Rooms hardly have furniture. Bathroom sink edge had so many ciggarette burns it has become a design for the past 20 years. Falling off handles on sink n shower. Curtain is molded a foot up the bottom. No blankets. No body wash . Not up to Choice any where I have Ever been. No reply from the property can make uo for the delapidated conditions of rooms. Nice staff doesnt make up for it. Place NEEDS TOTAL RENOVATION!!

Don’t wanna help anybody their TVs don’t work properly and when you instate the TVs don’t work properly they don’t wanna change your room cause they don’t wanna clean another room. Worst service ever will never come here ever again.

This is my 3rd stay. I pick this hotel because it is very convenient to New Port Richey. I could give it a higher rating if they would add a clothes rack in the rooms. The last two rooms I stayed didn't have a place for me to hang my clothes. I asked the front desk for a room with a rack and they didn't know if any had at check in. It is reasonably quiet and the price is good. The bed is comfortable. Pretty swimming pool and gazebo if you want to hang out at the room.

Hi, my room is right on the 1st floor right at the pool. Just a beautiful view gorgeous weather clean facility all around a very enjoyable stay. Roaches In the room, limited cramped parking, $50 surprise deposit on arrival, dirty ice machine, clogged shower heads, and a very unfriendly front desk upon arrival. Checking out, the morning guy was a lot more friendly.

The check in was fast. The staff were nice enough. The room had a smell not really pleasant. There was a cockroach in the bathtub. It was enough to stay one night though, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

No amenities at all. In lobby they have juice machine and things to serve cereal but it’s all stacked up and pushed to side of a hall like they never use. No coffee or anything in rooms. Only stayed one night. Would never stay again.

There was no actual cover/ blanket. Only a sheet and what appeared to be drapes. There was a lot of activity throughout the night. Prior yelling and random people walking around the property at all hours of the night.

It was terrible! The room has roaches and spiders. The cover were dirty stains and cigarette burns on the blanket. The room smelled like smoked. We had to sleep with the lights on because if we cut the lights off, the roaches will crawl on us. It was just the worst experience I ever had and it was too much money to go through things like that. I would never recommend no one to stay there and then when it was time for checkout the man had to go check the room out and then he had the nerve to come back down and asked me was I smoking in the room when I don’t even smoke. This was the worst place ever.

One of the worst hotels ive been to. Checked in and immediately turned around and left. Was absolutely disgusting, smelled like an ash tray and was very dirty. Was very run down. Looked like a by the hour hotel. Bed sheets were not changed, mold on the walls, hairs in the bed. I would rather sleep in my car. The room we refused was given to someone else less than 10 minutes later. We saw them go in the room from the parking lot as we hadn't even left yet.

Room was large and reasonably clean but everything was very shabby and provisional - like a large refrigerator stuck in a small kitchen because the small refrigerator was broken. But, the staff was friendly and helpful.

For the amount I paid, I expected much better. The property felt more like a low-quality motel than a hotel. The door did not feel secure, the lamps had visible stains, and the bathroom was in very poor condition. The countertop had several burn marks, and the floor was slippery, which felt unsafe. Overall, the cleanliness and safety standards were very concerning. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it.

There was no blanket on the bed. Just a paper thin sheet and a very thing coverlet. I could see what was on tv through the thin sheet!

The room was okay..sheets and pillow cases were stained. For the price it was a low quality, no breakfast, limited tv channels, and very plain. The pictures shiwn as advertised were a bit misleading. For the same orice i could have got a better room with more amenities.

Older Motel. Has a very nice swimming pool and gazebo. The room was fine for me. Clean and no bugs. But the bathtub was really bad shape. Looked like someone had used bondo to cover holes. My wife would not have used it. Good thing this was a solo trip. Also the walls are thin. Can hear TVs in neighboring rooms. Good value but don't expect too much.

No safety bar for the toilet, due to knee issues it was difficult to sit or get up from the toilet. The mini fridge had duck tap holding parts of the fridge together.

We got a non smoking room but as soon as you open the door the strong smell of old smoke hits you. The sheets had holes in them and the tv in the room was cracked and didnt work. Walls where stained by something and it looked like they had spilled something on the floor and it hit the wall and never cleaned it.

The hotel is a low budget extended stay that is old and run down. It needs repairs i would not stay here with kids or women by them selves

No housekeeping service. I checked in on saturday and was staying 4 nights till wednesday. In the room i saw the bed sheets were dirty on one end as if stepped on, also the green blanket on the bed had several burn holes in it... It was late so i cleaned off the sheets as best i could and slept on the other side of the bed. The next day i assumed houskeeping would change them. Housekeeping never came. I asked for houskeeping to service my room 3 times!! I was told that housekeeping knocks on the door and if no one answers they do NOT service the room. Thats crazy, never heard of that. I told them again i was leaving early to be with my family. Housekeeping finally came on tuesday. They changed my sheets but left the dirty towels. They even took the dirty towels i had on the floor, folded them and put them back. (Disgusting) I saw a cleaning crew and asked to change my towels but, she told me i had to ask the front desk. I went to the front desk with my towels and was told they did not have any clean towels but they could wash mine tomorrow... I could not believe the situation. You cant make this stuff up. So i went and bought some towels for me to use until i left wednesday. I was in Florida for my uncles funeral. It was valentines day weekend and this was the closest hotel to my family that had a vacancy, thats the only reason i booked there. TERRIBLE MISTAKE!! People stay away.

Not a great place to stay only had one towel one face cloth and very loud and the room smelled awful. Like a dirty animal and a lot of smoke cigarette smoke. I booked a non-smoking room. I book two rooms and the 2nd room was just as bad. I guess you get what you paid for I don't recommend this room or any room to anybody.

To be honest, I didn’t spend time going through reviews, since a previous experience at a Rodeway inn was suitable for a quick one-night stay, in and out. I can tell you that I considered leaving and going to a more expensive hotel because honestly I did not feel safe. But I was already dressed for bed and too exhausted and in a bit of pain for the venture. First I was told at the reception that my KING bed had one pillow. Huh??? I asked for more pillows. And he scrounged up 2 more tiny tiny deformed pillows. One was balled up, probably from machine washing, that I really couldn’t use. The motel room and furniture was very smeary and decrepit. I learned there was no coffee so I ran to the Waffle House down the street to grab a to-go to heat up in the microwave, (I’ve never ever stayed at any kind of overnight accommodations that didn’t offer coffee service). The coverlet had burn holes and white stains. I pushed the coverlet onto the floor and just used the sheet. I was going to watch tv to put me to sleep, but when I grabbed the remote and there were no batteries and the battery cover was missing. I tried to operate via the physical tv with no success. Because of muscle relaxers and a little wine, luckily I was able to sleep the entire night. In the morning I realized the bath linens had big stains on them and there was no blow dryer. I went to put my coffee in the microwave and OMG, see photos. The one night stay was $115, but not even worth $30.

This whole experience was horrible. The first thing was the smell of the room. Then I had extremely dirty towels with no washclothes in the bathroom. I asked for some new ones and never got them. The phone in the room did not work. The water did not get hot. The front desk was extremely rude when I asked for assistance. Almost like I was bothering him!! It was a horrible experience all together.

20 dollar additional deposit had to be made at check-in. I was told it would be refunded back to my card at checkout. I never received the refund.

The check in attendant was nice able get us a ground floor room like we requested. Looked like they tried to update. Tile floor and update bathroom. Some fixtures needed updating. Microwave worked but was rusted inside. Tv was great but limited channels. Bed was comfortable but was on metal base so everytime you got in and out of bed sounded like you banged on a drum. There 2 days and no room service for clean towels etc. No coffee or breakfast.

One of the lampshades was missing, the shower bar that holds the curtain was held on with 2 zip ties, and one of the wall sockets was hanging out the wall beside the bed. The property on the north side smelled of marijuana. The staff were extremely friendly. The property is in dire need of a renovation. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied and will not recommend this particular location. I do not believe that for the $300 I paid for 2 nights that I got my moneys worth. I had a hard time sleeping and after driving 14 hours did not feel rested before having to drive back another 14 hours. There needs to be a resolution in this matter, possibly a partial to full refund.

The pillows they provide are flat, about 3 inches thick. It was like sleeping with no pillow. Went to Wal-Mart and picked up a couple of pillows.

Outside sound is heard rather loudly and the curtains need to be pulled a little far to keep privacy. And the bed was squeaky but not a big concern. Things I really liked about this place: The service was amazing and very convenient. My room key stopped working one or two times but was fixed immediately. And the pool was very clean aside from the top part that they do not use. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.

Awesome room especially for the price. Two washers and dryers in vending area- thank goodness-$2 each work well. There's also a pool which always looks clean and inviting. My only problem was the curtains didn't keep out the outside light so I had trouble sleeping and ice machine was out of ice( 3 times I went to get ice). Overall great place. Stayed before and will stay again.

There was no coffee pot in the room. Also the only vending machines they had were soda. No snacks, no juice or anything else. Rooms need updated for sure, but was a decent little place to stay.

booked thru hotels.com at a set rate.. on arrival I was charged more and they wouldnt honor my on-line rate.. place isnot very clean..very loud at night.. homeless people on premises -- getting free ice -using pool etc.. rooms are basic and furniture is shabby and worn.. very good rate but still wouildn't stay there again..

I would have preferred a rebate, never again nor will I book future vacations with Expedia. Vacation ruined. Room cleaned once in a whole week , dirty sheets , pet hair on the comforter , very very noisy ,I will stop here , as you can tell I’m not a happy camper.
