I liked the place because it was close to the attractions. I didn't like it because the bed didn't feel very cool. I felt like bugs were crawling on my legs.

Good location, clean room, reasonable price TV didn't work, lobby smells so bad you can't breathe, took my $100 deposit and never gave it back. Kinda disappointed

Location, fridge works, at least the sink and toilet worked and the bathtub wasn’t horrible. I know what I paid for. I can’t complain too much. It should be cleaner, the draw should work, the microwave should rotate when on, I shouldn’t seem dust older then me on the floor and paintings, the remote should match the tv at least, but it was a non leaky roof, door locks, and location is really good.

The room is clean. Matreds and bed sheet smells clean. Bathroom is clean too Only one pillow per person. Pillow low quality, neck was sore when i woke up. But all in all it was a decent stay
- 4/5
Great location and we were able to walk to all of the activities we planned

Room so small, no hair dryer, steps wasn't safe, coffee was cold, (it's no good) never again going to that place.

Bed was dirty, so many black hairs on the sheet. Dead huge fly on the floor, cigarette butt in the bathroom sink drain. Someone was clearing snow from balcony at 4 am hitting the railing so was awoken by that.
- 3/5
Place ok for a overnight stay
- 4/5
All good as per my needs
- 2/5
Room was dirty, heating was poor and my credit card was charged 3 times, first was expedia room rate, second was the $14 + tax for parking, then some third unexplained charge for 13.94. Would definitely avoid at all costs.
- 3/5
Power outlets needs to be changed.
- 4/5
Price and location good for modest room. Not a fan of paying for parking when Im staying there but oh well
- 3/5
Doors lock should be changed
- 1/5
This place needs a serious renovation. The owners bought back a motel that definitely needs renovations, as everything is breaking away, hazards in the room, and old equipment making huge noises.
- 1/5
Terrible experience, they put us in a room beside the restaurant, the noise was loud. We called the office and their solution was fo tell the restaurant to not make noise, really??? It lasted till almost 2 am. In the morning we had no hot water. The worst experience. We travel to Niagra falls and will never stay there again.
- 4/5
Shower button is too hard to open, it means no shower. Also tap leak too much need attention.
- 1/5
While most places have free parking onsite.
- 2/5
Room was not clean, bed sheets had red stains, 2 o’clock in the morning loud music in a car in a hotel parking and people dancing made us awake badly. Overall I will never ever go there.

Clean room, quiet and safe place. For me the only missing item was the disposable slippers. Nevertheless the place was great..
- 1/5
If you like bed bug, you will be served! My wife had her forearm bitten quite extensively. Not surprised, it is managed by you know who (Punjab)
- 5/5
It was a very clean room. Parking on site. Totally walkable to the falls and clifton hill.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable
- 4/5
It was good , we had a clean room and the staff were really nice. It was also really close to the waterfalls
- 5/5
Very clean room, a little outdated but all amenities needed are there and restaurants and stores are all near by. Overall, a very good stay. Would stay again.
- 1/5
Unprofessional staff.

Stayed here for the night need a quick and cost friendly place to stay. I got room 304 it was good, didn’t have any smells, bathroom could
- 1/5
No good
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay
- 1/5
We did not receive our deposit back even though we did not damage anything in the room. Attempts to call to remedy the situation are met with a full voicemail box.
- 1/5
Rude, dirty conditions, unaccommodating.
- 5/5
Very amazing nice staff at the front.
- 1/5
Room we stayed in had a musty smell to it, as well I found three dead bugs under the blanket ( spiders). I would not advise families with kids stay there mostly due to nightly activities in the hotel and poor insulation.

- 5/5
I was pleasantly surprised to see so many negative reviews about this hotel but I can assure you that this was a great budget friendly place to stay. It’s close to the Clifton hill and is a great spot to save on parking as well. The staff were friendly . I stayed with my 11 month old baby and they were very helpful with everything.

- 5/5
It was located in a convenient place and they rooms were great
- 4/5
Overall good experience. Just that i had to pay $15 extra for the parking per night.
- 1/5
they didn't let us in ... we had to sleep in the car after a 8 hour drive.
- 2/5
Very dirty especially in the washroom
- 1/5
I just booked this place as a last resort for our change of plan so we had to stay for a night. The room was not good enough for the money we paid and the worst part was there were bed bugs all around and no w I am regretting because these bed bugs has followed us way back in our home too. I think a proper management would be a good thing to do because traveler don’t travel to sleep in a room full of bed bugs.
- 2/5
Not enough plugins. I have to go to the reception to borrow an extension.
- 4/5
they got the room not sunshine, Room #316
- 1/5
Close to everything.
- 3/5
Room was very dusty
- 4/5
Nice place
- 1/5
This is by far the worst ever property I have stayed in. I’m even surprised Expedia has it as an option. The owners charged me $12 for overnight parking but then said there was no parking spots and I was forced to park on the street. The room sucked and there was not a single plug point available. And they were rude.
- 2/5
I like there was fridge and micro and close to all attractions. Parking was too expensive. 14$ plus tax. Toilet paper really thin. Had to pay 100$ deposit and u get it back in 2 days they said. Will need to check in 2 days to make sure i got the refund. No clock, no phone service. Really basic motel. Overall ok stay
- 3/5
room clean but dated parking OK but extra $14
- 3/5
Free parking
- 3/5
The hotel is very good located. For sleeping it was ok, the staff is kind and there is a parking. The bed was confortable, this is not a 5 stars hotel but for sleepling just one night it was perfect, because we were near the cliffin Hill.

You should only charge $ 10.00 for parking, as your neighbourhood only charges $10 .

The hotel is very nasty and unclean. The bedsheets are very dirty, and there are too many insects inside the room. The AC is very old, making too much noise, and the front office manager or attendant is very rude.

Location
- 4/5
The property is very old and outdated but the rooms were clean. Convenient location and staff were friendly.
- 3/5
It is literally steps from all of the tourist attractions of the Falls which I makes it incredibly convenient. It is no frills, but it's safe, pretty clean, very convenient l, and super affordable. If you're looking for luxury and opulence, you won't find it here... But if you're looking for an affordable, safe, and easy spot. It's great.
- 3/5
Thank you for having us. It would be nice not to have to pay for a store while waiting for check-in, especially since it’s usually in the afternoon and the wait can be quite long.
- 2/5
2. There are lot of non-visitors and shaddy locals with smoking and drinking in balconies, so not a family friendly hotel with kids. 3. There are some basic things like Hair Drier not included, which tells how bad it gets.
- 4/5
Property was as described.
- 5/5
the place is nice
- 5/5
Good location to all of activities in Clifton Hill, they let me park my car early so we could start making memories
- 5/5
They were so good to my friend who had a fall there no fault of them we would gladly stay there again and recommend it to our friends. Thanks for everything
- 1/5
Want what was advertised
- 1/5
We booked it through hotels.com, whom did not tell us hotels parking policy. We were charged almost $90 for parking for two nights. That’s outrageous. I tried to cancel my stay for the 2nd night and was told I would not get refund. The person at night was extremely condescending, rude. The lady during the day was actually polite. Room was small, carpet looks like hasn’t been replaced since 1900s. Bedsheet had rips in it. A below average hotel. I would never book this hotel or book through hotel.com.
- 5/5
Recommend! I will order it if I go to Niagara Falls again.
- 4/5
And it is nice and clean
- 1/5
The booking was cheap but they get you with $12 parking daily when there’s cheaper parking around. Not to mention it’s also 12$+tax which made our entire stay almost the same as a much better hotel with free parking & breakfast (this hotel didn’t have anything else to offer). Not to mention we checked in late with our baby and the mattress was damp. We were so tired that we didn’t want to go back to complain we just slept instead. Also, the shower was not working right. The lever was hard to pull and once you pull it the shower had a loud grinding noise. We didn’t go with high expectations, but for a motel that high in price was not worth it. Thank you but we’re NEVER going here again!
- 3/5
Good for one night

Misleading advertising about breakfast available and free parking! Absurd, this is a total lack of respect with customers spreading lies about the services of the place!

Wasn't happy with our stay.

The staffs are nice, but the airconditioning can be better.
- 3/5
Not so good
- 3/5
Good and near to places
- 5/5
Good for the price
- 1/5
Very terrible service, terrible people, terrible motel
- 3/5
Our stay in Niagara was only for one night due to a concert, and it was an acceptable experience overall. The room was clean, which was a plus. However, we encountered a couple of issues: the microwave's power cord was cut, rendering it unusable, and we lost power during our stay (though I understand that's out of the hotel's control). Unfortunately, we did not receive any compensation for the power outage, while another guest at check-out seemed to receive a refund for their issue. Additionally, be aware that there is an extra parking fee upon arrival, although we appreciated being allowed to park for two extra hours after check-out.
- 4/5
Everything is great was awesome. Parking was a little difficult as the parking lot was not that big and needs to be organized a little better. But overall my two days there was good other than the morning of check out, we woke up with no power and really hot.
- 3/5
The property was not bad. But when you have all these indians making alot of noise from 11 to 3:30 in the morning, that sucks. These people need to accept that others pay too.
- 2/5
In the morning we had no electricity, and I think there were blackouts at night because it was very hot when the air conditioning was on.
- 1/5
we planned to night stay but after few hours room was not cold and AC not working properly and it was very humid in the room . Shower not working properly. We are not happy there service and its waste of money . They dont pick up phone also . We tried so many times.
- 1/5
Staff very rude disrespectful
- 1/5
Its not like you see in photo
- 4/5
The shower head kind of sprays all over the ceiling and gets on the floor but that’s more of a property issue than a customer issue! Great, budget friendly place to stay in Niagara, and so close to the Falls and Clifton Hill
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Convenience: Easy walk to attractions
- 2/5
It was okay at best the best was uncomfortable and the A/C unit was not working properly. Checking in was really bad waiting 30 min before finally getting someone at the front deck.
- 1/5
Checked in went to room it was filthy sheets were stained yellow black little bugs in the bed returned to front desk, complained and left the hotel to stay somewhere else lost our money cause I refuse to stay there
- 1/5
Stay away from this hotel, check the reviews, the bedrooms have terrible bed bugs infested.
- 3/5
Property is okay it’s close by many restaurants and walking distance to Clifton hill
- 3/5
Pros 24 hour front desk. Location lis excellent. We walked to Niagara Falls like 20 minute walk. Clifton hill 5 minute walk. Now them rooms hmm they ok I guess. Rm 303 stairs horrible to go up down a lot steps no elevator. Room setup cool. Oh WiFi here is horrible goes in and out.Amenities none but for price you not here fir that. The location so walkable. Skylon tower 10 -15 minute walk. Restaurants all around you. They never cleaned out room during our 3 night stay.
- 3/5
will definitely come back and stay
- 4/5
It was great, but maybe need coffee maker, but other wise it was good
- 1/5
Old place, pretty much a dump
- 1/5
Terrible staff tried to do a room inspection at 11pm because I work and my hand were dirty when I got off work
- 3/5
L'hôtel est parfait pour le prix: proximité 10mn des chutes à pieds, parking 12$+taxes. Chambre correcte, propre mais faut pas etre difficile. Je recommande!
