    TD bank 2 minute walk.fridge in room. Bed comfortable. Ice machine ,vending machine. Maids don't clean behind the scenes as usual but i second clean everything. Would return in the future. Front desk very polite.

    Hotel needs a complete makeover. Rooms were outdated and I did not feel safe. I checked out within 30 minutes. I used this Hotel based on previous stays outside of NYC . Did not receive a refund and had to check in at a different location. This trip was not a good one considering I came for a funeral and my accommodations were terrible Will not be using hotel.com again.

    The room was a fright. The door showed signs of breakins/breakouts (damage on both sides). The light switches were filthy, the carpet was sticky, stained and burned. The chair had cigarette burns on it, the pillows were shredded polyester, just terrible. I slept on top of the blanket because I was afraid to get in between the sheets. I won't stay there again.

    The smell in the elevator was very strong and even though we had a non smoking room, we still smelled the smoke from the room. If you're a non smoker, please avoid. About the parking, we had to park off site since there is not enough parking onsite. First come first served basis. Good points were the breakfast and the location (near to the metro station)

    Absolutely horrific. I was booked on a smoking floor. The walls were paper thin and the doors slammed all night. Cigarette burns all across the room. I barely slept because I genuinely did not feel safe. I will be requesting a refund.

    The desk staff were great! The breakfast staff and house keeping not so much. While having breakfast they 2 then four were chit chatting loudly and 1 was eating which made the cramped breakfsst area even worse.

    Horrible. The walls were paper thin. Could see the light in the hallway through the door. The couple next door was having sex, we could hear every slap and every moan as if she was in our room. Rooms are very small. The hotel backs up to a train track. Yes, we heard every train as if we were outside. Absolutely the wrong location for a hotel.

    I was given 3 room options, each one either had a smoke odor or just smelled completely dirty. I was forced to buy a disinfectant spray to disinfect the entire bed, sheets, and bathroom. Even after using almost the whole bottle on the room, and left the air on, the room was still filled with a terrible odor a few hours later.

    Do not stay here, it is disgustingly dirty and loud. Right across the street from a fire station so the truck sirens are going off all the time. This must be one of the last smoking hotels in New York- room was horribly musty and soaked in smoke smell. Was a miserable stay.

    The room was not what I expected. Bedspread had cigarette burns, toilet seat was broken and was not fixed properly, the towels had brown spots on them, the elevator was dirty. My overall experience was horrible, I ended up only staying for a couple of hours. I couldn’t spend the whole night there. I’ve used your service many times for hotels and this is first time I would like a refund. Sorry for the bad review but I had to be honest.

    the employees were very nice . the parking situation was pretty bad. there limited parking and if someone blocks you in its difficult to be able to find that person and be able to leave. the rooms were pretty small and even tho it said non smoking rooms it smelled like someone had previously smoked in the room. Also the room doors were so close to each other you could hear when the room next to you would open and slam there door. they do offer free Wi-Fi which was perfect . they mentioned they offer breakfast which is sort of a joke just because they only had orange juice and apple juice. they did not fail to mention that they had breakfast baggies at the desk that had a yogurt and some cookies/crackers . to say the least his place needs some updating and definitely bring up there cleanliness .

    It was dirty. The beds were way too small for two adults. The room was extremely small. There was mold on the ceiling. Holes on the comforter (probably because of cigarettes). It is expensive for what you get.

    I didnt anything about the property what so ever. The room was filthy, the tub wasnt cleaned at all so there was hair and dirt in it. The covers had burn holes and blood on them so I requested another room which was bigger but had the same issues. I sopke with the attendant named Danny who assured me a refund through expedia but ive yet to here back from you guys. Please reach out to me for a refund for the conditions and the fact that because of those issues I refused to stay there that night. Thank you.

    Cute small cozy room for a weekend in Brooklyn. Cleanliness of the room was not the best but manageable. Cleaning staff need to be a bit more curteous, she opened the door on me after I had said I’m coming. She saw my goods. Also found a leftover sock from the previous occupant and trail mix that was never vacuumed. Good thing I don’t complain much. I overslept and checked out a bit late but management was understanding. I should have requested a wake up call.

    I spent 2 nights there with my husband and 2 small kids to attend 2 church services in Brooklyn. The front desk staff were very polite and professional throughout our stay. Upon entering the building it smelled like marijuana & got worst when we entered the elevator but lessened just a little bit when we were in our room. The room was way smaller than I expected, the bed linens had stains & hair follicles all over them, the bathroom towels were nicely placed but also had hair follicles on them. We asked to have the linens changed it was never done until the following day. The housekeeper was very nice. The continental breakfast is horrible. Parking was very tight and limited. The overall appearance of the rooms needs to be updated. Honestly……..based on my observations this hotel appears to be a convenient spot for quick sex. I regret staying and would never book another reservation there. But all the staff we encountered during our stay were all very nice. Excellent customer service

    Very convenient small hotel. Rooms are small, but have everything you need. Staff is very professional. The parking is very small, but safe to leave your car with cameras all over. In general, this is a very decent clean hotel to stay.

    The room was cramped and the mattress on both beds were clearly bigger that the box spring as the mattresses draped over the box spring. Although I specifically asked for a non smoking room, the room smelt like cigaretts, it may have been coming through the vents from the other rooms. Plus side there was free parking. However it was limited and a very tight squeeze. I will never stay at another Days Inn again.

    Extremely tiny room with a matching extremely tiny toilet. The best part was hearing trains go by all night long outside the window as there are tracks less than 50 feet away. I'll never stay here again nor recommend it to my worst enemy. ...very limited parking as well.

    I am realistic about using a Days Inn but put Wyndham on tag line and I think..OK, slight upgrade expected. How wrong I was..this was a horrible experience start to finish except the “to go” breakfast. Hotel conditions deplorable, every wall stained/gross, room was “non smoking” but I had to spray my hand sanitizer each time I entered to try to get smell down. The smoke detector had been removed, was sitting on mini fridge. Bathroom gross: hole in Wyndham shower curtain, left over wash cloth still on “cleaned room” shower rod when I got there, stains on bedsheet, dirty elevator and mop just left there as if to say “ clean yourself if you have a problem with it”, had to get new keys as they repeatedly didn’t work in old door lock.     The Days Inn was far, far below our expectations. The hallway AND our room smelled like cigarettes. You can hear all the activity of surrounding rooms at all times. Keycards continually malfunctioned and needed to be reset three times in a less than 2 day stay. One of our towels was ripped. Complimentary breakfast was extremely underwhelming. Promised parking was filled up when we arrived so we were forced to park offsite several blocks away at a not very secure location. The staff were polite but not particularly helpful. The only part that delivered as promised was WiFi (decent and usable). Would not stay here again.

    So the only nice person was the woman that checked us in. The rest of the staff were jerks. They had broken English and when asked about parking because that was limited, my husband asked which way to the address they gave him (a mile away mind u to park for the night in a random area) they said "I don't know figure it out." Also, had a long day so we asked at 10am for a 12pm check out and they said no. NEVER AGAIN. They also had a jacuzzi tub that wasn't functional. And housekeeping were set, but of course no one vacuumed the room prior to is going in. So, $254 I guess it's low end of cost for Brooklyn. Paying for conveiemce next time I guess Didn't expect any of that nonsense.

    The hotel rooms were too small. As it’s covid, no food service, which sucked, we searched hotel for food & parking. The room smelled of smoke, even though we booked non-smoking, it was very noisy, due to on-going traffic, given the hotel was on the Main Street, couldn’t get a good night’s rest.

    Not a bad spot.. within walking distance of food which was nice since I didn't feel like doing delivery. after reading other reviews I was concerned about parking but since it was midweek and I was there by like 6:30 I was able to find a parking spot... But there are like only spots for like maybe 10 or 12 cars so if you got there later or on a weekend you probably would have to find another place to park. Room was on the small side, bed was a little too soft for me... but hot hot water, and no issues with the heating system....those last two are always my biggest concerns with hotel rooms, and happily I had no issues.

    I was given a key to a room. When I got there, I found 2 people having sex in the room I was told was my room. I went to the front desk and the employee seemed surprised but then handed me a different key to a different room. The new room... smelled like smoke! I stayed a few hours but decided to leave because the whole room smelled of smoke. Nasty! I went back and told the service clerk that I was checking out. No expression nor surprise on her face!
