than just sugar and sweet-n-low (something that seems to be a problem with 99% of the hotels like Holiday Inn). Thanks for including Equal aspartame as well!
