There was no hot water to take a shower, so eventually were moved to a different room. No help moving. No discount for the inconvenience. Nothing. Not a fan of the Element and I will not be returning .

Best hotel experience we've had in Nashville! All staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and grounds were beautiful. The breakfast was excellent, cooked to order, and our suite was clean, well stocked, and comfortable.

This property is 8 minutes from the Nashville airport and about 15-20 minutes from Broadway. The cooked to order breakfast was great. The room was perfect for our family with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and kitchen utensils. Airport shuttle is a big plus. Pool was clean and enjoyable. The cost verses value was exceptional. We also had food and groceries delivered here with no issue. There are several fast food establishments within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Sadly, my car was tampered with. That leaves a stain on a trip that was overall, very pleasant. I won’t bash the staff or the hotel. It’s the people of this world that are awful. Despite that inconvenience, I did enjoy my stay.

Beautiful hotel close to the airport extremely clean Shuttles to airport doesn’t start until 5 am and we needed to leave at 4. So had to pay for an uber.

The property was very well kept. The staff was very helpful and took time to make sure all that was discussed was helpful. Everything was great. However, plan to pay for parking per day and incidentals. The staff had no idea if the grill was gas or not, and the breakfast (although good) they did not serve any breakfast meat. Just an omelette with two pancakes.

This is an excellent property. I was picked up at airport by shuttle service provided by hotel. Driver courteous and friendly. Checked in with Jamontez. He was friendly and helpful. Breakfadt provided is simple and nutrious. Eggs to order and pancakes made on a griddle. The bed was so comfortable. Room spacious with microwave and mini fridge. Great workspace if you need it. Good shower. I will definitely go back. $14 uber ride to stadium.

Nice clean hotel. Staff kind. A particular shout out to Aleisha or Laleisha? At the front desk who lent me her personal charger and saved me the stress of having to run out a buy a new charger on a travel day. On a negative note though the pool was not open even once while I was here notwithstanding spectacular weather mid may. There didn’t seem to be any reason. A number of people asked and we were told something about tile. Although it looked perfect. And did not in five days see anyone working on it or trying to get it ready even though it was full of water So if you want a hotel with a pool I would suggest going elsewhere. Disappointing

So Booking,com reserved a room that did NOT accomodate what I had asked for, and that was NOT Element's fault at all. I had booked a king with a pull out sofa, and Element had received the bookinf for a room without a pull out sofa. Even so, the Assistant GM Gregory did an AMAZING job scrambling, and finding me a room that better fit our needs. He was INCREDIBLE and I highly recommend him and Element. I didn't like that as a third party, Booking had issues communicating with Element. I do not think this was Element's fault at all. If more people had been staying in Nashville this weekend, I wouldn't have had as good a time. I hope this gets fixed :)

Breakfast is cook to serve. Staff very friendly. Reasonable incidental fee. Didn’t have a chance to spend time at the bar, got in later than expected. Didn’t have a chance to hang out at the pool, currently closed for renovation, but definitely will be back!!!

I stay at Element Hotels every opportunity that I have and this is the worst experience ever. In fact l think Motel 6 would be a better place than this. At 8:15am there was no food. It was completely empty. No silverware-only had forks. You only get one omelette. There were no bread, no bagels, no fruits, there were bananas but it was gone bad (blackened). What in the world???? That’s all you get for breakfast. Orange juice was diluted in water so it didn’t taste like orange juice anymore. People who came for breakfast didn’t have anything to eat. If you charge $150 per night don’t treat your guests like that. This is disgusting and disrespectful. Marriott should take this seriously because after this experience l don’t want to stay at Element Hotels ever!

Breakfast was mostly gone when I went 1-1:5 hours before ending. There was no plates or forks. Bagels, bread muffins and MTO pancakes were gone. Yogurt and fruit were gone. The room was always hot with AC on since it was turn off while sleeping

Nothing! I did a reservation in this property via Booking, in April 05, to the week considered (April 14 to 21). This reservation was confirmed by Booking. When arrived at front desk, the Hotel front desk employee informed me that my reservation was changed. I check my e-mail and saw that, I received a e-mail talking about this, from Booking, in the same day at 10:00 in the morning. This is completely unacceptable and could not be done this way. Booking and Property had a 9 days in advance to call or text me about the change provided by the property. I DIDN’T AGREE WITH THIS CHANGE. Booking MUST to understand that. This kind of reservation is done by Companies for employees working. This can’t be changed in the last minute. This is Unacceptable! For this reason, I’m still doing reservations in this app (Booking), but looking for another way to do it because Your company behavior in this case was irresponsible and I lost the confidence in this service. You are loosing a costumer for simply absence of RESPONSIBILITY! I will wrote this complain in all sites and all evaluation apps and companies possible. I know this will make you loose some costumers but I can feel, this don’t have great value for you and your huge company but let me remind you that the end start in some moment and for some reason. Big companies have failed in the market believing they are untouchable! We arrived 4/12 12am to 3/13. Everyone and everything was fantastic! The women that checked us in went above and beyond. The room and hotel was beautiful and very clean. Beds were perfectly comfy. The breakfast was delicious and the cook was very accommodating and friendly. All the staff cleaning in the morning were happy and welcoming! This hotel lived up to its great ratings. The breakfast looked like it would have been good but everything was empty at 7:45 on a Sunday morning except for the young man making omelets and pancakes. The yogurt station, pastries, juice and fruit were empty I asked the two young men at the front desk if someone could fill things since they weren’t busy. He went to get someone and she came out and started with the juice, but unfortunately to fill everything was more than one person could handle. We ate our omelettes and left, the area was filled with families looking just as frustrated. The young man at the front desk should have gotten some additional help for her.

Loved that they offered free shuttle service and didn't have to wait a long time for pickup. The staff from the front desk to the bartenders shuttle drivers cleaning crew everyone was so kind and accommodating. The made order breakfast was awesome and actually had real plates coffee mugs silverware not paper or plastic. I would highly recommend this place . I know I'll be back!

We paid your hotel to leave our car while on a trip. When we returned we called for pickup. We had to get our luggage at the farthest baggage pickup from where you catch the bus. We are elderly and it took us awhile to walk to the pickup area. When we got there the bus was gone. We called the hotel again to tell them we were at the pickup place and the desk clerk said the driver went home, leaving us stranded at the airport late at night. He knew we needed a ride and the driver left us.

Breakfast....left a lot to be desired. We tried to go on Saturday morning. There were 4 people waiting at the pancake/egg station & no employee behind the counter helping them. About 10 minutes later, someone came over & said they were in the restroom. The bread/bagels were very dry. The yogurt station was a mess & mostly empty. We will definitely stay again, in warmer weather. We really want to use the pool.

The staff didn’t miss a beat. From check-in, to checking out- housekeeping, the bar. Everyone was truly pleasant. Its exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet. I could go on and on about the hospitality and stay. It also had a gym and a pool! It’s such a beautiful hotel. The only thing which isn’t a big deal is the limited menu on the weekend. After 10p. It’s not a deal breaker I just didn’t want to leave the hotel for food.

Quality hotel. Clean, good decor. Room was comfortable and warm. Nice touches like infused water and coffee offered all day. We booked this hotel because of its listed free parking on Booking.com and yet we were charged for parking every day. When we asked about it at checkout, we were informed that the hotel has no control over Booking.com and yet they still process reservations and payments through the service? Seems a little shady to me, especially considering the free parking was literally in our reservation contract and thus legally binding. We also had a very negative interaction with the front desk when we first arrived. Outside of the poor service, the hotel was pretty nice. I would be open to going back there if they were more transparent about policies during the booking process. I'm sure others will be affected by this. If you don't have accurate info on Booking.com, then don't use them as a reservation portal. It's your responsibility to make sure the details are correct.

The facility was very clean, well-furnished and modern. Our room had a kitchenette with great amenities including filtered water, full cooking set, and larger sized refrigerator. The staff was attentive and courteous. We liked the "made to order" omelet/pancake bar on the weekend. I enjoyed the fitness room and wished we had been there in the summer to enjoy to outdoor pool. Be aware that there is a nightly parking fee.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. I stayed in a two double bed suite. It had a refrigerator stove, top dishwasher and a sink. There were also kitchen supplies and a coffee maker with supplies. There was a desk a sofa nice size bathroom I like the property.

The property was really good, the staff was WONDERFUL but…..I booked through Expedia and when we arrived they did not have our reservation. We had to pay AGAIN even though we already paid through Expedia!! It was late we were tired and the staff said they would give us the Expedia rate. Expedia has said they will refund us, so let’s hope they do! I would def stay again, everything about the hotel was great except the breakfast is a little lacking.

As soon as we tried to check in, there was a suspicious lady came approacging and hanging out around us which I later found out she was the bartender. I set my grocery bag, a to go box and a drink down across the check in desk. The next thing you know it dissapeared while the lady was keeping my sister busy chit chatting. Nothing too important besides a gift I brought for my sister from Florida. Regardless, it was dissapointing. It happened so quick. We asked to check for the security camera, but refused. Everything is odd. I am not sure if someone has the same similar coincident experience.

Breakfast was great, and service during breakfast and breakfast staff were wonderful. Shower was great. Unfortunately, we got our bag stolen while checking in. I was distracted by talking with the bartender and apparently somebody sneaked behind me and took the bag. The bartender saw the person took the bag. Not much valuable stuff in it but I would appreciate it if they would try harder to help us figure out by checking in the surveillance.

The room was very clean and perfect for our family of 5! The pool was so nice and breakfast was great. My only complaint is that the air in our room was not working the first night. Instead of offering to move us to another room, the ladies working at the front desk told us that they have to control the air from the front desk and to give it “a minute”. After a while, it wasn’t getting cooler and the explanation made no sense so my husband went down to inquire. They again told him it takes a while to cool down. By this point, the kids had fallen asleep so we decided to just stick it out. By morning, it was still hot and humid in our room. The man working the morning desk was very helpful and immediately offered to move us to a new room. He also confirmed that they cannot change temps to the room from the front desk. I do not appreciate being flat out lied to by hotel employe

I told the front desk and she said she would send someone over to fix the issue, after 30 mins nobody came. I went back to the front desk and she then says there is no maintenance on Sundays. So why even say you would send someone over when there is nobody. She then said to go back to the room and test for hot water in the kitchen sink. At this point I realized, the hotel staff will not help and won’t bother putting us in another room on the same floor. The front desk lady admitted that the hotel has piping issues. And that the water may take 10 mins or more before it gets hot. I had it on for 10 mins and it was still cold. Also , it was hot outside and I noticed the room was hot. So I turned the thermostat to 68, but I noticed the room temperature only reached to 71. It turned out the hotel controls the room temperatures. The thermostat is just a dummy thermostat. They admitted they didn’t want guest making the room temperature colder than 71 degrees. And the free breakfast is only scrabble eggs and avocado on toast. No bacon , no sausages , no nothing.

We stayed for two nights and were extremely disappointed with our experience. On the morning of check-out, we discovered that our car window had been broken, along with several others in the parking lot. Management was unhelpful and did not provide any assistance or refunds for the inconvenience. They failed to inform us about prior break-ins, despite having a list of affected vehicles. The only resolution they offered was an extended check-out time. We felt unsafe and neglected during our stay. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Airport shuttle and free breakfast were great. The pool was a little dirty and I think it could’ve used more chairs outside by the pool. The staff were very friendly and even were able to check us in early which was great. The food was good and coffee was good too. Overall I would definitely stay again the rooms were very spacious and we had a room right by the elevator and ice machine and never once heard anything. Very comfy beds and modern aesthetic was pleasing. Would recommend to anyone!

Over all it was a great place to stay and overall appeared to be clean. My 2 sons (age 10 and 6) took advantage of the pool. While swimming one of them came into contact with what appeared to be plastic trash in the pool. When he held it up, it appeared to be a condom. Needless to say we got them out of the pool quickly. We didn't see any hotel staff at the time to let them know.

At arrival to the airport we called to be picked up by the shuttle, driver was nice and made the driver effortless. When arriving to the hotel the staff was very courteous and promptly checked us into our room. The room was spacious and clean. We definitely recommend staying at the Element hotel .

Property is just 5 mins away from airport. Hotel looks clean both inside and outside. Front staff Mr Yash was organized, friendly and helpful. Overall our experience at the place was great and will definitely go back!

We went to check in and they told us our room was already sold out, all other pools are open in the area, but this one advertises the pool is an option, but only in the fine print is it open during certain times. Would not recommend this hotel.

Property was nice and seemed pretty new. The only issue we had was the AC was not working and the room was pretty humid. Made it hard to sleep. We requested service to the AC on the first day but no one showed, requested again the next morning and they said they would be up by 1:00, no one showed. So I went to the from desk and asked a third time and the maintenance guy was standing there and he said he knew nothing about it, so the first two times I ask they never told him? They said it would be serviced while we were at dinner, but it was still humid in the room again that night. So that was frustrating to pay that much money and have to sweat while we slept each night.

Cons: The breakfast was missing the yogurt and the pancakes. Everything else was so-so. We used the app to request housekeeping every other day, and a couple of extra things put in our room before we arrived. We never received housekeeping and we did no receive anything that we requested from the app. If it isn't going to be available, they should take away the options from the app. If you like firm mattresses, you will love the beds. I do not. The mattresses made my hips very sore, all night long, so I did not sleep well.

This hotel is so inviting and perfect for a night after flying. The breakfast was amazing! Made to order omlettes and pancakes and lots of other options. Staff were so nice and personable. We will be staying again. Super comfortable beds. Slept great!

The room we were given was on the first floor with a view of the swimming pool. The area smelled funny and our room smelled like feet. The worst part was it had NO hot water. We called the front desk to ask about it and were told to try running the sink faucet and the shower at the same time for at least 20 minutes in order to get hot water. That trick didn’t work. The hotel was full so we could not change rooms. The next morning we asked about it again and were told that maintenance would be called. When we returned that afternoon maintenance had not come so he offered to move us to another wing of the hotel that didn’t have hot water problems. We checked the rooms hot water prior to agreeing to it and the hot water worked plus the room was much fresher than other. We moved and had a much better nights stay. The hotel obviously has a known issue with the hot water on that wing of the facility. If you stay there do not agree to a room on the first floor unless you like cold showers!

We did not have hot water and when we spoke with the front desk they read from a script of what to do to get the hot water to run as if it was a known issue. Hot water never worked and we weren’t able to shower. No compensation or fixes were offered besides “we are sorry and you can contact our Manager tomorrow during the week hours.” We also didn’t appreciate that you had to pay $12 for parking.

While the room/bed was very comfortable, when we arrived late due to a delayed flight, the person working at the front desk wasn’t there and we had to wait. Once we got in, there was a machine error when checking in and I was billed when we had already paid for it.

I have stayed here dozens of times over the years. Was bummed out that there is a new additional parking charge. It's given me pause about staying there again. Might find a new hotel because it's ridiculous to add the charge because there's no covered parking, No valet. No nothing just an outdoor parking spot.

Customer service was excellent. We were traveling from Florida and scheduled our stay for the wrong weekend. The employee did an amazing job of switching the days for us and did not make it feel like it was a burden. The hotel was clean, safe (security guard), and there were plenty of things to do around the area. Definitely will stay again if we are ever back in Nashville. Thanks DeAnn

Over night our vehicle was one of 10 that was broken into. (Second time lot was hit in one week and many other times) The front desk could care less and not helpful with the situation. When asked if we could extend our check out time they said, I guess we can extend until 2pm. We were stuck all day with the mobile glass company not being able to locate glass for our vehicle. Very disappointing stay for a ladies trip / birthday celebration.

There was a peloton in the gym! All of the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. It’s a few minute drive from the airport, and that counts when you’re exhausted and get in in the middle of the night.

This was a great hotel for flying out of the Nashville airport! I left my car there for 14 nights and they only charge $10/day. Their shuttle was so convenient both coming and going.

This is a great hotel, offering updated rooms and well-equipped kitchenettes with dishes, cookware, and all the utensils needed to prepare a full meal, available in select room types. Plus, the chef grilling up the complimentary breakfast is a nice touch. The only concern I had was reports of car break-ins from other guests, but during my 3-day stay, I didn’t experience any issues. I’d definitely stay here again!

The negative for our stay was the “Cook to Order” breakfast that is advertised. The only thing offered to be cooked was eggs - there was no type of protein offered except chopped ham if you got an omelet. Breakfast is basically a Continental breakfast with eggs. The bananas that were out were way over ripe.
