it was truly filthy. carpet always wet. smoke detector light flashing constantly all night. no tissues provided. extremely loud outside noise. I'm not a complainer and ive never left a bad review before but this was so horrible. I can't believe how much I paid for this terrible experience and I wish I could get a refund.

Comfy beds, tiny but nice rooms. I prefer to stay in Chelsea so it was a good location. The windows don't keep the loud noises out so my family didn't sleep well.

Great customer service, secure door locks, working private bathroom with plenty of hot water, daily cleaning and replacement of sheets/towels/toiletries/coffee. This is not a high-end hotel, it is a little dive-y, but that makes it more fun if you're travelling solo or with friends on a budget. It's a good deal with a private bath and excellent customer service. I had a great view and loved how I could prop the window open a little to let fresh air in the room.

The location and atmosphere is awesome. There could be better maintenance of scuffs and scratches here and there.

Room was decent. If you are looking for a room to just sleep, this hotel would work. Room was kept clean. The pictures here are misleading. The hotel looks old and lobby is messy including very decayed furniture.

Nice beds. Check in and check out was quick and smooth. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The furnitures are getting a bit tired and the room could have been a bit bigger for 4 adults.

Location Size of room. Difficulty in pluggin-in international plugs. Multiple pin Plug should be provided. Also the lights provided were less.

Grate location for a great price. The room smelled a bit, but overall it was bigger than I expected. Bathroom is a bit old style and not as modern as the rest but overall it was ok. Beds were really comfortable.

Stay was okay. Location was excellent, subway was really close, and room was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel, for the price it was worth it. Room was little dusty, in bathroom there was very little, but still some mold and in AC there was forgotten underwear by some other people, who were in room before us.

The staff was friendly and accommodated my request to be on a higher floor to avoid the noise from the bar in the building. The room was small but a good size compared to other rooms I looked at. The shower was hot. The furniture looked dirty and worn down. The wall paper was peeling off the wall and the wall had stains and gunk on them. The corners in the bathroom were dirty and had scum buildup and it looked like there was mold on the ceiling.

Great location for its price, clean room, view was spectacular! All the amenities were very good and convenient to use! There was a small whole behind the bathroom door, but it does not affect your stay!

The hotel itself was old, in an early 2000s way, the restrooms were dirty and had visible mold, the toilet didnt have a seat witch was super weird, the hotel has carpet witch makes the feel of the room even more dirty, the elevators smelled like Marijuana, the beds had sharp broken pieces sticking out and we all cut up our shins, it was a super disappointing stay. Would never stay here again. My daughter also cut her finger with a sharp object that was sticking out of the outlet

It was reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean. The room was a little tired and worn. There wasn't a restaurant but there were many in the area.

There was breakfast? I couldn't even figure out how to use the coffee maker ... no pods. But no complaints about the room. The staff were always helpful. It's very expensive ... nearly US$400 / night for a room that was barely big enough for the bed. Everything worked, the location worked just fine for me, the staff were always helpful.

Perfect location, only 5/10 min walk to Flat Iron building. The room was a good size with a great view of the city from the 19th floor. The window didn’t close well and I was concerned that that it didn’t appear to have safety catch especially as we were so high.

The hotel is on 25th and there are subway stations on each corner of 28th and 23rd so this is a prime location. One of the stops also includes the 1 train, but can get you from the top to the bottom of Manhattan and so ideal. The rooms are ideal in size for the city, ours fit 4 adults with plenty of room. The bathrooms are spacious, beds are really comfy. The gym is well enough equipt. Ask for an Empire State view room, honestly incredible. On site coffee machine (even paid) would be great for in the morning, and perhaps a 'grab and go' brekkie

Location is great, very walkable. tons of coffee shops around. staff is super friendly and nice. Beds were very comfortable, we elect not to have our room done, which wasn't necessary anyway. The place feels extra secure and the guard at the door at night is making sure of that. There's also a bar at the first floor and guests get in for free. Parking is a bit of a pain and there was construction in the building across the street during our stay, but this was not a big deal.

Location is great, beds were clean and comfortable. Amazing view. Anything worn out, damaged, stained, or torn is. The exception is the bed, which is comfy and great. Insanely loud construction outside. There's a club that shares the lobby so some nights are nuts. The vending machine has almost nothing, so you go to the corner store.

It was dirty. The bathroom, towels and floor wasn’t clean at all!

Room seemed a little run down. My fault for not checking but was surprised to not have a fridge.

TBH for the price, you can do better. Facilities were old and the worst part is that the hotel is right above a lively restaurant / club. We normally really don't care about noise and sleep through anything, but the music pounds until after 3 AM.
