Friendly staff, great location, and trendy but quiet at the same time. Great water pressure too if you’re into that.

There was no hot water in my room on a morning when I did not have time to wait for an engineer to investigate. Instead I showered cold. The best the staff could do, so they said, was refund the facilities fee that I didn’t know I was going to be charged in the first place. I’ll be staying elsewhere on future trips.

The location was great. The bed was comfy and the staff were mostly friendly. The waterfall shower was wonderful. First, the entrance doors are very heavy glass doors and their was never anyone to help open the door when you are entering with luggage. The rooms are very dark. In order to have the light hanging over the bed on, the entrance bright light had to be on as well. The little spotlight reading lights will blind you if it is pointing at you when you turn it on. The bathroom door is ridiculous!! It is a very heavy glass door with a tiny round nob. Because the room is small and dark we wanted to keep the bathroom door open to be a little less claustrophobic. In order to keep the bathroom door open we figured out you had to open it and lift up on that tiny handle. Also, there was no fan in the bathroom. There is no place to get your own ice so we had to ask. The first time it came in about 20 min. The second time it didn't come at all. This is not the hotels fault but they did not intervene, at 2 in the morning we were awakened by shouting and door slamming next door for a good hour! Lastly, for the high resort fee charged the internet should have been excellent, it was the worst I have experienced in NYC!

Restaurant was good, roof top patio is nice. The staff was great and the hotel was clean. The WiFi never worked and that made me have to use my data and sometimes not have internet at all to do some things I had to do. One staff member was helpful and one was like “yeah other people told us too” but not very helpful.

Location, atmosphere Lightning in the room and bathroom was poor, it was dark and one bedside light was broken. There were no common areas at all, there's a restaurant and a rooftop bar in the building but they are separate from the hotel.

Not so great was the: hotel lobby, it is very small with only 1 couch for seats. If you had to wait taxis etc you often had to stand outside in the porch way. The rooms have comfy beds and everything you need. We found them a bit dark and the lighting in the evening is not great for getting ready. We also found the bedroom floors were a bit dusty and could do with a good polish. All in all it is a good 4 night break hotel.

The property is very central and has view in the Empire State Building. The bed is not comfortable especially for a 4 star hotel.

These hotels want to charge a very costly night stay and then don't want to accept when something goes wrong.

Location was excellent and staff were very good even thought we arrived at 1am. They were happy to hold onto our bags whilst we went out before we left for the airport and arranged an airport transfer for us. The room could have been a little bigger but it was a lovely room.

I'll start with the good. Hotel Hendricks is in a great location in midtown, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean. What I had at the restaurant downstairs was good, I never made it to the rooftop bar. Now for the negatives, the rooms are tiny. I know it's New York, but there were only narrow strips the size of a carry-on on my side of the bed, my husband's side had slightly more room since there was also a desk on that side. I don't recall booking a full-size bed, but there's no way it could have been bigger than that, my husband and I barely fit and I'm quite petite. The elevators are slow and don't finish their descent/ascent, they'll just randomly go up or down. The real horror show are the bathrooms. The doors don't really close and have no locking mechanism. You can hear everything that goes on, so if you're looking for privacy, look elsewhere. I'd only stay here again if the price were significantly less than other rooms in the area.

Great location. Quiet, both the hotel and the area itself. Staff was very welcoming and nice when we checked in, even held out bags till our room was ready because we got there early. The room was plenty big enough and had a good layout. The bathroom was big compared to other hotels I've stayed at, and it was definitely one of the better ones! I would consider staying here again in the future. Nothing, so complaints at all.

Location was great! Rooftop bar was stunning, and the restaurant was also very handy - and food was very good! The only complaint I have is the lack of lighting in the room. I know it may be the vibe they are going for but it was a little disorienting while getting ready / packing etc. We were there for a wedding so the lack of lighting and the bronzed effect mirror made it quite difficult to know whether I was looking acceptable or not! But other than that was all great.

great rooftop and location Small room for big luggage, bathroomdoor could not be held open without finding own solutions like putting the carpet to stop the door from closing. The rooftop was only open 2 nights of 7 when we were here because of private events, which was very disappointing. If there is a resort fee I expect to be using the facilities which includes the rooftop.

Room and bathroom were incredibly dark -- could barely see. Bed pillows were the size of throw pillows. Housekeeping took my bath towels during cleaning but never replaced them so I was without towels. 2 elevators are not enough for the number of guests at this hotel! My floor was also very loud and disruptive, even very late into the night.

The location was excellent, walking distance from Grand central station, empire state building, summit one etc. The roof top bar was very nice with great views of the empire state building. The beds were comfortable. The rooms seemed really dark. The staff were hit & miss. When speaking with some staff members on the front desk, I got the feeling they weren't really interested in what you were asking and weren't helpful. However some other staff members on the front desk were extremely helpful.

The hotel is cool, contemporary. The location is Amazing. The restaurant and rooftop bar were great, especially if meeting with friends or informal meetings. My room was TINY. I stayed alone on a business trip. Can't imagine staying there with my husband, there is no room to move. Needed to walk sideways to go around the bed. Also, only two elevators for a 25 story hotel. They are fast and big but still a bit annoying to wait & stop 4 times on the way up or down.

Great location. Rooms is very nice, and yes it is small, but it is NYC, not an issue. Very modern. Worth staying at. Bars at the nearby 2 hotles on the same block are much nicer. No water in the room, when they said there should be a couple bottles and would send some up, it never came. Was surprised the didn't have loaner umbrellas.

The decor was lovely. Room was smaller than expected. The room was very dark and also had low lighting which made getting ready a little challenging. The bed was also very very creaky. The rooftop was very nice with amazing views! The location was so perfect at Time Square is in walking distance and there are several subways near by along with a plethora of restaurants and smaller businesses.

Its location, it is perfect for a short trip. lack of information, the staff should inform guests that the property has a terrace with a view of the Empire State Building. Additionally, the rooms on the lower floors have limited light, which may not be ideal, especially during rainy days in New York.

For a place in midtown with a view, this is what you'll want! For parking there's a garage one block away that they did validate for, which was great. You're only a handful of blocks from Times Square, one block from the NYPL main branch, and multiple subway stops are all around. The staff was amazing, the beds comfortable, and the water pressure divine. The bathroom situation is...interesting. For the room we stayed in (and I can only assume it's the same for the other rooms) the bathroom has two enclosing "walls" that are just smoked glass. The door isn't airtight, so make sure that whoever you're traveling with is okay hearing bathroom noises. The AC was also temperamental, with the controls being locked past the temperature range of 64-72, and the fan doesn't run all night for continued comfort. If you're going in the depths of summer, it may become a bit of a swamp in there.

The location is perfect. It is a short walk to Library Way, Grand Central and Times Square. It is just around the corner from Bryant Square. The hotel has stunning views from the rooftop bar. There are also some other nice rooftop bars in close proximity. A new Irish bar (Kennedy's) has just opened across the street from the hotel. The staff were very pleasant to deal with. They also looked after our luggage on our final day as we explored for the afternoon.

Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel. The property itself looks really nice and well-maintained, with a modern and stylish design that makes a great first impression. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the location was convenient for getting around. The room, however, was quite small and not very bright, which made it feel a bit less comfortable than expected. I had also requested a view of the Empire State Building, and while it was technically there, I had to bend over to actually see it from the room. A higher floor would have definitely improved the experience.

We so enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was very nice with a beautiful view of The Empire State Building. My only suggestion for future renovations is to change the type of door used for the bathroom. We were fine but it's a glass door that has a small space around it. So it wasn't exactly as private as you'd like for the restroom.

It was a weird thing when I called room service and they don’t offer water bottles for purchase to hotel guests. So make sure to go buy water outside the property… The hallways would smell like weed, but at least it didn’t make the room smell. Their standard rooms are nice, just a bit tiny if you’re with someone else. The bed is very comfortable though, pillows are comfortable, and staff was very friendly.

The room was very quiet and the bed comfortable. Easy walk or bus routes to anywhere and a few blocks from Time Square. The hotel is not on a main street so it was very mellow place. Go early for the roof top bar with a beautiful view.

The resort fee is ridiculous. The “gym” is tiny and smelled like mildew. No bathroom toiletries like lotion, cotton tips or shower cap. No robes or slippers. And no tea or water kettle. Overpriced for what you get.

The hotel was relatively modern. It’s not the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and this staff isn’t overly friendly, but they’re helpful.

The negative is that the room is extremely small, but it’s Manhattan so thats where the reasonable pricing comes in. The bathroom amenities are limited but sufficient. Also, the lighting is extremely dim and unrealistic to get ready. If you park in the lot up the street, (11East 38th st) be sure to get your parking ticket stamped by the hotel front desk before you pick it up for a discount.

Cute room. No air blowing on my face all night - which often is a problem in small NYC hotel rooms. Everything worked as expected and I had an easy stay!

Expedia messed up the booking and did not do anything to correct it.

The rooms are small but well equipped and maintained. The area cannot be beat as far as sightseeing, dinning, and night life. The property has a rooftop lounge that is stunning but not managed by the hotel. The property also host a ground floor bar and restaurant not managed by the restaurant; the staff at these two hosted businesses are a bit abrupt and not kind.

We booked a king room, however the bed provided was clearly not a king-size bed. In addition, we were unable to access the hotel’s rooftop at any time during our stay. It was either closed or we were told there was an event taking place. Despite selecting the rooftop floor in the elevator, access was not possible. We were informed that the hotel would cover the parking fee, as parking availability was clearly stated when we made the reservation. This commitment was not honored. Furthermore, the sink in the room was clogged, the room itself was extremely small, and most importantly, there were no slippers provided in the room, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Due to these issues, our overall experience did not meet the expectations set at the time of booking. We kindly request appropriate compensation or a partial refund for the inconvenience caused.

One of my worst stays in a hotel. First when I got there the staff at the front desk was really cold. He charged me $100 and didn’t mention what the charge was for and just put the machine in front of me. The room was very small for a “Deluxe King.” I had to call the front desk for small things like bathroom slippers and toothpaste, these are things that are usually already in the room before you get there. I asked for plates and they said they don’t have any plates, what hotel doesn’t have any plates? The only good thing about the hotel is that it’s right next to 5th Ave and a 10 mins walk to Times Square

Stylish, clean and friendly staff! We enjoyed our family stay just after Christmas. The roof top bar and restaurant was Fab with the incredible view of the Empire State Building. Our room was lovely (we were hoping for two double beds but they sold out) so my family had to get two king rooms. The shower was dazzling and the beds were super comfortable. The only bummer was either night we stayed there, I couldn't find hot water for a cup of tea to save my life! (I love it when hotels have hot pots guests can use in the room.) Other than that, it was a fantastic stay at the Hendricks. I would def stay there again.

Lighting is very poor. Desk lamp did not work. Doubt it would have made a difference. Told at arrival (430PM) room was not ready despite check in being 300 PM. I was told it was due to a very full hotel previous day. Not my problem. Fortunately the other employee at the desk put us in a clean, ready room. Would not recommend

However, the rooms are extremely small, with very little space for luggage. If you’re traveling with more than one suitcase, it quickly becomes cramped. The lighting in the room was also very dark, making it feel even smaller. Unfortunately, the fridge in our room was broken, and some areas of the room felt a bit rundown despite the overall nice appearance. Customer service was excellent — the front desk staff and restaurant staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. That was the highlight of our stay. That said, I wouldn’t stay here longer than two days. For an extended stay, I would look elsewhere for something more comfortable and family-oriented. This hotel feels more geared toward a younger crowd (20s–30s) rather than families. Additionally, some neighboring guests were loud and chaotic late at night, which made it less relaxing. Overall, decent for a short stay, but not ideal for longer visits or families.

On the whole, this was a good experience. Staff are very courteous and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. From our room on the 22nd floor, we had a perfect view of the Empire State Building. The hotel is very conveniently located for dining, shopping and sightseeing. However, both rooms were booked as handicap, wheelchair accessible rooms and while the shower was indeed a roll in, the automatic door opener for both the room doors and bathroom doors were not functioning at either room. So, we couldn't even trade with our kids who did not need that accessibility.

We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient and was in walking distance to many popular attractions. The staff was always polite and helpful. They had a restaurant, bar and rooftop bar, all very nice. The room was cleaned every day and for the most part quiet. The only thing we could hear while inside of the room was the shower water running from other rooms and the elevator. The only downfall for us was that the room was very small but that is understandable for NYC. Beds were okay, bring your own pillow! The bathroom was a good size and had strong, hot water pressure. Upon checkout they had a discount for a private airpot taxi. We felt safe and would return.

It had the most comfortable beds; excellent pillows. It was beautifully decorated inside for Christmas in the lobby. It had a lovely bar that had a beautiful skyline view. We enjoyed the location so so much. The staff was so friendly. We loved the water pressure/ great shower. Just a perfect spot for our Christmas time in NYC.

Hotel provided everything I needed and nothing I didn’t. Had a Keurig coffee maker, a closet big enough for a few days’ worth of clothes, spacious shower, comfortable bed… just no extras like a bathrobe/slippers, “do not disturb” door hanger, or even a print out about the hotel/guest services. And nowhere to sit in the lobby unless you’re hitting the bar. So truly bare minimum but it’s nice and clean. Would recommend for anyone who doesn’t need the amenities.

The restroom door is glass and super heavy, it won't even stay open. The bed was the worse, each side was worn out that when you sit you sink in. The nice thing about the hotel is that it is walking distance to all the main areas you'd like to visit.

The room was TINY and dark. I could barely move around the room bc the bed took up the whole room. I had to use my phone light to see my clothes, etc. My comforter smelled like fried food. I paid A LOT of money to stay here and I was very disappointed.

Beautiful location with many restaurants and attractions nearby. Check-in process was seamless and room was spotless, shower had great water pressure and the bed was comfortable. Another stand out was the free bag check at checkout so we could see the city before heading back home. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Loved the hotel but the rooms were really small, very dark, TV and internet service was very poor. Other than that we had a great stay and everything was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

However, the room felt too dark and could really benefit from better lighting. There were also no full-length mirrors, only a small bathroom mirror, which made it difficult to get ready and check full outfits. Overall, a good stay, but improving the room’s illumination and adding proper mirrors would make the experience much better.

On a plus, bed was comfy and good location. We wouldn’t stay again as think similar priced, smarter looking, hotels nearby!

Hotel staff was great and the room was clean! but the room was so small. There was nowhere to store a suitcase so we were always walking around it. You could barely open a suitcase. It was a nice hotel and there were a lot of things I liked about it but I will be looking for a bigger room next time I travel to New York.

The property was great. Probably the best shower that I have ever had.

Room was clean and serviced every day (beds made and towels refreshed) albeit at a strange time of 5pm on one day. We were on the 19th floor (room 1905) with an amazing view of the Empire State Building. Power Shower was brilliant! No room service which was a little disappointing but you can get drinks from bar. I found that the drinks provided in room were a little scarce. One tea pod provided but then again we didn’t ask, I’m sure we could have got them if we asked. All in all great location and worth paying extra for the view! Hotel tax was expensive but I was happy to pay this as I felt we got the room with a view at a good price.

The hotel was clean overall. Staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. Would have liked a better entry as the doors were heavy and hard to open with a stroller. They also kept forgetting to give us enough wash clothes we had a double bed room which would imply we’d have more than one person staying in the room. We only got one wash cloth and each time I had to call for extra. But other than that the hotel stay was very good.

This was a perfect stay for me: in town for business and needed a place to stay close to my event. Hotel Hendricks was the perfect location, clean, and surprisingly quiet (on the 4th floor!). It's a typical NYC hotel: cozy room with just enough space for the bed and desk - but that's what I look for in a one-night stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will look for opportunities to return to Hotel Hendricks!

Check in was rapid and convenient. Staff was very friendly. Easy walk to trains, Times Square, Empire State, 5th Ave, and many other tourist attractions in Midtown. We drove in a parked several blocks away but it was pretty expensive to park.

Great location at a great price

The hotel room was small but the bathroom was a good size. The shower has great water pressure. Most importantly clean. It was decorated well and minimally great for the size of the room it had all the basics. The rooftop has amazing views with good drinks. The lobby also has a cafe with breakfast. We only had the coffee downstairs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great exactly in the middle of 34th and 42nd.

It’s a nice hotel, clean and well located away from chaos the staff some very nice and some at reception a bit rude. The rooms are very small, when it says deluxe, it is not deluxe at all. Just small rooms. Overall a good place.

Staff was very responsive to fix air conditioning issue and broken hair dryer. Can walk everywhere in 15 minutes, Times Square, Broadway shows, Empire State Building, Grand Central Station, Subway…

Room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were super soft.

The lobby is on the smaller side and there are only two elevators, but those are minor trade-offs for what we got in return. The rooms may be compact, but they’re clean, stylish, and comfortable. The soundproofing was fantastic. We could not hear a single thing from the busy street below. And the shower? Incredible. The water pressure was so good that I am still wishing my own shower at home could compare. The location is perfect. Just steps from Bryant Park, the subway, and Broadway, it made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. Overall, Hotel Hendricks gave us exactly what we wanted from a NYC stay: comfort, convenience, and a touch of style. Highly recommend.

Friendly welcoming staff at the front desk. My room was clean and quite roomy for New York City. I loved the location close to many places to eat but not in the hectic heart of Times Square. Has it's own restaurant and a rooftop. Easy access to the subway. I am in New York for work regularly. This maybe my regular place to stay.

Eugene was very nice and polite when checked me in. We had a brief chat and it was very pleasant. The rooftop is closed but very cozy and feels like speakeasy with an amazing view.

Hotel Hendricks is a great property at an excellent location. The front desk staff were very pleasant and very prompt with fixing any issues with the room. My only complaint is that the bathroom isn’t soundproofed. You can hear everything that is going on in there! Luckily I was there with my sister so I didn’t care but be forewarned. The room and lobby were also very dark but it added to the ambiance. The rooftop bar was great with a wonderful view of the city and Empire State Building. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Spent the weekend at Hotel Hendricks and was very pleased with my stay. The room was very cute and had a great view to the Empire State Building. Great location and walkable to many NYC tourist spots. I did see a little bit of dust on certain furniture pieces, but besides that the room was wonderful! Definitely recommend it.

This is a great hotel. The staff is friendly. They also have a very cool roof top bar! We were in town for the US Open and the walk to the 7-train was less than 5 minutes from the hotel.

Great walkable location with cafe serving delicious matcha and golden milk! The bread pudding was also excellent.

Cons: when we got the the hotel there was an unexpected extra cost per day. Also the parking garage they advertised is actually 2 blocks away and a garage they partner with. The workers at the garage were rude and quote you different prices when you bring your car vs when you pick it up. Almost $100 difference. Also you have no access to your car while it's in the ramp.

Incredible views from our room, a luxury lounge on the 29th floor overlooking the city, and a super friendly staff.

On the flip side, we found the male desk attendants to be super friendly all 3 days, and the water pressure was great. But there are a dozen hotels right around there at the same price point, so I'll try a different one next time.

Room was with enough space , but no so big, they have full size bath toiletries, shower was so nice. The bed to my opinion was so soft. Personel was nice, check in and check out was fast.

Location: Great! It is 5 minute walk to the subway station and walkable to Times Square in 10 minutes. Location felt safe to walk to and from even at night. Staff: Amazing- always helpful. Swift check in and always helpful if you needed something. The Room: Our room was lovely and so quiet. It had great air con and the shower was incredible! The bed was also super comfortable. The room amenities were good- shower gel, shampoo and conditioner all in the shower. Body lotion and soap were plentiful. Cleaning was done every day to a high standard. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we were to revisit New York.

The Hendricks was a nice centrally located hotel and that’s what we wanted. The only downside is that the hotel rooms are so small for such a big price.

The room was tight for a family. Please pay attention to parking fees - the wording was not clear. This was not made clear to us. Staff also did not inform us that we would not have access to our room for 5 hours during the parade. We would have planned our day differently. Overall the location was midtown and access.

The manager was really kind to me and let me check in early to a bigger room! Nice base to explore NYC!

Had an amazing stay.

We had a single king bed room which was smaller than we're used to, but larger than most other NYC rooms in this price range. Shower water pressure was spectacular. Soundproof room was silent at night. AC worked well. Staff was attentive to the small requests we had (extra towels, in-room coffee replenishment) and pre check-in baggage check was complimentary. Espresso martinis from the lobby bar were delicious. We did not eat at the restaurant. No frills, high-quality, clean. Strongly recommend.

I enjoyed my recent stay. The front desk representative, Chanel (forgive mispelling) was phenomenal at check-in. Her friendly smile and welcoming demeanor set the tone for my stay, thanks Chanel!! The night time front desk representative (gentleman, I do not recall his name apologies) however, his sense of urgency and resolution focused interactions with me were top tier! Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Hendricks and will return for future NY travel plans.

We liked the hotel and would stay again. Our only complaint was the bathroom door, it was awkward, heavy glass and didn't stay open but also didn't fully close if privacy was needed.

It was small but Beautiful! Very unique

Unfortunately that’s where the positive comments end. Room 2305 is the size of a shoebox, it’s so small we had to shimmy sideways along the end of the bed to get to the other side of the room. I had paid more for a king room with an empire view so I can only assume that a standard king room is the size of a broom closet! Cleaning was more miss than hit as the housekeeping staff spoke no English & did not seem to have anyone to interpret for them. Housekeeping’s phone went to MessageBank which was always full so no message could be recorded. We ate at the Isla restaurant on our first night and never went back, the food was dreadful and my chicken was like a dried up piece of boot leather. A very disappointing stay and we would not recommend Hotel Hendricks, you can do better for your money.

The 1 elevator always seemed to be out of service at night. I would stay here again if the price made sense compared to other hotels in the area. It was clean and safe and the beds are comfortable.

Huge leak in lobby

The hotel was in a very convenient location but the AC in the room was terrible. We had to get up 5 to 6 tomes every night to tuen the SC back on. An engineer came and said that the AC was on an occupancy sensor, but even with us in the room it went off, even during the day, even though the temperature had not yet been achieved. They came out a few times but resolved nothing. They didnt really seem to care and the engineer knew why but couldnt say. I have installed these sensors before and i know that they had actually set the room temperature within the thermostat to override the requested room temperature . Would never consider going back there again. Also the room facilities fee, which is detailed at Front desk, listed that bottled water would be delivered to the room daily. Never happed unless we asked for it and sometimes they didnt even come. Not great service at all.

Wonderful hotel - this is our second stay this year and we loved it. The rooftop bar is so fun, and the views are amazing. Very quiet considering we were facing a major thoroughfare and on a lower floor this time. Housekeeping made our bed every day and kept the room looking great!

Location was perfect, the staff was amazing. One thing I didn’t like was not being able to confirm that I could have a late checkout; but ended up not being a big deal because we did get a late checkout. Restaurant in the hotel was incredible and the staff was amazing! One thing I really loved about the staff and hotel is they offered to hold our luggage after we checked out to enjoy some more time in New York! Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel Hendricks is a truly a hidden gem in Manhattan! I am a native NYer and have never stayed in a hotel in Manhattan before. So when we planned a weekend getaway to see a concert and be tourists with our teenage sons,

Location was great for access to many areas. Rooftop view was fantastic. Gym small but ok if you just need a treadmill and weights. Staff great. Room was dark and quiet. Actually, the lighting was rather low, which could be good or bad depending on your needs. Bed was soft then we like, but we slept well. Shower was super hot and high pressure.

Dislike: Clogged Sink, Inconsistent TV Functionality.

Desk staff great. Bar and Restaurant owned by different group but staff, service and drinks great. Elevators key controlled for security. Unhappy with room cleaning staff. Not dusted or vacuumed daily. Waste baskets not emptied for two days, finally on third. I do recommend the hotel.

The location of the hotel was amazing as well as the rooms which were adequately priced for the location. Hotel staff was amazing as well very helpful and answered all questions thoroughly. I will definitely stay again and have already recommended it to my friends and family.

At one point our AC stopped working and the staff was so quick and willing to fix the issue for us. The icing on the cake was how cute the room decor was as well as the free bag security. We hope to stay here every time.

The customer service was very poor. The rooms were nice. The lobby was small but nice. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room. And I had to argue to get them to clean it and leave us fresh towels.

Great stay

Modern hotel in Midtown in an excellent location for exploring Manhattan. Rooms are sleek and contemporary, though quite dark, in line with the hotel’s overall aesthetic. Showers are a highlight, powerful and high-pressure. However, it’s disappointing that breakfast isn’t even offered as an add-on, especially given the price. Restaurants inside the hotel are available however.

It was close to Amtrak station.

The staff at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, and there was a small gym at the bottom. We walked about 8 blocks in total from Penn Station so convenient as well.

The property was ok, there is a facilities fee that was not disclosed. So keep your eyes out for that. It’s a nice hotel given the price.

My stay was nice and convenient. I was even able to check in a little early, which was nice. The room was small but it’s manhattan so I’m not really surprised. The only small issue was the toilet tissue holder was broken and I had to keep the toilet tissue on the sink which was a little far from the toilet lol

The A/C unit did not function properly the entire stay. Front desk was notified several times. I would like some sort of a refund

I really like the shower and the bed (very comfy). The bedrooms are cozy. The gym is a little small but doable. Staff are nice and considerate. I really like that they can hold on to your luggage for you before and after check out time; that help me out a lot.

Stayed on 6/22/25 with family. Cute decor, though the lighting was a bit to dim for us as we were getting ready in the evening. Good bright light during the day. Bed was ok in comfort, though the middle seemed a bit sunken in and worn. Pillows and blankets were good. Clean bathroom, great water pressure in shower. Hallway to elevator was muggy and hot. We were given 2 complementary waters, very nice touch, room had a fridge. Lighting by beds were bright spot lights. good for reading. We were disappointed that rooftop was not open, we really wanted to spend time in this lounge and was the reason we booked. It would of been great for pictures. Did not visit lounge by lobby, but it looked very nice.
