    I had a massage and my granddaughter had a facial at the spa. It was an outstanding experience. The shuttle service made our stay even more enjoyable. We enjoyed the restaurants in the Hilton as well. The beach views were spectacular.

    The floor in the room was filthy, I was wearing white socks and after walking across the floor just a few times they were filthy. I do not think the floor is mopped after each guest leaves, which needs to be addressed. The room otherwise was fine, bed was comfy and everything else seemed fairly clean. This location could use a remodel in the near future.

    The door to the room could use some weather stripping; we were on one of the outside doors and you could see a lot of natural light coming in around the bottom and the side and there was one little beetle that crawled in overnight.

    The direct access to the beach. The lack of cleanliness in our room was extremely disappointing. There were cobwebs throughout both the bathroom and the room, hair from a previous guest was still present in the shower, and the shower curtain liner appeared not to have been replaced in quite some time, as evidenced by its yellow discoloration and mildew buildup along the bottom. The floors had not been vacuumed, and surfaces throughout the room had not been properly wiped down. Despite repeatedly bringing these concerns to the attention of both the Front Desk and Housekeeping staff, the issues were not addressed in a timely manner, even after we were assured multiple times that they would be. My husband personally witnessed a housekeeper enter our room and only make the bed, despite our specific request for fresh sheets. When he asked whether the sheets would be changed, she responded, “Oh, that’s what you wanted done?” Unfortunately, the level of service has noticeably declined over the years. It’s disappointing to see what was once a reliable experience fall so far below expectations.

    Rooms were a bit outdated, but we had a great view. It’s awesome that the hotel partners with the other hotel with the waterpark. We couldn’t use a luggage cart to bring in our luggage’s unless we were using valet. I’ve never seen that policy before and thought was inconvenient.

    Tried to get a cart to bring up my own luggage but since it was “full service”, I was not allowed (they lock the carts in the closet). Of course they were understaffed with bellman so the wait was another 25 minutes (2 guys doing valet and bellhop on a 14+ floor hotel???) Did not get any room attendance for 2 days (towels, make-up). Bellhop said we missed out because the floor we were on didn’t have microwaves. Come to find out the “microwave” is one per FLOOR (cheap $89 kind). It sits on a table next to the ice machine alcove. Found this out when the ice machine on my floor was broken and had to go up one. Very Hotel 6 vibe! The property is nice but the service is poor. Even pool service staffed started out your order with an apology that your sandwich order would be 45 minutes due to staffing. They charge you $38 / day resort fee and you still have to pay for parking in the adjacent garage. Not sure what that fee is for other than the 1 towel they give you at the pool. For $300 a night there are much better options with much better service.

    Perfect stay for my husband and 3 year old! Our ocean view room was truly ocean view and had amazing views. The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice to have access to all of the Kingston properties. Hotel is right in the beach and we were able to use the boardwalk to walk to the currents waterpark. Pools are great for all ages!

    The property has a wonderful location. The bell hop staff are not very friendly and they will not allow you to use the dolly's yourself to get your items into your room.Although they have a very long wait time for the bellhop staff to unload your car and bring your items to your room.     Just an amazing hotel! So much better than the Hilton Resort I stayed at in Orlando earlier in the year. Amazing staff, from reception to bar to pool, a great bar that stayed open till 11pm too. Wonderful beach & sea views and access. Lovely room, beautiful gardens and pool, coffee shop/ amenities, literally everything is fantastic here and the location was great for me too. Only sad to have to pay for parking when way out of town, but that’s advised when booking so I can’t moan!

    I enjoyed the view. I wish the fense was with glass instead of bar.The veiw was blocked when you sit on the chair. (I know this is an extra expectation). Walking to the beach was so close and wonderful. I went out at 6(sunrise was at 6:40), not too dark to be caucious, it was perfect with peaceful.

    The photos are not a replica of the actual hotel. Most of the pictures like the kids splash pad and indoor pool are in another hotel about 4 hotels down and the staff does not mention it at checkout. Bracelets are not reinforced. Hot tubs and pools were ice cold with a ton of sand in them during our 50 degree stay. Everyone was miserable. The beach didn’t have any shell beds to shell hunt…. Rooms desperately need updates. Toilet was not bolted down. You have to pay extra for parking in a parking garage. Walls are paper thin. We tried to order room service and no one ever answered. Walked down and the hostess told me she couldn’t talk to me for 30 minutes or take my order. We ended up leaving a day early it was so bad. We thought for the price we would be at a decent place but downtown hotels are much more updated with heated pools. Feel like I got scammed for the price of this place.

    The new room’s AC failed again on day five and was never fixed before we checked out on day seven. Additionally, both hot tubs were broken. While the property was nice, the long walk to amenities defeated the purpose of staying at a Hilton with small children. We also found a major safety issue: the balcony lock was missing entirely. The staff was friendly and tried to help, but most issues seemed beyond their control.

    The hotel was in a beautiful location on the beachfront, with many restaurant and retail in the area. However, for a Hilton it fell short slightly for the standard! Little things like the cosmetics in the bathroom....Shower facet and head did not work properly. The bathroom shower gel was completely empty. Just some minor things....but other than that was a good stay.

    The checking was a nightmare with lines. Some put a card on file for me and it wasn’t mine. Laid all the cards out to prove it wasn’t mine but right before this I was locked out my room after coming from pool. I went to them and one of the ladies up front yell out it due card decline and I ask how. She then proceeded to say she can get security to unlock to grab wallet and bring me down. I ask for manager and he help me without security say it wasn’t necessary. Mind you, room paid in full before coming it was money to reserve for extra fees and if you damaged room. Furthermore, it was embarrassing and the manager apologized and was told someone should have called me either via cell or room phone. I also stated I didn’t like the person I check-in with stood me down and assumed 21, proceed to tell me I have to be 21 to book. I am 34 just look really young so she carded me to resume check in which the same lady that tried to call security to escort me to room that paid in full before coming. Next, let talk about room service. I had to reach out room service 4 times to get fresh bath cloths and to get room clean. Got my bath cloths 45 later after the 4th time reaching out and never got room cleaned. I end up just checking out early and did stay my whole stay. Well, they still charged me and send my recipe to email after the time I was suppose to check out. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone because the parking elevators was nasty and the second floor back exit stairway broken

    The room was not very clean. There was a booger on the curtain and next to the bed. Conditioner bottle was empty. Bathroom and shower was extremely small. Ice machine on our floor was out of service during our entire 5night stay. The “water park” and indoor pool featured in the pictures are at a differs location that requires a 5-10min walk or free shuttle. Very disappointed!

    The bed sheets had wholes in them. The rooms were very small. I requested an accessible room because we have a small child and use a stroller but I was given a room in the 6th floor, with access from outside a glass door. It was very difficult to open the glass door. Entering the room was also hard when having a stroller.

    I ordered room service on our first morning, I didn’t receive all of it and what I did receive was absolutely COLD, not warm but cold. I sent a message via the in house SMS I had been using but I never back regarding the cold food and half order. The room was clean and comfortable and everything else was fine.. just don’t order room service. It was our 36 year anniversary so we wanted breakfast in bed … so yeah it was extremely disappointing.

    Filthy disgusting I would never ever recommend anyone to stay in that filthy disgusting hotel. I don’t even know how the hotel is still up and running. This place needs to be shut down. The pictures may look nice, but this place is disgusting. The bed comforter had mold all inside the bathroom was outdated and disgusting stains everywhere. The heater was not working upon arrival. Warm room was 59° when we woke up in the morning, we had rashes all over our face and body. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Very disgusting.

    1.The room.I asked to be moved because the loud mechanical equipment on their adjacent rooftop was louder than the sound of the waves.Moving all my stuff and returning to the front desk for a new key took an hour of my precious time. The window of the new room was obscured 1/2 way by the building design and so it really was more like an ocean view, not oceanfront...but thats what expedia charged me for.! At night There was lighting of the pools below my 12th fl balcony and loud fountains, so again, not oceanfront. 2.The "outdoor" hot tub was not in service, so i had to take a shuttle to their property down the road that had an "indoor" hot tub,yuch! It had way too much chemicals and the shuttle took me past the hot tub area to drop off other guests.More time wasted! The thanksgiving buffet as awesome and the hotel staff was awesome.The expedia total with fees and taxes was what I was expecting to pay but after resort fees and parking fees(listed on the "very bottom of the expedia booking page"..where you usually do not go...I ended up paying another $130 at the hotel. I did not get what I paid for, but the beach was nice.

    About half or more of the rooms in the hotel require you to walk outside to get to them, which is very annoying during storms. There were stains on the chair in the room. Also, the advertised indoor pool is at a completely different hotel that you have to take a shuttle to.

    Check in took longer than expected but Mike at the front check was professional, funny and friendly. Jeffery was always friendly when he greeted me and concerned for my safety and provided me info on how to be safe. Walking into the hotel it looked glamorous walking into my room nope. Rust on the rim of the door, the ocean view from where my room was, I had the air conditioning units to the left of me that I couldn’t hear the ocean. No balcony screen. The bathroom vent and air conditioning vents were disgusting, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned nor changed and again rusty. The sheets may have been cleaned but had stains. The air conditioning couldn’t go passed 75 degrees and it was still too cold with an annoying loud noise every time it kicked in. No toiletries in the bathrooms. Just bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash. What happened to the sink? The a the room light dim couldn’t see. Following week bastantes at a Marriott, way better more hot to date and modern. Will not be going to another Hilton ever again and I will be advised my friends and family as well. Your think the Hilton’s are wealthy, put some of that wealth back into your hotels and staff.

    The hotel needs to be updated. They overbooked so we were not able to access the room we booked until the second night. Both rooms had issues with small gnats gathering in the bathroom. The first room had significant problems related to moisture in the air, like peeling wall paper and rust on the light fixtures. Throughout our four-night stay, we avoided particular elevators because the noises they emitted were worrisome. We don’t plan to visit this hotel again.

    Interaction with staff was excellent. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Room was comfortable. Areas of facility showing some wear, however, there was signage indicating upcoming improvements. ( Eg. several ceiling water leaks while raining) Beach view was great. Enjoyed outdoor bar. Didn't get time to experience spa and other amenities due to conference activities. Beautiful property!

    The view of the beach was beautiful, but the sliding door handle was about to come off and a struggle to open. The bathroom shower handle was loose as well. The air conditioner temperature couldn't be changed when it became too cold in the room, so we had to turn the unit off plus it rattled whenever it was on.

    This is the perfect location ! But it’s not going to matter soon . It’s very very neglected . Sad cause it could be so much more . The place is so run down . I blame staff . The pools and hot tubs were so badly neglected never cleaned . At 9am when opened . Hot tub had floating lemons and straws and cups from the night before . At 12pm they looked the same , had plenty of people there to do the work but just neglected , Very dirty ! Like people will be sick . The worst Hilton experience . I text photos to the Hilton honors staff with no responses . Read the reviews! I don’t know where the 4 stars came from . The view of the lobby you think your in paradise . Not for long .

    Not what I expected from the Hilton brand. Disappointed from the time we checked into the room. AC not working, toilet clogged after wife & daughter using it. Shonda - Front Desk was the only bright light in this saga. Placed us in another room quickly. Facilities ok. Breakfast horrible as the kitchen had a major water leak. Cold food and meager sitting area. I must say the staff did their best to accommodate us / everyone despite the circumstances. Should not have been open for breakfast though. Front Desk provided vouchers to dine at Embassy Suites only after complaining about horrible 1st breakfast. Much better environment there. Going forward I believe my family and I would rather stay somewhere else. Very disappointed for my 1st visit to Myrtle Beach.

    Hilton only had two outdoor pools and 2 hot tubs outdoor. To access all the other amenities, you had to walk or shuttle to the embassy suites, their sister property. Everything was way over priced. $5 for a bottle Pepsi. The walls looked like pink nail polish was splattered; along with tons of other dirty like markings on the walls. There was no microwave in the room. The bottles in the shower (shampoo, conditioner, and lotion) were broken off the wall. You are not allowed to have coolers by the pool or on the beach. They also have a sign before you enter the beach stating no alcohol allowed. My order for Breakfast was wrong so we had to go back down to have it corrected. Also that evening, there was a hair in my salad. They fixed it promptly but We were highly disappointed with our stay. We always enjoy the embassy suites in various places that we stay but we expected more from the Hilton.

    The biggest issues we had was we purposely chose this place due to them saying there was multiple spashpads for the kids. The thing we found out is that one splash pad was 4 blocks away at another hotel and the other was like 6 blocks away at a rec center. In order to take kids to it, its nearly impossible. The walk was 20 minutes and hauling two kids in strollers in rough for that long. When asking the front desk where to go for these, they would say its a 5 minute walk along the beach. it was 20 minutes walking normal pace. Also, the bedroom had vents falling off the ceiling in the shower and the ac was set at 60 to 65 degrees and the thermostat did not work. We also paid for a ocean view and the view was up against the building and barely showed a view. We also could not get a consistent cleaning of our room. I had to go downstairs and request it twice because they just didnt do it. And when i talked to the front desk they told me different times that its done. each employee gave different times. So who knows. We didn't allow any of this to really hurt our vacation but it definitely was an issue for nearly 3k in 7 days. we were very disappointed and didn't think it was worth half the cost.

    The door leading to the outside needs adjustment I could see the light from the outside. Furniture was rusted and dingy. Then to top it off the bathroom door had to be forcefully closed and the door knob fall off. Upon entering the hotel (main lobby definitely was deceiving compared to the room. I complained and was told they would send someone to clean the room and fix the door knob.

    The listing photos for this hotel are false you need to walk or take a shuttle to Embassy in order to enjoy these amenities. Very inconvenient. To top it off the Hilton needs to do an update the thermostat was broken door was warpped and broken. Housekeeping was not existent. The room was never vacuumed dust and old hair from people who stayed before us.

    "I really enjoyed my stay here. I like it because all the rooms have a view of the beach, the beautiful pool, and the flowers and plants. The place is very clean and well taken care of. It feels peaceful and relaxing, and you can always enjoy the fresh air and the nice atmosphere.     I gave my husband a surprise trip for his birthday. I took the Hilton resort without checking reviews because their name is recognizable. When I arrived to check in, the girl told me that the room I had taken had been given to a diamond, which I don't know what that means. I replied that how could I? If I had reserved and paid ahead of time and arrived at 2:20 and check-in was at 4:00 pm, I had the option of taking a room with 2 beds when I had taken a king bed or the other option was to cancel. As you saw, my complete disappointment came and I spoke to a supervisor and they gave me the room with a king bed, but in the end I didn't know if it was the room I chose. When I went to the room, I was completely discouraged. It's not a "Resort" room. The only thing that was good was the view and the location. And aside from all this, on Saturday at 9 am we were woken up by loud noises in the wall, like a drill. Bad experience.

    Being an honor member thought will give some special accommodation (free parking, upgraded Wi-Fi, butter room better view), although, I reserved 2 rooms, but the view terrible, and the rooms are very small, needless to say the bathroom.     The hotel was falling apart. Leaky roofs everywhere. Breakfast dining was cancelled due to ceiling collapse from rain. Floors continually being mopped and vacuumed. Room a/c practically non-existent. Limited activities and eating choices on property.

    From the very start of my stay I requested a late checkout. I travel quite often so I completely understand room availability, but I always ask and 9/10 I get accommodated, even if just one hour later. At the Hilton, I called when I booked and I was told that they should be able to accommodate but they advised me to check when I arrive at the hotel. When I arrived and checked in, in asked again, only to get an answer to check the morning of your departure. I checked at 8 am in my departure date Asha they quick said that they can’t accommodate. Obviously, they knew the answer when I arrived but the “game” was really frustrating. The room was just ok also. It was quite old and there were chips in the wall, doorframes, counters and mirrors. The cleaning staff also was subpar as they only quickly wiped things down. The shower wasn’t cleaned, the sinks weren’t cleaned daily. The other staff were friendly but my overall stay was very underwhelming.

    We enjoyed our stay here, it is in a very safe area, I did not want to stay downtown Myrtle Beach and this was perfect-just close enough! Beach access and variety of pools is great. Also had access to the waterpark at Embassy Suites! Poolside bar had good food. Rooms were typical for Hilton, however it is annoying that the rooms do not have individual microwaves. There is one or two microwaves per floor in the ice/vending machine area.

    We booked this hotel based off of a combination of uploaded photos, previous reviews and because we trust in the Hilton brand. The photos uploaded must be extremely outdated because that was not at all our experience of the property and most of the photos of the amenities (such as the indoor pool and water park) are not of this property but of nearby properties that you have access to. Which we felt were false advertisement but the shuttle service back and fourth to the different amenities at the nearby properties was extremely convenient and made up for that. This property is not well kept at all. The property was probably the most disappointing we have stayed at. The room was not clean or up to anyone's standards, and it being an ocean view room the room door faced the outside of the hotel and there was such a huge gap in the door that the entire night the entire night all you could here is whistling of air rushing through the room door. When we checked in and noticed some of the issues, we did try to speak with guests services but because it was a holiday weekend they did not have availability to switch our room without it being an up charge. The staff at the front desk as well as the shuttle drivers were super helpful and friendly, but overall would not be going again nor would I recommend it.

    I love the easy access to the beach and the different pools, water, parks, shuttle service, and other amenities that were offered. I disliked the AC in our room. I could never get the temperature just right because it would freeze you no matter what number you would set it at.

    The amenities were awesome! Unfortunately the room was terrible! The bathroom was too small, and the toilet was not secured to the floor every time we sat down the toilet rocked and made a loud noise. We advised the front desk and the front desk sent maintenance up, he came but he said the toilet was fixed, but it wasn’t Front desk didn’t offer to change our room, so we were stuck with a broken our entire stay. We also had to wait for extra wash clothes and towels, there was only one wash cloth when we checked in, shower wasn’t cleaned hairs found I shower. This was very disappointing stay at the Hilton. We checked out way before 11:00am on Monday 6/30/25.

    Check in was a nightmare. We booked a unit that had a King and Queen bed, which we thought would be perfect for my husband, me, and our 13 year old daughter. Only to arrive to be told the room was not available and all that was available was a single King room. Very uncomfortable with two adults and one teen sleeping in one King bed for two nights. The manager, RUSS, was very unapologetic shrugged and said I'm sold out, no compensation, no true apology, no offering of an existing property - awful customer service. I will be following up with Hilton to file a formal complaint. Outside of the dirty hotel and awful customer service, the amenities of the property are nice. The access to pools and shuttles add to the benefits. I would DEFINITELY skip this one. However, there is an adjacent property, the Embassy Suites which appears to be much nicer and offers the same access to amenities which may be worth a try.

    There are quite a few activities listed as “experiences” on the website. I asked multiple staff there about these activities. Front desk, experience desk attendant, valet, pool staff… none of them had heard of any of them. We ended up going over to the Embassy suites (a sister site on the same campus but a 2 mile shuttle ride away) for lunch and lo and behold all those experiences were at that facility. Would have been nice to know before hand because by the time we accidentally stumble upon the information all the activities were done. Hotel was pretty good. Staff was nice. Hotel was clean. Great beach access. A little better communication would have been nice.

    The stay in the resort was beautiful. The beach was great, but they charge you for everything. When we arrived at the hotel we got valet parking, it was $25. OK no big deal. We got there on Thursday and never left until Sunday when I got my bill I was charged $25 for Thursday Friday and Saturday, even though I never left the resort I thought that that was ridiculous. That’s the only thing I didn’t like about my stay and even if you park your own car, they still charge you $20 a day

    When I arrived at the hotel the guys who delivered the luggage to the room were very hospitable and nice. My room had a broken toilet, the thermostat did not work tub and sheets were dirty. Had to call up front numerous times for my issues to be resolved. When I come back to Myrtle beach the Hilton will not be a hotel of choice.

Half the outlets in room didnt work, toilet had a large chip out of it and it was poorly patched back together. Shower head leaked all over the place and spit water everywhere, luckily I had my pump pliers to tighten it up. Elevators took forever with lines of people waiting in the lobby. Stayed one night to see if the place was worth it. Would not recommend as the price is not worth it

    The hotel stay itself was wonderful, especially the very timely room service . My only complaints are that there was a $25 per night cleaning fee if you want your room cleaned, the restaurant times posted are not the actual hours, if you sat outside at the patio bar, you had to walk to the bar to order food; the waitresses did not visit the tables.

    The bathroom could have been cleaner. The toilet paper wouldn’t stay on the holder, the shower head has pink mold. Could just use a nice scrub. The rest of the room was great and clean. Saw housing service outside the room to get more towels and she was VERY friendly in fact any staff I came across was extremely friendly. The staff elevator broke and everyone who got on was extremely apologetic and very kind.

    The lobby look Ok. (a bit dated, but Ok) but the rooms? I felt I was at a motel 6, not a $300/night 4star resort as it was sold to me. I was also not informed that this is a timeshare.
