The hotel is generally well-liked for its location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. However, some guests have complained about the small room size, noise, and lack of amenities like a refrigerator and microwave.

Great location and comfy beds! Loved the walkability of the neighborhood and all the restaurant choices.

Baggage hold was useful. They assisted with discounted garage parking. Complimentary bottles of water in the room. It’s a small space but typical of being in nyc It it our second time staying here and would stay again

This is my kind of hotel-- great location, good price, no frills. Small clean quiet private room, with no pool, microwave, mini-fridge, or crappy "free" breakfast. Just an urn of hot coffee in the lobby in the morning. Easy walking distance to Greenwich Village and subway access. I wish there were more no-frills hotels like this.

Great coffee in the lobby. AC worked well. Bed was comfy. Room was quiet. Gym - free weights and cycles was OK (warm).

Clean and roomy for NYC. Comfortable bed. Street noise but can't do much about that!

Super quick and easy check in. Staff was very very kind!

Everything was great except parking. Parking was expensive at the rate of $80 per day.

Great staff good location for the business trip I was on, clean room, except for the shower... The lower tiles and floor were kind of gross. I had to shower while standing on towels to feel comfortable

- 5/5
Love the ambiance, location, room was clean and efficient to our overnite trip
- 3/5
Issue at check in where they held the full rate of the hotel stay instead of 50 dollars on my card. Still working with them to get that adjusted. Room was great and clean and felt almost new. The air conditioning/heat climimitzation was difficult to control despite a new digital thermostat. Ac was loud, too large and close to the bed so I wound up unplugging it so I can get some sleep which was the whole goal of renting the room in the city. Despite that the room itself was very clean and high end and spacious for this side of NYC.
- 4/5
Hudson square has a lot of restaurants / easy walking
- 4/5
A really great location. On the edge of Greenwich Village and the subway line . It was a little noisy (I know it’s NYC, but even the aircon was louder than the street noise)
- 2/5
Cons: In an 8th floor street-front room which had a toilet which drained off and on, could also hear other people from either other rooms or the hallway. And from the time we returned from dinner until we checked out in the morning ,we heard non-stop noise from construction and deliveries making it difficult to sleep. Learned our lesson, the price may have been better for NYC, but we won’t be back.
- 1/5
Don’t stay here
- 5/5
Small but clean room. Easy check in and out. Super friendly staff.
- 3/5
The second room was fine, but the experience put a dent in our enjoyment of the trip.
- 5/5
Clean room, no breakfast, staff friendly great location, cookies for the kids for free in the mornings and coffee as well… good value for the money!
- 2/5
Perhaps the thinnest walls of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It didn’t help that’s the other guests were congregating in the hallway outside my room having loud phone conversations, listening to music and going between each other’s rooms. I moved once and it was the same on a different floor. Also, I was accidentally charged two holds and the manager was extremely rude saying there was nothing she could do. Basically “oops deal with it”. The redeeming quality of the entire experience was the kind woman who checked me in and the sweet gentleman who checked me out. I felt sorry for them because there were several frustrated guests. I would not recommend this hotel. It is completely subpar for a corporate establishment, and I probably will never stay at a four points establishment ever again. Definitely not anywhere near Sheraton standards.
- 5/5
yes
- 4/5
The staff was great. I forgot my charger and they charged my phone every day so I did not have to purchase yet another charger. Super sweet. My room was never cleaned timely and one day not at all. I had to ask the next day for them to clean. The Caesar salad at the restaurant was excellent. It's centrally located with two easy access metro points. Overall a great place to stay but could use minor improvements.
- 5/5
Great location and we were able to park on the street for free. Front desk staff was really nice and friendly. Room was clean and beds comfortable.

Staff was AMAZING, especially the front desk! Accommodating in every way. Nice restaurant on property. Comfortable bed. Great location, accessible to everything you would need. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Only downside is no refrigerator in room. Highly recommend! 😊

- 5/5
Great location! Friendly staff.
- 5/5
The hotel was near a lot of shops and restaurants. The hotel gym was in the basement and had a mildew smell.
- 4/5
The Staff was really nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Hotel is located in a good area with shopping and food close by. Genesis provided excellent customer service and helped with directions.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect and no hassle. Just the way a vacation is meant to be.
- 3/5
Room was ok. Heat was hard to regulate. Either to hot or to cold . Bathroom door needs to be a solid door . Our bathroom door was “glass” light came through waking the other person up when sleeping
- 5/5
The lady at the front desk was so so so wonderful!
- 5/5
Staff was great.
- 4/5
But Rooms were very loud. Someone doing very loud work with power tools or something in the hall after 9pm and very rude when we wet to see what the noise was . Lots of doors slamming both nights at 4am. Maybe do non emergency work earlier or at least be understanding when guests come to see what is going on. And soft close on doors since all doors are so close to eachother.
- 5/5
Check in was quick and smooth. Room was clean and comfortable
- 5/5
The staff were awesome and very helpful, and offered quick assistance. Genesis was exceptionally helpful and informative. A great stay this winter.
- 5/5
Very comfortable bed, great location, and friendly staff. Had a great experience.
- 5/5
Room was spotless.. good location and the staff were very helpfull
- 3/5
The whole experience screams space is limited. This was a relatively affordable option but still not than what you get. Even though we were on a high floor we could still hear sirens at night. Maybe unavoidable on Saturday night. Not sure about other places soundproofing. It was clean and ok not great. The room felt cramped with 2 double beds ( they were comfortable at least). Biggest problem I had the bathroom for her frosted glass which let light through - not a good idea at night in such a small room. The gym was just a small space with bacon equipment but the stairway getting it a little blah almost run down. The lobby is tiny but they do serve good free coffee there.

Nothing special. Bare minimum that you need. Cleaning service skipped a day.
- 5/5
Great location! Clean
- 3/5
most of the staff was courteous, except for a woman with glasses in the evenings, who was very unfriendly. Rooms were small, but normal for NY. Hotel is a little run down.
- 4/5
The staff was helpful about storing and charging my scooter.
- 5/5
Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall, excellent stay.

Staff was exceptionally nice, room was very clean. Great water pressure.

Clean room and good staff

I hit my head on the hanging lamp by the bed twice. A nightstand and individual switches for the light on both sides of the bed would be good.
- 3/5
EXCELENT LOCATION.
- 5/5
Genesis the front desk receptionist was awesome. She was so friendly and helpful, we so enjoyed her. Always smiled and was very welcoming. Hotel was clean and quiet. We will be back
- 5/5
No problems.
- 5/5
Lovely staff great location, quiet and pleasant and relaxing stay
- 4/5
Room was clean though my friend had a hairball in her shower. No fridge in the room for leftovers. Small but fine. The people were nice. One elevator was down when I got there which was rough but it was fixed the next day.
- 5/5
we had a lovely time. great central location to all neighborhoods we wanted to spend time in, and quiet enough to get a good nights rest. the beds are soooo comfy!!! staff is amazing, and tom the general manager was very kind. we come to nyc twice a year to visit our family and this will be our go to hotel from now on!
- 4/5
Breakfast is expensive
- 3/5
I faced two main issues during my stay: 1. There was a cold air leak coming from the window, and the weather was very cold. The staff fixed it temporarily by sealing it with strong tape. 2. The windows had no sound insulation at all. I was on the 8th floor but felt like I was on the ground level. I could clearly hear people on the street and the construction noise even at night. The location was great and the room was clean, but these issues affected the comfort of my stay.
- 5/5
Love the staff
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Was perfect.
- 5/5
Great location!
- 4/5
I've stayed here before. This time the shower was extremely small and the door wouldn't seal, so the bathroom floor was a lake. Maybe thats why there was a floor drain in the middle of the bathroom floor. Just an ok room despite over $500/night. At that price, not worth it. I won't return unless the rate drops considerably.
- 5/5
Awesome!
- 5/5
I also didn't like going to the basement for ice and the vending machines.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5

- 3/5
Room was really small. Air Conditioning unit work off and on. Bathroom also super tiny.
- 5/5
Clean, neat, professional customer service at the lobby. Near to subway, restaurants, shops and places to visit… overall awesome experience 10/10.
- 4/5
The room was very clean. Bed firm but comfy. Very Nice pillows. Shower water well heated. Our room on 2nd floor had generators outside the window (so no view) but the windows kept the sound to a gentle hum. This was actually better than street noise. Coffee & tea in lobby both excellent. Compliments on the selection of Bigelow English Breakfast tea!!
- 4/5
This was a good hotel and location for the area we wanted to be in. The hotel was quiet, and the room was comfortable. It was on the smaller side, but that's to be expected in NYC. Staff was friendly. I would stay again if I needed to be in this part of the city.
- 4/5
Clean
- 5/5
Room is clean. Just the right size room. Enough lighting. Like the coffee machine provided. Would be good if mug/glasses can be provided in the washroom.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel with clean rooms. Soho was a great place to stay
- 3/5
Good place for 10 min drive to time square! Under budget .

- 5/5
location was priceless!!!
- 5/5
Very kind and helpful staff.
- 4/5
Nice hotel. The restaurant and bar are under construction
- 5/5
All around great time spent. Will be back in the future.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, clean compact rooms. Close to subway and only 5 stops to Time Square. Only complaint - if stayed again would ask for different floor. (12th). Appeared building stores etc were on that floor and continuous people going in out of room all day and night slamming doors etc. outside of that was a great stay.
- 5/5
Very clean room and great staff.
- 4/5
The closet space was limited, and some of the fixtures needed repairs/adjustments, but overall, it was a good experience compared to other hotels in NY at the same price point.
- 4/5
Close to restaurants, easy walk and convenient. Staff were super nice and attentive. .
- 5/5
Super fun area of NYC, staff was great
- 3/5
The room itself was comfortable and I appreciate the toiletries provided in the bathroom.

- 5/5
Good location. Close to subway and easy to navigate for visitors to the city. Rooms are decent size for NYC. Walking distance to Greenwich and Washington Square Park. Our bathroom had some mold on the toilet, but nothing over the top. Would definitely stay again
- 5/5
Fully recommended!!
- 4/5
Great location, close to shopping, subway and the pier. Hotel was quiet and clean, great room service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that we didn’t know until we arrived that the hotel was undergoing renovations and the restaurant and bar were not open.
- 5/5
The service was top notch and what I appreciate most. Whenever we needed something their response was very quick. We requested extra blankets and they were delivered immediately. The room and beds were comfortable. It was conveniently located near two subway stops.
- 5/5
Perfectly located
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay
- 4/5
It’s value for money property. The location was excellent for us. The hotel can provide a mini fridge in the room. The AC needs to be improved where the thermostat doesn’t switch on and off , in the process making a huge noise. The windows need to be sound proof. It’s NYC.. noisy all through the night.
- 3/5
Is tiny. Even by NYC Standards. Bed was ok. While the surrounding area was quiet. Lots of noise coming from other rooms. This hotel just simply wasn’t up to my experience and I regret staying here. Location was great and the staff was friendly, but I recommend other places. Perhaps this is also because I was on second floor. Just would have preferred a different hotel.
- 2/5
This had 2 double beds and you could not move, it was so small when you went to the bathroom area you had to walk around the corner of the bed. The bathroom door was opaque and you could see through it. The place was under construction, maybe?. Staff was great but this place is falling apart, too small and neglected. Overall the property is falling apart and zero amenities and any double bed room is unusable for more than 2 people. Skip this place for the cost and horrible room.
- 1/5
property manager was rude, un accommodating and disrespectful.
- 1/5
i have stayed on this property many times. On this occasion, the manager was rude, dismissive and completely unprofessional toward me.
- 5/5
The staff were great when we arrived. Very helpful and accommodating. The bed was so comfortable! It was so close to the subway! Loved that too. It was a great hotel and our stay for 2 nights was unbeatable for the price as well.
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful. Didn't love our "corner room" with boarded windows facing nothing
- 4/5
Good and it was central and close to train station. It would’ve been nice if it was mentioned that it walks under construction.
- 5/5
Great location
- 3/5
The location is excellent, steps away from the heart of the west village. Our room had a musty odor and the air conditioner was louder than a freight train, so for the cost it seemed like a bad value to have such a hard time sleeping because of thr AC’s noise.
- 4/5
Pleasant room. The only thing missing was a refrigerator.
- 4/5
Good location. Clean.
- 4/5
The property was centrally located for what I wanted. The staff was very nice. The restaurant was closed so that was kind of a bummer.
- 4/5
Basic facilities with basic gym .
- 4/5
Nice hotel in Soho area
- 2/5
Room size was good. Bathroom was shabby: it would be easy to make it nicer by just doing a little repair work. The room was VERY noisy from both inside & outside the hotel. Housekeeping opened the window one day & it was impossible for one person close it completely, so street noise came in all night until I figured it out. It took two people to get it closed every time. Even with the window closed completely, 4th floor had a LOT of street noise. Windows upgrades would make a big difference. Housekeeping was friendly, but inconsistent. First day, the rug was dirtier AFTER they came by. They didn’t leave a bath mat ever after the first day. The large size toiletries provided were great until housekeeping took the body lotion & left me with two hand soaps & no lotion for the last 3 days of my stay.
- 4/5
Really small rooms and no breakfast
- 5/5
Great location! Great value!
- 4/5
Was a great central location! Really close to lots of dining options and close to the subway to get around.
- 3/5
It was decent, did the job, but the window wouldn’t close, towels didn’t smell great, sheets had stain
- 5/5
Great location! Would stay again
- 5/5
Decent for the location
- 5/5
I do wish rooms had mini fridges
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Very clean room and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Close to many attractions
- 1/5
Ужасные отель, депрессивный. Не советую!
- 3/5
We had a nice stay but there was food left in the fridge from the previous guest
- 5/5
Everything worked as it should: climate control, service, location. All excellent
- 4/5
I've stayed here many times the only reason why I don't stay here any longer is because the price keeps on going higher
- 5/5
Good clean and safe
- 4/5
It’s good
- 5/5
Great location; extremely nice top floor accessible suite for wheelchair users; great value for money; kind, attentive staff.
- 4/5
Loved the coffee in the lobby. Restaurant was ridiculously overpriced. Happy hour wine was $12.00 for a 3 oz. pour. Staff was constantly changing but everyone was charming and helpful. Location was close to Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, Westville, and other sources of food. The other guests were friendly, helpful and enjoyable.
- 3/5
The location is great. But it’s a little run down.
- 5/5
Very nice. Basic but clean and felt safe
- 4/5
The room was quaint and clean and the attendants at the front deal were very attentive and personable. The shower was a little weird. You had to be a body builder to work the handle inside the shower to turn on and regulate the water temp. Also, the safety bar inside the shower is in the way and takes up too much space. Other than the inconvenient shower, it was a good stay
- 5/5
This is a great spot and the hotel was clean and staff was nice, greeting me by name.
- 5/5
The staff was so sweet and accomodating! I really appreciated their help during my stay.
- 5/5
The staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet and bed comfortable. Nothing too exciting in immediate blocks but very close to many fun neighborhoods. Strong coffee in the lobby was great and free waters.
- 5/5
Perfect location to everything!! We also got free water which was amazing I will def come back
- 4/5
Had a great time, great location, felt very safe.
- 5/5
Service was helpful. Noise from the hallway travelled into the room very easily but most everyone on our floor was pretty mindful of that fact. Location can’t be beat for the price.
- 5/5
My stay was amazing. I left my DnD on my door the whole visit, I’m very low maintenance and don’t require too much. I poked my head out when I heard housekeeping and swapped out my towels for clean ones. The woman who assisted me was super sweet! She offered me another bottle of water and a box of tissues. I had great experiences with a younger black man with braids, he had a great personality and positive energy, I would smile as soon as I saw him. He also grabbed a trashbag for me, there were no liners in the trash cans in my room and the don’t think staff should have to directly handle my trash. He didn’t have a bag but told me he would be right back with one, he came back in 10 min with a bag and a smile.
- 5/5
My wife wasn't feeling well the morning we were checking out. Jay at the Front Desk was kind, compassionate and went above and beyond what he was required to do and gave us a little extra time for her to feel better before checking out. I'm glad I had the opportunity to interact with him.
- 5/5
Very convenient location. Staff was great

Great place and super clean.
- 5/5
Very kind staff and great location
- 5/5
The hotel is in a great location downtown, lots of nice red and boutiques. The room was very nice, everything you would expect: comfortable bed, crisp, clean sheets, nice updated, clean bathroom, coffee machine in room. Thin walls, though, as we could hear the couple in the next room… Staff was courteous and helpful.
- 5/5

- 5/5
The room was great. Perfect location for our trip. Close to family and all the things we planned on doing that week. The service was top notch. We came to drop off our bags early as our flight arrived very early and they gave us a free early check-in so we were able to nap before seeing friends. Our flight back was very late and they held our bags for many hours after check out. 10/10 would recommend and will be our go to hotel when we go to New York going forward.
- 2/5
Noisy
- 5/5
Amazing!! Always new water bottles every day. Close to everything. Very clean and comfortable beds. I will stay again. Small rooms but that is not a big deal. We were always out all day. Recomended!!
- 5/5
Could do with more elevator service but it was the perfect location, clean comfortable stay with kind staff
- 5/5
Great location, close to subway that will take you straight to Times Square and other places around the city.
- 4/5
Was a great deal for the area, it was really close to so many dining options and near the subway for easy getting around. The room itself was fine, decently clean, although the bathroom had no fan and the room was pretty dark. Overall a fine choice if you won’t be in the room much besides sleeping!
- 5/5
Excellent hotel
- 5/5
Excellent stay
- 5/5
Will definitely be staying here again! Lovely spot especially during the New Year’s Eve celebration, gave us a safe quiet location with easy transportation near the hotel. Lovely staff as well!
- 5/5
Rooms were small and looked a little aged, but got the job done. Location was fantastic walking distance from food, coffee shops, and station entrances.
- 5/5
I very much enjoyed my hotel experience. It reminded me of the type of hotel one would see in Europe. Tidy, efficient and clean! The desk employees could not have been more friendly, considerate and accommodating. The location is perfect; right in the heart of charming Soho.
- 5/5
This property was very affordable and was in a great spot, close to coffee shops, subway etc.
- 5/5
Jay at the Front Desk had everything ready at our arrival and was very helpful in accomodating our requests. The room was very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend staying at the Soho Four Points by Sheraton!
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and convenient. The front desk personnel were helpful and polite. The shower was great. They said they were only going to make up the room every other day, but they cleaned it almost every day. The room was great for one person. Might have been a little crowded if we had two.
- 3/5
There was a smoke detector beeping in the hallway outside our room. I asked three times during our stay with the front desk for them to check on it and replace the battery because I could hear it throughout the night. When we left four days later, the smoke detector was still beeping.
