People screaming all night long, going in and out the hotel, and anyone from reception showed up. It was impossible sleeping. Awful experience

The floor was wet when wet got there. The walls were dirty. You could tell the filter in the AC unit hadn't been changed in a while. Over all it just didn't feel clean.

The availability, due to what I needed at the time. It wasn't my first choice of place to stay, so it was more of a convenience than anything. The location was not one that I'd recommend to anyone. The cleanliness was an issue as well. The carpet needed to be cleaned and the location of the room wasn't the best either.

People in other rooms are smoking and for someone like me who has smoke allergy it was a nightmare. I found hair in the towels, rooms are dirty, bathrooms are smelly, noise everywhere. This isn’t supposed to be rated, it's not a hotel.

You may hear plenty noise from loud music, people screeming and baby crying all the time. Every time I came back evening, and my key cards were not working and I had going back to front desk to re-activate my key cards. Small Cockroachs could be found at sink and floor, and one of my pillow cases is really yellow

Location was close to my husband's family. Sheets had cigarette burn. Towels were very poor quality. The shower water pressure was awful. The room lacked any amenities and had several plastered punch holes. The elevator was very slow.

N/a Overal, from lobby entrance all the way to our room, dirty, smelly, cracked walls, patching not finished, dirty curtains, bathroom with steel and not clean, towels were hard, bed not clean, hair on pillos. I asked for a switch on rooms but was told they were full, could not find another hotel as it was late at night when we arrived.

Rooms are not like the pictures shown. It was a decent place to stay the night and the cheapest I could find in the area, but definitely over-priced for what it was. The rooms were very damp (in need of a humidifier), the shower had hair still on the walls, checkin was at 3pm - got there at 3:40 and it wasn't ready. Only had to wait 5-10 minutes so wasn't too terrible but still would have expected more.
- 5/5
Close to where I had to be

When we arrived. Our room was not clean. Had ashes on the dresser from previous occupant. The sheets look dingy and the walls were dirty. Everything. The room also had a lingering smoke smell.

First night: a lady screamed for help for 1h. It stopped. Then it went over again until we called front desk. Security (yes they need a security onsite) came at 2:30am and got things controlled. next morning, there was pee in the staircases and in the elevator with another crazy screaming lady. Area is very sketchy. Got a cockroach on our bed on 3rd night. Hotel reeks of pot and cigarettes on all floors at all time of the day and night. 3rd night there noise, music, door banging all night long. When we had enough (of not sleeping), we left at 5:30am in the smell of pot, rap music, and doors banging.

Despite the fact that it’s part shelter n hotel was decent The room wasn’t cleaned as it should be and the glass was broken above the bed . And in order for u too watch tv u have to have the apps with the tv

It is filthy, nasty, and roaches. The maid service is non existent, they¿re on duty but do not clean the room properly. The beds had hair from the last person still in the sheets, which means they did not change the sheets but just made the remade the be

This hotel is disgusting. It shouldn’t be on Expedia. The room smelled like urine and cigarettes. Whole place is gross.
- 3/5
Free parking is nice. Everything else is unsatisfactory.

People was fighting and breaking glass, ppl threatening to shoot ppl. Music playing loud, slamming doors all day and night. I didn't sleep the 2 nights I stayed there. Complain to front desk and nothing changed, at 1 point I was afraid for my life. I will NEVER go there again and tell everyone I know not to go there. It's too ghetto ???

This property use to be good, stayed there in the past l. Now the property is shared between paying guest and homeless ppl. How can u spend your money and the place run down and filthy, ppl screaming and playing loud music all night. Definitely will not recommend
- 2/5
The room advert on Expedia is a complete deceit compared with the actual room.
- 3/5
Property is being remodeled. I wouldn't stay with my wife or kids.
- 2/5
I looked for something cheap and I paid the price. I booked 2 bight and prefered to leave after the first night. Smelly from the door all the way up to your room. so cold. During winter wundow was left opened and no heat in the room until we turn it on. I had to sleep with cloths as heat did not warm the room up properly. will bot come back. Learn the lesson.

The toilet was leaking and NO ONE came to fix it. They just wanted to move us to another room. Unacceptable. We walked out of the hotel in our pajamas and turned in the keys. NO WAY! Thank you Travelocity for getting us a FULL refund!
- 1/5
No hot water, BIG cockroaches, dirty everything from the sheets to the floors to the bathrooms dirty.
- 3/5
This property is definitely a good fit if you're looking for a quick trip on a budget. Close to subway stops and plenty of stores nearby. The walls are super thin though so you could hear neighbors' conversations and anything going on in the hall at all times. All things considered, an average property.

I never seen a hotel in this poor and filthy condition as this hotel. Our vacation was a night mare because of where we stayed during our vacation I blame Orbitz for recommending such a place
- 4/5
My only complaint was the noise. Other guests were slamming doors and waking around the hallways at all hours of the night and morning. Unfortunately, the neighborhood did NOT make me feel safe at all! Uber to and from hotel after dark ONLY. even the subway that’s blocks away feels like a long walk in what feels like an unsafe neighborhood. This hotel is great if you’re on a tight budget but perhaps not the best for a lone female traveler like me. I’ll stay in a busier area next time.

This Property has a overwhelmingly smell of cigarette smoke that is the only embedded in each room but also in the furniture
- 2/5
Halls smelled of urine and weed. Smell of cleaning products so strong when we entered the room that we almost couldn’t breathe. Had to open the window and air it out.
- 2/5
The sheets are dirty and don't even have a toothpaste toothbrush!
- 3/5
Nothing

The room was very clean but had very strong odors of PineSol and cigarettes. The bed only had a thin blanket with a sheet on the top and bottom. The clientele was noisy at times, even in the middle of the night. The entrance needed paint and cleaning. I had to wash and clean everything when I got home because it all had the odor of the room.
- 2/5
Dirty and in poor condition. Not cute like the photos. No hangers. Hallway carpet had not been vacuumed. Stained lamps and walls. No chair to sit in. Tv said No Service. Lucky I was only sleeping there just 1 night out of convenience. Left asap the next morning, 2 hours before check out time.
- 2/5
The beds were okay but cleanliness wasn’t good. For almost 300 a night we expected a better experience.
- 4/5
Beds too small but a nice place to stay
- 1/5
The room and entire floor smelled smoke, even though there were no smoking signs displayed throughout. My room was not cleaned to include dead insects and smoke ashes on the floor.
- 2/5
There were bugs crawling on the bed and floor in the first room I entered. The second one was better, but there was still dust on the floor and under the bed.
- 2/5
It wasn't clean at all. Room #309 right next to one of the main exits on the floor was had stains on the curtains, ceilings especially around the smoke detector, stains under the sheets. Hole in the wall and burnt marks above the mirror on wall. that little gold blanket they put on the bed also had lipstick and additional makeup. i tried to get new sheets but i was told the sheets was limited due to covid. I do not approve of this hotel in Brooklyn, NY.

The place reeks of smoke. Our room was not clean when we went in, used towels on the floor open packets of lotion on the sink. It is so loud throughout the night, slamming doors, blasting music, blaring TV’s. They do have security guards and free parking. Excellent coffee shop only a block or so away also somewhat close to cool bars and clubs. Totally overpriced, we paid close to 240 total, worth more like 79. Would look for other options.
- 1/5
Room wasn't very clean, stunk of tobacco despite being non-smoking. Welcome desk gave me a hard time about my ID photo because "I looked so much younger" in the photo and he wasn't sure I was the same person. Mattress was miserable... not really sure how they charge this much money for such a bad experience.

My family and I where in town to celebrate our son’s engagement. We got to the hotel late after a long day of driving. The hotel had a active water leak in the lobby area at the bottom of the stairs, along with a horrible smell. The desk clerk was pleasant and helpful. When we got to our room on the 3rd floor the first thing we noticed was the smell of cigarette and marijuana. Once we got into our “Non-Smoking” room the smell of both was worse. My wife pointed our the dirty floors and how they had not been cleaned swept in a while, and how sticky they where. It was late and our 2 young kids need to sleep. The screaming woke up my family and I. Someone was either fornicating loudly or getting beaten up. The shower soap holders where all broken and would not hold a bar of soap. The next morning when we where getting ready for the day, there where cockroaches in the bathroom! And bedroom. My kids did not know what they where and wanted to play with them. Needless to say we got out as fast as possible. Put our suit cases in bags and went hone. When we got home she found a cockroach in one of the suitcases. We threw everything out. Extremely disgusted to say the least….

I liked the on-site parking, My room was clean and my bed was very comfortable.
- 3/5
The location of this property is great and free parking is a great perk. That being said the rooms are advertised as non-smoking but it's obvious that is not the case by the overwhelming smell of smoke and the burn hole in the curtains. It did not help that the room was cleaned w/ a product meant to over power that smell but it does not work. The water temperature in the shower can best be described as lukewarm or tepid and that I cannot forgive.
- 1/5
When we got to the hotel, i needed to use the restroom. In the bathroom there was a roach on the wall in which I got rid of. The floors in the room were slippery. I inform them and someone was sent to clean the bathroom. She was on the phone and loud. She didnt know why she was sent. I tried to explain to her with gestures. She lightly cleaned the bathroom. It was a less than 24hr stay and I would not stay there again.
- 2/5
Overall clean and updated fixtures but the “airconditioning” was just an airconditioner with the fan on, glad I did not stay during the summer. I only stayed one night because there were lots of slamming doors and loud music after midnight. Free parking at the back of building so that is a plus.
- 2/5
Overall my stay wasn’t all that great. There was no working remote to the tv, the reception is terrible and it was hard to sleep because it’s so loud at night
- 4/5
The maintenance staff were amazing and the service was as good as it gets for Covid times
- 3/5
They don’t change their mattress covers they just keep putting sheets over it and it’s disgusting! Also they are very rude
- 4/5
Smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Maybe a neighbor smoking a lot or the sheets were from a previous smoking room.
- 5/5
Coffee shop 2 blocks away was fantastic.
- 5/5
nice

Last minute type of stay but overall very good.
- 3/5
The staff is behind a glass box which made it challenging to communicate. The security guards are not friendly. The elevator was malfunctioning. My room was clean, but smell strongly of cleaning products.
