The hotel received overwhelmingly positive reviews for its cleanliness, spacious rooms, and helpful staff. The restaurant food was also highly praised. However, some guests had issues with the pool bar, gym water dispenser, and lack of turn down service. Despite these minor issues, most guests had a great time and would recommend the hotel.

    The hotel is modern and pretty clean. We used the rooftop pool and fitness room. We loved Henley attached to the hotel. Ate there twice. Get the goat cheese greens, duck leg, sliders and fries. Staff are courtesy and helpful and have that southern charm. Happy hour is great 5-6 daily in an inviting and good sized living room setting. White wine was decent, red was not for me. They also had Miller Lite and a strawberry spritz. They served a snack with the drink as well.

Our sheets were't clean and the furniture in the entire hotel is stained and tired. The floors are also dirty. One night we woke up to a crazy fight in the hotel hallway outside our room and we couldn't go to sleep until 3am.

    Staff were extremely friendly. Room was clean. Linen could be better. The comforter and sheets had several old stains on them. The lighting in the room is too dark. It would help having an option to brighten or dim the lights in the main room. Room needs a mirror on the wall. Great location with good places to eat or drink within walking distance.

    I was able to stay Arlington Aertson over the weekend. I must say the astetics of the place was really nice. Art,furniture, ext. From check-in the staff was nice and attentive. The only problems I faced was being put in a suite on the second floor. There was a lot of noise coming from the street and the guest next door had a dog that was left at night and it barked all night.

    STAFF WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I WAS DISAPPOINTED IN THE ROOMS TUB AS THAT WAS SOLEY WHY I BOOKED THE SUITE. THE WATER PRESSURE TO FILL THE TUB WAS VERY VERY SLOW AND CAUSE THE TUB TO BECOME COLD BEFORE EVEN BEING A QUATER OF THE WAY FILLED. MY WHOLE INTENTION OF THE WEEKEND WAS TO CALM RELAX AND LUXURY.     redirected to another room, still wrong-1K with a tub, but too tired to fight it. Surgery next early morning so husband set up valet for 5 a.m. (we were 5 minutes from hospital for 5:30 a.m. check in), and no vehicle delivered until 5:22 a.m. So frustrating to pay good $ for a 4+ star hotel with very SUB PAR service!

    Great hotel with exceptional service. The only thing we absolutely did not like was how they made the beds. There was like a duvet between two sheets and there was not way to sleep comfortably within the two sheets separating and then ending up with only the duvet. Then the bed would totally disarray making sleep very uncomfortable. They should consider a different way to make the beds.

    Convience to restraurants and downtown Hard to get into parking garage. Hotel did not have a very homey fell. Sorto of industrial. Haul way was a pain to navigate everytime you had to go out. It was like a maze. Dog friendly for sure. But no where to take out your dog. You really had to walk around to find a grass area. Park right by hotel was private as was the small dog park near by. So they both were closed to hotel guests with dogs. We made it work. Probably would not stay again. What little the hotel had in the way of drinks and snacks were expensive and not a great variety. Henlys looked like a nice place to eat. But probably nothing we would take.kids too. Staff were very nice. Good location.

    We arrived in the afternoon from Atlanta GA around 1:30 pm on Saturday 10/11/2025. The receptions told us that our rooms will be ready in about an hour and we can check in since we drove for 5 hours. They stored our luggages and we went to pool area till they get our rooms ready. The pool area was filthy, pool bathrooms were locked and lobby bathrooms were very dirty full of dust. The rooftop area was dark with no lights and trash can smell bad with spill marks around it. When I brought it to receptionist attention, it didn’t seemed that it was a big deal. The hotel rating on Expedia was 4.5 star hotel but it was far from 3 star. After 3 hours wait and after twice checking to find out when the rooms are ready finally at 4:30 they gave us the key to one of the rooms but they could not tell us when the other room will be ready. When we checked into our room noticed that for sure that the rating was misleading and the room was Far from 4.5 star and our standards.

    The def didnt feel 4.5 stars. The carpet outside our door had a huge brown stain and the room felt a bit run down. Pool area was nice, but def should be heated. It was upper 80s outside but the pool is in a shadow and was too cold for anyone to swim.

    The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was disappointing. We asked for a kettle but then had to repeatedly ask for milk etc which was inconvenient. The social hour every evening was really enjoyable. No showers around the poolside was inconvenient.

    If you accidentally delete the text message from the valet, which is how you contact them to get your car, there's no way for the front desk to connect you to the valet. At least that's what the front desk told me. He told me that he was unable to either contact the hotel's own valet outside the main door or connect me to them! And the lights in the room were extremely dim. You cannot read at all unless you step in the bathroom.

    Took a long time to be let into the building for check in and late night staff were not super attentive. We were checked out early in error, but it was quickly resolved. Hotel was very nice and we would consider staying here again in the future.

    The in-room card stated linens are changed every three days unless placed on the floor. During our 8-night stay, our bedding was never changed—even after we called the front desk to request it. Housekeeping also skipped our room four times. Each time we called for fresh towels, we were told they’d be sent up shortly, but we had to call again after waiting over an hour with nothing delivered. When we mentioned both towels and the unchanged bedding on our second call, we were asked if the “Do Not Disturb” sign was up, which it wasn’t. We were consistently out of the room from 9 a.m. to 4–5 p.m. Despite this, we were told housekeeping marked our room as cleaned—when it clearly wasn’t. The bedding itself had holes and stains, and a personal microfiber cloth I brought was mistakenly taken with the linens. For the nightly rate, we expected basic housekeeping needs—like clean towels and linens—to be met without repeated requests. This experience made us question overall service oversight and attention to detail.

    The hotel is in a great area with coffee and eateries in the hotel, and with in walking distance. The staff service was excellent, water at the entrance, always someone kind no matter the time. Very safe. And the room, WOW! We had a small balcony and loved opening and hearing the traffic below, although is not a very busy street. The bathrooms were my favorite, amazing decor, the windows had a really cool design. We loved our stay!

    Our floor smelt horrible, and the smell seeped into a room. They kept telling us that they were going to fix the smell, and it was never fixed until our last day of our stay. The worst part was, we asked to switch floors and they refused to do it.

    The hotel is in a great location if you want to explore all of Nashville with bars & restaurants near by but the bar & restaurant in the hotel is well worth some of your time and attention. The room was lovely and staff were attentive and polite. We had a great experience:)

    We really loved this hotel and I want to give it a bad review so that it's available any time that I want to stay. Everything was literally perfect and we had the best sleep in a long time. Our room was gorgeous, modern and beautiful. The staff was hardworking. We had maximum comfort and attentiveness from staff.

    Second time staying here. Everything was perfect. My guests loved the spacious rooms, decor, and comfy beds. The restaurant downstairs serves great food and very convenient. Torchy’s is right across the street. Uber to downtown and 12 South area were less than 10 min.

    We had a very late checkout (around 11pm). Despite calling the hotel to notify, door was locked and after ringing the bell numerous times nobody would open the door until a guest arrived with his keys and let us in— then the front desk employee showed up. Besides being grumpy, he provided erroneous information such as that they didn’t serve breakfast in the hotel. Quite a strange experience!

    This property is in a great location! Midtown is great for restaurants and nightlife. Quick walk to Vanderbilt campus. Centennial part and Parthenon close by providing nice run through the park. I would stay at this property again!

    One person was on staff while I was there. When I left …. There were 3. Seems they cater to large business groups. Also, I booked a room for my son and I. He was on the 3rd floor and I was on the 4th. Our rooms were totally different. My room was smaller and didn’t even have a couch in it. When i mentioned it to the front desk they made some kind of excuse up. This hotel is just not what i pictured. Such a disappointment.

    Convenient location for visiting Vanderbilt. Would have preferred in-room coffee maker rather than having to trek to lobby. Also, we called our first night about a running toilet and were told an engineer would fix, but it was not tended to during our three night stay.

    We really enjoyed our stay here. Its cery clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Rachael at the front desk and Ellie at the bar stood out and halped make our stay memorable.     The property is nice, and the hotel common areas and rooms feel upscale. Like all hotels in Nashville, parking is completely ridiculous at $50/night. I did wish there were more amenities in the room. There isn’t much free/opem storage, especially in the bathroom. Lots pf wasted space in closet because of no shelving. There is absolutely no coffee service in the room, no tea kettle/hot water, no mini-bar snack options (small selection of beverages in room fridge) very limited for purchase in the lobby, and nowhere other than the co-located restaurant to get a decent coffee, and though the service was fantastic there, especially from the hostess on Sunday morning, there aren’t options for a quick pastry/snack other than ordering to go food.

    I had 2 issues that would lead me to choose a different hotel for our next trip to Nashville. -The bed was very uncomfortable. I woke every morning with back pain. -Unexpected and unreasonably high parking fees. I realize these fees are common around businesses in Nashville but I was shocked that the parking at the hotel was not complimentary for hotel guests. $50 a night is outrageous and cost prohibitive.

    Hotel was nice but nothing crazy. It’s not very close to the sightseeing in Nashville, unless you are wanting to be close to the universities. The housekeeping was horrible. They didn’t clean the room or leave new towels everyday. They took the dirty ones, but never replaced them. Had to ask for new ones each day. Also my friend was in a rush and sharpened her eye pencil in the sink and when we returned the shavings were still in the sink when we returned to the room. Would not stay here again if I come back to Nashville. The day staff was very nice though.
