The hotel is excellent and in a wonderful location. We had a spacious room with a kitchen, which was very convenient. Central Park is right across the street. The service was great — everything was very clean, and we truly felt taken care of. Before our arrival, the hotel asked what kind of view I would prefer and whether we needed anything to be purchased for us. I requested the best possible view and a few breakfast items (fruits, eggs). However, upon arrival the fridge was empty, and I wouldn’t describe the view as the best. It makes me wonder why they asked in the first place.

We arrived in the evening and the lights were on, the temperature was perfect and the accommodations were first class. We have stayed at multiple hotels in NYC all five star locations but the Trump hotel stands above all the other hotels. I highly recommend this hotel!

Well equipped room .. it had everything we needed. There are a lot of light switches so it’s confusing at night to try to put them all out. AC is good but very noisy. The gym is open 24 hours and is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve used.

Excellent stay everything was perfect

Hidden charge if valet was not cool. $95 at that. I would have just parked it or put it in any other lot for a 24 hour deal would have been less in NYC. Other than that it was great.

Best place i stayed in NYC. Friendly staff. Got gift as it was my birthday! Suite has high sealings, is clean, modern, stocked and detailed up to the inrequestd clean ups when we stepped out. Also they have a restaurant that has the best salad i tried in my life. Will definitely be back.

My go-to hotel when I visit the city for performances at Lincoln Center. So convenient, and comfortable!

The room and room service--exceptionally over priced... rooms are tiny...folks are rude... they dont understand hospitality.

The staff was extremely courteous. The room appeared to be clean. Our main disappointment was the bathroom. It is extremely tiny and not set up in a convenient way. It’s difficult to get in and out of the shower and only one person at a time can use it. The toilet is smack in the middle between the shower and the counter space with zero room inbetween. For the price of our nightly rate, we would have expected at the very least a double sink and a lot more area. We were very disappointed.

Luxury accommodations at a reasonable price. Staff and service is welcoming and professional. Rooms have all the amenities you could need: like a mini apartment. The lady who did turn down service brought chocolates and other surprise treats. She was wonderful and kind after my long travels. Beautiful view of the city and a safe, well guarded building. I was not satisfied with the hotel at all

The staff hotel at this hotel are genuinely welcoming and it is evident that each of them are customer focused in a very genuine family way. And they seemed connected to one another in a familial way. It has become a favorite. Insider tip for Yankees fans: D Express to Yankee Stadium is below the hotel and is 3 stops and 17 minutes to the park. And by the way, Jean George at the hotel is a legit Michelin restaurant. Thomas Keller’s Per Se and Masa are across Columbus Circle and 2 minute walk away for other dining options.

Absolute Perfection !

The biggest issue, however, was the moldy smell and dusty air conditioning system. The HVAC system clearly has mold and dust inside, making it very difficult to breathe. If you have allergies or asthma, this is a serious problem. We requested another room, but it was the same issue, which leads me to believe the entire system is old and poorly maintained. Because of this, we ended up checking out one day early. To be honest, we did not enjoy our stay at all

The Trump Hotel's meticulous attention to detail truly elevated our stay, making the experience unforgettable. This was especially evident in the gym, which was, without a doubt, the most well thought out hotel fitness center I've ever encountered.

The staff was AMAZING! They were beyond friendly and truly seemed to care. Giles checked us in and each time he saw us in 5 days was so kind and friendly. The Bellhop was beyond helpful in our traveling around the City as this was our first experience to NYC. When asked where we were from he quickly showed that his Daughter and Grandson graduated from near us. The hotel was amazing as well! Would highly recommend!

The front desk employees could be a little more helpful. Restaurant was open for breakfast at 8:00 am on Memorial Day. In my opinion breakfast should be served at 7:00 o’clock or earlier . Overall it’s a great location and myself and my husband had a great time in the hotel and the city

Best hotel in the world

Location was perfect, we booked a room overlooking Central Park, walkable for reasonably fit 60 year old to take in the sights. Subway close by to get to Brooklyn Bridge and 9/11 museum etc. we found the kitchenette handy for breakfast making and reheating deli food. As we are not coffee drinkers, they quickly provided us with a kettle for tea. The doormen were very helpful, calling taxis and explaining which train and subway we needed. We didn’t use the restaurant but a resident said it was very good. The swimming pool, changing rooms were all immaculate. The gym had all the up to date equipment (peloton bikes). We stayed for a week and felt very relaxed there.

My husband and I stayed here for only 2 nights with our 14 month old daughter and I wish we could stay longer. The staff was excellent and they went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. My daughter even got a cute teddy bear and t-shirt to take home! We will definitely be coming back in the future.

This property is centrally located. It is walking distance to Broadway, Central Park and fifth Avenue. The two Michelin restaurant in the hotel is out of this world and the rooms are very spacious compared to rooms in New York City. The staff was very hospitable and nice.

The hotel seems to be run down and dated. The kitchen was very dirty. They had construction in the front of the hotel and inside the lobby. The hostess’s for the dining experience were extremely rude and did not know the times they were open. It’s like they didn’t want us to dine on site. Very disappointed after this stay especially reading the reviews. The spa was the most friendly and customer service oriented, although a 20% service fee was included. For $1300 per night, stay somewhere else.
