The location, cleanness and the pricing. The customer service was excellent.

The property grounds seemed to be maintained well and were enjoyable to walk around. The condo interior was old, dated, and had a musty smell. They were not maintained or cleaned very well. Unable to sleep past 5 am due to the heavy stomping, running and slamming from the unit above. Very little insulation to block noise. I mentioned this to staff hoping they would address, but unfortunately not. The indoor pool and hot tub were closed during our stay but this was not mentioned before we booked. The photos make the place look more appealing than it was.

On the first floor

Everything was great. The beds were comfortable. It was very clean. They had plenty of pools. They had different activities. You could do plus a discount at different restaurants and attractions They should have little small take-home bottles of their body wash, lotion ,shampoo and conditioner because that stuff smells awesome and is expensive to purchase

Its not a ocean front hotel

Great location for us. Had an entire apartment for what you would pay for a room. Space and comfort. Clean and comfortable bed. The internet service was HORRIBLE. It’s inexcusable for a resort of this size not to have decent standard internet. We couldn’t even get online long enough to upgrade and purchase the advanced internet plan. Terrible.

The couch was less than comfortable but everything else was excellent!

Brittsny and Rita were so helpful at the front desk. Brittany helped us with our reservation before we arrived and made it a stress free trip. Everything was great.

Loved the lazy river and pools Had to basically clean up our room before leaving. Not sure of the maid situation.

I loved the infinity pool and spa had amazing jets! The views were wonderful and access to downtown was convenient. The pull out couch was broken along with a whole in the netting to keep out the mosquitoes on the balcony.

The employees were amazing. Rita and Brittany were very helpful and polite. They both made sure our rooms were side by side and helped to make our stay wonderful. Yes, we stay there once or twice a year for the past 3 years.

The staff were great they were all very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. When we requested additional supplies and towels they were there in minutes. Our rooms were very clean. We stay at this resort twice a year and it is always a very positive experience, We had a wonderful experience. The staff are all friendly and very helpful.

Nothing really I have asthma and the rooms they were laced us in had a smell of old snitch in the air ducts like mold smell. Also we tried cutting on the air conditioning and the order of a feces sewage line smell overwhelmed the room. We cut it off and slept with the patio door to let out the odor and to be able to breathe. This was the second room they have put us in. I recommend the SC health department to inspect the rooms and the owners need to update the rooms not just update the rooms for the owners of timeshare owners. Very disappointed and will not return. Due to the smells in the room, I had to be seen by my MD for asthma flare due to the smell. The beds need to be replaced because it had no support.

We greatly appreciate the reservation and management staff coordinating our stay with 50 individuals and 13 units. A special thanks to Rita.

I loved everything about the property! I can’t wait to come back I didn’t like that our wifi didn’t work the whole time we were there. When we first got there, I called up front but they were closed and the security answered stating that the wifi hasn’t been working for awhile and that it’s only working in two buildings . I’m not sure what that means as about but other than that I loved everything else . Maybe we could get some competition for the inconvenience on our next stay

Nice property. Well maintained. No dining on property but small kitchen was useful with clean utensils. Everything worked. Would stay there again.

The pools were great and there were so many fun things to do right there in one place. The WiFi wasn’t great and there was no elevator to our 3rd floor room. With 2 small kids it was just inconvenient.

The reservationist did not give us the room we requested. We(my wife and I) were given the lockout room or room B. We wanted the larger 2 bedroom with a kitchen. She put seniors(age 65 with bad knees) on the third floor in room that had a strong odor of smoke. My wife has allergies and demanded to be moved. Therefore there was an increase in stress. We felt cheated and would like to be compensated. The booking number is 4881487166. We checked in on July 19,2025 and checked out on July 22,2025. We will never return.

Its an enjoyable experience for the entire family and not far from broadway

The hotel/resort was very family friendly. They had a lot of great activities for the kids and the pools were clean and nice. While our room was exactly what we needed as a family of 4, it was slightly run down and outdated. Appliances ver still dirty and things were generally just old. The drawers of thw dressers didn't close and the sliding glass door took an act of God to open and shut. Overall it was fine and met our needs. It was a good location and reasonably priced. I was disappointed to have to pay an unexpected resort fee when we checked in. $200 extra dollars that was not disclosed to us upon booking.

WiFi sketch and unreliable. Lots of maintenance issues with infrastructure. Checking in was very crowded and slow. Here’s hoping that the Hilton transfer will fix many of these problems.

It was clean inside but the pools were dirty

Staff was all amazingly, friendly and helpful. Lots of things were not working, though, the hot tub, the Wi-Fi and parking was an issue due to all the construction material. I think charging the resort fee when most of the things are not working is not great. Hopefully they get construction done and everything back to working. I will stay here again though because they were friendly and clean.

This was our second time here and it was just as great as the last time. Our suite was clean and we had a great view of the river.

Enjoyed all the pools, the walkable restaurant and poolside bar. Great spacious and clean room. Good free coffee, great spots to take photos. Unfortunately a little further away from the main tourist areas but easy & quick transportation options available in area.

Overall the property was very nice. It was clean (even with the construction). Plenty of areas to walk in the mornings. The staff was very friendly. Would stay here again

We stayed a week and the property was beautiful and had plenty to do around the resort. Two restaurants and plenty of swimming options. Only issue was when we got there to check in we were told there was a fee of 195 which was never covered in the email or on hotel.com. However the toung lady waved it due to us not being made aware prior. The customer service was excellent and i wld recommend the property. I would definitely stay again.

I really enjoy my stay each time i visit. I just dont like that they wont give you a late check out when you have a later flight the day of your checkout.

It was spiders in the room walls are thin and if you have neighbors you can hear them couple of other little critters running around

I would give it a four star there were a few issues some were addressed some were just overlooked it is a timeshare run facility so be warned they will be reaching out to you to see if you're willing to buy

The room was extremely run down and DIRTY. There was a dirty hand towel and tissue next to the TV upon entering. Dirty towel on the kitchen counter, table was covered in crumbs. Trash was filled with takeout containers. Carpet was nasty and stained.

We have a great time there plus the stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Grounds were beautiful. Two very nice pools, one with a tiki bar. Furniture in room needs a little update but otherwise no issues. One thing though is if you stay on ground floor you might have noisy neighbors if they have kids. Too much heavy walking and running.

What a great place to stay! A lazy river, two pools, clubhouse, bar and grill by the pool, activities all day long for kids or adults. The room/apt was beautiful, the bed was super comfortable and the view from the balcony overlooked the pool. Highly recommend for families and couples!

The property is nice. I stayed a week. Most of the staff is amazing. The first issue I had was when I first tried to check in they said they would call me when the room was ready and never did. Also I needed dish detergent and the front desk told me I had to come get it. The front desk is driving distance. Also the activities desk never answers or calls back to sign up for activities which most you have to pay for. But the rooms are nice just keep in mind no elevators or help when taking stuff to your room.

Bluegreen's Harbour Lights is an excellent property. I often send business associates and clients to it with no complaints.

Nice 2 bedroom condo style setting. Major issue with humidity in the unit.

The condition of that property was GREAT, however there was trash left under the kitchen sink from the previous guest. A little trash never hurt anybody until you open the cabinet, the trash falls over and is full of dirty tampons. When I called the front desk the guy told me that someone didn’t do their job and he would send someone up. No apology or anything. When the guy came to our room he simply changes the trash without disinfecting the floors or cabinets. The 2nd day our room keys were somehow disabled and my husband was given a really hard time getting a new key. They asked for his ID that was locked in the room, asked him to verify all the other information that I provided at booking and they still wouldn’t provide another card. He was told that he needed an appointment to speak with the manager .

My time there was very relaxing and calm. Would love to go back

The only knock I have against this place is if you are on a higher floor you do not have an elevator option other than that this place is fantastic.

They did not give us the king size room that we requested. Other than that very thing was excellent.

The resort had some nice features we were not expecting, such as a number of pools, fishing ponds, many discounts to area stores, use of a state park pass daily, and a kids club (if you have kids). Unfortunately, the beds were not comfortable and the room could have been cleaner. We learned there are units that are owned by individuals who rent them out, so what we experienced may not be a reflection of the resort, just maybe an owner. For the "extras," the price was great.

This place was more than I thought and much nicer. My only complaint would be that there was no elevator and our room was in the 3rd floor. Carrying our luggage and things up and down the stairs was no fun. I will know next time to ask for a ground room.

Clean towel was not accessable. Had set time to pick up towels.

When I arrived to check in I was told that the resort was over booked. I never stayed at this location.

It's labeled as a hotel but doesn't have housekeeping...I would've rated higher but we were there for 4 days on "VACATION " and having to clean your own room and get your own towels was aggravating.

Once you figure out the best way to get in and out of the property Harbor Lights is a wonderful place to stay. Hwy 501 can be a bit confusing. Harbor Lights is very family friendly with activities going on all the time. Very clean. Hospitality was wonderful. Shopping and restaurants within a couple of miles. Did not try restaurant on property. Lots of pools. I would definitely stay there again.

Poolside was a lot of fun. Family and friends dancing at pool. Great memory😁

Was okay, kids in room above us were running and annoying. Other than that it was a good place

To make this stay better would be to have WiFi available with an extra fee

Blue green was relaxing and a great place to take teenage girls who like to wonder on there own! It was safe and the club house gave them plenty to do! We loved it here and I think we found a new place to stay when we go to the beach!

Enjoyed my stay great and friendly staff. I had one problem got fixes with in minutes. It was a great location with in 10 to 15 in every direction to where ever I want to go.

the property is close to airport, restaurants and our place of worship and not far from the beach, although, if you don't live at one of the hotels on the beach, it's hard to find a parking space

The place was nice, not far from any where I chose to visit. At times the staff was a little less knowledgeble about certain requirements however; overall it was a great experience. The condo unit was very nice, clean and neat. Felt like a home away from home.

Room was generally clean and bed was comfortable. Location was great for us.

This was our first time here, and probably our last too. Just a very average place. Nothing really bad about it, but nothing really good about it either. The location worked out well because we were there for a specific purpose (not just a fun trip to the beach) and it was nice to be away from all the chaos of the oceanfront. Besides that, nothing special about it.

We had a shopping spree for our church ladies. We enjoyed our stay, comfort, cleanliness and relaxed atmosphere. The beauty of the yards and water, was so clean. We decided we would like to stay at a later time, just a few days longer.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to Midieval Times. Within 5 miles of the mall and Tangler Outlet. Beautiful scenery

Resort was very nice, but a long way from the beach, especially when traffic is heavy.

The service was not that good this stay. The place was nice and a nice view of the Waterway but I was disappointed with the service. I needed sheets for the pull out couch and had to call a couple of times. They didnt empty the trash under the kit. sink from the previous tenant. I have stayed here before and really like the place but this trip was disapointing.

Enjoyed every minute of my stay, the service at the front desk and customer service was wondering. The room was excellent great view, very clean everything was beautiful!
