I am old enough to be their parent, and the level of disrespect I received was unacceptable. Customer service should be courteous and respectful, especially when a guest is simply trying to understand a situation. Because of this experience, I will not be staying at this hotel again and cannot recommend it to others.

The room was clean and the view was the best part. We got one of the balcony rooms. The door handle on the balcony door was loose and a light bulb burnt out in one of the lamps by the bed. All of the lights are very bright bulbs so you can’t really have a relaxing atmosphere with the lights on. They charged me $65 for two washcloths and one towel my teenage daughter allegedly stained with her makeup and I never received the callback that I requested from the manager.

Location: The subway is nearby but otherwise there are no restaurants or fast food around. If you are using this just as a place to sleep, it's fine, but no food scene in the area. Amenities: The room didn't have a fridge (or microwave), which was a big drawback for us. Coming in from a hot day outside and bringing food, there was nowhere to store it. There is a restaurant with a limited menu in the hotel. There is also a lounge bar, which was loud and booked every night for various private parties. It got particularly loud on a Saturday, but all noise ended promptly at midnight, which I appreciated. Hotel parking is self-serve, but very hard to navigate. If you have anything larger than a small sedan, I'd recommend looking elsewhere for parking. Staff: The staff was definitely the highlight! Super friendly and efficient. Fast response to all needs and requests. Receptionists always answered the phone instantly! Overall, for a NYC hotel, this was a very good experience and I'd recommend it, especially if you plan to explore the city or to catch concerts/games at Flushing Meadows.

Good location. Good price. Limited street parking.
- 4/5
Very convenient and love rooftop restaurant. Wish pricing was more competitive
- 3/5
This property must offer complimentary breakfast to make stay worth it. The price they charged per room which is too high for a 2 star hotel.

All the staff was very helpful. Some room outlets (in the desk area) did not work. The cafe was very convenient, and the food was good. I did have to open the windows to air out the room. The location was good - 10 min walk to Queens Plaza for trains.
- 3/5
The room size was great as was expecting this to be small in New York. The location was great only a short walk to the subway and into the city. The guy on reception was very unfriendly on checked in and when asked for a city map said use google maps! When asked about breakfast hours he said its not included but there were posters everywhere advertising breakfast and dinner in the diner so an easy question to answer. The room had leaflets advertising the food options from the diner and the roof terrace restaurant and when we went to try and eat in the diner on our first night we were told it didnt serve food on Wednesdays so we went across the road to the hotel opposite and ate there, very good by the way! We had booked a city view room and I was expecting something a little better than the fire escape on the block opposite. Very disappointed and more so when was charged after check out for a make up stain on the duvet when there was never any make up in the room. Makes me wonder how many other people get charged after checkout :(
- 4.5/5
the room was larger than the photos showed which was great, and we loved the view from the balcony out to Manhattan We preferred a more modern breakfast and barista coffee so went over the road to the other hotel for coffee each morning. It'd a busy and noisy hotel, but its peaceful and restful in the rooms and the noise is very much in the background.
- 4/5
Location. Didn't feel personable at all. Perspex barrier on the front desk didn't shout it's a quality establishment. No upgrade available, no late checkout availability and an automatic 20% gratuity added at the restaurant. Paper cups for in room hit drinks, really?
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful the room vas very clean and the the view was fantastic.
- 4/5
This is a property my spouse and I used to frequent a lot when it was Four Points by Sheraton. It still has the warm reception staff, the on-point chefs for dinner on the rooftop, and for breakfast. The rooms are still nice and we got to laugh and reminisce. This property is just simply wonderful to us!
- 3.5/5
Breakfast is great and not too expensive. Having some things like lotion in the room
- 3/5
The pictures are outdated . The rooms have old used furniture and stains on the sofas . Bathroom have been updated and clean. Parking is very limited and the area that the hotel is located in is questionable safety wise if you are left to park on the street. But, what took our breath away was the view on the 7th floor. One of the best views of Manhattan .
- 4.5/5
It was in a quiet area of LIC. The view on the 10th floor is the best!! The rooftop lounge was beautiful. For people with a budget this place is the best! It is a walk to the subway. Coming back at night is a little unnerving. But, never encountered anything that was concerning. The room is small for 4 people unless you are with kids.
- 0.5/5
Over booked and canceled our reservation We had to relocated ourselves to another hotel due to over booking in their system. Our 15th anniversary was distrupted.

The view of the skyline was nice, however it was blocked by the furniture. The bed was comfortable. The room was freezing cold, the heater in our room was not enough. Not the cleanest. The rooms are not sound proof to the point you can hear the neighbor's conversations.

Overall the location was safe, near to a subway station. The views from the room and rooftop bar was great. Room was clean and spacious for a NYC hotel room. It was cleaned every day. Staff was really nice, helped us if we had any questions and they held our luggage after checkout for the afternoon for free. A 24/7 small deli is on the next corner, so we could get drinks even after we got back late at night. Times Square was only 20-25 minutes with the subway. One further subway station's area was a bit sketchy, but we just didn't use that. The E train to JFK is also 10 min walking distance so we could easily get to the airport. There was an ice machine on our floor that was a bit loud sometimes, but we only heard it maybe on one night, except for this the room was near silent. Also a mini fridge would have been a good thing to have in the room.

An amazing place for the price. Staff helped me with an early check in.
- 5/5
Good hospitality
- 2/5
Hotel is very old, you can tell nothing has been updated. Rooftop bar was ok, very pretentious and overpriced. The staff at the rooftop was very nice. The front desk staff is a different story, they displayed a remarkably unfriendly and disinterested demeanor in guess. I observed this behavior across multiple front desk staff which was a disappointing reflection of the hotel's overall culture. The cleaning staff was, however very pleasant.
- 5/5
The breakfast menu is good and bar selection is excellent!
- 5/5
Close to transportation
- 4/5
The rooftop lounge has an amazing view and the drinks were actually very good, but you will be paying premium prices for that along with automatic gratuity added.
- 4/5
Breakfast is for a fee. Very limited parking under the hotel itself, but reasonably priced by NYC standards
- 4/5
It's a clean, affordable place with good subway access to multiple train lines. Room had a nice view and was decent size. Service is polite. This is a solid option if you want a well priced hotel with good access to city.
- 3/5
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was helpful.

The room was pretty good and clean. The only problem was the water temperature. It's either too hot or too cold. I couldn't adjust it to a satisfying degree.

The room was clean ,only thing is the sink was stopped up 1 of the days i was there

Friendly and helpfull.
- 5/5
The hosts were really kind, overall that neighborhood is nice and is a great spot because it has 2 metro stations less than 5 minutes away walking. Overall more than pleased with the visitation, I would recommend it to everybody
- 5/5
Everything perfect
- 5/5
Me encantó la estadía
- 5/5
Rooms were spotless and the employees were very nice. The sky lounge view was amazing! Definitely will be booking again
- 5/5
Nice clean room. Staff is friendly and helpful. As noted in the past, bathroom counter space is limited and snk does not drain quickly. Electronic connection options are a bit out of date and limited. No refrigerator, but there is a safe that is big enough for a Mac Pro. The doors are very loud, so bring ear plugs; if you are working from your room, it is like bombs going off constantly during cleaning hours. But this is still a convenient, clean, reliable hotel that I would not hesitate to book again.
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 4/5
Clean room, very nice staff, we’ll stay here again.
- 2/5
Look, you get what you pay for, but this hotel left a lot to be desired. The staff was nice enough, but I checked in and went to my room. You don't even get a bottle of water, there's no fridge and the curtains DON'T CLOSE. As in the track is only a foot long on either side for 5 foot long windows and I was on the second floor. The only thing between me and the neighbors (or the morning sunlight) was the semi sheer second set of curtains, this is a complete security hazard and since the track stops, it was a built in feature, why? I don't know. I went down to the hotel restaurant because I was too tired to go out. It was empty and everyone looked confused why I was there. The food was oily and bland and way overpriced, also they had to go raid the "hotel pantry" fridge for my drink, even though they had a bar, apparently sprite was a big ask. Went back upstairs and realized the only overhead light in the room was MOTION ACTIVATED. So if I wanted to relax in bed I would be plunged into darkness. For what I paid for the room, I should be allowed to use some electricity. Then the icing on the cake, both nights I was there, there were LOUD parties in the lobby and this place has no sound proofing. I couldn't sleep and at no point did anyone on staff warn me about these parties, offer to move me to a different location, or check in to see if the noise was too much. Only stay here if you are planning on never being in the room.
- 5/5
Whenever we travel out of JFK or LaGuardia we always stay overnight to take the first flight out! Convenient and affordable!!
- 3/5
Amazing view but the central heating unit was down and the room had a heater that barely worked. The bathroom was freezing as well.
- 4/5
Rooftop restaurant has amazing skyline views. Close to subway stations. Quiet
- 2/5
King Mattress was sunken in on right side. No toothpaste supplied in room and soap, shampoo/conditioner in dispenser was very low.

Staff was friendly! Room was a decent size for an adult and tween. Hotel was clean. Michael's Restaurant staff was helpful. Only complaint but not a deal breaker was somewhat thin walls and clunking sounds throughout the night. If you're not a super light sleeper though you shouldn't be bothered.
- 5/5
My stay was fantastic with the view looking over the city
- 5/5
We stayed for one night and it was great! They were able to check us in a little early, room was clean, good views, and it was easy to check in and out. It's also safe with keycard access after 10pm so we felt fine.
- 3/5
The room was good. I was upset because I paid extra money for a balcony and I couldn't use it. No other issues. The staff was just ok
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable room.
- 1/5
Rude front desk clerk
- 3/5
Nice room and bed. Housekeeping was noisy in the morning. One was having a loud personalconversation on the phone as she cleaned. There should be free coffee downstairs. The coffee in the room is terrible
- 2/5
For the price of NY I never experience so much issue in a room. I travel a lot and was in stock how to find the room on that condition. Ask for a mini fridge had mold. Ask for a microwave didn’t get it. Bathroom dirty broken loose faucet had to hold to turn on. Having my kid in there was worry to get blame for the damage so I reported right away. Having brain surgery and wife to tell me this I was disappointed. But next time do better research. Maintenace a joke reports open area says it’s caulking me as a Maintenace manger for high luxury complex had to put a smile like really just look I’m fat the pic. Anyway something I put in google and media. I don’t believe anyone should receive a room this way. Over all everything was okay. Front desk responded quickly but house keeping manager and Maintenace needs improvement.
- 5/5
Allowed us to check in early and had a nice noon checkout
- 5/5
We were upgraded to a room with a better view after a long flight! The staff was so friendly and welcoming and very thoughtful! Easy access and a walkable hotel from the subway station, made it very easy for us to use it everyday!
- 5/5
Room spotless

I travel often for work and chose this hotel because it’s close to my office, but I can confidently say I’ll never come back. I called to ask about a pair of shoes I accidentally left in my room a few days ago. They said they’d call me back after checking, but I never heard anything. When I called again, the front desk person started talking to someone else in the middle of our conversation. When I asked if she was speaking to me or another person, she replied very rudely: “Ma’am, I’m asking my coworkers — weren’t you asking for some shoes?” I told her she could’ve just put me on hold instead, but she raised her voice and kept talking over me. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it and said, “I’m the best here.” Honestly, if that’s the best they have, I can’t imagine how the rest of the staff behave. On top of that, the place isn’t very clean either. Overall, extremely unprofessional experience — I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.
- 5/5
Absolutely loved staying at this property this will be my go to hotel from now on !
- 2/5
Bed comfortable and room clean but tired condition
- 3/5
The views from the roof were nice, but limited by the build of the restaurant, not really for the enjoyment of hotel guests. I had to request a microwave and there was no refrigerator in the room.
- 5/5
Clean room with space Dislike: no Mini fridge Black out curtains that don’t completely close
- 5/5
It was amazing
- 5/5
This is my go to Hotel in Queens.
- 2/5
There's no balcony in the room I was assigned. It was a handicapped-accessible room. I couldn't sleep because of a noise in the bathroom, apparently from the wind blowing through the wall all night. :(
- 4/5
The staff was great. Easy access to public transportation. The upper floor restaurant/bar with amazing views of Manhattan was a nice surprise. The property has a 10-ish car parking garage on the property that was very convenient and reasonably priced. My room was adequate and I felt safe as a female traveling alone.
- 3/5
The staff were very helpful and polite and the rooms were clean. The problem was that a lot of things were not functioning correctly in the room. The lights are motioned detected and we could not shut them off. All night the lights would go on and off in bathroom and the entryway. This especially became a problem when you took a shower and the lights would randomly go off. Additional bathroom issues were that the pump in the shower for the conditioner did not work and the hook on the wall was broken. Additional broken items were that the safe did not work. The power to the safe was on but you could not set a code. Finally, the outlet on the desk had no power. All of these items were a huge nuisance especially the motion detection lights. A lot of maintenance items need to be attended to.
- 4/5
Then only downsize was that the check in is at 3pm not 11am like other hotels. The room i was staying didn’t have a fridge or microwave. You need to ask for this. The staff did not offer this when we did the check in, i found out due i needed to heat some food that i brought to the hotel. The hotel is on an excellent location. Accessible through out train station or uber to Manhattan. The staff was friendly.
- 5/5
From the rooftop restaurant a fantastic view of the Manhattan skyline.
- 5/5
The staff was great, the room was very clean.
- 5/5
Rooftop restaurant crew and food 👌
- 5/5
Favorite part was the rooftop of course
- 5/5
Great experience
- 5/5
Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond in offerings to make stay more comfortable (offered a fridge in room when we purchased a bunch of water bottles, helped us with parking, etc.) Room was clean, ten minute walk to subway, very convenient! Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Love my stay
- 3/5
Lowest quality. For the price that I paid for a King size room it is not worth it at all! I will not come back. There are much better hotels around LIC area. The only reason I stayed there was because of their Vista Lounge rooftop.
- 5/5
Very clean room. The view from the balcony was amazing!
- 2/5
It is outdated and the finishes are poorly done (shower floor tile caulked rather than grouted causing mildew). The room had a mildew smell. I was tucked away in a corner, but I could still hear doors open/close down the hall all night. A/C and bed were okay but not great. I wound up leaving a night early because I was struggling to sleep. On the plus side, the staff was really lovely. The rooms were clean except for the smell/mildew. It's nice to have a restaurant on site.
- 5/5
Pretty standard hotel, but the restaurant was great and super convenient, the room was spacious for the NYC area
- 1/5
the worst place i’ve ever stayed for 300$ a night. crappy noisy rooms. worse staff ever.
- 5/5
I'll only wish they have queen beds instead of double bed, but rooms are great. I will totally recommend this hotel and I'll come back for sure. Thank you! Ana Laparra from Minneapolis
- 5/5
Cool spot. Parking wasnt too bad. Bed was comfy and clean rooms
- 4/5
I was traveling as a solo woman and overall this was a great stay. The hotel was clean and comfy, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a city view room which gave me a really lovely view of the skyline. The one downside was that there weren't blackout curtains that closed all the way. So one of the mornings, I was woken up early from the sun. This is a decent location for exploring Queens and Midtown on a budget. It's about a 10 minute walk to the train stop. As a solo female, I took a quick Uber from the train to the hotel late at night as I didn't feel comfortable walking alone. But if I was with another person, I would have felt perfectly fine walking it at night.
- 5/5
Stayed for 3 nights at this nice hotel, which is very close to the subway. Customer service was excellent. We were even able to check in early. They also offer free baggage storage, which was super helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, all at a great price. Highly recommended!
- 3/5
Loved the closeness to public transportation.
- 5/5
A couple blocks from the 7 line which we took to watch the Mets play. Hotel had a great rooftop bar with a view of Manhattan and a garage under the hotel for a reasonable rate. We will be going back for sure!
- 5/5
Good customer service. Love the location of the hotel. Convenient to visit Astoria, LIC and Manhattan.
- 4/5
The roof top restaurant is amazing. Food was great drinks were fantastic and staff was extremely friendly.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel. Friendly staff. Food in the restaurants is great. Bed was fine. Desk was good. Updated bathroom with nice shower. Only detractor is that room is small. Would recommend.
- 2/5
Pictures do not match the property
- 1/5
There was no parking as advertised. Bathroom was in poor condition. Sink was clogged, cold water in the mourning. There was a white towel with a yellow satin when I arrived I had pictures and videos and when I tried to address it at the front desk the female in the morning was rude and dismissive and to me to call the manager. Worst hotel I ever stayed at
- 5/5
Nice place for queens. Didn’t have any issues.
- 2/5
The bathroom is a joke,
- 5/5
Great A++
- 4/5
Not easy to park the car
- 5/5
We stayed here for a wedding that was held in the event venue 11th floor. Very nice. 4 blocks from subway stop.
- 5/5
Rami is very helpful! Great food and cleaning services
- 3/5
The surrounding area
- 4/5
Quiet and reserved area, very convenient in terms of transportation , food , shopping and etc . I would definitely be back whenever I am in the city !!!
- 3/5
The property was pretty average- clean room, polite staff, 4 blocks from the subway and street parking available. Room was quiet- even during the day. The hotel itself was very damp and the room was SO dark (why no overhead lights???) but it was exactly what I needed for my stay in NYC- close to the city, easy place to leave my car....good place to escape when I needed a break.
- 5/5
Beautiful rooftop view with bar and restaurant
- 5/5
Cozy place to stay
- 5/5
I checked in so late and the front desk was so accommodating
- 3/5
The bathroom is simple but clean. The room has a very standard design.
- 5/5
Close to translation
- 1/5
Bar and rooftop deck closed early. Sign said midnight but was closed by 10pm.
- 5/5
This hotel was a great stay and I will be back. Rooms are basic but loved the views, rooftop bar and grill is a 10/10. The only down side was the distance. I booked because i spoke with someone at the hotel who told me it was 25 minutes from the heart of queens and it was a hour… but overall an amazing stay.
- 5/5
Convenient place to crash and close enough to lga airport about 19 mins drive. Room was clean and so was the bathroom. It has a very nice rooftop bar overlooking the city which is a plus and the restaurant downstairs the food was great. Would definitely stay there again

Vista LIC Hotel is such a beautiful hotel. My stay in a king size room balcony with a beautiful view. The staff were attentive and resourceful. I requested a microwave and refrigerator and was in my room upon my arrival.
- 5/5
Rooftop so nice food and drinks were great peaceful and cool area nice spots for photos as well
- 5/5
Roni at the front desk was the best part about this experience. The property is in a great location.
- 5/5
Everything is great
- 4/5
Basic room, king sized bed.
- 5/5
Traveling alone felt safe, good food responsive staff
- 5/5
We stay at here regularly as it is close to my husbands office and convenient to grab an Uber to LGA or JFK
- 4/5
Property is ok. Doors not closing, poorly maintained some part of the rooms. Very less parking and parking is expensive too.
- 4/5
Bathrooms could be more leak proof
- 5/5
The rooftop restaurant with view of Manhatten is stunning and a prized feature of the hotel. Food and service was excellent during my stay. The surrounding area is what I expected and was not a big feature of why I chose the hotel. The streets in the area are accessible for a wheelchair but not easy to use due to slopes and uneveness in the pavement. Proximity to Manhatten by car was far more important to me. Overall my expererience was excellent. I plan to come again. DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING RELATED TO PARKING AND ROOM ACCESSABILITY
- 1/5
Dirty room, scuffed furniture. Won't be staying again, unfortunately.
- 5/5
Staff is amazing! Thank you!!!
- 5/5
My gf and I had a wonderful stay at vista lic hotel. We always choose this hotel when we want a weekend away. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. The hotel ans facility is clean, beautiful, and very quiet. We will be back next time we take a weekend trip.
- 4/5
I like that roof restaurant club. Good looking view.
- 5/5
A very nice Hotel
- 5/5
Great hotel to stay
- 5/5
The area is quite and safe. The hotel is new and pretty comfortable. Staff are friendly as well.
- 5/5
Great access to Astoria Long Island City and Williamsburg with great views from the Vista cafe
- 3/5
Stood here before and liked it. This time around I was very dissatisfied. I went here after a few days in AC. Just wanted an extra day of rest before getting back to work. Well, housekeeping came knocking a little after 9am, then someone tried to open the door without even knocking but thankfully I had the stopper on, then housekeeping talking loud and vacuuming and having the wire hit my door. I chose this hotel again due to check out being at 12pm so it was disappointing to not be able to get the rest I wanted.
- 5/5
They are very friendly. No parking issue.
- 5/5
Great access to NYC. The rooftop bar and restaurant has an incredible view. Drinks were delicious and as expensive as expected. Menu is wonderful but we didn't eat there. Or standard room is spacious and even in the second floor we have a peak at the Chrysler building. There is local street parking before 5 but it gets harder late at night. We still found a safe space 2 short blocks away. Train to the city is a very short walk.
- 3/5
Not The greatest
- 5/5
Other than the front desk people are very polite and helpful, I didn't have any complaints about my stay , I slept like a baby thank you.
- 5/5
Nice hotel for the price. 15 minutes from Manhattan island with no traffic.
- 4/5
The hotel
- 1/5
Car stolen front or property. No assistance.
- 2/5
Front desk person was terrible. Made me feel insignificant at the very start. He was hostile and acted as if WE owed him something. Very unhelpful in every way possible. Rude and arrogant…. The sink was clogged and took forever for the water to go down. No shampoo! Just an overall poor experience.

Rooms were large and clean. The staff in the restaurant next to the lobby couldn't have been nicer. And when I asked for additional pillows and towels the housekeeping man was at my room within minutes. However, the front desk staff needs some help. When I arrived at the hotel and couldn't find the on-site parking I called and the man told me that their parking was filled. They only have 10 parking spots. That is not disclosed. The only reason why i chose this hotel waa because it had parking. We moved my daughter from her dorm in Manhatten and had a minivan full of her belongings and needed secure parking. When asked where can i park, the front desk replied, I don't know, on the street. The following day, when we asked for pillows at 9 pm they never arrived. I called back at 10 pm and the front desk said, oh we probably don't have them and housekeeping is gone at 10:30. Well i called at 9 and it was only 10. I said please call again and the housekeeping staff was at my room in minutes. The front desk obviously never called the first time. The morning of check out we had no toilet paper. We called down again, and again no response. Went downstairs and the girl was reading her phone and never even requested it. Definitely not attentive.

I booked a city room view, and the room is on the 4th floor and is not a view of the city

This hotel provided us a place to lay our heads. The housekeeping was meh, as they left washcloths in the bathroom after “cleaning” our rooms in the morning and forgot to give us any towels. The parking was pretty nice!

Room is smelly and not that clean. Also the bed sheets have somebody’s sweat odors

The knob of showers and sink should be easier to turn especially for disabled people with hand problems

The bed sheets looked unwashed and had strands of black hair in the beds. Towel also had strands of hair on them.

O quarto não tinha isolamento e ouvia-se o bater de outras portas, e as pessoas a falaram.

Me and my partner had a really good stay in Vista LIC Hotel. The room is clean, specious and the view is amazing( get the room with the city view). The only thing is that the room is missing essentials ( napkins, fridge, microwave). Also there is only 50 TV channels and most of them are not working. The front desk is friendly and helpful (especially the Asian lady). The rooftop has spectacular view but the restaurant is pretty small. Overall we are very pleased with our stay! Highly recommend!

Was a bit upset that there was no small fridge, due to me needing to store my insulin. There was also a kind of “old” smell in the room. Aside feom that the hotel was great! Amazing view and great vibes! Will be going back!

The hotel service was not so good. We requested an additional pillow (there were only 3 pillows for 2 people, like were we supposed to share the 3rd one??) I requested an extra pillow at least 6 times, it never came. They do not put enough towels in the bathroom, one washcloth for 2 people is ridiculous. No tissues in room. We asked for a mini fridge and they did bring one. Overall I would go back, but they have some kinks to work out.

This property was ok. It was nice enough. My room didn't have working air/heat and there was a stand alone in my room (they should have told me that). It was a TINY corner room that looked like it used to be storage. It had a ceiling to floor window in the bathroom with a shade that was broken so I had to pull it down and leave the lights off to be comfortable in there. No refrigerator. No microwave.

The staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly during check-in. Not only did they not put tea, coffee, etc in my room and I had to go downstairs to get it late in the evening, per the desk clerk, but he also said they ran out of tea bags. Wow. Not only did they not clean my room daily (fine, save water money, etc but they did not place soap and toilet paper in the room at all, so I had to call to ask for it. The heating and cooling system in the room was not working and a portable rolling heater was in the room, sooooooo noisy, that it broke in the middle of the night around midnight, and I was freezing, it being one of the coldest days in NYC that week so I called down to the desk to replace it, and it took them until 1 am to bring a new one. WOW

Good hotel, have stayed here several times. Close to subway which is only a few stops into the city. Comfortable beds, good water pressure in shower, and generally clean.

Very clean and quiet! Great staff.

Also the staff did nothing to help so this seemed like a regular occurrence. The food is great and the bed is amazing Everything else feels cheap and old. This is NOT worth the money and not safe!

Parked on the street right across from the front entrance! Room was very clean but the bed was too soft for my back. Overall it was excellent for the money and location.
