Reviews
Guests generally have a positive experience at this hotel, appreciating its central location and friendly staff. However, some guests have issues with room size and cleanliness, as well as noise from inside and outside the hotel.

Great location. Very expensive for the value. Small room. Shower did not work properly and reported. No complementary water even. Breakfast really average and limited choice.
- 4/5
The location is perfect. Easy to go anywhere and close to Central Park. Staff was very nice and moved us from a lower floor to 29th floor. Wifi was really bad at upper floor. I had no ideea we’re 2 Marriott hotels in the same building and I booked this hotel to stay above 30th floor. Instead this one had up to 30 floors. The other one was above.
- 5/5
We loved where the hotel was located. Broadway theatres were close, time square, and central park. We found many good restaurants to eat at. Our room on 30th floor had a great view.

The staff were always sweet, professional and helped us with anything we needed and always with a smile on their face. The two gentlemen at the Concierge desk always greeted you too with a smile every time. The room was great! The A/C worked very well. The location even greater! Great water pressure in the shower with a brand new shower nozzle. Everything was very clean and precise. The fourth floor has a beautiful Starbucks store and seating area where the buffet is which was beautiful and looked renovated. I would stay at The Courtyard Marriott Manhattan/Central Park again in a heartbeat!! A+++

Location is perfect! Rooms are small, typical for NYC! FAcilities are basic, as expected from Courtyard line. Towels and linens were clean. Roms too small but NY is generally like that
- 5/5
The rooms are a bit small, but that is expected considering the location and the price. The room was clean, and the staff was polite and welcoming.
- 5/5
Loved having washer and dryer. See had a quiet room which was nice
- 4.5/5
The location is fantastic , stayed up on 32nd floor , good city view and quiet(ish). Did not use use bar at hotel or restaurant, it’s New York with so many great places to eat very close.
- 5/5
Tiene una posición súper, 5 min caminando y estás en Times Square, todo queda bien cerca
- 4/5
The lobby is a little funky and the elevators are split between two different Marriott brands but it’s centrally located. The rooms are Spartan and feel more European than American and their design. Still, it was a good price and right where I needed it to be to get my business done in the city.
- 5/5
Selection of breakfast items was wonderful. Scrambled eggs tasted odd, like there was an artificial ingredient.

This hotel has a strategic location in NYC. The room was spectacular and very comfortable. And the area has a variety of places to visit.
- 3/5
Was really disappointed in the room we received. Felt deceived from what we reserved and the room we got. So be careful. The room we received was TINY. Definitely not what I had thought I had booked. Staff was inattentive when asked for an explanation. More of sorry you get what you get attitude. The refrigerator in our room did not work, which in a 4 day stay would have been helpful. Asked to have it fixed or replaced and did not have it addressed. Location was great and about the only nice thing I could say
- 5/5
Really liked the morning buffet! On negative side, the room was hard to keep warm.
- 4/5
Check-in experience wasn’t the greatest. Didn’t feel welcoming etc. However, all in all- great value and location. Would stay there again!

Muy limpio el hotel y muy amables todos y cerca de literal todo muy buena ubicación
- 4/5
The hotel location was excellent, not exactly at the center of Time Square but nearby. A lot of good restaurants are nearby too. The room was pretty nice and well equipped, the bed was very comfortable. The view was good with floor to ceiling window. It’s nice to have 12 PM check out time instead of 11 AM in other hotels. However, there were spots on the carpet. The shower turned completely cold while I was taking a bath, it took 10 minutes for it to come back to normal temperature. The sink was clogged, it took time for water to drain. The check-in staff was impatient and rude with no smile. The cleaning lady was attentive and smiling, she was complimenting.

Good location - north of Times Square, just a few blocks from Central Park. Access to Q (where family lives) and E (for JFK) within a couple of blocks. (And other subway & bus as well of course). Walking distance to Times Square. Thus, a little quieter (except for construction noise). Bed comfortable (but could have been softer for my taste). Bathroom ok, good shower, but missing amenities I've grown used to such as body lotion, q-tips/cotton balls, shower cap. TV rarely worked. It would just freeze or flake out with no warning. Frustrating. Would have liked a luggage rack or place to put my suitcase not on bed or floor. Housekeeping wonderful - came daily, which I haven't had lately, and nice touches like loading the keurig with a pod and arranging a stuffed animal I travel with (was visiting a child) on the made bed. I would stay here again.
- 2/5
Disappointing
- 3/5
How easy it was to get to everything we wanted to see from that point. The hotel was ok but could be better for what you have paid.
- 5/5
I wish the ice machine and microwave were located on a lower floor. This would be more convenient for guests, as they wouldn’t have to travel far to access these amenities.
- 5/5

- 1/5
The location. The front desk staff seemed unmotivated. The room was extremely small, and you could clearly hear noise from both outside and the hallway. The bathroom was also very cramped. In addition, we had to request room cleaning every day. This should include changing bed linens and towels, but although we were assured each time that it would be taken care of, when we returned in the evening, only a few towels had been replaced—everything else remained the same. The bed was not even freshly made as promised, despite being told we would receive “full service.” For a hotel at this price level, a certain standard of cleanliness and reliability should be expected. Unfortunately, we could not rely on the staff’s statements. Very disappointing—this was definitely our last stay.
- 4.5/5
Clean and great location. Staff was very friendly. Some little quirks but no complaints. Exceptional value for the location.

In both rooms the pillows were also old (soft and lumpy). On a more positive note, the sheets and mattresses were very comfortable. Also the staff were helpful; they moved me from the super noisy room without hesitation and helped me get to JFK airport on time (knew how long it would take to get there through the traffic!)

- 4/5
Great location Staff overworked and I had to ask for things several times (eg featherless bedding, packages)
- 3/5
The view from this hotel and the location in the city are the only two real perks. There were some issues with the plumbing in our first room and when we went to the front desk we were asked to wait by one member of staff to have the issue rectified, which we did. After waiting for some time with no feedback, we spoke to another person who was helpful and immediately gave us a new room which was decent.

Great location for our visit. Excellent restaurants across Broadway. Cabs were quickly available.
- 5/5
This was the 3rd time I stayed at this hotel. The thing I love the most about it is the location. It's an easy walk to all Broadway shows, Central Park, and MoMA.
- 3/5
The location was great, which is why we booked the hotel. There was no hot water on two of the four days we were there, called the front desk and they were no help. Just told us to try the water again later. The elevators take forever to arrive even during non peak times. And there was some shady business with the bellman and the shuttle drivers. The bellman told us it was $120 for a ride to JFK in one of their hotel vehicles but when we got there the driver told us it was $145 plus a 5% service charge. So be aware and get it in writing if you are using their services.
- 4/5
This is a very large and very busy hotel. It has an upbeat vibe and great location. It is good value as the rooms are spacious, clean and you can walk to so many shops, restaurants, shows, and Central Park. I thought the check-in took too long and the staff was efficient but not particularly friendly or welcoming. Just checking in dozens of people as fast as they could. Again, this is a big busy hotel but still feel nice and comfortable. The faucets in the shower were ridiculously complicated to operate. Breakdast was bland, nothing special and kind of pricey at $30 pp.
- 3/5
There were NO DRAWERS in the room to put anything into, so we used the hangers for what we could & lived out of our suitcases for the rest. No microwave nor refrigerator, either. For the life of me, I cannot imagine why the beds in any hotel are SO VERY HIGH that we have to jump to get onto the bed! Definitely a centralized location, which was fairly convenient. Overall, I'd say 3.5 stars out of five.
- 4/5
Air conditioner The only thing wrong was the TV and weak WiFI
- 5/5
Great location. Quit. Comfortable
- 3/5
The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to open luggage comfortably. Additionally, the bathroom had a persistent urine odor that did not go away throughout the entire stay.
- 5/5
A/C worked. Didn't try the breakfast. Everything works here.
- 5/5
Very central, nice clean property. Close fo subway. Great stay
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott.
- 5/5
We were a family of a total of 9 staying. We had two rooms. Its was a nice hotel. For us it was in great walking distance of a lot of places.
- 5/5
Located in the heart of Broadway. Staff was wonderful.
- 5/5
Excellent location. Short walk to Broadway shows, subways and Central Park. Great room and staff. Will stay here again.
- 5/5
The room was a good size given the location. It did have somewhat of a smell upon entering, but the view was great. The only issue is the shower door didn’t seal properly and the water was leaking into the floor. The location is perfect for Times Square, Broadway, and getting to other close attractions. I would stay again.
- 5/5

I was surprisingly impressed by this property. As is the norm for NYC the room was small but our cleaning person was fantastic! She came every day and made the room so nice and clean and tidy for us which made the smaller space super manageable. We had a nice skyline view which makes a big difference. The lighting in the bathrooms - not great. Location good can't complain. I had several important packages delivered to the front desk and they handled them with care! All in all, for the price, it was much better than I expected. I think we paid around 250/night which is quite low for NYC.
- 1/5
I can’t change the date of my reservation
- 5/5
The room had the BEST shower I have ever had. The water pressure and calibrated heat gauge was amazing.
- 4.5/5
I had a great stay at Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Central Park. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Manhattan, especially being so close to Central Park and many attractions. The views from the room were beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and everything worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was smooth from check-in to check-out.
- 5/5
Excellent location. A clean room and bathroom that was refreshed daily. Everything worked. But the best experience was with the front office staff. They were absolutely superb, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made my stay a pleasure, ready to accommodate any need. Bravo! The room was small, but that's NYC for you. In fairness, it was very comfortable.
- 4/5
The hotel met our primary objective to be close to our daughter’s new apartment so we could assist with her move in. Our room was smaller than described which only had a desk chair to sit on. We stayed seven nights and were rudely awaken three times in the middle of the night. Twice by the fire alarm the first two nights and then by the hotel intercom announcement at 2:30 am that a fire alarm has gone off but there was no fire then again at 3:30am to tell us it wasn’t a fire alarm but a faulty carbon monoxide alarm. Otherwise the hotel would have been great 👍
- 5/5
Rooms were clean my daughter and I enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend it!
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my two-night stay here. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, especially Cyril. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I will be coming back as well. The room was clean but I had some issues the cleanliness of the sheets. However, when I asked for new sheets, they ensured I received them. 10/10
- 5/5
Great location, spacious room for New York City. Clean room and friendly staff. Good value for New York prices The circulating fan for the room connected to the AC was too strong and hard to control. In the corner room I had, it turned one side of the room into a wind tunnel so I kept it off.
- 4/5
Staff very helpful and accommodating to clients’ needs.
- 3/5
The pillowcases and face cloths were so rough after 4 days my face was so irritated. Know they are turning towels and sheets frequently.
- 5/5
Perfect Location.. just minutes from Central Park, Times Square and right in the middle of the theater district.. train just up the street. Loved it.. already booked this location again!
- 4/5
The rooms were clean enough and the beds were comfortable. The staff is selecive in reference to who they greet!
- 4/5
Room was nice and clean and quiet. Staff were helpful especially Cyril at the front desk. He resolved an issue after we called housekeeping 3 times to request extra pillows. Great location!

Otherwise everything was ok. I hope was only one moth, we spent two night, I didn’t see any more.

Perfect location. Walked 5mins to get to Central Park, Times Square and minutes away from subway station. Getting here and to jfk airport was a breeze. Had an early flight and arrived around 10am, we’ll check in wasn’t until after 3pm. But Victor was able to get us free early check in by being members of Marriott. Absolutely loved this hotel will plan to return and this is exactly where we will be coming to. Thank you Marriott
- 5/5
Clean room, great layout in the room and the staff were incredible.
- 5/5
This pulled up on Expedia when I searched for complimentary breakfast but there was not one. Just buffet breakfast for $27 per person
- 5/5
We had a great time staying during our recent trip to New York. The location was very convenient for visiting the sights and attractions. The staff were very helpful with recommending restaurants. The hotel also offered a car ride service to the airport, which was extremely helpful since we left very early in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Great hotel within walking distance of Times Square and Broadway. The staff was very helpful and they can arrange an airport driver for cheaper than a taxi or third party app. Our room was very clean and it was quiet.

- 3/5
Very busy hotel; front desk & valet seemed quite overwhelmed. Great location for theater events! No issues; average stay, nothing exceptional.
- 2/5
Noise room. Terrible HVAC conditions, all night long with a noise. Bathroom with a terrible smell of humidity
- 5/5
I was very grateful!
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
Good hotel and centric
- 4/5
Great location and easy to walk to most things.
- 5/5
Best location in the city. Close to everything, Time Square.
- 3/5
The telephone was broken/not working, so when I needed something, I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. The window latch was also broken, so when it got too hot (winter months where the whole building is heated) it was too warm to sleep. The room and the bathroom were clean. Didn't have lotion, called for it, but they never came.
- 3/5
Room was really tiny but nice. Elevators are fast. Staff was ok but not the best I've seen. The main lobby looks like a horror movie setting. Tons of street construction and they dont provide parking which runs around $60 a day. I dont think id choose this place unless its was a last resort.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and close to broadway shows, Central Park and Times Square. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
Awesome staff, Room very clean. Will recommend
- 5/5
Great location. Great accommodations.
- 4/5
My 3rd stay. Friendly staff. Clean and quiet room with a view. Convenient to Central Park, Broadway and places to eat. Room and bathroom are quite small, which may be typical for NYC. Convenient luggage hold to explore the city before check-in or after check-out.

- 5/5
We had a great stay! Loved the city view. Room was a bit small but clean. Overall great value for the price in NYC!
- 5/5
The staff was extremely kind and helpful! We were able to check in early, and got a wonderful room. Every interaction with the staff was extremely positive! We loved our stay and would absolutely love to stay there again! Very enjoyable!

Check in was friendly and quick--however, when we got to the room, I went to use the bathroom and saw what appeared to be pubic hairs on the toilet lid and seat and then around the sink . I felt the room was not as clean as it should be so I bought lysol wipes from a local store to sanitize the bathroom before using it for the duration of my stay for my piece of mind.
- 2/5
example: there are two different sets of elevators- they did not provide proper directions. you need your key inserted to have lights work - they did not tell us. we had an issue with lights and called SIX. times fir maintenance - they never responded the last straw was elevators went out. they made an announcement but then never gave any updates there are many hotels in manhattan- I will not return to this one
- 3/5
Room very small. Not enough room for 4 people. The front desk said it didnt include breakfast so I had to go back up to the room to get the paper that said breakfast for 2. Breakfast wassupposed to open at 6:30 am but it didnt open til 6:55. Long line in hall. Great location. Nice bathroom.
- 3/5
Room had dust bunnies along the edges of the floor, apparent mold in shower, and no lotion or soap.

- 3/5
Cleaners did an excellent job in between days/nights.
- 4/5
Nice
- 5/5
Had a great weekend. Staff was amazing and helpful.
- 1/5
The most disturbing part was a fire department warning announced by the director. A loud alert alarm rang continuously for nearly an hour with no clear explanation of what was happening. We were repeatedly told to remain in our rooms but were given no context, updates, or reassurance. This lack of communication left us emotionally distressed, anxious, and genuinely fearful about what might happen next. Between the unclean room, non-functioning elevators, and the mishandling of a serious safety situation, this stay was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you value cleanliness, safety, and clear communication during emergencies
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff were excellent and helpful. Our room was quite noisy with a random rattling sound as well as an occasional high pitched ringing. They were accommodating of storing our luggage until we were actually ready to depart on the day we were leaving since we had a late flight.

Room was very clean, the view was great, the exercise equipment worked. In-room coffee and tea were good. Shower was nice and hot. But the heater didn't really keep the room warm, the bedside lights were non-working. Iron worked great, the board, not so much. Location was good, near subway, Gristedes and attractions. This hotel combined with Residence Inn which takes up all the top floors of the city's tallest hotel. The two share food and exercise facilities. I didn't take the breakfa$t.
- 4/5
The staff personal isn't friendly
- 4/5
The Hotel was nice the room was very clean including the bed liner, we stay at Floor 28 and the only thing I did no like that much was that the room was right in front of the elevator and a lot of noise can be heard from there, besides that I recommend, the location is perfect , very close to time square , nice staff.

Rooms could’ve been a bit more cleaner but staff was very nice. Great view. Hotel is located in great location.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Room was clean but so tiny! Hard to tell in photos. Obviously everyone can’t get great views, but we had hoped. Our view was of the backside of a building. Beds were squeaky and not that comfortable- but the price was great!
- 4/5
The room was very nice and clean. There is construction going on across the street so it was loud early in the morning. The room temperature is weird. The room gets cold at 70°F, then very hot when set a few degrees higher.
- 4/5
Room was spotless and very close to Time Square, Central Park, and Theater district.
- 2/5
Our experience at the hotel was not worth the money. When our entire room flooded with toilet water, the night manager's response was unprofessional. She said, "Let’s get someone up there to dry it, and don’t move them yet until we see how bad it is." I couldn’t believe it. We paid over $600 per night, and we shouldn’t have to stay in a room with feces on the floor and carpet. This is completely unacceptable. Fortunately, another receptionist who was working that night stepped in, swapped our room, and even helped carry our bags. He is the only reason I didn’t give this property a lower rating.

we had a great stay here.
- 5/5
Great location!
- 5/5
Great stay overall, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Very nice!
- 1/5
It was an awful stay, I need to speak with someone.
- 4/5
Room was alright this time the room had a lot of dust. I love staying here but too much dust on this visit. Overall everything else was good and staff was phenomenal and accommodating.
- 2/5
Bed bugs
- 5/5
Great location close to all the great sites in NYC without the noise nuisance of being in midtown. Great value for service. Amazing water pressure in the shower.
- 1/5
The windows and glass walls were not properly sealed, which made the room very cold. We could clearly hear wind noise coming through the walls and windows, making the stay uncomfortable, especially at night. The bathroom sink drain was clogged, and the water did not drain properly. Additionally, the vanity appeared to be dry-rotted and in poor condition. Communication was also an issue. We were unable to reach the front desk by phone, and there was no housekeeping contact available unless we went downstairs and asked in person, which was inconvenient. Unfortunately, these issues significantly affected our comfort and overall experience.
- 5/5
The staff was very kind & helpful, the Doorman was fantastic & our 2 rooms were perfect!!
- 3/5
Walking in the lobby floor is cracking and broken marble, the staff seemed nice but when i got to my room the lights wouldn't go on so i looked around and I had to leave a card in this slot to keep the lights on so i used the room key not trusting to put in my credit card. The room was dusty, even the head board had dusty flying around, but i was too tired to call and have it cleaned, in the bathroom there was no toiletries i had to ask for hand soap and toilet paper and when i was leaving I scanned the room to make sure i wasn't leaving anything and found a man's boxers on the floor in the corner and the room said it had been cleaned by Tina, this was gross. I didn't want to complain but they either need more time to clean rooms or more training bc these were easy things to be done. also it would be nice to have at least complimentary water $8 for a bottle of water is too much and even the bottle of water felt dusty
- 5/5
The staff were extremely efficient and courteous and pleasant all around!
- 3/5
Not as clean as I’d like and the Reno actions done on the cheap. Poorly executed
- 3/5
Coffee pods were not replenished. A small thing but for the cost of the room it was the least that could be done.
- 5/5
Cool spot!!
- 4/5
Clean room and courteous staff. Very frustrating elevator service. You had to use separate elevators yo access th wet dining/bar area.
- 3/5
Room was small and overpriced for over $600 that we paid for it.
- 5/5
Perfect location!

Clean place, good location
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room and the view was amazing. I will definitely be back here for my next trip to new york!
- 4/5
Clean room although a bit small. Worked ok for us. Safe did not work. Liked having refrig in room. Third floor area nice. A bit confusing to get to. Staff excellent.
- 5/5
great location walking distance to everything
- 2/5
The room was clean but the toilet kept getting stuck and you had to jiggle the handle all the time. I’ve been recovering from knee surgery so I needed an accessible bathroom but the shower just spilled out on to the whole bathroom floor. There was one drain that the water spilled into but it wasn’t sufficiently designed so the water flooded the whole bathroom floor. This made it slippery everywhere and dangerous. I had to use all the towels on the floor to walk on. In addition there was a building across the street under construction and though the descriptions about the hotel stated the room was sound proof but the staff didn’t even know what that meant and didn’t know why it was in the booking description. We requested to be moved to another room, because the construction started at the crack of dawn and was very loud, but they couldn’t make accommodations. Finally, I also booked this hotel because it had a restaurant, but go figure, the restaurant was closed until further notice for remodeling. The only reason I gave this hotel two stars is because of the view and the location. Sad because it made the trip rather stressful.

Yes
- 4/5
Clean. Friendly staff
- 4/5
Shared lobby with closed bar made this a pain for the courtyard side... Did not like no water filling stations except on the top floor od the hotel and water $8 per bottle.
- 5/5
This is the second time we have stayed here. It is very convenient to theaters, shopping, Central Park. The staff is great.
- 4/5
Solid 3 star hotel. Well located for subways to all points in city. Food options in area are chains or marginal. Rooms are small….but it IS New York. Resident Suites tower is same building and lobby and higher floors with better views
- 5/5
Breakfast wasn’t great but you can eat
- 3/5
In the early morning hours (around 1:30am?) one night the smoke alarms went off throughout the building. After 15 minutes or so an announcement was made that the fire department was investigating and we didn’t have to evacuate. Many people had already dressed and in the lobby. Eventually we got the all clear announcement. I don’t know if the alarm malfunctioned or if something happened to set it off. The worst was that the next day we woke up to no water In our room. Eventually we got cold water back and then hot water, but we were unable to take a shower when we wanted to. I was told by the front desk that there was a building wide problem with the water. I was given a discount for the night of $150. However, my son who stayed in another room was refunded for the entire night. This really doesn’t seem right at all to me.
- 3/5
It was undergoing renovation, but very convenient location.
- 5/5
No
- 3/5
Great location. Room was not as well kept as other hotels we have been in. Rather tiny room.
- 5/5
Wife and I had a great stay here. Our only gripe was the room was a little small, despite the pictures shown on the listing. Service was great. My wife left some clothes behind and the service was amazing and we had them returned within a couple of days! Location is great for the theater, Central Park, shopping, Time Square. We had a wonderful dinner at Empire Steak House right next door!
- 3/5
Not bad
- 5/5
Right by Times Square, felt walkable to me
- 4/5
Staff were not particularly friendly and there were frequently multiple employees standing nearby while one person dealt with a long line. Other than that, it was clean, conveniently located and the right price so I would return again.
- 5/5
Location was amazing.
- 3/5
The front desk mislead us on the breakfast cost. Things falling off the walls in the bathroom. Keys needed to reprogramed…. When spending $1,900 on a 2 night stay, I expected better! Much better!
- 5/5
The room was clean and hotel was in a perfect location.
- 4/5
My only complaint is that the towels thw put in my bathroom was too old and looks in bad condition, also we ask for new towels thwy took forever to bring new ones
- 2/5
The AC was not functional for most part of my stay (7 nights) and it was quite hard to sleep because of that. The staff moved me to a room that has AC on the final day of my stay which made the experience a little better at the end.
- 5/5
Beautiful place
- 3/5
The property location is great as it's just minutes from Time Square and nearby to a lot of activities, train station, eateries, etc. However, this hotel has two sides one Residence Inn and the other Courtyard Marriott. I am accustomed to staying at Residence Inn but figured I would try the other side which turned out okay. We had to change to another room because the first one they gave us smelled like dog piss. It was obvious that the hotel was dog friendly........ which is okay, but can you sanitize disinfect and keep the room clean and aroma fresh. But as always, the check in process always smooth and the staff is customer friendly and courteous.
- 5/5
Very Good!
- 4/5
Perfect location, smaller rooms bit clean and comfortable, would book again.
- 5/5
The staff was warm and welcoming. The room was in wonderful condition -- clean, airy, with a good-sized window. They let me check in early and held my bags for a couple of hours after check out so I could run to MoMA. Will stay there again.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
The room is very outdated, the AC is very loud. Bed and pillows are especially comfortable. There is no elevator key entry so anyone can go anywhere which is not really safe. Disappointed overall and would not stay here again
- 5/5
Excellent!
- 4/5
They could do with new mattresses.
- 4/5
The location is perfect with Times Square & Central Park all in walking distance.

I had a wheelchair accessible shower, and every time I showered, the bathroom flooded. Other than that, everything was great. The staff were very helpful and nice.
- 5/5
Wonderful city view from the room, high recommendation. The hotel room is clean and quiet. Everything is walkable distance and nice staffs too.
- 4/5

- 3/5
no breakfast, no courtesy water in the room. prestigious name, but nothing out of this world.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean. Smaller room than other Marriott Courtyard nearby.
- 5/5
The rooms were kind of small but for New York standards thats understandable . The staff were friendly and helpful the stay was quiet and comfortable and the location to the event was excellent . That’s all I could of asked for overall I am satisfied .
- 5/5
Property was located in a great and safe part of town. Never felt unsafe walking anywhere around it. Very close to Times Square and good food selections and subway stations

Everything was walking distance for me and my family 🙃
- 4/5
I enjoyed the accessibility the property had to offer - from Central Park to Time Square. Everything was within minutes walking distance.
- 4/5
I liked its location, because it is close to broadway and time square but quiet at night.
- 5/5
We had the best views. Two full walls of floor to ceiling glass with a view of Times Square. We even had floor to ceiling glass in the bathroom. You can’t go wrong with this choice.

Shout out to Kimberly! She was super friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared that our trip was going well! From checking in on our daily outings to sharing restaurant recommendations throughout the borough, and everything in between. Thank you for making our girl’s trip unforgettable, Kimberly!

- 5/5
Excellent stay
- 5/5
Friendly and prompt service. It would be nice if there was room service
- 5/5
There is construction on one side of the hotel. Obviously you can't control that--but had to shift rooms because of it. But the front desk was wonderful about letting me do that. Made all the difference.
- 5/5
Right off broadway. Great place
- 5/5
Very convenient central location for a reasonable price

Location

Rooms were nice and clean. Shower heads should probably be replaced. You can see the calcium buildup which reduced the pressure coming out of the shower head.
- 5/5
Location was close to Central Park and Times Square. Rooms were quiet. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Would stay here again for sure.
- 5/5
Excellent location to Theater District, Central Park, food and the subway!
