Breakfast was better than most options at similar hotels. Room was clean. Bathroom fan made screaming noise when on. Only 1 TV in the suite so we had to physically reposition it to watch from the couch. Overall a nice property

The toilet paper was horrible! Very thin and scratchy. The tissue paper was ok. If you have a big beautiful well equipped studio suite why would there be such cheap toilet paper? The breakfast buffet was ok. I would have preferred regular scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage. No everyone likes turkey sausage. I know very few people who eat it. I saw a lot of people go to the hot items, lift the lids and then go get other items to eat.

Breakfast was wonderful, and the size of the room was amazing. The fitness center could have been better as there were no 25 or 30 pound weights for our workout.

Several amenities that were advertised on the website were either non-functional or unavailable altogether. The fire pit was not working, the barbecue grills were unusable due to missing gas control knobs, and there was a noticeable smell of leaking gas around the grill area, which raised serious safety concerns. In addition, the bar listed as an available amenity was not operational, and we were informed it had reportedly been closed for years despite still being advertised. We traveled with a large group, including several young children, so safety was especially important to us. During our stay, there was a ladder left set up leading to the rooftop area without any caution tape, barriers, or warning signage. Having unrestricted access to something like that around children was extremely concerning. While not every staff interaction was negative, there were multiple occasions where requests for assistance were met with visible frustration and dismissive attitudes rather than the level of hospitality we expected. Pool towels were consistently unavailable, and when we asked about them, the responses felt unprofessional and indifferent. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property were also disappointing. Housekeeping service appeared minimal, often consisting only of replacing towels and remaking beds

The rooms was great When I had a issue between booking and the hotel the night crew didn't really try to figure out me getting charged twice. The crew at my checkout investigated it and got it all fixed and I got one of my payments refunded.

However, things quickly went downhill once I got to my room. To my frustration, I discovered that I had been checked into a queen double room instead of the king suite I had specifically reserved. After a long day of travel, this was not only inconvenient but also disappointing. I returned to reception to have the issue corrected, expecting a simple resolution. Unfortunately, the experience became even more unpleasant. The staff member who had originally checked me in was present, but another individual—who identified himself as “Rosafelt” (though he was not wearing a name badge, which raised some doubt)—intervened. His attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive. He came across as extremely boorish, with virtually no customer service or communication skills. Rather than listening and addressing the mistake professionally, he seemed uninterested in helping and made the situation more frustrating than it needed to be. What began as a promising check-in experience turned into a disappointing encounter due to both an avoidable booking error and poor handling by staff. Customer service is a crucial part of hospitality, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations.

The staff were excellent 👌 and was able and willing to assist with all my needs. I would stay there again.
- 5/5
Friendly helpful staff, room was gorgeous and the breakfast really good, a variety of food available.
- 4/5
Breakfast was alright for free. I did go out for food 2 mornings. The room was clean. The beds are super comfortable. I love the fact that i can put the ac down to the 50s. I can't sleep without the cold. The kitchen was exactly what i needed. There were a few holes in the walls some fixed but one by the toilet weirded me out. I wasnt told the pool was closed, online or at check in. I overheard it. This was a disappointment due to i had plans with friends to relax and get a swim in.

Beautiful The custodians tried to come in my room at 9 in the morning stating I checked out and I didn't. Check out time is NOT until 11am. Thankfully I had the latch on the door. My kids were sleeping and woke up to pure terror!

Very nice hotel and staff

Clean room.

Nice hotel, close to the Opry. The pool is tiny. Some guests thought it was okay to appear shirtless at breakfast and the staff obviously thought it was okay too! If you come down after 8:30 for breakfast then there's hardly anything left. The biggest problem was the WiFi constantly dropping out. But overall a nice hotel - loved the steakhouse just next door!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely being staying here when in Nashville.

We stayed 3 nights and each morning breakfast had some new choices, which was nice. The breakfast area is spacious and well maintained. The parking lot was ample and easy to get in and out of. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and had great water pressure. The holder for the toilet paper was loose and far away from the toilet. The TP would fall off and roll away. The TV was a huge frustration! I never could figure out if it was an internet problem or a remote control problem but it was slow and cumbersome to use. Also, the choices were limited. There was an event I wanted to watch on Peacock and that service was not even a choice.

Was meet at the front desk as I requested my room with, "sir we don't have your room, we don't have a room for u. Long stay they gave me a double queen room instead of my king room, dealt if it. Didn't apologize, didn't offer us water, or even made it out like I inconvenience them
- 3/5
Check-in was pretty smooth and quick. The room across the hall from ours was out of service, and it looked like the door had been bashed in or pried open. Kind of creepy to leave the door partially open and pitch black inside. Our room was pretty banged up. Several things were broken or damaged throughout the room. Curtains wouldn't close all the way, letting in the street lights from the highway outside. Wi-Fi and TV were down for a while. At about 11 PM, our neighbors came in their room and began yelling, screaming, and cussing. We let it go for about an hour before the smell of marijuana was overtaking our room. I was with my two kids so that was the last straw for us. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone was broken in our room. I went down to the front desk and told the woman what was going on at about midnight. She gave us a new room two floors above our current room. The new room was like walking into a different hotel entirely. Nothing was broken. It was clean. It was quiet. We enjoyed our room and our stay from that point forward. Breakfast wasn't good, but it was pretty standard hotel breakfast. There were teenagers smoking weed in and just outside of the pool area when we went swimming, but the pool itself was fine. If my travels bring me back to the Opry Mills area, I'd find a different hotel, which is unfortunate because I usually enjoy Marriott hotels.
- 4/5
Christy was awesome and super helpful. Breakfast was pretty decent and free, along with the parking. The person who checked me in, MyKel, could use more training in greeting customers and providing better service. I stood there for about four minutes waiting for him to acknowledge me and check me in. When he finally stopped what he was doing, he just stood there staring at me, so I asked, “Are you ready now?” The hotel itself could use some work, especially the elevator and the hallway carpets, which need a bit more attention. When I walked into my room, there was a weird smell, but I cleaned it up and freshened things up. The room seemed clean, but it was lacking some kitchen essentials.
- 4/5
The breakfast bar was great. Great choices. The ham, egg, and cheese croissant was good. Coffee was great. My family had different items each day, and all choices were good. Great variety. The room is a good size. Staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile. They even did a little extra for my brother who was celebrating his birthday. That was above and beyond and greatly appreciated. It truly meant a lot. A couple of things could be improved on the chair that sits at the desk. The one I had wobbled a little and after sitting in it for a few minutes it sank back down to the ground. It could be a safety issue for some, but I could deal with it this time with caution. The remote for the TV was not in the room. I am not sure how the TV was turned on, but it was when I came back in. It may have been misplaced. When I went to call the front desk, I pushed the button that has "front desk" on it. The recording came on and said. "room status" and repeated that until I hung up. I ended up walking down to the front desk, and a gentleman staff member helped me by finding another remote for the TV. I came back downstairs to let him know that it was working. Very friendly and helpful. And I appreciate that.
- 4/5
Staff was great Our door fab did not work so we had to go to another room. There was no phone in the room.
- 4/5
Loved how clean everything was! It was so nice. We were bummed that the pool wasn’t heated during our stay. The pool room and water were SO cold!!
- 5/5
The breakfast could have had a little more variety
- 5/5
The Orange juice was too watery but we had great stay!
- 3/5
The front desk staff was wonderful and accommodating. However, there were some things lacking with the room quality and cleaning crew. The plugs in the end table next to the bed didn’t work, and the tv screen was partially broken. The true frustration was that our room wasn’t cleaned throughout our 5 night stay. We had complained twice, which the front desk staff was very apologetic and said they would alert the cleaning staff. Unfortunately, the day after we first made them aware, the room was still not cleaned.
- 5/5
The beds were amazing, super comfortable, the christmas decor was so pretty,, the breakfast was really good ,absolutely love the hot chocolate bar, very festive Had a wonderful stay, nothing disappointing
- 5/5
Stay was most enjoyable. Staff very accommodating, friendly. Pool, exercise, room, immaculate. Towels and bedding bright white. Convenient shuttle to all the downtown Nashville happenings. Walking distance to Opryland. Very good breakfast choice. Surprised 'Grits' was not an option. However, the hot oatmeal and topping bar more than made up. for the void...Regards

Clean, close to where we were going. Good breakfast

Horrible customer service by the front desk !!!
- 5/5
Good check in
- 5/5
The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were spacious and ammenities were great. Like the shower.
- 5/5
We really liked this hotel and would stay there again. Great breakfast & variety. Loved the room- although they missed a night of housekeeping - but not a big deal. I used to be in Hospitality Management so I am judge-y. The fitness center was nice, just needs a few more weights & new equipement. Most of the staff was great and engaging. We would stay here again. Liked the kitchen area and big fridge very much.
- 5/5
Parking was not so good. I felt safe but the parking spots are so narrow & tiny plus the front parking NEEDS more space in between cars. The hotel is GRRREAT
- 4/5
We have stayed at this location previously. It needs some repairs. The tile in the bathroom needed repair the tiles were coming loose. The shower could have been cleaner. Carpet by the elevators needs to be replaced. The shades on the wall lamps by the elevators need to be replaced and the entrance door mat needs to be replaced. The staff were all great and friendly. You need someone like me to go around and make lists of items that need improvement.

It was close to everything No ICE machine on 2nd floor, no extra sheets or covers for pullouts. No sheets at all on pullout as well as it being super then and my girls was laying on the wires. 4 guest with 2 rags and 2 towels ?. I’M STILL WAITING ON MY MONEY SINCE BEING DOUBLE CHARGED!
- 5/5
Enjoyed the size of the room and the kitchen space. We almost didn't make it down to have breakfast before it closed.

Nice place. Well maintained 👍 💯
- 2/5
We had to transfer rooms because the TV in the first room was going out. We found this out after we unpacked and settled in. Once in the new room we discovered the bathroom sink was clogged. We discovered this after showering and had to redress to let maintenance in. Lastly, the remote to the TV wasn’t working in the new room. They found a new remote and had to tape the batteries in to prevent them from falling out. This is not the standards I am accustomed to at Marriott properties.
- 1/5
My room was dirty with items on the floor by beds that were NEVER cleaned even though I pointed them out to a supervisor. Outlets by bed that didn't work and solution was to being us an extension cord that had been spliced and taped back together with another cord leaving us with a fire hazard. No offer to move us or any other solution.
- 1/5
Our room was dirty with pacifiers, qtips and other things beside the bed that stayed there the entire trip even though we pointed it out. We had an electrical issue in our room and their solution was to bring us an extension cord...that had been spliced and taped together with another cord!!! They never fixed the issue, they never offered a solution! This was the worst stay I have EVER had in a hotel! I have been trying to reach out to Orbitz to get some sort of compensation, but cannot get the connection to occur and would love to have someone reach me!
- 1/5
Indoor pool wasn't working as advertised didn't want to Discount the room talk to corporate was very rude to me
- 5/5
This hotel was the perfect base for us to explore Nashville. The Grand Ole Opry is just down the road next to a large shopping mall with a good choice of restaurants. Our room at the hotel was huge - 2 double beds with a kitchen, dining table, sofa and desk. It was very good value for money compared to downtown Nashville. There was a shuttle bus to and from downtown which was only $15 per person which took the headache out of trying to find somewhere to park. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Clean, Close to Opry, Good breakfast, comfortable.
- 5/5
Friendly and attentive staff!
- 4/5
Our room on the 5th floor was quiet, clean, nice bedding, good lighting.
- 3/5
Hotel was clean and conveniently located. However the indoor pool was completely closed for our entire stay, with no notice of this in advance or at check-in. We booked based on having that amenity and did not receive it.
- 5/5

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was great, would stay here again

1- our tv didnt work, our wall outlets didnt work (only in the kitchen). The front desk tried to fix it but was unsuccessful. 2- wifi didnt really work. We were told its an ongoing issue they are working to fix it asap 3- the shower door is weird. Theres only half a door and it doesnt slide shut. Half the water ended up on floor.
- 5/5
Excellent, friendly staff! Breakfast always hot and good.

- 4/5
I was told on the phone that the property had a shuttle to the nearby attractions Opryland. But then I was told by the front desk upon arrival that they have a shuttle only sometimes….
- 5/5
We stayed here for three nights. We loved the property and our room was very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. Even though the property is about 15 minute drive from downtown- it offered a shuttle for a decent price. Parking in Nashville is not cheap so this was perfect. Would definitely stay here again
- 5/5
The room was well laid out and plenty of space. The kitchen and sitting area were fantastic.
- 5/5
The staff were phenomenal, helpful, and friendly!
- 4/5
Great location and lobby was very clean. Hallways , elevator and rooms were clean and no smells. Our room had broken fixtures in bathroom. Asked for linens and pillows for sofa bed and they sent no pillows.

I couldn't have had a better stay for my time in Nashville. Easy access to all the things we wanted to see and do. Thank you for such a great experience.
- 5/5
Great stay

- 4/5
We arrived late!! Our room was 77* the AC was not working. I requested a different room which the hotel gave us without hesitation. New room was 10* cooler!! The beds were comfortable, clean and the room was a nice size
- 2/5
Had to move rooms 3 times because the electrical outlets did not work. All 3 rooms TV's had a dark screen with a blue tint on them. The breakfast sandwiches looked, felt like ,and tasted 2 days old after being reheated for 5 days. The carpets havn't been cleaned in years and are pulling up and rippling.
- 5/5
Very nice. Great breakfast.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay, friendly staff, nice breakfast offering, close to restaurants.

- 5/5
Loved that we were allowed to check in early with no extra charge and the ton was so spacious and comfortable!
- 5/5
Simply excellent! Very spacious. Great free continental breakfast. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we visit Nashville again.
- 4/5
Property is a little aged but conveniently located and nice to have a kitchenette and living area. Helpful and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Loved the employees. They were all so friendly. Furniture needs refreshed in the king suite. The kitchen was amazing. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Outside sitting areas were nice and so was the pool. Located right by cracker barrel and opryland hotel.
- 5/5
It is vary quiet even though it is close to the highway
- 5/5
Only thing I would have liked is if pool was heated
- 5/5
I want to thank the staff. From start to finish you were nothing short of excellent. I requested a room as high as possible and the lady that checked us in made that possible. Every interaction I saw with other guests were genuine and personable. Thank you for all for your efforts.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and helpful with dinner options and their local perspective. Breakfast was good and a variety. Room was clean
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
It was a good hotel for the price
- 5/5
Very nice, there was security outside of the evening.
- 4/5
Does not have safe box, TV was not working propeely
- 5/5
I didn't like the fact that the out door grill was not working correctly. Staff was great and accommodating. The rooms were very nice however small things with maintenance needs to be looked at like telephones not working garbage disposal not working small things but you don't have time to get them corrected while you're staying. Otherwise great state
- 5/5
Clean and spacious room
- 5/5
We are enjoyed in all our stay at the hotel.
- 4/5
Upon check in, i was pleasantly greeted by a lady who appeared to be trainging. As a former manager of a hotel, i inderstand the challenge of the trainer and trainee. That being said, the check in was difficult. I ususally use another brand when i travel throughout the country. The other brand's app is far easier to navigate. I rarely even have to stop at the front desk for check in. I do appreciate the ability to go straight to my room. There are times i do require digital keys and physical keys. I was surprised that i was unable to obtain both for use on either of rooms. So that was odd. I do realize that is something completly out of your control but maybe worthy to note if anyone ever does ask about possible improvements. Overall, this stay was most pleasant. The staff was very nice. Things were clean. Housekeeping was attitive to our needs. The breakfast was very good.
- 5/5
The hotel is in a good location. The rooms are very spacious. A few updates are needed; however, it was a positive experience.
- 2/5
Staff couldn't figure out how to get me in the room after an electronic key failure. I was stuck in hall for four hours. The toilet flushed constantly on its own. The light and fan in bathroom squealed a high pitch that was annoying and painful to my ears. The size of room was good, and it appeared clean. Frankly Maintenace in this place couldn't fix a peanut butter sandwich,
- 3/5
TV did work in first room. They told me at front desk that it just wasn’t gonna work. I told them that was unacceptable for $1,300 for 4 nights. Worker told me they didn’t have any other rooms but then ended up moving us rooms with a somewhat working TV. The picture on the TV was purple. The hallways were very hot on the 6th floor and smelled like cats. There a man who sat down in the lobby from sun up until 10pm everyday. He was not a worker and gave my family a very weird vibe. Especially with a lot of girls in the hotel for a dance competition. The light in our bathroom had a a very high pitched sound coming from it and it was unbearable to be in there for any length of time. The front desk worker told us that they didn’t have maintenance. When I asked to speak to a manager, she told me she was on vacation and didn’t know when she would be back. Also, the wifi didn’t work half the time. This hotel could use a lot of work.
- 1/5
The next day the internet was just out for most of the day, and they weren't sure when it would be re-connected.
- 5/5
Very nice service
- 5/5
Great stay. Our TV had no real volume but that was fine because it kept my family from watching it so much.
- 5/5
All the hotel’s personnel were very friendly and greeted us every time we entered the hotel. They were very helpful. I have stayed in other hotels and never experienced such friendliness from the hotel staff as I did at the Residence Inn.
- 5/5
Very nice stay
- 5/5
Our stay was a positive experience from the moment we got there to the time we left! No complaints at all. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast.
- 5/5
Close to most things at oprymill areas and nice place to stay with reasonable rates
- 5/5
Clean spacious room. Friendly check in. Good breakfast. Close to Opryland. All of the amenities we wanted - pool, refrigerator and microwave in room.

Pros: spacious room, comfortable beds, breakfast options, proximity to airport and Opry. Kitchenette for special dietary needs/prep. Cons: Housekeeping, proximity to downtown and bars, restaurants.

The lady at the desk when got there was wonderful! Great food recommendations and she showed my kiddos where the putting green is and had great conversation with them! Wonderful employee and a beautiful hotel!

Very nice! We loved it! Came in town to celebrate my Mother's Day weekend. Stayed here with my family.
- 3/5
Nice room with very comfortable bed. Carpet was ripped up and torn at edge by kitchen area. Unable to enjoy outside common area because people were yelling, screaming, and running. They were having fun but no one else could really enjoy it. The desk employees were very nice.

Very nice and quiet place to stay in Nashville. Its location is close to main attractions, shopping, and food. Staff is great and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Will stay again in my next visit.

Clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Rooms large and clean. Pool shallow, housekeeping unfriendly. Area around the hotels run down.
- 5/5
Nice staff and clean room!
- 3/5
Room had a faint cigarette odor despite being non smoking. Bathroom was missing soap dispenser and just a missing glue spot. Holes in the wall. Noisy AC. Broken USB port, wobbly chair. Just seemed like the place was in need of some a lot of little maintenance.
- 4/5
Hotel was average. The hotel itself was quiet, but We had quite a bit of highway noise from our room early morning. And the fan in the bathroom had a terrible humming noise.

The hotel was clean and nice layout. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed in a one bedroom king size bed. Comfortable lots of room.

This stay was an absolutely amazing experience. The staff, on site breakfast, and room cleanliness were all exceptional! I’ll definitely be staying here again soon!

We had a wonderful stay while in Nashville. The suite rooms have a great layout and were very spacious. We were in a great location with easy drives to many attractions. Breakfast was nice.
- 5/5
Was not expecting our beds to be made, new towels in bathroom after the 1st night. Normally hotels wait until you are checked out to do these things, but not this one. My family and I enjoyed it very much. Nice layout in the rooms.
- 4/5
Room was a decent size, linens were nice enough, HVAC worked effectively; However the secondary blinds on both windows would not go up/down to allow you to see outside at all. Breakfast was okay; only fresh fruit was apples; most similar hotels offer bananas and oranges; nice eating area that was kept clean.

Awesome price point for what we received

I was not made aware of a $150. pet fee. This was refunded when I checked out though the night clerk told me it was non-refundable. If there is a fee for pets, please let me know in advance.

Was on the sixth floor and had a good view. Needed something fixed and light bulbs which they fixed the first day when asked. Had a pleasant quiet 5 night stay.

Great option near the Opry House. Big rooms, comfortable amenities, good breakfast, wonderful staff. Only drawback is there's nothing in walking distance in this area of town - but everything needed was a short easy drive. Would absolutely stay here again.

Booked for a room with a king sized bed. They did not have that so upgraded to a suite with a king sized bed without asking.
- 5/5
The room could use more lighting by the mirror outside of the bathroom to get ready The pool was nice and never busy. Workout room was nice and the breakfast was delicious! So many good options each day!!

Breakfast is good. The swimming pool is too small.

We’ve stayed I’m Residence Inns before and have been very happy, but there wasn’t much to like about this particular Residence Inn. The first room we were given had dirty wine glasses, a dirty counter, bed partially made, etc. We requested another room. The second room did not have working lights and mold in the shower. We went back and requested a third room. We told the person at the check-in desk we were leaving. A woman came from behind the back. She proceeded to talk to us with her mouth full of food. She told us the first room was removed from the cleaning rotation and was not their fault. The second room was our fault because we didn’t know how to turn on the light switch, hmmm. The woman/manager gave us a third room which was clean and we were surprised when we flipped the light switch, miraculously the lights came on. The bed was very comfortable. In the morning, we needed something at the free breakfast but couldn’t get it because the attendant did not speak one word of English. Breakfast items needed to be refilled, we had watered down orange juice and we couldn’t find a clean table in the dining area. To say the least we were very disappointed.

Great hotel

First, I think it was a long time between vacuum cleanings. There were old French fries, pieces of dried chicken and crayons under the kitchen table. The body wash container in the shower was completely empty. When I asked for cleaning service the maid could not speak English, and removed the towels and did not replace them. When I asked the front desk staff for help with raising and lowering the black out blinds, they thought they were controlled by a chain cord that is pulled up or down, when in fact the electric blinds are controlled by a remote. The maintenance person was very helpful, but also did not know how the blinds operated. It seems that no one on staff knows how to operate the blinds. On the other hand, the maintenance person gave us exceptional service when he replaced several light bulbs for brighter ones. My Dad is pretty much blind and needs as much light in the room as possible - hence the need to raise the blinds and increase the amount of light in the room. The problem with the blinds was never resolved. Thumbs up to maintenance, thumbs down to everyone else. My advice to the hotel's management - train your team. Make sure that customer facing staff know the hotel and can communicate....

Very comfortable stay

The bathroom door wouldn’t latch because it was missing part of the door handle. The door was cracked and had obviously been kicked in. Toilet would not flush completely, ice machine didn’t work. No blanket or pillows for sofa bed. Really disappointed considering we paid more than $250 per night. Breakfast was spare and had to look through cabinets to find paper plates and forks.
