    Our room still had a pair of someone’s underwear in the room. We stayed for 4 nights and was supposed to get new towels, trash changed, etc every other day and never got it. I finally went down and got a trash bag to empty the trashes into. The staff was very friendly, and breakfast was great.

    This property is always clean, well maintained. The staff members are very personable. The rooms are nice, especially the king suites. I enjoy the kitchenette, because I don't eat out. It allows me the opportunity to bring my own food and drinks.

    TV's in suite kept losing connect. Therefore you would be in the middle of watching something and you would lose the connect, Or you would turn it on and 3/4 of the channels would not work. Also was the first hotel I have ever stayed at where you had to pay to park even thro we were a paying overnight guest.

    It was close to all of my meeting places. We had fun at the Wednesday night game night I had 3 rooms. One room had rust in the tub and the bathroom door would not shut. There was no clock in any rooms. 2nd room had to change rooms because there were so many ants in the bathroom and the living room area. Woke up to ants crawling on my sister. 3rd room the carpet was lifted and almost fell and hit my face.

    The one knock I have is that we were there for 4 days and room service never came. Had to go down a couple of times to get additional towels. Asked what to do with the soiled towels they told us to just throw them in the hall way. We asked for a bag to put them in to put them in the hall way as they just wanted us to throw them out there in a pile. We were told room service would be there the next day we had a long day at the convention center. Got back at 11:30pm to no room service ever showing up again. The manager thanked us for talking to her about it. But most of the staff was great, and the property was great. I think they are working through some staffing turnover on the room service side but otherwise this was a great place to stay and recommend should you be in the area.

    The customer service here is exceptional. The breakfast is really good and is an actual breakfast. They always have coffee and tea available and they started having a light evening meal with some fun trivia. The rooms are nice and have a little kitchen and the bedroom separated from the living room so you can have a little privacy from the kids. There is no other place I will stay at when I come to Nashville which is pretty often. Love love love this place and of course the amazing ladies that work the front desk.

    Nothing. Homewood suites is attempting to refuse our refund when they could not accommodate us due to winter storms in the city. The greedy business practices. We arrived and they had no power in their hotel. We were with small children and the temperature were dropping with more winter storms en route.

    After another look around the room the door was missing the secondary deadbold door lock piece. A shelf from the closet was broken and laying on the floor The bathroom door had a large crack in it like it had been kicked in. Additionally was informed by front desk the backdoor of the property keycard bro Changed rooms the next day but the carpet had a large bubble in it right at the doorway which was a constant tripping issue. Housekeeping came and took the only two towels in the room and did not replace them. Which we didn't discover until 7:30 am dripping wet from a shower. When asked at the desk who we speak to about the issues and compensation they said the GM Monday morning. Which I went down at 8am to speak with and learned they don't come in until 10am. Asked for a call when they get in. No call. Called the hotel around 1p be told they are on the phone or unavailable. I asked what time they would leave for the day. Was told 4p. Called about 3:30p for the last attempt and was told by the desk clerk that came on at 3p they the GM was already gone for the day.

    Dirty bed linens, even the extra bed linens were dirty. All of the pillows were feather pillows and could not be swapped out by the front desk clerk. We only stayed one night then moved to a different hotel the next day!

    Didn't receive notification digital key entry until long after checked in - had to stop at desk, the old fashioned way. The air conditioner was on 78° - very uncomfortable in the room. Dishes from previous guest were still in the dishwasher. The ceiling looked like it was leaking in the bedroom (was on the first floor). The bathroom floor looked like paint had been dropped on it and not cleaned. The bed was hard and lumpy - old mattress.

    The room assigned was not clean on arrival. I was told to put suitcases in closet and they would send someone right up. So i went out to lunch, on return, the room had not been cleaned so i was assigned another room. The staff at the desk was inattentive bordering on rude. They could be heatd in the back laughing and carrying on so mych so that it seemed a guest request was an inconvenience. I called down tonask for pillows and was hung up on. On calling back, i was immediately hung up on and could hear desk staff say...someone is playing with the phone. However, the weekend housekeeper on the floor brought pillows on request. It should be noted the kitchen staff encountered were all polite and attentive. The weekday housekeepers could improve there cleanliness. A top to a water bottle was dropped in the hallway and it stayed there for 3 days until the Saturday housekeeper picked it up.

    when I got to the motel from the long drive right around 4 pm I was told my room was not ready for me. Then she looked at me and offered restaurants to eat or places to go. My room was not ready till after 5. For all the money we pay for rooms they should be ready. But I will say the room was clean and nice and I really did not use any other service. Good luck.

    Room not available at our 6:30 PM arrival, even though check in time is 4PM. Front desk stated the room had not been inspected yet for readiness. Waited 45 additional minutes until someone finally inspected the room. Once we got to the room, there was still trash in the bathroom and all the dishes in the dishwasher were clean, but not placed back in the cabinets and drawers. And while we were on the room, the original housekeeping member that was supposed to finish the room let themself in with out announcement or warning. No communication between front desk and housekeeping to let the housekeeping member know we were already checked in. The carpet in the bedroom is loose and raised in some spots, presenting a tripping hazard - and this is an accessible room, so stabilty is even more critical for the typical occupant.

    Worst service I have ever experienced. I had to call the morning of the stay with an issue and instead of helping with the issue, they ended up hanging up on me. Had to end up calling corporate office about the situation and they had to get it resolved. I’ve never experienced worst customer service ever before at any hotel. We travel year round too.

    We were traveling cross country through I40. When we arrived at the hotel around 7:30pm, there was only 1 counter attendant. She had to help another guest, left the counter, and when she came back there was a short line waiting for service. She was very pleasant to the grumpy people ahead of us. I was impressed. We got our room very quickly. I would stay here again.

    We had two issues. Room had only 2 sets of towels, we reserved the room for 3. Also, the TP holder was loose on the wall. Both issues were remedied very quickly to our satisfaction. Breakfast was delicious (but, could of been a little hotter). Would definitely stay here again.

    We liked that the hotel was located near the Gaylord, where they truly in competition, wasked a front desk. Multiple times for towels and betting for the pull out sofa. Which we did not get until the next night. Also tells were taken the next day and not replaced. There was no toilet paper or tis.Suse the phone in the room.It was not operable and there was hazard.Tape taped on it the staff was not willing to help. Overall I would not recommend this hotel until renovations are complete and management is in place.

    The bedroom is separate from the living room with the pull out sofa. However, the bathroom is in the bedroom. Makes it tough for a family to navigate each other's living space. Hotel condition and staff were really good along with the breakfast. I know airport hotels have noise but make sure your room isn't facing the back parking lot. All inbound flights coming from the north skate right across the hotel roof just before touch down. It's extremely loud in those north facing rooms. We had to change rooms because of the noise. Also, they do have issues with the TV channels cutting in and out. This is throughout the hotel, not just our room.

    Very well done establishment. Terrific renovation job. Incredible bang for your buck! I've lived in apartments smaller and with less amenities than these great rooms and spacious layouts...bravo to the team and thanks for the friendly and rare welcoming ambiance! Refreshed my otherwise mundane at best short stays at less than $150 per night spots everywhere. I stay 175 plus nights a year and I don't take any "real hospitality" I get along the way lightly...thanks guys, I'll be back...with friends.

    We checked in with no problem. The room was nice. We woke up the next morning and we had no hot water. We took our cold showers. Went to the front desk and they said the boiler had caught on fire. I asked when did this happen. "A couple of days ago" I asked why didnt you inform us of this when we checked in? They had no answer. We came back to the room later that day and they said it was fixed. We checked and we had hot water. The next morning we had luke warm water at best. The staff was not honest with us because after it was fixed they said someone had turned it off accidently. Will not go back to this chain. They also could not issue a refund because the manager was not there on the weekends. Really!!!!

    Caution when staying at this property! No ice no hot water! We arrived to no ice available in our room or on the property, they claimed the ice maker was broken and the ice maker in our room refrigerator didn’t work. This is a suite, so the bedroom is a separate room. When I closed the bedroom door there was a huge hole some other guest had punched in the door. When I called to alert the front desk they couldn’t be bothered. The next morning we work up to no hot water, no shower, nothing and a lousy breakfast. The staff was great but no thank you!

    The hotel was under renovations which was fine. But check in was at 4:00 our room was not ready until after 6:00pm. We had traveled all day, no towels in the room. Planed on using the sofa bed and when we pulled it out there were dirty sheets wadded up in the middle of the bed. had to go and get new sheets. Next morning went down for breakfast, knowing that since it was on steam table it would not be real hot, but it was not even on and all the food( scrambled eggs-meat) was ice cold.

    Everything was fine. Check in was easy and fast. And the staff at the desk was friendly. The two things that I didn’t like was that my room didn’t get clean why I was gone. When I came back. My bed has not been made. No fresh towels. Nothing. And also I didn’t like the little sample cups they had out for the juice at breakfast. I had keep on getting up to get more juice.     So staff lady when I checked in was amazing she was helpful and friendly. I hadn’t checked out yet and had items that were in my room that were missing my AirPod charging case. I had AirPods on my person and underwear and shirt when I asked the cleaning lady she said no to everything at first then afteff red a couple of minutes she stated she had the shirt and then other staff asked me what I was missing and stated she didn’t have them on her cart didn’t offer to give me a card or anything to speak to someone about missing items

    Night front desk attendant was curt at best. I had a late check-in and he seemed to be irritated before we began. My check-in took 15r minutes because my CC got double charged. Hotel is under renovation, so better days are ahead. My light and night stand were not plugged in so my phone died in the middle of the night. BUT my room was big and the AC worked well, so it was ultimately all good, but the 8.8 ratings are GENEROUS.

    Very clean rooms and property renovating to stay current. Close to airport but no jet noise. Convenient drive to Opry and to Downtown. Only demerit: did not expect to have to pay to park.

    Easy check in. Great suite. It was perfect for our family. I have a grandson who likes to stay up late and play video games. So havig a suite so we close the doors to his area was perfect. The air conditioning went out abd tgey gir rught on it and within the hour we were cool again

    Tv in room didn't work and no one fixed it. Had to ask for room service and they didn't take the trash out. AC unit was loud and hard to sleep. No park and they charge for parking.

    One of the two rooms floor was damp and almost wet. We asked for a new room. When getting into that room a used cute tip was on the desk. Cleanliness was lacking for a Hilton hotel. Definitely needs updates. In the other room for 4 people with two queen beds there were only two bath towels. The bar restaurant advertised it was open till 11pm but closed at 10pm.

    Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. We realize they are in the middle of rennovations and maybe when it is completed it will be nice. Our room was pretty outdated. Worn and buckled carpet, torn furniture, and shower faucet system could stand to be replaced.

    Affordable and nice property, the breakfast was great! Unfortunately there was construction still going on and water was cut off for some time during our stay but besides that it was pretty nice. I wasn’t able to use the gym because there’s no age requirement and there were kids playing in there constantly. Besides that, I enjoyed the stay and it was in a great location near everything.

    Alarms were blaring and an obvious water main break had occurred that morning! I am a wheelchair bound person having travelled 4 hours, needing an early check in to prepare for a 4:00 meeting’ Needless to say all of the issues were dealt with at 3:00 and I stayed in the lobby for my meeting! I did receive a room on the first floor, but not with the accommodation requested! Those rooms were not available since January! I should have been informed, when the reservations were made!     The staff was very friendly. However, the room was poor. The sleeper couch had torn cushions with foam sticking and and several stains. The phone did not work, the was no night stand lamp on one bedside. In the AM the water shut off for minutes and the building fire alarm went off several times in succession.

    After traveling 7 hours with an infant, we just wanted to relax overnight before our next leg of our journey. Our room was extremely hot 83°!!!! After an hour with the air on it dropped 1°. We called the front desk only to be informed that the AC was not working (!!!!!) but we can offer you a BOX FAN!!!!! I will never stay or recommend a Homewood hotel! How could they in good conscience offer that room!?!?! Beds were comfortable and shower pressure was excellent

    Great location and the workers were polite and professional. I understand they are taking steps to upgrade which is a bonus. My only complaint is that the sheets didnt fit the bed. Even after getting a new sheet, we still slept on the mattress. The closet door was broken and hanging off the hinges. Finally, the property allowed smokers to sit outside the front entrance smoking as their ashtrays were next door to the entrance. It was off putting to walk in and out of constant smoke. That is a disservice to cuwtomers who dont want to smell smoke or are allergic. I will visit the property again and hopefully these issues wont be a factor next time.

    There should’ve been a better plan for this. The breakfast was ok. But I was surprised at the lack of eggs and other protein. Beds were comfortable but pillows were awful. Also, the hotel is in direct flight path of incoming planes. It got loud….. now with all that being said, I would still come back and stay here again in the future. There are just some things that I feel that incoming travelers should know.

    The staff was by far the best hotel staff I have met. We got stranded during a birthday trip with two year old twins and they went above and beyond to make this an easy trip for everyone. They made every guest feel special even though there are some remodels going on causing some major issues. They made sure there was snack/ pbjs out so people were fed that could not make it out in the snow. Once this property finishes it's remodels we will definitely be back.

    Extremely dated and not at all clean. Staff is fine but this hotel in no way warrants any more than one star. It needs a complete tear down and renovation. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

    There were a lot of people just hanging out in the front of the building. We were charged for incidentals we were not told about on Expedia when we reserved. There were ants crawling on the counter in the breakfast area. My husband had to fix the garbage disposal in our kitchen area, the sofa was ripped, the carpets in the hallway were very dirty. The place just needs a basic overhaul.

    We had two rooms. The check-in experience was good, staff was friendly! The hotel is not clean. Furniture was worn/torn, stains in carpets. Ceiling in our room was water damaged and clearly in need of repair. Stairs were absolutely filthy and exit door on main floor was not accessible. Damage to roof on Porte cochere. I would rank this hotel a 6.5 at best.

    My mother in law her cellphone in the room. By the time she realized this, we had already been on the road for 2 hours. Clarissa went to our room, grabbed the device, and shipped it to us in Illinois after gathering just some information for FEDEX. Clarissa you are so kind.     Convenient location to the airport . Room is quiet despite the planes flying overhead . Air conditioner going on and off can interfere with a light sleeper. Bed and pillows were comfortable . Liked having kitchenette and free breakfast buffet . Staff was friendly and attentive.

    The carpets are in dire need of getting cleaned all over the property. The couch in our room had a big rip in one of the cushions. Other random items that need repair as well. I did find the cleanliness to be great though. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

    The A/c coil froze solid. Our room reached 85 degrees. When they came to inspect a/c it appeared the filter was as old as the unit. We had to maintain the coil the rest of our stay to keep the room at a comfortable temp.

    The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our large family of 8. It was a bit undercared for- peeling wallpaper in places. But it was clean and the staff was kind. Would stay here again.
