    Clean overall. Restaurant off lobby is very limited and offers much the same as rooftop bar. Rooftop was great. Highly recommend but make sure to reserve seating. Can always sit at the bar though. Great location. 26th st is loaded with bars snd restaurants as you walk eastward.

    Only location which is ok Horrible hotel! Worst service ever!!! Dirty room, no cups in the room, no water, used coffee pod in the coffee machine. When I called for cups and water front desk (manager Shirley) said I should come down and get it. When I came down I had to bag for the water (although there were none in the room and we weren’t given any upon checking in) also charged us 50$ for being about half an hour late on check out!

    It was a standard experience. Room was on the small side, shower was configured in a way that caused puddles to form in the bathroom. Otherwise it was average, a plus that it is very central in NYC and they have a shuttle to the airport that can *sometimes* be cheaper than an Uber.

    Very convenient location for Sightseeing and eateries. Room is quiet. Bed is comfortable. Despite not having a handheld shower head, the water flow was good for showering and good drainage. Front lobby is small with no bathroom provided. Can arrange car service to the airport.

    We loved the location, that was the best thing about this hotel. I booked a large room by sq feet with Booking.com but was given a small room by sq feet initially. The room also has an inter-connecting door and on day 3 a party of young extremely noisy men arrived and the noise levels were unbearable from the room next to ours. They had loud music and men from another room joined them and they basically had a party. I reported this to the hotel reception that night and they knocked on their door and asked them to be quiet but that didnt work. The next day the hotel were very good and moved us to a new room immediately. The new room had the larger sq feet that i had originally booked. We got to stay in this room for 2 nights out of the 5 booked.

    This hotel is ok with minimum ameneties. It is noisy, the doors to the rooms slam shut. The showers are very small, so, if you're a tall or big person, you will not fit. The staff is friendly but no one goes out of their way for anything.

    Outstanding hotel. Checking in was friendly and professional. Cleaning staff exceptional and what I noticed is all the staff was happy. Quiet, clean room. Car service was wonderful to the airport and comparable to uber in price. Location perfect. Visit the rooftop bar. Tasty appetizers and beautiful view. Plenty of shopping and restaurant choices. Korea Town in walking distance and amazing eating places there.

Traveling as a mother with her 7 yr old and being placed at the farthest point away near the emergency exit was not comforting. What really upset me the most was how dingy the room felt. Black spots all over the innards of the duvet, a faint smell of mildew that never left the bathroom. I'm convinced my son fell ill after staying here for 3 nights. He's sensitive to dust and mold and spent his last night coughing the whole time. I had the window open our entire stay bc I didnt even want to know what would fly out of the heating/Ac system and vents. I would not stay here again.

    I liked the hotel, the location, and one of the bar attendants was excellent. However, the staff at the reception desk were disappointing. The way they spoke to guests and looked at you did not make you feel comfortable or welcome. They rarely smiled, were not very helpful, and did not create a friendly atmosphere.

    Location was amazing and the rooms were super clean and had a great view! Only complaint is absolutely do not use the car service with the hotel. They hustled us so bad and it costed us so much money! We had 13 people and could have easily taken two cars. In one car they allowed 7 people but the other two which were the exact same size they wouldn’t allow more than 5. Staff were blocking people from getting into the car and were extremely misleading. They made it seem like it would still be the same price. Unfortunately when we got to our destination it ended up being 320 dollars extra. When we asked why one car was allowed to have 7 people but the others weren’t allowed more than 5 they said they had no idea. The car comfortably fit 8 and had seat belts for 8 people and we had no luggage with us so we still are extremely confused by the situation. Unfortunately would not ever stay here again just because of this event.

    Very good location, too, the subway and buses. I got uptown and downtown very easily here. The room was amazingly quiet and nicely appointed. Good breakfast with real tableware/cutlery and wait service. I enjoyed my stay. I did not like the overtures (!) from the salesperson for Hilton club/timeshares who seemed to dominate (!) the lobby. I did some research into inexpensive stay he is promoting and all I will say is, ‘it was not for me.’ My suggestion is that they get a podium for him to sit at in a corner with a sign on it. Let guests take the lead. I felt pounced on.

    Nice place, clean room. However, if you are sensitive to street noise- well you might hate NYC- but maybe it’s bc I was on the 4th floor- I heard everything going on outside. Also my room was facing the street, but I know when you book thru 3rd parties they don’t give you the best rooms. Just fyi.

    Hotel location is wonderful - it is a 10 minute walk from the Penn Station and Madison Square Garden, 15 minute walk from the Times Square. The rooftop view is breathtaking! Staff was super helpful - a special shoutout to Shavonne who went above and beyond to help us at the front desk. I cannot think of anything, honestly. To have breakfast as a part of room price would be nice but on the other hand there are so many great food places that can satisfy any craving!

    Informed an employee by the front desk in the afternoon to have someone clean my room and I came back to my hotel room later that night and they never did. I called the front desk and informed them of the situation, and they said there were no housekeeping available at this time. Around 11:30pm. We asked for another room. Only room available was a much smaller room. It was my birthday the next day so it was definitely an inconvenience to have to pack everything up and move to another room. Front desk only offered free breakfast/dinner vouchers as a remediation.

    The entire staff was amazing. So friendly and accommodating to anything we needed. My elderly mother had fallen, did face plant, and ended up going to ER, when we returned to hotel all the staff was so helpful to make sure she was ok and if they could help out.

    I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and unfortunately there was no hot water during my stay. Additionally, the parking fee is $95 per day—I only parked for one day, as I moved my car to outside parking on the second day. However, I was still charged for two days of parking. Room views is bad and rooms are tiny.

    There was no hot water so no one could shower before his job interview. The whole point of booking the room. Dining in hotel very limited. One restaurant open with small area with bar. No one was finishing their food. So we didn’t eat there. Not happy

    We stayed for one night. At check in we were told that the hotel did not have any hot water at the moment due to some work that was being done but we were assured that it would be resolved and turned back on at 5pm, we said that’s fine. At six o’clock we check and still nothing, we called the front desk and told that it would now be 8pm, we were not happy at all but we went about our night. We returned to our room at midnight, and still no hot water so we decided let’s just wait till the morning. This morning we woke up, and still nothing. My husband called the front desk and was told that right now only the upper floors had hot water and that it should be fully restored soon! We told her that we were checking out soon and just wanted to shower, they said we can extend your check out until the hot water turns back on. We said no, we wanted some sort of compensation. We were told that a manager would call us back. In the end all we were offered was 10k pts in Hilton rewards, honestly at this point, I want my stay refunded in full!

    I wouldn’t say this hotel meets the expectations of a hilton hotel, but it suited us perfectly for the budget we were on. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Our shower leaked in our room quite badly, efforts were made to fix it but to no avail. We were offered a free breakfast in return. Ultimately, would recommend based off of price and location.

    The only complaint I have is that the shower shampoo was completely empty, which was a bummer. If you’re paying $500 for 2 nights you expect all the amenities to be there. But regardless, it was still a pleasant stay right in the heart of the city. Will definitely be going again.

    - Great location (access to multiple subway lines and many attractions within walking distance) - Clean rooms and very attentive housekeeping staff - Ice machine and water station on one of the lower floors (slightly inconvenient that they were not on each floor, but still easily accessible) - Most of the staff were kind and helpful The negative: Some of the staff were not as welcoming. There were multiple instances where I felt like I was bothering them: - My flight landed early and I was told I would be called when a room was ready and that never happened. I was fine waiting till check in time, but the lack of communication was frustrating - When I arrived to get my keys and pick up my bags, the desk agent was very rude. I advised that I had checked in earlier and was picking up my keys - she barely greeted me and just asked for my identification. I let her know I was also picking up bags and had been there earlier and she just repeated “ID please” in a very condescending way that made me want to end the interaction there. She was just as unpleasant in all of our interactions for the rest of my stay. - I dropped my key when I went on a quick walk around the block for food and realized I had left my ID in my room. I had anxiety going to get a replacement because the only person at the desk was the same desk person who had already been rude to me previously. She was not any nicer when I went to go ask and again, I felt like I was burdening her. -

    This is not just a “it’s NYC so it’s noisy.” We have stayed at numerous places in NYC, and they were all very quiet. Maybe Hilton just makes their hotels out of cardboard so all of the noises come through, but we will never stay at Hilton again (this was our first time and last time). Management has done nothing significant to make it better. (Duvet & Water Pressure A+—that’s it)

    Excellent location and staff. The hotel is as described. It's efficient and easy and a good value for the location. If you come and realize it's not luxury, but rather great value for the price, you will be satisfied. I requested a room away from the street to avoid the noise, and it was very quiet. The only issue I noticed is that the room doors are heavy and slam quite loudly in the hallway. Otherwise, not a single issue.

    Clean room, great housekeeping service. Bell service was great, also had the option of airport transfer for a fee which was easy to book and efficient.     I am giving 4 stars because of the bathroom. The bathroom was a little dated. The hot water temperature varied— it seemed that the temperature fluctuated based on whether other guests were showering as well. One minute it felt warm enough, then the temperature is lowered and then it rises again.

    Property was nicely decorated and a beautiful spot to stay. Rooms are clean,spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was offered daily with a good variety and lots of choices.     The price was decent but the rooms are just ok. No makeup miror no bath robe and my rooms had no good view. The elevator takes pretty long at times and I hate the shower! I guess it was ok for 2 days but wouldn’t stay there again or any longer than the 2 days.

    There was no continental breakfast included as advertised in Expedia. The room was clean, but the Keurig was dusty, and I had to clean it myself. The hotel only provided 2 bottles of water at the beginning of the stay; there were no additional water sources. Phone reception was poor, and the internet was slow; maybe the building walls are too thick, or it's a way to persuade guests to use the hotel's wifi services.

    I have stayed here 2 times, and both were very good visits. It is easy to get to subway, and its also walkable to times square, Penn station and Madison Square. There is a lovely rooftop area with food and drinks. I highly recommend this one.

    My stay here was perfect. Easy commute to everything I had in my itinerary. Room was clean and did not have any noise issues. Rooftop Sanbar was a great quick stop to get drinks before dinner and great sunset views. Having the option of the hotel holding our luggage while we wait to depart was a plus.

    I must say that I was a bit disappointed with my stay here. The reason we decided to stay here was because of the rooftop bar. I have to be completely honest in my review, the area is really really nice but the vibe was not. I feel that the music selection should be catered to a variety of hotels guests not just one set group. The food selection need to be thought through a little more, need better food selection. Now the Chelsea entertainment show with the dual pianist was amazing

    However, upon arrival, we were informed that the nearby garage parking for 70 USD per night was no longer available and that only valet parking was offered. Since we needed regular access to our car, we had no choice but to use valet service, which ultimately cost 105 USD per night. I checked the Expedia listing again when checking in upon arrival and confirmed that it still showed the nearby garage option at the time of booking. The receptionist said he would call the manager, who took about 10 minutes to arrive and appeared to be changing the listing on the computer. By the time the manager spoke with us, the garage parking option had already been removed from the description on Expedia. This experience felt misleading and dishonest. As a result, we had to pay over 300 USD for parking, which was far more than we had anticipated. Additionally, the overall attitude of the staff was unhelpful and unwelcoming, which made the situation even more disappointing. The breakfast is also limited and this was definately not a Hilton experience as one might imagine.

    The Hotel was great on the inside! I loved the room and it was pretty clean. However after we checked in and I was about to take a shower I realized we had no towels! No wash cloths, nothing! I called down to front desk and was out through to a manager who said their delivery wouldn’t be in for a couple hours! This was 6 in the evening! I proceeded to go try to take a shower with bare hands and in the middle of doing so they dropped off 2 towels! Thank God! I had never experienced this with Hilton before, I was pretty surprised!

    First off, I will say that the staff at the hotel were very friendly. The issue is pertaining to things not being as advertised. I booked a King Bed High Floor room that was supposed to be 300sqft. When I checked in I was given a room on the 8th floor that was not even close to 300sqft. The staff did move me to a room on a higher floor for an upcharge of $25/night and once again, the room was not what I had paid for. It was maybe 220sqft. The staff at the hotel informed me that no room at the hotel is 300sqft. The main reason I booked this hotel was for the larger room size that was advertised. I do not feel like I got what I paid for since the advertising was completely false.

    The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I slept great! My only complaints are that the doors close and slam very loudly and they only provided decaffeinated coffee in the room. Overall though, all the staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable.

    Views from the rooftop bar are good but we could not utilise to full potential as we were with our teenagers who could not enter after 6pm. Breakfast choice with the voucher is limited and any extras outside of those choices is then charged. Location is perfect for walking to main sites: ESB, TS & Broadway. Great city. Great hotel. Hope to return again soon.

    Everything was great except there were two times I went to shower and there was zero hot water which was not a good experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating though. It was clean and very comfortable bed. Had everything needed except hot water in the shower.

    If you stay there and have to take an ice cold shower, I recommend NOT standing directly under the water--it is just too cold. Instead, try to use two face cloths to sort of take a sponge bath, one for soap and one for rinse. But--this doesn't work for shampooing, you have to stick your head under the stream to rinse. Or you can stay some place else.

    Small, tidy rooms that are modern and yet cozy. Anyone that loves a nice firm mattress will be happy! Rooftop bar and close to anything you could want to do right in midtown! Would stay again.

    The Sand Bar is a content Creator's dream!! The decor and aesthetic was top notch. Having dinner on the rooftop with the brightly lit skyline behind you was just so NY!! My room was cleaned and fully stocked with coffee and towels daily. I did not need to call for anything!

    We took our teenagers to New York City to see Hamilton. This hotel was in an excellent location for us to get to time square, the theater and the subway to south manhattan. We felt safe at all times and were impressed by the size and cleanliness of the rooms. We definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

    Front staff ladies were always friendly and helpful. I would recommend providing courtesy bottle water in the fridge for guests. Overall you have a quick NYC stay this place gets the job done, accessible to subway, comfy bed and hot shower.

    Well situated in Chelsea, however the rooms leave a lot to be desire. The A/C did not work properly they even brought us a fan while they fixed it. To make a long story short, at the end they left it on all the time so the room was cold all the time. To top it off, the A/C vents are place in such away that when u laying down it hits u on the face all the time. We had to place a pillow on a chair to redirect the vent!. By the way the vents can not be adjusted.

    Stayed here for a business trip. The location is walkable from Penn Station and the Javits, which was ideal. Comfortable rooms and offer rooms with 2 double beds. Overall a very comfortable stay.

    The property ran out of towels!!!! How can that happen? We had to wait for 2 hours for one towel when there was two of us. We missed our dinner reservations because of this and had to pay the no show fee. So disappointing! We are Hilton members but thinking of switching
