    Rooms were super clean though, and mattresses were comfortable- I would say a medium softness, so great for me! Breakfast was decent, they had some hot food options, as well as some grab and go things. It is next to an airport, so you definitely hear the airplanes when they are coming/going. I would stay here again though, I had a good time!

    The refrigerator was not cold it was on some sort of timer and I had insulin that needed to stay cold. The electricity was out for over 3 hours so we was sitting in the dark but the hallway light was on so I’m assuming they had a back up generator but not for the rooms that people payed for

    The room was nice, and facilities were clean. I was not told that you needed to have someone above 21+ to check it, but luckily my mom was with me. The couch bed didn’t have any sheets at all and I had to go grab the fitted AND the other sheets from downstairs.

    Terrible stay, we always try to stay in a Marriott while traveling. We booked a weekend get away at this hotel due to it advertising a hot spa. The spa did not work. When I ask the front desk she just said it was down for maintenance and assumed it would be open later. Not the case never got to use it. The cover on the bed had an odor to it that smelled like sweat. The next morning the shower water was like warm at best.

    They do not have an operational spa as advertised. It’s the reason we booked. We just wanted an evening in a hot tub. Wasted $150. Breakfast was good. Nothing else was. Staff was friendly and that’s why I’m leaving two stars. I informed the lady at check in that our reasoning for booking was for the spa. If it were my business I would have offered a refund. I would have accepted if offered a refund.

    Everything was very clean & well maintained. The room itself was very nice & comfy. This trip was for our 50th. wedding anniversary so we had only a few requirements for our special weekend in Nashville; Great food, good music & a hotel with a hot tub. after checking in & getting dressed to enjoy the hot tub before dinner we found that although it had water in it it was very cold. When we asked about it at the desk letting them know that this was the singular amenity that made us choose this particular hotel, they said that "it had water in it". We said that it was cold water, their reply was that "it was indoors". This reply seemed rather flippant & uncharacteristic for Marriott. When we arrived & asked at the desk what the hot tub hours were they had plenty of opportunity to tell us that the hot tub wasn't working but they didn't. Hopefully it is fixed by now.

    Good hotel. Very clean, nice, helpful staff. Walls are SUPER thin though. Bring earplugs! Note: this hotel doesn’t have a “neighborhood,” it’s in an industrial park. About a mile away from convenience stores, restaurants, etc - and it’s not a ‘walkable’ mile - no sidewalks. Found this out the hard way.

    don't know Tried to book a room with this hotel through booking.com. When we finished putting in all info...including credit card number, it popped up on the screen that "this room is no longer available." So, we booked a room elsewhere. When I returned home a week later I found a confirmation e-mail in my spam folder. Called the hotel directly and they said they would only charge me for one night as a no-show. They said I could contest it through my credit but then I would run the risk of losing the cost for all 4 nights. So, I paid $140+ for a hotel room and I have never set foot on the property. For all I know this could be an excellent hotel...but I was not given the opportunity to try it out and it cost me $140 for nothing.

    Upon opening the door to our room (which was designed for disabled people), we were immediately hit by a funky, peppery, possibly medical smell that was strong and unpleasant. We nearly requested a move a couple times, but kept hoping the smell would dissipate. Unfortunately, it didn't. In the morning, we did report it to the front desk as we kept waking up and smelling it throughout the night. Carpets looked clean, but with the way the smell persisted, it could only be somewhere in the soft goods. Otherwise, breakfast was good, staff was friendly.

    The staff was kind and professional. The choices at breakfast. Better than alot of free breakfast. We did not get hardly any sleep. The mattress in our room needs to be thrown away..it was absolutely too soft and lumpy. My husband usually can fall asleep and sleep like a log but he tossed all night and so did I but bc he never does it was way worse. So we were so stiff, restless, and tired. We were traveling hours away for The Big Band Competition they have in Symrna every year, so we were really tired bc we didnt get a good night sleep. Lastly, I used the hand bar soap in the bathroom and had a bad allergic reaction from the soap and thank God I keep benadryl on hand and I just so happened to have hand sanitizer in my purse and used it like alcohol. Im just grateful that I didnt use the exact same soap in the shower was the same as the bar hand soap...I most definitely wouldve had to be taken to the hospital. So our experience for this stay I would have to say it was bad. Also, I booked the room online, paid for and everyrhing just to get there and check in and they made us have to use $20 on a card just to be able to buy drinks from their marketplace. But, I knew we wouldnt use that but anyhow it was supposed to go back on the card but takes 7-10 days...i feel like they shouldve said that and gave u a choice to select it when you were booking the room. I dont like surprises especially when ive already paid for something. Maybe one day we will stay again but I refuse to sleep on another mattress like that one. I hope after they read this that they go up to the room and throw that mattress away. Thank you.

    I decided to stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by the Nashville Airport because they had an airport shuttle. BUT the shuttle only runs certain hours and unfortunately it was not running when my flight arrived (11:30 AM). (I had called the day before to confirm that the shuttle was running at the time of my arrival and to get instructions on how to meet the shuttle. No one informed me that the shuttle was not running. Wasted time and money (uber)).

    The room was clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given the hotel was full. This hotel is an easy drive to the airport, and you will hear some noise from the planes, but it wasn't disruptive at all. The front desk staff on the night and morning shifts were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical selections, but my only request would be to also offer half and half singles for coffee.

    The hotel has a great breakfast, very good airport shuttle, and large rectangular shaped hot tub/ whirlpool. That felt really great after a long day of traveling! Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, everyone that I spoke with! I had issues with my luggage at the airport as all of it did not arrive on my flight and the hotel shuttle service made it super easy for me to go back and forth to get it when it arrived later. I was beyond impressed with this hotel stay!

    The woman who checked us in on Sept 27, 2025 at 4:00pm was the rudest front desk person I’ve ever encountered. I had 5 rooms booked for various employees and she gave me so much attitude and was so incredibly belittling for no reason at all. Her attitude ruined my day. I have no idea why she was acting that way. I had to tap my card for each room but for the last room it said slide. So I asked her why and she looked at me like I was an absolute idiot. I asked because I wanted to make sure she was charging it as a credit and not a debit since it was a business expense. After that I asked her about a crib. I had called 2 weeks beforehand to request a crib, and when I asked again she said she heard me and that she was getting to it. Then when I got in the room there was no crib. So I went back down there to ask again. Then I asked her what her name is and she said that I didn’t need to know that. All the other employees were incredibly courteous and helpful. She seemed to hate her job and it very much showed. What an awful experience. If she hates people she should work back of house.

    My boyfriend and I came to this hotel for our first trip to Nashville, the first night 10 cars were broken into windows busted and people banging on windows and doors at 3am. The second night all the power went out and was almost stuck in the elevator when electricity cut off. The front desk took $360 extra dollars off my card for no reason. We had to switch rooms because tv wouldn't work only to be charged twice. Still not refund yet. Very displeased.

    The reception staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful, the service is outstanding. We were allowed an early check-in; due to the time we arrived. We loved that! Without hesitation we highly recommend this beautiful and affordable hotel when you visit Nashville. The location is perfect, which makes travelling around the city very convenient. It’s about 15-20 minutes from downtown Nashville and 5 minutes from the airport. The hotel has a shuttle, and they dropped us at the airport when we left. Thank you!

    The room was a a good size and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast was great! My daughter especially loved the dairy free milk. The only downfall is that the hotel is right below the path of the airplanes taking off and landing at Nashville International Airport so you can hear the planes at 11 pm and again at 5:00 am. It's probably not a big deal for people who get up early but I probably would not stay here again only because of the noise from the planes. Everything else was fantastic!

    There was a musty smell in the room and the carpet felt damp. I thought it might have been closed for awhile. Still musty in the morning. It didnt improve overnight, like i thought it might. Will be mpre careful in room selection next time. 1st floor rooms seem to not get used as much.

    Cars were broken into overnight. The shuttle was late for pick up at the airport. 2 of the seats in the shuttle did not have seatbelts. Breakfast was good. Had almond milk for those who can’t do dairy.

    Upon arrival I was given a room with a dirty toilet, trash not emptied, and floor not vacuumed. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating. I was given another room. I did see a roach on the wall, however, once. You can hear the planes but it’s not horrible. It’s not too far from several food establishments.

    The staff was friendly and efficient. The TV didn't work in the room they gave us,and the moves us with no issue. The breakfast buffet was good, and we enjoyed the hot tub. I wish there were a pool, too. I hadn't realized when I booked that it was so close to the airport, but that's on me, and the noise was neglible.

    Isaac and Mehari were AMAZING!!!! They were super friendly and helpful. Mehari was very knowledgeable about some parks and activities we wanted to explore.     My flight arrived at 2:30pm. The airport shuttle didn't arrive until after 4pm. There is no airport shuttle between 11:00am-4:00pm for this hotel.

    I'm here for a language conference and from the moment I stepped in this hotel, Isaiah at the front desk was fantastic! His demeanor is calming, welcoming and kind. I hope that management and that the company acknowledges who they have in Isaiah. He is a fantastic representative of the company and they are blessed to have him. I was tired and worn out and he offered a bit of advice to show myself Grace. I absolutely needed to hear that. It was poignant and just how tranquil he is, it was a message he delivered well. You at Fairfield Inn need to make sure that you do right by him in his job or career. He is a boon to your business here and he's just fantastic!

    This was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed at near an airport. It was so loud it felt the planes were going to hit the building. Even my husband who is able to sleep anywhere could not sleep and complained.

    What I would suggest is, if a parent comes to the front with concerns of not being able to locate their child, don't just stand there. A policy should be in place that in the event of a missing child, hotel doors immediately are closed and locked. Employees are sent to each floor, at the same time to search to include knocking on guest room doors. The location of a child should be taken extremely serious. A plan should be in place.

    The worst thing was when I was taking a shower and washing my face when immediately I realized there was a hair, approximately 9 inches long in my washcloth, yuck! I have a pixie cut and blinde hair so the hair in my face was disgusting. If this hadn't happened i would give the hotel a 9.

    I requested a late checkout. Housekeeper burst in my room while I was naked and still had 10 minutes remaining before scheduled to leave. Went down to the front desk and the agent laughed as I told her about my encounter. Nice hotel but their staff is horrible

    Enjoyed our stay. Beds are super comfortable but pillows are hard. Breakfast is nice. Property and rooms are very clean. Also we had set up our airport shuttle service 20 hours in advance but when we showed up for 4:30 AM there we were not on the schedule. They were able to get us on it, could’ve been stressful.
