Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. However, some guests were disappointed with the amenities, such as the lack of a fitness center, poor breakfast options, and additional fees. The location is also a mixed bag, with some guests appreciating the proximity to the subway and local attractions, while others found the area to be dirty and unsafe.
- Clean and comfortable rooms
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Lack of amenities like a fitness center
- Additional fees for parking and breakfast

The service was great, the room was clean but really small. Great location, for someone looking to explore Brooklyn. I would definitely stay here again.
- 1/5
Don’t stay at this hotel!!!! It’s a big scam! They charge you 50$ for parking!!! This charge was not listed on the time of booking! From a 200$ total payment I ended up paying over 300$! Stay away from this place!
- 2/5
There was one guy at the counter who was really nice Everything but the staff.
- 5/5
Amazing location - 3 blocks to the subway, heaps of restaurants and shops right nearby. Staff were so lovely and helpful, felt safe and cared for :)
- 5/5
Yousef and Chris were extremely helpful and pleasant. The hotel was clean and the room had a gorgeous view of the Manhattan skyline. The shower was nice and big- plenty of room to spread out your toiletries. The restaurant was small but perfect for a quick cup of coffee and a muffin to go. The chef/server was very nice! I really enjoyed my stay!

Front desk was great location...

Great location The rooms are outdated. Rusty. Not pleasing to the eyes.
- 3.5/5
Easy access to public transportation, with a metro station nearby, friendly and welcoming reception staff. Clean room and common areas. At check-in, I was required to pay a USD 200 security deposit, which was to be refunded at check-out. However, no receipt or written confirmation was provided, which made the process feel unclear and unprofessional. The hotel is quite far from the city center. The windows cannot be opened, which made the room feel stuffy. There was tea provided in the room, but no kettle to prepare it. Although the bed linen was clean, the wall had visible stains or splashes on it. The curtains were torn and looked worn out. Overall, the room could have been better maintained.
- 5/5
The staff was excellent, very nice gentleman! The hotel was modern and nice, not the most central location, depending on what you have to do in New York City, but offered a nice view of the Brooklyn Sunset Park neighborhood, central location to public transportation, great food, and great community! Loved it!

All staff was professional and helpful. Fell ill during the stay and needed extra nights, and they were very accommodating.
- 3/5
I did not like the room at all. It was way smaller than it looked in the pictures. The shower had either mildew or mold on the ceiling. And the carpet in the room was sticky and worn. I couldn't walk around the room without hitting my foot on a piece of furniture. I will not stay here again.
- 4/5
We had a room on the back side of the hotel that had stunning views plus I was thankful for a large bathroom. Wished housekeeping vaccumed more regularly when servicing. Felt safe in the neighborhood.
- 2.5/5
Passable
- 4/5
I say exceeded expectations because I remember some unsavery clientelle when you first opened. And value got a lower score because I think it was unreasonable to charge $50 a night for parking when we've never paid over $15 at any other hotel. above

Accommodating front desk attendant. Easy check in /out. Reliable internet in room. Room service was slow ( visited over the Memmorial weekend) Clean towels was left but dirty ones were not removed. NO microwave was available. Internet did not connect automatically on reentry into the hotel.

couple minor things: the tv guide situation - while not overly important - was confusing. it would be helpful to have a channel document or something because just flipping through was not very intuitive. the frosted glass bathroom wall was a bit weird, especially traveling with family. there's something kind of creepy seeing your family members taking a shower, even if it's only their shapes.
- 5/5
Breakfast was plentiful, fruit, yogurt, cereal, breads, pastries, waffle maker, etc.

staff was great and super friendly. location was just what I needed. room was clean and comfortable. couple minor things: the tv guide situation - while not overly important - was confusing. it would be helpful to have a channel document or something because just flipping through was not very intuitive. the frosted glass bathroom wall was a bit weird, especially traveling with family. there's something kind of creepy seeing your family members taking a shower, even if it's only their shapes.

Property appears to be massively renovated and is great. Room wasn't large but very comfortable. The neighborhood is older but felt safe.
- 5/5
Didn't have breakfast
- 2/5
Bathrooms were gross and very old with moldy showers
- 5/5
The staff was really friendly. The hotel was very clean and I loved the fact that it’s conveniently located within walking distance to the subway station. I will definitely stay there again!
- 5/5
Didn't try breakfast on this visit but we'll try on the next we didn't park so unable to discuss that portion.
- 5/5
The room was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and the bathroom was beautifully decorated with brand new shower and super white clean towels and bathroom amenities. The coffee and tea maker help me start my mornings with renew spirit and energy. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, within walking distance from Industry City for food and shopping. Also close are Brooklyn Bridge Park and the Brooklyn Museum. Melody Lanes's bowling alley and the Brooklyn Grange rooftop farm offer unique activities.

Excellent location for a visit to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Sunset Park and Greenwood Cemetery. Parking lot was small, but we got a space and it was safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cookies and flavored water at check in were delicious. Room was basic and comfortable, but dated. The curtains were little tattered and torn and need to be replaced. Overall good value for the money considering the NYC location.
- 5/5
Parking was the only limitation, staff was very nice.
- 4/5
Small hotel and rooms but that is on par for NY I think. Close to subway station (about 3 blocks). The staff was so great!! Very friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
Upon arrival the staff greeted us and was extremely helpful in navigating the area. The room was very clean, and the beds were cozy and comfortable. I would definitely return again on my next visit and recommend to others.

- 5/5
Thank you guys very much for a really pleasant stay!
- 5/5
I stay here a couple times a year because I appreciate its cleanliness, friendly staff (Joseph) and easy access to the subway (3 blocks). It's also less than a block away from a market, diner and nail salon. I feel safe and respected.
- 5/5
Great staff and facility
- 4/5
My welcome at the front desk could not have been more enthusiastic, personal and professional. I was impressed.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing and David really helps us a lot
- 5/5
From check-in to check-out, we were treated very well by everyone we encountered. The level of hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. I would highly recommend this hotel in every way and will stay here each time we come to Brooklyn, New York.
- 5/5
Excellent service.
- 3/5
Room was mediocre and the shower had jair stuck on the wall on the first night. We spoke to the maid servise the following day and told them what happened and to please make sure it was cleaned properly. Came in late that night and the hair ball was still there. Called the front desk and told the manager. There was no one available to clean the room. Je came to the room and brought us a free bottle of water and a free continental breakfast for the 3 of us. The breakfast was sad and it was not worth 5 dollars. Would most likely never stay at a Wyndham again.
- 5/5
Clean, decor just romantic for a couple
- 5/5
Clean room courteous and professional staff

Be careful that they charge additional $45/night if you park on site. The room and especially the breakfast were nice.

- 5/5
We're repeat visitors, and this was our second wonderful stay with the kids! The room was spotless and tidy, the staff incredibly friendly, and having parking was a big plus. Honestly, though, the shower was absolutely amazing – a real highlight
- 5/5
The rooms were clean, and the overall hotel was clean, smelled good and well maintained. I want to especially mention Eli, Youcef, and Jay. The 3 of them made our stay memorable with their hospitality and kindness. They were always willing to help with suggestions, and always with a smile. I will definitely stay here anytime I return to the area.
- 5/5
They were very accommodating when my friend and I realized the room we booked was not going to work. The bed was too small for us to share. The hotel was very nice and easy to work with in upgrading the room to a two-bed room!
- 5/5
Courteous staff
- 3/5
Was charged for an extra night even after confirming with front desk/lobby that we can check out earlier due to an emergency situation. We verified with Expedia, and Expedia sent message to front desk. We were given permission to check out without incurring any penalty or additional charges. Two weeks later, we got a charge for $500. Hotel assistant manager verified the charge. We were charged for one night penalty. It was very unfortunate. Not resolved at all.
- 5/5
Very clean room, great amenities, staff were so helpful and kind during my experience.
- 5/5
Staff was lovely, room was quiet and well designed. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
The people who work there were so wonderful and made my stay fantastic. Both men who worked behind the desk were helpful, so friendly and made me want to leave a five star review. Then, as I was leaving another very nice person literally saw me being cautious as I was pulling car out from behind hotel and came to steer me out. So grateful!
- 1/5
I let them know a week in advance I had to switch to a pet hotel through Expedia and booked another one that allowed dogs. I am waiting for a refund because the property should do the right thing and refund me. So fyi, as it stands now they apparently will not refund me when we have ample time where they could have resold the room. I own my own business & come to NY a lot and will definitely not recommend this unless they do the right thing and refund me back.
- 5/5
Everything was great!

It is in a good location with dining options nearby, along with a neighborhood market. It has convenient access to the cruise port. The hotel is clean and nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
The staff was super kind and helpful!
- 2/5
We were happy to find this place, with a good location (close to subway access), that wasn’t several hundred dollars on a Thursday night. We had a 24 hour layover and wanted a good night sleep before we spent the day exploring. Unfortunately, we didn’t get that because the AC in the room was not adequate. Despite it being on all night, the room never got cool enough. The customer service could also be improved as small things we asked for were refused (ex. Letting us fill up our water bottles in the breakfast area before we left for the day). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable - if the AC was working better, this score would have been higher.
- 3/5
The staff were very nice.
- 3/5
Comfort
- 5/5
Staff were friendly. Bedding was very nice. All very clean.
- 4/5
It is a nice hotel in a good location. There are restaurants, delis, and grocery stores within walking distance. The staff is nice and friendly. WIFI is kind of hit and miss though.
- 1/5
The place was so dirty we didn’t stay. Blood on bed, walls were filthy (dirt, grime) and the bed frame itself had leather that hadn’t been cleaned in years. The bathroom was filthy, the tub was not clean and it glass (it’s a full glass bathroom…) was weirdly smudged all over the place. The front desk manager was also a huge POS. Charged back my purchase and got the hell up out of there.
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
All in all, good experience!
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Definetly do not waste money on the breakfast when you can walk to the corner and grab the same food for a fraction of the price.
- 4/5
i had requested an early check-in for 1pm (which had been approved). upon arrival (around 2pm) they told me they could not check me in yet, so i needed to wait to 3pm. once i got my room, they had given me a double bed instead of a king like i requested. there were apparently issues with the king rooms, but i wasnt told that until i went back to the lobby. also they did not give me a parking permit at first, so i went out to my car and saw a warning slip that my car could be towed. i had not told them i was parking on the property, but i didnt see anything online about needing a permit for parking, and they also did not ask. i had put my car info into the app prior as well. otherwise my stay was great. very comfortable bedding aswell.

- 5/5
Great hotel, very well kept and maintained. I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Brooklyn.
- 5/5
The room was clean
- 4/5
Surrounding area was sketch. Room itself was decent but the pillows were terrible. Room service was good and the staff were helpful.
- 1/5
The bed sheet was dirty and has stained on them and when they moved us to a differrent room the toilet was clogged and the aircondition was not working. I am niy recommending this hotel.
- 5/5
Jeoshin showed an exceptional hospitality to us!!! Room was very comfortable although my teenagers felt awkward with the washrooms walls. But overall it was a great stay bonus that it is just close to buses and train station
- 5/5
A lot of good options
- 3/5
Not bad for location and place, I would say need a tad bit better cleaning but other than that it was fine!
- 1/5
Especially the bathroom and they don’t change the sheets they change every two or 3 days in others hotels they change every day but not in this hotel I’m very disappointed 😔
- 5/5
Parking sucks
- 4/5
Great place
- 2/5
I didnt like the fact that parking was offered but only on a in basis. Nobody wants to come from out of tiwn and pay
- 5/5
great
- 5/5
Safe hotel in a convenient location; staff was friendly and very helpful! will definitely be back!
- 5/5
So good.
- 5/5
Pleasantly surprised by this little hotel. Just stayed one night pre-cruise. The price was reasonable and location was great. There were local restaurants nearby along with a Dunkin Donuts, liquor store, and a public park. The hotel was quiet and clean. The room was spacious by NY standards. The bedding was super comfortable. The bathroom walls are translucent glass which is off-putting; especially if traveling with friends and not a spouse; hope you're not bashful. The cookies offered in the lobby were some of the best I've had in years; like my Mamma would make. Highly recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
Nothing fancy, but the staff was nice and the property was fine. The room was small, but it had most of the stuff I needed. The area is kind of rough -it’s dirty and rundown. There is a 24 hour laundry mat across the street, so that’s what shines into the window at night. There were no blackout curtains, so it was bright in the room. The hotel is close to Industry City which has a lot of nice shops and restaurants.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean hotel in a safe neighborhood
- 5/5
I like everything I will be back very soon
- 5/5
Yasheen checked us in and he was wonderful- the best
- 2/5
Hotel is ok. Nothing special. Small rooms. No free coffee. Elevators broke down one day, which was a pain. Basic hotel, only stay here solo
- 5/5
The staff was beyond polite and was such a nice cozy stay!
- 4/5
The property is clean have stayed here before. The parking is always right they have like 8 spots and they charge 45 bucks should be $20 besides usbhabing to wait 35 mins after check in for them to finish cleaning it wasn't bad.
- 4/5
Except staff, very friendly and helpful
- 5/5
The view from our room was lovely. Ask for a room at the back. They are good and quiet. Close to the subway. On-street parking near by. Staff were really nice.
- 3/5
It wasn’t too bad however the best way to describe the room is dingy - it’s not dirty but furniture and phone need to be updated or replaced 1000%. And house keeping leaves at 4pm.
- 4/5
Easy to check in and place is close to all transportation
- 2/5
There are NO room upgrades! An upgrade is moving up 1 floor and there's only 4 of them! Then they want you to pay to park in property and there are no gates or security. And there is literally only 10 spaces. They need to include parking for that.
- 5/5
The room and view were fantastic. Very clean! The shower/bathroom was so nice. The view of the city was amazing even from our 4th floor room. Staff was overall friendly. The bar/restaurant was never open for times that they were posted to be open, that was the only complaint we had. The location was convenient to the subway about a 5 minute leisure walk and about 25-30 minutes into Manhattan via train. Lots of convenience stores and little delis nearby. We got pizza delivered from Robs pizza and it was great! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Overall great stay and would stay here again!
- 5/5
nice place and reasonable for NYC
- 4/5
Very pleasant, polite and helpful staff.
- 4/5
Clean, everything functional. Close to things.
- 5/5
Amazing guest service!
- 4/5
While the overall stay was very good, we had numerous problems. For one, our connection with WIFI was spotty at best (passwords changed by the day and finally wouldn't work for our iPads but ok for laptop). Another, the TV was hard to operate (the screen said "no guest checked in - and we could not get to Guide); the phone connection to the front desk didn't work and we had to use Operate to get someone); the room safe wouldn't open and we had to have the maintenance guy come twice to open it).

Overall good.
- 4/5
We stayed one night. The bed was comfortable and both the room and bath were nice. The A/C did not work and the toilet was plugged when we arrived but the problems were fixed quickly.
- 4/5
1. I waited on line to check-in for about 20-25 mins because there was some kind of technical issues happening with the front desk computer. The man behind the counter did not acknowledge the line or explain what was happening or how long it would be before we can check in. 2. The bottles in the shower for body wash, shampoo and conditioner were completely missing (just the wall attachment was there). I called the front desk to ask for them to replace it and no one came. Later that night, I asked the front desk to have someone come in the morning (she also gave me bar soap in the mean time) and when housekeeping came in the morning, they gave me shampoo instead of bodywash. I ended up using shampoo as body wash the entire stay because bar soap dries out my skin.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay very comfortable and convenient to trains and services .
- 4/5
The hotel and staff was great , friendly . The area is a little sketchy .
- 4/5
The stay was great, staff were nice and friendly, in my opinion not really worth the price but if you looking for a nice place to relax for a couple days I would highly suggest but otherwise you can find a way better place in the same price range.
- 5/5
Pleasant surprise! I will stay again whenever in Brooklyn
- 5/5
I grew up in Sunset Park but moved out of state years ago. This hotel was perfect—close to my old neighborhood, allowing me to visit family, park easily, and walk everywhere. Everything was spotless, the room was fresh, and I’ll definitely be back in April! Can’t wait to try the smoothies and get there early enough for the entrées!
- 4/5
You get what you pay for. Good and clean, adequate for a quick stay.
- 4/5
Good location, close to subway and Brooklyn port
- 5/5
Very comfortable and clean and the staff is always extremely accomodating. You can see the Statue of Liberty from the top floor, and there's great views!
- 3/5
Room was clean and spacious. Well located for my needs. I declined breakfast for an additional fee because it didn’t appeal to me and it was easier to swing by the Bagel Pub. Room decor very 90s. Took me a while to get my head around the AC. Coffee machine in the room not working. No idea how this place has supposedly 4 stars
- 3/5
Room clean and comfortable. Otherwise ok
- 4/5
Was all fine and good until the last day when some random man stood in our window (the floor level) and proceeded to look at his hair through it AFTER robbing a car!
- 4/5
Very nice staff!
- 5/5
Clean, good view and good service
- 5/5
Staff are THE BEST. Professional, friendly, helpful. Felt like staying with friends. Room was beautiful. Sunset Park is a great neighborhood in Brooklyn. Love this hotel!
- 2/5
There was water running out the bathroom into the walk way everytime we showered. And no, we didn’t have the shower door open. The toilet took a long time to flush everytime as well. Comfy pillows though.
- 4/5
Cute hotel nestled in residential area with thoughtful staff
- 5/5
Room was clean, decently spacious, and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. The surrounding area had lots of Latin American food options which was nice.
- 4/5
The staff, Elmer and the other gentleman were pleasant when we arrived. When I called down for a few things each time asking for something, an employee arrived very quickly which I appreciated. When we checked out the attendant gave my daughter a lollipop which was kind of him to do. I only had 2 complaints. The first one is that there are only 11 parking spaces on the property, so you have to drive around looking for parking. My second complaint was the attitude and lack of initiative taken by the Saturday night front desk attendant. When we left the hotel around 8:30 Saturday the snow began to fall. When we returned 3 hours later no one had cleaned the sidewalk or the walkway to the front door or even put down salt. When we mentioned it to the attendant he said, "I will let my husband know." If I was litigious, you would have heard from my lawyer since my 83-year-old mother fell down outside on your sidewalk! this could have been prevented!
- 5/5
Awesome
- 3/5
I didn’t like that they didn’t provide breakfast, it was clean but very small and they kept making changes in my credit card at the end they fixed and changed the correct amount.
- 3/5
Parking fee and there NO bar
- 5/5
Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to where I needed to be. Would stay again.
- 2/5
Additionally, hotel parking spaces were tight, limited and expensive.
- 1/5
Being asked for identification every time I walk through the door was not ok. Although staff had all Identification from all parties in the room they still questioned me causing a scene in front of other quests.
- 1/5
The front desk are rude
- 5/5
Very clean and easy access to subway.
- 5/5
Staff was very inviting and professional.
- 4/5
it was nice
- 1/5
The room was very basic and crappy for the price. The carpet was FILTHY! Spilled a small amount of water on the carpet and dabbed it up with a white towel and with one swipe the towel was black with filth. The shower was very dated and the grout was brown. The fridge was a cooler and was off when we got there and warm so we couldn’t put food in it. The fridge only turns on for 2 hours at a time. The remote for the tv didn’t work so we couldn’t watch tv. An alarm clock went off at 601am that we never set or even knew existed. Overall a very uncomfortable experience.
- 4/5
nice and clean
- 5/5
The stay was very comfortable!
- 3/5
But definitely not a 4 star, very dated and shower heads both turn on at once and unable to stop one. Accommodating staff
- 4/5
The area is quiet and close to the metro station
- 4/5
I love this Hotel … the only thing its not have dining or stores options in the area …
- 3/5
Nice place
- 1/5
The hotel did not disclose all the fees associated with parking and my room had no heat
- 4/5
Very nice. There was a leak in the bathroom but that was about it
- 1/5
Roaches in the coffee maker.
- 4/5
I had a later than expected check in. The front seat attendant was very helpful and happy to recommend some food choices. Yusuf was his name. Happy stay and will be returning.
- 5/5
This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. We loved everything about this place.
- 5/5
I arrived early and the staff made an effort to get the room ready earlier in the check-in time. I appreciate it the cleanliness and location. I think the room size is fine for one to two people, there’s not enough a lot of room to walk around or extra sitting space but it’s sufficient.
- 5/5
The bathroom shower was leaking all over the floor and on the other side of the shower
- 4/5
Really good for the price. Lots of delis in the area for food. I'd recommend not having a room on the ground floo however for people walking past window
- 5/5
Very good
- 3/5
The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful but the restaurant wasn’t really a restaurant and there’s limited options you can walk to in that neighborhood. There is zero parking, the hotel has a tiny parking lot. The subway station was at least a mile away. It was ok but not worth the price
- 5/5
Easy check-in and the room was nice and clean
- 5/5
Clean. Few options for breakfast service.
- 5/5
We stayed for a weekend and were really pleased with our room- although the frosted glass walls of the bathroom gave us pause at first, but trust- it was totally fine! Room and hotel were clean, Bed was comfy, staff was super helpful, and the location is close to great restaurants, coffee, shopping, and only a few blocks from the subway.
- 5/5
Great location and very clean rooms! We enjoyed the stay.
- 5/5
Everything was good.
- 1/5
Terrible customer service and very unsafe location of this hotel.
- 5/5
The price was great and reasonable. The area was well located very close to the subway station which can take you into Manhattan or anywhere else you would like to go. The hotel was small and cozy and had a nice homey feel to it. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Free cookies and lemonade in the lobby. Coffee machine inside the room. The only thing that was kind of a problem was that the room is modern style so the bathroom does not have a wall dividing it from the bedroom area but just a frosted glass. If I was travelling with my husband I don’t care but I was traveling with my mother so it was kind of awkward and annoying for us when we had to use the bathroom. We turned the tv on to block noise but I think that for a room with 2 separate beds in it they should have made a more private bathroom expecting people to be travelling with friends or parents who don’t want to hear or see the other person using the toilet and shower.
- 5/5
Comfortable clean room and bathroom.
- 4/5
The Hotel rooms are clean and modern, great for the two nights we stayed. Only thing that was stressful is the parking, we basically had to park 4 blocks away. There is parking onsite but for 40 dollars 4 blocks didn’t seem that bad. I would recommend a staying at this hotel.
- 3/5
It was fair ; surrounding area was sketchy . Not enough decent eateries . The area was dirty .
- 4/5
Fine hotel for what we needed for one night. Great park a few blocks down.
- 5/5
Clean and convenient. Friendly service. A good value.
- 5/5
Close to subway, bus. Plenty of local food options.

My favorite NYC hotel. Always quiet, great a/c (the room can get COLD), walking distance to an incredible 24/7 diner and the subway, friendly staff. A really great, well-priced hotel option.

If you are on the 1st floor, it feels like you are in the basement of the property. Was told that the 1st floor only has two queen beds.

This location was convenient for what I needed. The room was clean and perfect for my stay.

Not a bad stay, great bar prices

Good hotel, but the parking in the area is terribile

A nice hotel in the area. Pretty clean and professional staffs. Our room has a nice view of the manhattan high rise buildings. Onsite parking is not free, costs about $40, finding a street parking can be challenging.

My stay at Wyndham Garden Hotel in Brooklyn was an absolute nightmare. From the moment we arrived, the woman at the front desk was shockingly rude. She cursed at my family and me FOUR times, casually throwing around the F-word as if it was normal. Her language was not only foul, but her entire attitude was ghetto and aggressive. It went so far that she actually threatened us, creating an extremely uncomfortable and unsafe atmosphere. The lack of professionalism was appalling. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. We felt completely disrespected and were afraid for our safety. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable in any setting, let alone from staff at a hotel that’s supposed to make guests feel welcome. Avoid this place at all costs! There are plenty of other hotels in Brooklyn that will treat you with the respect you deserve—this one is NOT worth the risk. We will NEVER be back!

The staff at check in and over at the bar were really kind and helpful, thank you!

I wouldn’t stay here again. The room has grime on the walls, the toilet seat cover and curtains had burn holes and the comforter for the bed had stains. Called the front desk and asked for a new comforter because of the stains and they brought up a very thin throw blanket that had hard bits stuck to it that looked like candy or food.

Nice place, clean, comfortable, and close to everything. My family lives close by and I stay here for my own comfort and to be able to stay close to my loved ones. Very close to train station that will take you either to the beach or to Manhattan. There is a small restaurant in the promise and my room had a working fridge. I plan to return and enjoy this little gem. Thank you to Yousef for the warm welcome and attention to detail.

Nice place to stay if you wanna be away from the noise of Manhattan when it's time to go to bed. Quiet, fairly safe area, and nicely located a 7 minute walk to the subway station. Hotel itself was clean and very nice/modern relative to other hotels in the area at this price point. Not in a trendy Brooklyn neighbourhood like Park Slope, Williamsburg, or DUMBO, but for a nice place to rest and sleep, I would definitely stay here again.

Fairly cleaned and maintained. Room was nice but quite small. Had upgraded to a premium as well but there was no difference to regular rooms. Did like their noon checkout. Parking was available for 45 dollars a night. Overall, decent stay but a little bit overpriced.

Very warm environment. The team were very friendly and accommodating. Great location in Brooklyn.

Overall this hotel offers a great value for a quick trip but I would prefer a higher quality hotel, in a central location if I was staying longer.

I just want to say that at the reception the staff was very friendly, professional and very helpful.

Not as clean as I would have liked but still a comfortable stay

The noise from outside affect my sleep.

The air conditioner was broken, the ice machine on our floor didn't work, and the shower was roll in, which is great for folks who need the accessibility but with no bottom lip to keep water in, and no drain in the bathroom it just made the bathroom a slippery nightmare I slipped after a shower, hitting my head causing a minor concussion for which I still need to seek medical care for and messing my back up. It was when I was in pain on the floor that I noticed that the bathroom was covered in rat poop.

The fact that I have to pay a parking and environmental fee. It should appear in their website that we have to pay for those. Had it written, I would have never booked a stay in that hotel.

There was blood in the room I was staying in

The hotel in the industry area and is around big trucks and they are loud in the early morning. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

I really liked that it was a convenient distance from a subway station. There's also a great selection of restaurants within a 2 minute walk. It's located in a primarily Hispanic and Asian community.
