    This was a wonderful place to stay, I loved the hotel. It was clean and quiet and everyone working there was very kind and helpful. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5/5 stars was the coffee situation. In order to get a coffee you had to go downstairs and order from the restaurant, and just regular black coffees were $5 a piece. You had to wait in line with the rest of the people going in to each the breakfast buffet which was kind of a drag. I don’t love having to stand around in pajamas at the restaurant just to get coffee in the morning, so the next day we had it sent to the room which was almost $30 for a carafe of coffee. That being said it was a relatively small thing unless you’re absolutely addicted to caffeine like I am. The rest of the stay was absolutely perfect, they were so accommodating and kind and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, and very conveniently located. I will definitely stay here again.

    Elevator was a nightmare, trash by the elevator was unacceptable, overflowing most of the time. Same in the downstairs bathroom. The 2double bed room does have a great set up with lots of light. The staff are great, it just seemed they were short on cleaning staff. Bar was lively at night.

    Great sized room! The attention to detail on the booking request didn’t seem to be even considered. We asked to be on the same floor and the staff weren’t really helpful. Extra costs which we knew were part of the stay, but no wifi included?! Wow that’s just a given these days. I think it was over priced for what it is. Also the shower was difficult to get going. There was thumping and noise coming from above our room at random times of the night- so quite disruptive. I was disappointed with my stay here.

    I changed for a further 3 nights to the Hilton and it was a world of difference. Professional staff, clean rooms, the aircon worked perfectly and it was in a prime and central location. As a single lady traveller, I felt perfectly safe there. The buffet breakfast was excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel to future travellers.

    Advised that accommodation had been booked around the corner in another hotel. No assistance given to locate hotel or carry bags to alternative hotel. Hilton was prepaid, had to pay for nights accommodation at the alternative hotel, no refund given to date. Not a good experience and out of pocket. Disappointing that Hilton can treat its customers like this, I would have expected better from this chain.

    We did not have heat until after midnight on the first night. The breakfasts which was "included" were edible but mediocre. We ate somewhere else. There was an added $35 a day fee required when we checked in for incidentals, like $10 waters and canned drinks and $7 M&Ms. Sheets on the bed were torn. We won't be back!

    Not very clean. Not dusgusting but not what you expect. The carpets didnt appear to be vacuumed. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes and I think someone had shoved toilet paper into the rusted ceiling vent to try to help.

    Unfortunately we were suddenly and loudly woken up by the sounds of a hammer drill and loud banging at 3 am. The hotel staff was drilling and hammering the door to the room next to us from 3am- 3:45 am. The hotel staff never contacted us with an explanation or apology. It was very disappointing considering the cost of the room. The next morning when I asked staff they were very relaxed about the issue and didn’t seem to feel a need to be apologetic. Will not return to this location.

    It’s kinda old. The valet parking was bad. They working with a garage nearby and charges about 10$ more than the garage’s rate and no in and out privilege. The garage asked people to let them know 40 mins ahead of departure, and they are very slow on retrieving vehicles. There are many parking garages nearby many of them have a better price. The hair dryer is broken and stinky. Not the best they can do.

    La cama estaba llena de migas como si no cambiaran las sabanas. Las mesas y luces llena de polvo. Te ofrecen wifi y no, no funciona. Desayuno incluido de 7:30 a 11:00 y ya las 8:00 am se habían terminado. Te cobran un depósito de los cuales 40 no son reembolsables. Y tienes que consumirlo en cosas vanas aunque no quieras.     The room was fine. However, we were misinformed as to the Valet parking as it related to in and out. We were told that Valet parking didn’t have in and out parking, when the website clearly said it did.     The hotel was nice and clean. I did not feel totally safe walking from the subway in the evening, but it’s super convenient. It’s only about three blocks and when I took it in the morning, there were more people around, so I felt a little safer. I did not like the breakfast at all, but the bar in the evening is fine. Really nice attentive bartender. I can’t remember his name overall I would recommend it, especially if traveling with another person. I would feel safe if I was traveling with another person to take the subway at night.

    Staff was pleasant enough and room was adequately clean and comfortable. I downgraded because our room was not adequately stocked. Booked for 3 people, we were only given two towels the first night. One morning we ran out of toilet paper and had to find a maid in the hall for a new roll. No coffee packets given for our checkout day. Called guest services the night before and packets weren’t delivered until 9 the next morning.

    The staff at the hotel offered implacable service. Carlos in reception was courteous and understanding and ready to help solve any problems particularly when Expedia and The Tillary Hotel were disastrous in getting my original reservation. The staff at the Hilton took a last minute reservation from a tired and weary traveler and provided a great accommodation and perfect service.

    This place is an amazing place. You cannot go wrong. The only complaint that I had. I don’t like the bath towels. They’re too rough. Need to have soft towels for the bath after you get out of the shower. That’s the only complaint besides that the place is phenomenal.

    Hotel internet kept going out every few minutes and had to be re-established on my phone and computer. The room smelled of cleaning fluid and the windows cannot be opened. The bar closes promptly at 11 pm and no food is available after 10 pm. The hotel is ordinary and doesn't have the liveliness of the Ace Hotel down the street.

    I reported I got a stomach virus of some sort after eating 2 days in a row at the breakfast buffet and an employee stated” aww maybe you're jus not used to eating out” others mentioned they eat there all the time, which in the moment of stomach spasms and GI upset that made me feel better. The daily food charges were ridiculous whether you ate or not(this hotel charges you for the very air you breathe ) like charging for the convention center, while you stay in a room that clearly needed updating. The bed on one side was sunken in and I had backaches for days following. The manager was very nice; however once a complaint is made of any sort (as you have the right to for overpriced rooms) the front desk became a bit petty and tried not to make eye contact upon your coming or going.     The property was clean and the staff was very accommodating. Convenient to have on-site breakfast and dinner served at the property. The breakfast bar provided excellent options. The location provided easy access to transportation and Uber was usually present less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this property.

    generally just fine. one of the three days I was there my room wasn't serviced by the maids and when called to the attention of the front desk the answer was to run some towels up. on the last night the fire alarm went off around midnight, we were all huddled on the street for a few minutes, and when permitted to return to the building there was no explanation or apology for what appears to have been a false alarm.

    Whenever we visit Brooklyn to see our daughter, we stay at the Hilton. Location is excellent: steps from the subway, easy access to shops & restaurants, short walk to daughter's apt. Staff is warm and eager to please. Rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet, roomy. Excellent bathroom products. Noticed some plans for "refreshing" the hotel and that's what's needed to upgrade my evaluation. It's looking rather dated and worn. Some of the common areas are too dark for my liking, but okay. Didn't care for the hotel breakfast. Found a delightful cafe just around the corner for our daily routing. Have to give a shout-out to the car service the hotel called to get us to the airport this morning. Superb and reasonably priced.

    What you pay on Expedia is not what you’ll pay at the property- they tack on $35 a day food & beverage charges even if you don’t want to participate in their dining options. I don’t know what a “destination” charge is but the only facility they had was a gym. The rooms are bare bones- not even a pen-no chair other than a desk chair. Front desk staff are not super friendly. Won’t be staying here again.

    The hotel itself was beautiful, the room was clean and very nice! But for the amount of money that we paid for that room, it was very cold! The temperature outside was freezing and so was my room. I informed the hotel front desk, the first day and said that someone would come and adjust the heat, and no one did! The next morning, I called downstairs, and George sent someone up immediately and it was warm for a few hours and then it was freezing again! This is my first stay at the Brooklyn Hilton, and this just turned me off, I hate being cold! I think I will not be staying here again!!!
