​The hotel is dated and sits right on a noisy main highway, making it tough to get a good night's sleep with all the mororcycles speeding through the strip. While the room wasn't dirty, it felt dark and tired, and the shower had very poor water pressure. It didn't feel unsafe but it was uncomfortable with the number of people loitering in the parking lot.

This is actually a motel. Doors from the outside open into the rooms. Bed was not particularly comfortable. Mildew spots on the ceiling. Really needs a remodel

What I like about quality Inn is the staff. Very nice. Good communication. Have no problems. Plus I do love the pool in the atmosphere. Nice place to stay. Thank you I kind of wish they had a free breakfast there. That's nice to have at the hotel. The bar is nice. Good people. Price is a little high.

Rooms had roaches, not very clean at all, both rooms were bad with the bugs. And the tv sucks with the cable they had available. I’m sorry I was not impressed at all and will not stay there again.

Nothing Our room apparently was previously flooded. The vinyl planks were warped, water was squishing out when stepped on. There was a dehumidifier in the room but it smelled musty. Also, there were live roaches crawling on the bathroom counter.

Very good

We had a great stay. The only thing was we had no soap in the bathroom, not sure if it was forgotten, or what, but we had our own. Another thing was we tried to have dinner in the downstairs restaurant but they had a dj and it was so loud we couldn't talk. We ended up having dinner take out by the pool, which was very nice. Overall, the room was big and clean. Worth the stay.

New Port Richey night life is fantastic and just a mile or so away or family to visit the Sponge dock. The value is very good as we travel out of our way to stay her instead of others. Stopped on by!

My sheets smelled like a musty, man. The toilet was loose . I could not get it taking care of unless I was in the room. I should not need to be there for the room to be cleaned or for the toilet to be fixed. Very loud people staying there the room needs noise consolidation windows. The beds were very comfortable. Would have gave it a better rating if all those thing were taken care of. Tammy at the front desk was great. Also had unexpected fees 150 deposit that I have not gotten back yet. i should not have to pay that if I paid for the room upfront.

It was comforting & peaceful!

Hotel overall was excellent and great price. They were short staffed and that did lead to some less than stellar service mainly in the bar restaurant and front desk. Staff was obviously strained and they came across to us as such.

There is only a restaurant to purchase breakfast, we did not purchase it this trip. This place is in a good location, close to food options and shopping. Clean and comfortable rooms. Parking is great, can even accommodate truck, trailer and boat. This is a main reason we choose this location. Staff is very friendly. Coffee not so good, but there are plenty of coffee shops near.

Check in was a slow painful process but the employee was very nice. She was just the only one working and there was a very long line. The outside could use some refurbishment but the room was clean and nice. I would stay again.

The room was clean but didn't have any dressers or storage. The breakfast restaurant was clean, delicious and had excellent servers. The outdoor pool area was spacious and clean.

She took forever to check in, as it wasn’t her fault she was literally by her self Her name was Megan. Dead bugs, roaches,were seen all around the property Looks like the recently cut down alot of landscape and maybe bombed the property People were smoking in pool snd balconies so every time we opened our door smoke came in. No towels at pool, no one watching the pool. Kids were kicking soccer balls and almost hit a baby. Our sheets were disgustingly gross, literally looked like pubic hair scattered about. We called the desk, Megan answered and said they had no clean sheets Sounds like a health department issue.i am not wrong in this issue I then heard Megan, the front desk girl snickering about me to another guest. I was not wrong in asking for clean sheets, that is insane. Horrible service. I went to desk and found a man back there, maybe maintenance man and asked him for clean sheets that i would gladly change myself since apparently they had no staff working. He said housekeeping leaves at 3 so he would have to go get the sheets from the laundry. I said ok and waited. We paid almost $300 to stay here in this gross place. The pictures are a scam. The restaurant was disgusting ( not food we didn’t get that) but so dirty no tables cleaned Seems like a staffing issue, but you can see how many rooms were booked so you should have had more

The bar area where we had dinner was sub par. The Bar tendender/ waitress was just doing her job, not overly friendly and not overly tenative. The hightop tables were the only palce to sit and barstools were not comfortable. The palce looked okay from the onset but once in and there and eating found it to be less than desirable. And for the total price with added operating/facility fee of 3.5% (for what?) cetainly not the atmosphere, staff or food, it was a lousy experience. Would have been better off going out elsewhere. Would not recommend this place to eat!

Be aware of extra security deposits, of $150 and $200, which although refundable, it will take some time to get back, depending on your bank. The whole environment was disappointing, to say the least, the pillows were dirty, there was no toilet paper and because the room was pet friendly and on the outside part, we couldn’t sleep until the early morning hours, listening to people outside talking and laughing until 2 am. The beds were too high and the mattress uncomfortable.

Overall great time staying except for the last day when the front desk was SUPER rude to us over the phone over a booking mistakw . We were going to book another night , but after her rudeness we decided to leave after all. Very disappointed…. A hotel is all about hospitality but she made us feel unwanted.

I could not get out of this place fast enough. I’m sure it’s perfect if you are a truck driver or single guy just needing to sleep. This is not a hotel for families. The pictures are very misleading.

Room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, but the facility itself on the exterior needs some work. None of the ice machines were functioning when we stayed there which required us to walk all the way around the property to go to the front lobby to get ice. It’s looking a little worn around the edges. The stairwells and the balconies need attention.

Pool was nice. Closed one day. Grounds were nice. Bar with food a plus!

Lastly…. WEED. I assume it was only in the evening since that’s when we were in the room, but it was ALL evening. You definitely get what you pay for. Won’t be returning.

This hotel is pretty beat. The WiFi was very wonky, they didn’t clean the room the 4 nights we stayed there, there was no place to hang towels, the pillows were just OK, and there was no fan in the bathroom. The breakfast, on the other hand, was quite good.

It was very dirty. The maintenance is not even worth one star. I would give a zero if i had the chance. 160$ for that is outrageous.

The room was adequate. Housekeeping was fine. I would have liked a dresser or at least one drawer. The layout of the hotel felt misrepresented in photos. It is very motel-like, requiring walking outside on breezeways to get to rooms, but without the typical motel benefit of being able to park near your room.

Everything about this hotel seemed to suggest notions of businmess excellence were an unknown world to the management. Came back to room on our first day at about 3pm to find there had been no housekeeping. Queried with front desk who said we only clean every third day unless requested - a fact not divulged to us when we checked in. Safe in room didn't work - no batteries. I know I should have noticed when I booked but was surprised there was no breakfast - I don't think I ever stayed in a hotel in USA that didn't offer anything at all. Lots of other options in the area so I'd say this is one to avoid.

The room had mold in it along the ceiling. The staff kept knocking on the door saying I didn't have a reservation. After they finally acknowledged I had a reservation two hours later they said I had to check out... Horrible place, I'd never go back

The desk clerk placed me in a room that was already occupied and this scared me very badly when I entered the room and saw someone’s slippers and personal belongings on the floor when I entered the room. Then I went to the clerk and they seemed annoyed that I requested a new room. I had to get the security guard to assist me so I felt safe entering a new room assignment.

The hotel does not include free breakfast as advertised, they had roaches and the room was really cold , even with the heat best we could get it is about 75 degrees , batthroom felt like 30 degrees. The hotel has been upgraded but is definitely the type that people lice in for weeksnat a time.

Bugs crawling on the floor, sit on the bed and all you feel is springs and when walking to room all you hear is a lady saying I am gonna k__l you. yeah needless to say I didn’t stay and still haven’t heard from the manager about a refund on my money.

The staff was very nice. I stayed a total of 4 nights. First two nights were loud people at pool late at night which wasn't anyones fault, but the last two nights music was loud and many drunk people all night. Beds were clean. Paint in bathroom floor. The bed covering had a cigarette burn. Paths in back were dirty and littered ptice was fair

No breakfast. 1st room was filthy dirty. Booked 1st floor 2 queen. Was offered 2nd floor (she stated that was all she had) A man from house keeping (very nice limited English) offered 1st floor king room. Took it and husband slept on couch because every time you moved in the bed it made a bang because of the large metal panels under the bed used to hide bed frame. Awful

When we arrived, we went through two rooms, and the beds in both felt like they were infested with mites. The room in general was dirty, the bathroom had hair in the shower, and when you lay down on the bed, your whole body itched. Ultimately, we ended up sleeping in the car that night. Even the dogs couldn't sleep in the bed because it gave them an allergic reaction. A terrible experience.

People yelling and slamming doors all night long, barely got any sleep. Bed was hard and on one of those metal frames that creaks and pops when you move and the pillows were flat. For the price I should’ve expected it.

The poolside furniture was dirty. The hot tube only worked part time we were there. No breakfast is offered except in the restaurant. The instant coffee tasted like water. The housekeeping employees were very helpful with service. I had to buy shoes to wear in the room because the floor was dirty.

I cannot express how much this hotel deserves more credit than they receive. I've stayed her multiple times and it's always super duper clean, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and kind. The hottub is my favorite and the restaurant has amazing food. My recent stay was over a week long and daily the hotel smells and looks very well taken care of. If you need to stay in NPR you are missing out if you don't stay here!!

Room was ok. Don't like the idea there is no dressers. Can't unpack your suitcase in draws. We stayed 5 days. Lighting in bathroom was very dim. Need better lighting for sure in the room we were in. Shower was good except very dark. Need Led lighting or more lighting in bathroom. The Air unit did not work on heat setting. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel looks good from the front desk. But once you walking to you room, you will regret you decision on why you booked that hotel. Looks terrible “hood”. The rooms need an upgrade. The shower needs renovation. I won’t stay there NEVER again

Already paid for the room and couldn’t check in the day of. Got there the next morning to check in but couldn’t because I got “no showed.” Took my money and didn’t get to stay in my reserved room.

The room was nice. I can tell the floors are not mopped very often. The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows need to be replaced. Other than that the staff are very friendly.

I had requested a handicap room and was told none were avalable. How ever in checking there were 4 handicap rooms that I saw and none appeared to be occupied, checked 3 days in a row and saw no activity, no cars in front of rooms, no one around not even housekeeping .

The staff was very nice. The room was ok. No free breakfast and no wi-fi. They charge a fee of $150 as a deposit. I was told it would be taken off when I checked out. This did not happen. When I checked out, the clerk told me the deposit would be cancelled in 3 days. I won't stay here again.

We have been staying here at least twice a month to come visit family. We had really great experiences up until this last one. The only complaint we had before is that The night stands are not attached to the wall so if you’re in a wheelchair, do not touch the nightstand. They will come off the wall when you tell the office they just kinda say OK and you put it back on the wall. This last time, though we had reserved a handicap room with roll in shower as usual. Instead of telling us that the room we were usually staying in was trashed the night before they told us we were upgraded to poolside. When we got into the poolside room, my husband noticed there was a bathtub not a roll in the shower so he went and informed the front desk and they said oh the room that you were gonna get was trashed. It was so late at night. We could not go around looking for another hotel that had a roll in shower. When I informed expedia they reached out to the hotel and they claimed that they did not know my condition even though I’m there twice a month and have spoke to the staff numerous times I’m a large lady in a wheelchair. They claim they did not know me or anything about my condition. This was very disappointing. The manager refused a refund or credit toward our next stay. Just be aware if you’re in a wheelchair and you reserve a handicap room apparently they do not have to warn you that it is out of order and that you’re gonna be put in one that you cannot use the proper ammenities.

Professional courteous staff. Only is the $150 security deposit required at check in. Surprise. I will always from now on call the hotel before I book through any third party agency. This $150 deposit requirement thrown in my face at check in was a joke. I drove 600 miles to this hotel. It was crucial I had enough money to get home. I left the room fine at the end, of course, and received my deposit back, but it meant I couldn't spend that money during the trip

We had reserved a pool side room and were put in the back of the property which was very dirty by the garbage container. Other guests were sitting outside rooms smoking and dog barking.

Comfy beds Old property, but renovated. Has a very clean hot tub and a large, beautiful pool. Great price. One of the better places to stay in this area.

We are happy we stayed at this hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean, pool is well maintained and staff is extremly friendly. I recommend this hotel.

I ended up in a Rodeway, inn, bloody terrible. Was like a concentration camp. ICE needs to help America out and reduce the population running flee ridden filthy establishments. So where’s my refund? Where’s my apologizing comped stays in the future Why do they over book on internet bookings. This ain’t over!

We tried 3 different rooms at this place first two had cockroaches all over the place and the third room had not been clean as we found hairs and dirt all over the sheets.

Well Somehow I entered the wrong dateight so what? I had to sit on a bench outside all night. Because They had no taxi services in the area.\n At least that's what the manager told me after he called.

I was supposed to stay four night nights. I checked out after the first night. I had a room by the pool and light was coming in all night. The mattress felt old and very uncomfortable in the room smelled very musty. My wife has severe allergies and I could not stay ther. I have stayed a choice hotels many times even highway hotels and I've never had a problem.

Good cheap place to stay with an on site resteraunt and bar. Pet friendly with a pool and hot tub. Would book again.

My bathroom had pee on the seat and the sink was dirty. I had to ask for cleaning products and gloves to clean the bathroom and sink. The bed was not clean either. I had to ask for NEW SHEETS to REPLACE MYSELF! I NEED someone to contact me

It was nice except our fridge didn't work. We got there late and put out food in but didn't notice it not working til the next day so it was to late to say anything all our food was hot the next morning. But the beds were supper comtable. Price was a fairly good price concedering it was a holiday.

I call ahead and informed the front desk that our air conditioning was out in the house and I had an old dog that was struggling in the heat. When I called, I asked if I would be able to check in around 2:00 and they said that would be no problem. I show up. They tell me 30 more minutes. I go back home with my old dog for 45 minutes. When I return, they told me 5 or 10 minutes more. 20 minutes later I got a room. The AC in the room was about as good as the AC I had at home, which was non-existent. The room was decently cool by 2:00 in the morning. Free wifi was listed for the room. There was zero wifi. The room phone didn't work to even call the front desk. But that wouldn't have made a difference because the front desk ladies were rude when I checked in.

The next room faced the pool. Which I thought was nice. Except for the fact that the pool was covered with spotlights everywhere and it was hard to keep the harsh lighting out of the room. On top of that I had to kill a few bugs. In the morning the other family I was traveling with mirrored the sentiment of cockroaches and bugs inside and outside their room in the morning. Overall, not my favorite hotel stay. The pool was really nice, the rooms were decent but the problems we had outweighed the amenities.

The hotel is not in a great area. Many people "living" here. People hanging out in walkways, stairwells and parking lots at all hours of the night. Everything smells like cigarette or weed smoke. Very uncomfortable for a single person to stay here. Stayed only 2 of the 3 nights booked. Front staff was nice about it

Since we paid much less than the normal price, we were in a room with the window blocked by a brick wall. Very dark room. Other rooms were upstairs with an outside window or a pool view..seems like we were put there out of the way from others..people walk past our room loud, laughing, dropping beer bottles at 2 am

We have stayed here many times, as we have family in the area. This is the first time we've had any problems. Starting from check in, to the roaches crawling up the walls we will NEVER stay here again. The front staff upon check in was rude and asking for id's for anyone staying in the room. Between my mom and I we killed 8 palmetto roaches. And even after checkout, they called me to pretty much accuse me of stealing towels. This was the WORST stay EVER!! Oh and multiple questionable people are obviously living there.

The beds were disgusting and looked like original beds from the 80's. AC was leaking on the inside of the room and no one ever came and looked at it. I saw roaches and spiders.

The room itself was fine. We had four yapping dogs on one side of us and on the other side they were doing some kind of construction in a room. Check in was really easy so that was good. The Cafe should open up earlier for lunch and early dinner.

Great service from the second I checked in. Quick and efficient!!! Concierge service was excellent!!!! Room was clean and easily accessible the pool was clean and not crowded! Will definitely go back :)

I’m 25 years old Gen Z. Went down for a solo trip to catch some sun but Mann The room was not giving hotel at all. The hard floors in the hotel and the dingy bathtub had me scared to shower. It was a bug crawling on my toothbrush had to throw it out. Very not clean in the room. Poolside & hottub was more well kept than the room! Smh. Didn’t look like pictures was giving motel I used to throw parties in back in the day

I did wipe down surfaces when I saw dirty light plate switches after I checked in and bathroom walls. Unfortunately other guest traveling with pets did not avail themselves with the free waste bags to clean up after so that was a bit gross. Still very nice visit and good location.

Jalonda, Jeff and the other front desk folks are all about hospitality. Dominique and the housekeeping staff are so helpful and kind. Best Bar in the area. Brenda and Karen serve with a smile and just make it fun. There are trivia and games nights. You must try the extremely affordable Breakfast. The dinner is just as good, Truly a hidden gem!

Great location. Places to eat, shop Publix, Walmart , drink, marinas including parks and beaches near by. Safe and very quiet. Friendly helpful staff. Room was ok pillows could use update, pool area was nice even has gazebo and tables where you can stay after pool closes.

The restaurant and bar are hidden gems. The Staff throughout the hotel were excellent. A fun place to go for sure!

Staff; the night concierge and watchman, were the best hosts that have ever checked us in to any hotel…ever! They took time to get to know us, were very welcoming, friendly and just plain nice. Would definitely stay here again when in the vicinity.

The property is in the midst of a remodel. The bar, restaurant and a number of rooms are done. The bar is gorgeous, large and relaxed with awesome menu items. But the REAL delight is Karen. Wonderful human, awesome bartender! We come back for that alone! But now with the restaurant remodel that is awesome too as well as the food! We can’t wait until the rooms are done. The staff is amazing.

Nice pool and hot tub

The rooms were clean but quite old. it was okay for two nights but I wouldn't stay there again. Some of the other guests seemed a little "seedy" to me, and there was a lot of cigarette smoking going on outside the rooms.

EVERYONE WAS VERY PLEASENT.

I have to say I accidentally chose the wrong hotel but when I got there, everything was just fine. My room was very clean. I was on the second floor, which I prefer, not sure if there was an elevator or not but since it was just a one night day I wasn’t too concerned. Now for the funny part. I didn’t even stay overnight in my room because I did a very stupid thing and I went into my room, change clothes and then went to eat dinner with friends. I did not make it back to my hotel room and I did not contact the hotel for 48 hours due to my circumstances. I will tell you that when I did, they were nothing but kind and they had attempted to contact me and when they could not, they took all of my belongings and put them in a safe area Downstairs. When I finally arrived to pick everything up, the entire staff was nothing but kind. They were also very happy to know that I have not been abducted from the property or murdered lol very professional all the way around this could’ve been a nightmare and thanks to the kindness of the staff. It wasn’t.

Two live acorn roaches on consecutive nights was disturbing. Plus a dead one in the room. A shame because I've probably stayed here 20+ nights over the last 2 years but since the hurricane, the property has deteriorated. The staff was wonderful as usual.

The room was very dirty, smoky, and something was biting me all night.

AC didn't work in the first room and had to me inconveniently moved or die in sweat!! Room smelled and mattresses were in very bad shape. Probably original. Now the outside pool area was very well maintained and looked fantastic. the rooms were not comfortable for the price!! That should have been a 79.00 to 99.00 at most room. Which I wouldn't have booked anyway. A return to that property is unlikely! Had we not been too tired I would have requested a refund and found a much nicer establishment.

Hotel exceeded our expectations, so glad we stayed here, had we have known what was gonna happen at the previous location we would.have just booked our stay here from beginning to end.

Funky hotel with a nice entryway but old trashy rooms.

The dusty dirty smoked-filled room when advertised as a nonsmoking room. I had to check out early because of the condition of the place. Very disappointed to pay $150 a night for such poor-quality lodging. This property should have been 30 dollars a night at the most, very disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone that I care about or don’t care about.

My husband had previously stayed here on a work trip and didn't have a good experience but we decided to give it a try for our anniversary. He explained his experience from the first day and the woman at the front desk upgraded us to a suite. It was very pleasant and quiet. Definitely will stay again, everyone was very helpful and friendly.

My stay was very pleasant and a housekeeper Tonya went above and beyond to help me out when i had 1 day of being down and out due to knee issues. She is an amazing person and didn’t have to help but she did of her own free will. I would definitely stay here again

Anywhere that has people living there and I don’t mean people working in the area, shouldn’t be in the same area as those of us that are staying there and paying good money for a pleasant stay. It was very sketchy where they put us and for $200 we shouldn’t have had these conditions.

Second time staying here with my family and we love it. Has a breakfast and dinner restaurant, big pool and very clean. We get the room with 2 queens and the pull out sofa and its great for families because its one big room with doors in between with a tv on each side and a decent size fridge. Highly recommended for families. Close to everything

The overall stay is average as could be expected. The property is under renovation once again, so there’s a lot of noise and garbage piled up, but for the most part it’s acceptable. They should do a review of their front of house staff because the person that you greet coming into a hotel is the face of the hotel and if that person is not respectful and not pleasant, doesn’t smile is always irritated by anything you mentioned to them it makes guests not wanna come back when guests don’t come back then you lose a job because the hotel needs guest to survive

Pictures are honestly deceiving. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I did feel a bit fooled into staying here by the photos. We were passing through for one night only while traveling home from the keys and I didn’t think it looked that bad, so we booked last minute. The room and linens stunk like cigarette, there were various sketchy characters hanging out all around the hotel and I was kept up all night by loud patrons and constant foot traffic outside our door. A man who appeared to live there sat one door down and smoked cigarettes outside all night long with the smell lingering inside. Do not recommend.

This motel had people living in it. There were people milling around in the parking lot and in the hallways until late in the night. Even though we had a non-smoking room, people were smoking right outside our door and the smell permeated our room. We reserved two night, but checked out after the 1st night. I am pursuing a refund for the second night.

This property is very tired. I dont know if the staff can improve these rooms. It was so dirty, there were people walking around smoking drugs, screaming arguments going on outside the rooms. Will not stay here again.

Was a bit surprised to see that some people are living in the hotel or at least it seems that way. A good bit of people hanging out in their chairs in the hallways. A fair amount of marijuana odor in the air.

The property is rundown. When we got to our room, it was a smoking room and reeked of cigarettes. We were told we had a non-smoking room. So we did not stay. The woman at the desk was extremely friendly and kind, but I would not recommend this hotel.

A lot of addicts running around. Not a good place to go with family. I had a few people ask me for money. I would stay away from this place, the only good thing was the staff was super friendly. But the room smelled.

Party going on in rooms near us. Heater wouldn't turn off. Loud music/screaming until 1:30am. Not very clean. Charging way too much for the value.

The hotel is outdated and in need of updates. There are no USB charging ports.

Room outdated. Lamps rusted. Stain on sheets. Porcelain in sink all cracked up. No hot water. Paid for coutside room. To be away from street. Put in one on endby road. No courtyard view. View was stairwell. Hot tub was nice and clean but unsupervised kids in it all the time.

Wish it had exercise room. Enjoyed having breakfast and evening food available. Nice people.
