The staff were excellent. My only complaint is that they do not have a restaurant open at night, except for the very expensive steakhouse, or a room service that adds a 22% delivery/service charge.

But the staff was helpful in finding something SECURE and close!!!

Perfect place to stay while in Nashville. Besides being incredibly beautiful and clean it is located close to everything including Broadway and the Gulch.

Such a wonderful stay! The hotel is gorgeous and in the perfect location for a weekend in Nashville. We loved the rooftop pool area, bar, and quick service market. Everything was clean, and the staff was incredible to work with. Will definitely be back!

Perfect location!

I was really disappointed because this was an anniversary trip and the rooftop bar views and atmosphere was primarily the reason for choosing this hotel. It was under renovation which we didn't know until we went upstairs to check it out. The first morning, we get a knock at 7:42am for housekeeping which was also an issue due to the fact after having to wake up and tell them no to service, I wasn't able to return to sleep. The room and hotel was nice and clean. Staff was nice and accommodating. The spa was absolutely amazing, one of the best massages I have had. It is a walk to Broadway and uphill on the way back so we definitely got in our exercise on this trip! :)

Amazing Hotel very well located for people that wants to explore Nashville, and for biz purposes.

Love the room. The floor to ceiling glass makes the room so bright and big. "Ha" who works at the Stomping Grounds restaurant was awesome. Front desk wasn't too friendly.

Bathroom were nice and big and room were modern.

Staff was the best we have stayed with, location was perfect for our running race. First time to Nashville will return and stay at the JW

Staff was really friendly and accommodating, amenities in hotel were great, access to downtown was great as well. Room was nice, clean, and bathroom was roomy. Hallways outside rooms could use some sprucing up. I would stay there again. Good value!

Staff is so nice. Loved Tanner at the lobby bar . Front desk folks also great , but they did run out of basic beers and also breakfast options were consistently either out or very poor quality. For a flagship Marriott property I just would think they wouldn’t “ run out” of basic things

The location of the JW in Nashville is great. Short walk to Broadway etc. You expect nice things at a JW and the JW Nashville delivers.

Hotel and staff were amazing. The room had a few issues that I shared with the staff and they said they will correct them for the next guest.

Everything 5 stars except for the one employee who was rude when we asked if we could check out 30 minutes past check out because I injured my foot and it was extremely hard for me to get around. I just needed a little extra time and she was very rude and disrespectful. It didn’t affect anyone or anything by us checking out a half hour after check out but she didn’t care I had injured myself. Other than that it was great. Pool was a big party and was awesome. Bourbon steak on the top of the hotel was AMAZING. We went there twice during the 4 nights we were there. The wagyu with the hot stone you cook on your table was some of the best steak I have ever had. If going to Nashville definitely stay at this hotel.

We loved our stay at the Nashville JW Marriott. The hotel was luxurious, yet reasonably priced. It was in a great location close by to the downtown area. The staff was wonderful and the concierge (Leanne), was extremely helpful! The rooms were large and the amenities were fabulous. When we come back to Nashville, we look forward to staying here again!

Spacious and comfortable room. I loved the walk in shower and open bathroom. The TV was broken and wi-fi was an extra charge. A few blocks from Broadway- walkable! Sketchy to walk to the gulch, though. The restaurant on the 34th floor is top notch.

East walk to broadway and Country Music Hall of Fame. Cars like to race up and down the street all night- no fault of the hotel, but annoying! Very friendly staff and clean hotel, wasn’t aware of it being valet only parking, so we had to park down the street in an open lot to be able to park our own vehicle.

It was a wonderful experience from the minute we walked in. Ha took very good cere of me throughout my stay!

We had two cabanas for a day and service was very subpar. Not what I would expect for that Marriott. Everything else good.

We have never had a problem with noise here but our stay was a bit noisy all night long.

Hotel centrally located and close to shopping, restaurants and Broadway. Rooms are clean and very warm and appealing. We had the corner room which had a spectacular view. Ease of in and out with car via valet service. Great restaurants inside the hotel and friendly staff. Totally recommend this hotel.

I think the value for price was a bit high. While everything appeared to be clean and neat, there were some worn areas. Some chipped wood on furniture, mirror in bathroom was worn away around the edges.

Our mini bar locked, and it took 3 requests and over 12 hours for it to get unlocked.

This was a lovely hotel the staff was great, very close to places that your able to walk to but as for night time I stayed on the 30th floor which is high.. I always like to stay at the highest level to see great view but when I say you can hear every noise there was outside it was loud!!! You can hear every race cars, police sirens to people jamming in their vehicles which I thought was strange… beautiful hotel but I did not get a good night of rest which is important to me.

Everything was great. The only thing was the AC not working properly during the night. We had to set it at 65 and still wasn't cool enough. Something was wrong with it for sure. For a hotel of this level that has to be taken care of. Thanks

Wonderful as always for a JW Marriott. Beautiful interior design, wonderful location to all of the sites a visitor to Nashville would want to experience. Would definitely stay there again. Note: valet is really only option, but also very convenient, but prepare for the additional cost.

Room was very comfortable. Michael Mina restaurant is fabulous with fantastic city views.

The rooms were very small and they put me in low level even though I have Marriott status. Would not stay here again. Definitely not 5 star.

Property is new and clean. Close proximity to Broadway and tons of dining options was a big plus. The area is vibrant with tons of attractions withiin walking distance.

The JW Marriott in Nashville is a beautiful hotel with an amazing lobby and bar area. Comfortable seating to lounge with friends and family. We had a tornado warning during our stay and the staff were kind and effective in getting the guests corralled into a safe space!

The location is good; very walkable and central to downtown Nashville. The room was smaller than advertised; there was poor service - from the front desk, pool, valets...all around. The cost was really not worth the room and experience.

The shower wand was broken in our room but, other than that the room and hotel was great. Bourbon Steak restaurant was awesome.

Horrible experience. They thought l wasnt a guest. I assume its because i was black and they thought i didn't pay for my room. I only stayed one night. When l went to eat, security tuened off my keys and wouldn't let me back in my room. Even after I showed them my driver's license. They still didnt believe l paid for my room. Very bad experience. I would like to speak to their management. Very bad Christmas Eve.

Stunning hotel with great service. Smells amazing when you walk in the door. The room was beautiful, large and well appointed, with tons of closet space. The lobby is great for lounging and people watching, as is the bar.

We provided constructive feedback early during our stay - simple repairs like a broken hairdryer and faulty showerhead. The items were not addressed over the subsequent 5 days of our stay. I noticed other deferred maintenance that needs to be addressed to remain a premier hotel - loose coathooks, chipping paint, inoperable window shades. I'll likely choose another host when I visit Nashville again.

Interior design was amazing

We really enjoyed the staff from check-in all the way through room service, dining, and check out. Everyone was friendly and professional. The only negative comment I have about the hotel is that it is located at an intersection of two busy streets. And, it seems that everyone in Nashville owns either a very loud motorcycle or a very loud car, and chooses that intersection to rev up their pipes. The hotel has beautiful views with lots of glass, but the glass does nothing to restrict the outside noise. If you are a light sleeper, this could be a problem. That said, I would return to this hotel and just request a room on the opposite side of the busy street in front.

The staff, lobby and proximity to Broadway were perfect. The rooms could be updated but were very clean and comfortable. Also, the housekeeping staff never cleaned our room once. Two days we have the privacy light on but two days, we lit it for service and it never happened

This is our second time staying with you in 2 months!!! We love the property!! Its quiet at night and fun during the day!! Best coffee in the coffee shop and we love the cocktail waitress in the lobby bar ( light brown hair has 4 dogs going to Aruba in a few months) She actually was the one we came back for !! She made us feel like we were at home!!! We will be back again soon!! Oh and the Bourbon Steak restaurant was 10/10!!!!
