Our room had multiple dirty things on the floor when we checked in, including pieces of candy. The ceiling of the pool was falling into the pool, the pool heater was not working. Room had a very odd odor. Front desk staff was less than helpful at check in.

Nice hotel rooms. Pretty clean and the rooms are pretty spacious. The only thing I didn’t like is that I had to call the hotel twice for someone to come to the front desk to check in. And lastly, the side door on the first floor is for exiting only and not entering so it made it hard for me to bring things in and out.
- 3.5/5
Clean hotel, near the airport, need a car but they can organise shuttle bus into downtown Nashville, not far from the Grand Ole Opry
- 3/5
It was very clean I booked it because it was a queen room with two queen beds AND a pullout sofa bed. That was not true at all. There were no queen beds with a sofa bed even available in the hotel at all so we made a bed for my son out of blankets on the floor. It was falsely advertised on Booking.com.

I liked the location of the hotel. I also liked the lady at the front desk- she was very kind. My kids were so excited to swim in the indoor pool but when we got there, the pool was freezing. I made my daughter get out of the pool because her lips were blue within a few minutes of being in. Right in front of our bathroom, there was something sticky on the floor- so gross. The door also would not latch when closing so you had to hold the inside handle and wiggle it until it latched. It took FOREVER to get it latched each time. When we woke up the next morning, there was a sign saying that there were no cooks so no breakfast would be served.

Please have someone to call me about this reservation. 270-792-3889 Mike Eastridge The staff recommended we go to the Fairfield. Now I am being charged for both locations.

The coffee machine was broken. We were there 5 nights. The second day they put a thermos of coffee out for self serve but never - all week- did they serve cream. The pool was closed all week as they added chlorine? In 5 days they cleaned our room once. We gave them lots of reminders and requests, but no one cared. I would have at least sent a manager to pick up some cream, how hard is that. We had to pick up our own towels daily.

The location was perfect for Uber pick ups and walking around the plaza. Staff was nice. Our room had a few problems. The art in the room was ripped up, a lamp was cracked, and a few other things.

No breakfast bar. They do have a bistro located in the hotel and a coffee bar where you purchase drinks and food at a higher price.
- 3/5
Have to pay. Limited menu. French toast was good. Pricey.
- 5/5
The property was very well maintained, staff was pleasant and kind. The area had plenty for a tourist to do. Only drawbacks were there was no breakfast/ snacks offered and no transportation to nearby events, however, it was pretty easy getting around by vehicle. Other than those two things, we enjoyed our stay and liked the hotel, good quality for reasonable price.
- 1.5/5
Most of the staff were friendly and polite. I would have given a higher staff rating if not for the general manager. The facility was clean and well located. The general manager, Mitch, ruined my opinion of Marriott properties forever. Although it’s our fault we left our raincoats behind, his lack of cooperation and lies cost us over a hundred dollars to get them back almost 4 weeks later, even though we paid for overnight UPS to have them sent to us. He lied to us and to the company partnering with Marriott to return items left behind. I also despise the new bistro in each of the Courtyard facilities! Extremely high prices for low quality food and a 900% markup for beer and wine!! I can get a better bagel at the Baymont’s free breakfast. Instead, you charge $6.50 for an inferior quality bagel with poor service. You can keep your Bistro! I noticed it’s always empty. It will likely stay that way.

The staff was great! Steven had only been there a couple of days and he helped us tremendously! Would stay there again!
- 5/5
Perfect hotel close to the Opry.
- 4/5
Location good. Food service overall terrible. Andrea at front desk was super and helpful. Restaurant was a joke.
- 5/5
Very clean room, staff was great, amenities were great and they still service your room everyday which was WONDERFUL! You don't see that often anymore these days.
- 3/5
Hotel was nice but needs updated it’s an aged property.
- 5/5
The property was great the staff was amazing even with compensating with booking.com’s mess ups I loved the property just not booking.com
- 2.5/5
Arrived with a prepaid booking, only to be told it wasn't in the system. The front desk did eventually find the booking, but that was the highlight of the stay. The bistro had very limited choices from the menu, either pizza or wings, nothing else. The bar has no supplies ( the bartender even said "I have literally 2 glasses" ). Pool area was closed/unavailable, and the wifi did not work at all! It was all down hill from there. With the branding "by Marriott" you would expect better facilities, better supplies, just better all around. I could have stayed at the run down motel down the street and it wouldn't have been the disappointment this was.

Would never stay there again Overpriced, no rooms available on Marriott site had to go to booking.com Several cars broken into in the parking lot overnight
- 5/5
Clean space for a quick trip to see the ICE show.
- 4/5
was good, this is my 2nd time staying here will choose this hotel everytime
- 4/5
The staff was very nice. I was disappointed that the website indicated that the hotel provided a shuttle within a three mile radius but that was not true. In fact I was told they have never had a shuttle service. The website indicates there is a restaurant and a free breakfast. No breakfast and it did not look like the restaurant was available either. The hotel was nice, staff was great and it was clean. However the reason we booked there was for the shuttle service and the complimentary breakfast. Maybe the website needs to be updated.
- 5/5
room clean comfortable only small problem door had a lot of trouble locking used dead bolt

Quiet hotel
- 1/5
Front desk Staff were great, no issues. Housekeeping was hit or miss but got better. The shower was full of black mold in between the floor tiles. There is no free breakfast. The shuttle is not free. I'll be staying elsewhere next time

- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. That made our stay pleasant. The hotel was clean inside, but the grounds surrounding it not so much. This part of town is kind of sketchy. But for the price it was good.
- 3/5
The wifi was inadequate for me to get certain work done on gmail. Email is now integral to most work, and wifi that isn't adequate for gmail to load is not good enough!
- 4/5
Everyone was friendly; establishment was extremely clean, rooms were very clean and nice. Definitely will be booking with them in the future.

The check in staff was pleasant and welcoming. Easy to check in. The room was comfortable. This Courtyard is a little worn but still clean.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Only gave us 3 towels for 4 people and no clock in the room
- 4/5
Great stay. Clean, comfortable rooms. Only disappointment is they don’t offer a shuttle as advertised. According to employees, they haven’t offered that service in years. Other than that, great place to stay!
- 5/5
Antoinette was nice and helpful
- 4/5

- 5/5
The hotel was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay.
- 3/5
The hotel was beautiful and spacious. Our room was clean and nice. My only complaint is that the elevators and hallways were so hot. The air was clearly not working in those areas. It made it hard for the air in our room to keep up.
- 2/5
The staff was friendly and tried to accommodate my family, however the carpet in the hallway and in the room were filthy. We had to deal with ants and crickets. The hallway and elevators did not have the air on. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 1/5
This hotel smelled and the room smelled.
- 3/5
Staff that i dealt with were friendly. Hotel is just little older but seemed clean
- 3/5
Room was surprisingly outdated. it was clean, but it did have a sewer or like old water type of smell in the hall and in our room. I honestly wouldn’t stay here again, too many other options in area for the price.
- 4/5
Hotel was clean, room was smaller than expected though.
- 5/5
Nice location. Very nice property!
- 5/5
The room was nice and clean. The carpet was a little sticky.
- 5/5
Nice and reasonable place to stay
- 5/5
This is a beautiful property centrally located to Music Row activities & Opryland. The staff was absolutely amazing and just went above and beyond my wildest expectations.
- 2/5
The property was advertised as being in a nice area with a view and it was not, hsir was all in the bathroom
- 5/5
Everything was delightful about the hotel especially the staff only thing I would bring up is the rooms had a strange odor to them. I wouldn’t call it a bad odor just a interesting one that I didn’t care for. Very well located if you’re trying to get in the grand old Opry area I highly recommend you visit the grand old Opry hotel for its gardens.
- 3/5
Fitness center very limited Chef for food counter didn’t show in evening, but there next morning Reception desk staff pleasant
- 5/5
It was perfect. We only needed to stay for one night but it would have been great for longer stays as well. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful. The beds were also great. I would definitely recommend.
- 5/5
Friendly and clean
- 2/5
We have stayed at other Courtyards and would not recommend this one. When we made the reservation we asked for a balcony, but were told they were out when we got there, which may be possible, but was not notified as such ahead of our stay. The pool is supposed to be heated, but it was ice cold and the outside weather was blamed (its an indoor HEATED pool), so the pool was useless. What is the point of advertising an indoor pool if the outside weather is a factor on an INDOOR, HEATED pool. Grandkids wanted to stay, so we requested sheets for the pull out couch and we had to go get them ourselves at the front desk. Thankfully the bed, shower, toilet, sink and TV worked.
- 2/5
Room was clean and beds are comfortable. Did not like the vanity area, it was small and cramped. Also, lighting was very dim. I was also expecting the hotel to have breakfast. But, no breakfast other than a Starbucks. Employee at Starbucks was bothered that I wanted to order coffee. I chose this hotel even though it was higher thinking it would be a little nicer and would offer breakfast. I would not book here again.
- 4/5
It was raining the whole time but we enjoyed Nashville trolley ride
- 4/5
Convenient location ! Great staff very helpful !
- 5/5
Comfortable beds
- 5/5
Very clean, room was very clean, beds were comfortable
- 3/5
The bed sheets were clean, The hotel is old, smelled so musty and is need of updating. Carpet nasty.
- 5/5
The breakfast we ordered was excellent - kudos to the cook, server & attendant!
- 2/5
Well the shuttle service isn't free as they claim it was. The front desk doesn't bring extra bath towels to the room you have to go down to the front desk and get them yourself
- 4/5
Overall great hotel.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay here. It was a quick stop for us. The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very clean. It was a very safe are to stay in.
- 3/5
Friendly staff. Hotel is a bit outdated but still nice.
- 5/5
We were here for a quick overnight stay. Safe, quiet, & clean! No complaints.
- 5/5
Great property
- 1/5
Confrontational staff at front desk, simultaneously denied ANY wrong doing when a mistake they made with my reservation was brought to their attention. The woman at the desk waved her hands in my face which was unprofessional and unnecessary. I expected more staying at a Marriot Hotel. The customer service fell below my expectations.
- 5/5
Everything was good.
- 4/5
Overall the hotel was very clean. I did have a baby roach in my room the first night, but nothing after that. The bed was very comfortable.
- 3/5
Requested connecting rooms due to meeting up with daughter and grandson. My mother and I coming in from Florida. When reservations made we were told we could have connecting rooms then when we get there we are told manager took hold off. What if it was children having to be in the connecting room. Would you put them a few doors down? Other than that everything else was good abd rest of staff was friendly and very helpful.
- 5/5
Our stay was great !! Nice hotel , friendly staff , clean rooms
- 4/5
Room was great; only issue is there wasn't a remote for the TV in our room, so we couldn't change the channel from the welcome screen. That is quite annoying. Otherwise, check-in was quick, and staff is friendly.
- 5/5
Super friendly staff (Nakia is awesome!) Clean rooms, no problems, would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Greeted by friendly front desk lady. She seemed very knowledgeable about the area The lobby, elevator and rooms were clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Clean great customer service great location close to restaurant
- 5/5
Thank you we will be back
- 4/5
Outside looks dated compared to the other nearby hotels (Best Western next door and Residence Inn up the street). Some lights were out in the parking lot so it didnt feel extra safe at night. The rooms were nice, beds were comfortable. We had an issue with the shower not draining when in use but called the front desk and maintenance repaired it quickly. Nice to have a cafe with Starbucks coffee in the hotel. Probably wouldnt stay here again but was good for what we needed.
- 1/5
Parking was awful, got about 2 hours sleep due to a AC in the room that literally KNOCKED ALL NIGHT LoNg. The toilet wouldn't flush without holding it down forever, no garbage bags in any trash can, I had to go ask for them and a dirty laudry bag too. THey asked me for a additional $20 dollars for a hold till check out and I did that, 9 days later I still don't have that back in my account! Terrible experience, and The Hotel says since I booked with you, they can't do anything about it and to contact you directly :(
- 2/5
I would have given this property a great review, but it's just nasty. There was blood on the curtain. The curtain rod used to pull curtains was disgusting. The only reason I feel this strongly about the cleanliness is because of the price. I could've stayed somewhere so much nicer for over 300$ a night, but it was convenient so the convention center and looked nice. I will not be staying here again.
- 5/5
Very easy experience, staff was very polite, room was clean, can’t really ask for more than that.
- 5/5
The staff and inside of the place was great hut your picture of the location is NOT where this hotel is located.
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly staff, quiet place to stay for vacation.
- 2/5
The staff were excellent but the condition of the hotel is very dated.
- 4/5
Ac was not cold
- 5/5
Nice stay was just a little disappointed that the breakfast wasn’t complimentary
- 5/5
Courtyard at Opry was a great value for a good night sleep vs booking downtown. It was quiet, respectful staff and guest. Clean and the staff was very helpful to give directions. I researched other hotels in the same circle/area and chose this for a more modern look and executive work area. If you don't mind walking, there is plenty of things to do @ Walking distance. PS:there is some construction in front but that all good for expansion in the area. Til next visit y'all!
- 5/5
The shuttle services they use are amazing
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is the pool was cold so we did not use it. Why have a nice indoor pool if it isnt warm enough for people to enjoy?
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, made the time we spent at the hotel nice! Breakfast was good every morning. Thanks
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 4/5
The room we got is not good . it’s wallpaper is coming off and bathroom was dirty .
- 5/5
clean, hot shower, quiet
- 5/5
This is a good location to be in a quiet place that gives you close proximity to the Grand Ole Opry. This week I stayed at the Gaylord and here and this was better. Too crowed at the Gaylord. -- This place has coffee in the morning to purchase with some food. The coffee wasn't real hot. They brew it and then put it in something to keep it warm. I might go back if I ever go to the grand ole opera .
- 5/5
nice place out of the way of the hustle and bustle
- 4/5
This hotel was comfortable and clean and met my needs. Some furniture is dated, ie the chair and ottoman. Other very modern. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet and I was able to get a choir nights sleep.
- 5/5
We checked in late & got a goodie bag to cheer us up after a long journey. Got moved to a higher room the next day and our stay was great with helpful front of house staff. A Lyft from the property was reasonable and there is also plenty to amuse nearby. I’d stay here again
- 4/5
We requested a king size bed. We got 2 queen.
- 5/5
Came in late, simple and easy check in. Clean property and rooms. Definitely recommend.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, quick and courteous
- 4/5
Nice stay while checking out the Christmas lights at the Opryland Hotel
- 5/5
Starbuck was not open very long and did not have very good choices.
- 4/5
Room is small. Everything else was great.
- 5/5
5 star all the way. Thank you
- 2/5
Had to wait 5 minutes in a staff member to come to check is in. Then he was rude. The room was clean but smelled like a locker room. On the hotel description it said there is a 3 Mille radius shuttle but upon check in we’re told there is not one.
- 4/5
Place was ok. Bathrooms were a tad dated.
- 5/5
Great location. Walkable to the Opry hotel/mall. A little far to the actual show, but Uber was under $10. We hit some life life in the area. Everything was close to the hotel. The entire staff was extremely friendly!!
- 5/5
What was missing for me was a bar and food availability. First time ever that I've experienced this at a Mariott property. Service and the respect I received as an African American male gives me two reasons to return. As a non-traditonal graduate student, I worked at the Renaissance in Downtown Cleveland years ago.
- 5/5
TWO thumbs up!!
- 3/5
Rooms were fine. Staff was meh, they just check you in and hand you a key. Minimal communication, they charged me $40 and I never ordered anything. Internet didn’t work. No complimentary breakfast. Kids loved the pool to themselves. Location was kinda creepy lol
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and a nice place to stay. The staff was so friendly. The indoor pool was nice and there was places to outside also. Great place to stay in this area.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
We LOVED this hotel! The gentleman that checked us in was very friendy & gave us the low-down on the shuttle to the bars downtown (great bonus to avoid needing a DD or Uber). Our room was SO spacious, 2 queen beds and a couch! There was also a table tucked under the desk that we pulled out & used between the beds to eat our late night snacks from Cook-Out. I love hotel rooms that have microwaves & refrigerators for our convenience and this one did not disappoint. We called to see if the pool had towels or if we needed to bring them from our room, front desk told us the towels were at the pool already. When we got there we found that all the towels had been used. We went to the front desk & he brought a stack of towels to the pool right away. The indoor pool is heated but it's not very warm. They also don't offer a continental breakfast but there is a Starbucks in the lobby that has limited hours. The lobby is gorgeous & has tons of seating. I would recommend that the mirror in the room be moved more towards the window. We had family members staying in other rooms & when they pushed the cart into their room, the cart bumped the mirror causing it to fall off the wall & break (it sticks out more than an inch) my husband was cut trying to catch it. They were moved to another room right away without any problems. The outside parking lot is a close walk from any spot to the door to come inside. We felt safe the entire time that we were there.I cant wait to stay at this hotel again!
- 5/5
Friendly staff and easy access to many Nashville sites. Breakfast would have been nice and free coffee even better. Perplexed by signs identifying masks and we were one of the few wearing them. Maybe public health orders changed? Didn't know what was up with the bugs in the rooms...kept coming back even without an invitation. Housekeeping staff so sweet as was all staff we met. True southern hospitality.
- 5/5
Girl at the front desk needs some customer service training. Not very welcoming or customer focused.
- 5/5
My stay was excellent I will be doing it again to have fun with family and friends
- 5/5
It was probably the quietest hotel I have ever stayed.
- 5/5
It was a quick overnight stay but the room and hotel were very nice.
- 5/5
The front desk staff was amazing! They were so friendly and knowledgeable!
- 4/5
I liked the couch in our room.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable. We felt safe
- 5/5
The beds were so comfortable. The shower was amazing ! Was a nice cozy room for the price. Needs a bit updating only because wallpaper has peeling edges . Was in Nice area across from Opry Mills . I’d stay there again .
