    Any body at reception should have a better communication skill as front desk is the face of the property. The parking is expensive. They sell parking to outdoor people at 10. But charge boaders 15. Its not ok.

    Traumatizing experience. They (whoever it is that “manages” the place) were slamming on my door at around 11 am and again at 12. I thought it was because I slept in from check out but realized my check out wasn’t until the next day. I refused to open the door because of their actions (very barbarian) as I was in my pjs half asleep. I called and they said they wanted to do house keeping and insisted to come in— I refused because it came out of no where and the lack of professional conduct made me feel unsettled to do so. I then went and gave them a taste of their own medicine and explained that this job was not good for them and that is why no one stays at their in (I am not paying to be treated like a prisoner — prisoners don’t get disrespected like I did). I told them I’m checking out and they called the cops saying I was breaking things! The cops came nothing happened. But these people need to be properly trained in hospitality before attempting to manage a property. This is Canada and i am not cattle. Educate yourselves instead of chasing the money and dream. Because let me assure you, people like me and who I associate with will NEVER allow people like you to get anywhere by treating people the way I was treated. There are standards which everyhotel needs to objectively stand by for these reasons— discrimination and disrespect. I am a spoiled girl who lives off her dads credit card but that is not of your concern. Cause your money hungry selves will be stuck….sorry …NOT!

    Horrible , please avoid this place. Will never ever will stay in this motel. Dishonesty, never returned my security deposit of $200. During first week they said will reflect in the bank account in 1 week, later asked for 1 more weeks time, and then stopped lifting my calls. Do look for cheap price, ends up paying more!!!

    Fairway Inn By The Falls is a complete disaster and should be avoided at all costs. First of all, there was no hot water running through the shower — none. After a long trip, being forced to take an ice-cold shower is unacceptable. The washroom was filthy, like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. To make things even worse, I found bed bugs on the bed. Yes, actual bed bugs. I wish I could upload the pictures and videos I took because it was that disgusting. And despite all of this, they still had the audacity to charge me $15 per day for parking — even though I was already lodging there. How does that make any sense? It’s ridiculous, greedy, and just adds insult to injury. Honestly, this place should be ashamed of itself. Poor hygiene, terrible service, and unnecessary fees. Never again. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

    We had a very disturbing experience at this motel. There were other people staying that would not stop screaming and banging the walls all night. Music was extremely loud as they were dancing around inebriated.We called the office 4 times to complain and we were told other people had called too. He said he was calling the police to have them removed. This never happened and I felt unsafe as they were acting out of control on the balcony too. The next day I talked to management and he said the police were not called and seemed to not care about his guests experience. The mattress was worn out and the refrigerator and microwave were both sticky as well as dirty.

    Location is the only positive ✨️ Online photos don't show the disgusting mold all over the shower seams, the shower Fawcett was barely attached to the wall, the dust and spiders and hair all over the bathroom walls, the garbage from previous people left under the chairs. Cobwebs all over the room. My kids didn't even want to shower because THEY were grossed out. Never again. I'll go back to the hotel we usually go to!

    Bed bug located in family room and woke up to beg bug bite. Room 218 reeked of mold smell, refrigerator doesn’t work, most lamps do not work. Washroom smelled and bed sheets had blood-like stain. My family and including our 3 year old had to shift over to room 220 at approximately 3:20am. I requested for a refund but no manager was available to authorize our situation. The lady at the front desk did NOT apologize for our $200 stay and wasn’t aware we spoke her language. We made her call the “assistant” manager over the phone, and she told him that we are troubling her for a refund over a bedbug. The manager spoke with rudeness by refusing to refund and hung up. I now have a bite and restless sleep.

    It was a 15 mins walk to the falls. Finding parking was easy and the area was good. We wanted halal food and Bravo was right across making it convenient for us. The room, especially the washroom, was not as clean as we expected it to be from the pictures. It’s somewhat a decent room for a night.

    The experience was not at all what i expected. I was never informes that parking was additional 12 per day plus 100 dollars deposit. The batroom and shower curtains were expremely dirty. The room smelled horribly. And the office was closed when we checked out i dropped the keys in the black box sent messages yo see if they received and no answer called the number and no answer so just wasting on my deposit. A/c didn't work either

    The Wi-Fi was difficult to log into, and the staff had no idea how to help me. I persevered and did log in finally. There was a fridge, but no coffee machine, no microwave, no closet, no breakfast nor restaurants close by, and no extra pillows. The television had a lot of channels, but the guide did not work. So finding a something to watch was difficult, so we gave up. However, it was the most inexpensive accommodation available in Niagara Falls. Overall, our stay was satisfactory. However, I would not recommend this hotel for more than a short stay, two days at most.

    I didn’t realize this was in Canada and I tried to cancel 5 mins after I booked and was told I would have to do that the next day because the manager was not in.     Very poor. Had to pay to park vehicle $14 per day, with the stay there. And $150 deposit, couldn't tell us what that was for. After paying to park was told not to park in several places. Clean towels only once. No clean sheets. Found Lifesavers breath mint in one of the beds. Light bulbs missing from four sockets. Air conditioner - had to have staff set to cold air. Area where "kitchen sink" was had absolutely no light at all. Cut our stay one day short.

    I couldn't find what you were talking about on your search site. The bathroom 🛁wasn't clean. I even found a small towel that the person before us used on the bathroom mirror. The toilet is dirty, no shower product, dust accumulated on the furniture, two stains on the Fitted Bed Sheets. You have to take a look before your customers arrive to make sure the bathroom is clean.

    Yes, the place is a little dated. The facility could definitely use a little bit of a glow up. But, it suffices for its purpose: to just spend the night and sleep. The bed was comfy. There was AC. The washroom had some packaged soap and (clean)towels. And bonus, it was definitely within walking distance to Fallsview (10 mins) and Clifton Hill (13 mins). Parking is $14 (not free, as stated on Google). So beware of that. I saw some comments about the deposit not being returned, but mine was easily refunded. All in all, a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

    We liked that it was close to everything. It is old and has a bit of an odour. Bathroom had been renovated which was nice. Had to use and overturned recycle pail as a bedside table. Deadbolt on door didn't seem to work. When checking in I had to call a number to get someone to come to the office. Bed for me was comfortable, but the sheet on the bed was ripped. It was inexpensive, but I won't return

    Nothing unique about the property, had to wait almost 10 minutes for hot water to heat up to take a shower, bathroom faucet was broken off, asked about it being fixed so we could take a shower and they never looked at it. You can hear everything from upstairs and banging all night. The beds are old and super uncomfortable. We suffered from neck cramps both nights. Damaged furniture and next to no outlets. Over all it was a bad experience. Never going back to this place and for the price of what it was, horrible.

    The beds are good but it's not the typical ambiance you can experience there is different kind of odor inside the room..maybe because the AC is not working and it's very hot inside. They fixed it after several times. There is microwave but the the electric supply is not enough so you can't used it properly. There's no exhaust fan. Anyway, you've got what you pay!!

    Only positive thing about the hotel is the location which is close to Niagara falls and the attractions. Otherwise it is very dirty and not well maintained or managed. I found a sex toy under the bed while stretching out. I would have added the photo here for proof but I can only post family friendly photos which this place is not! When I brought it to the attention of the front desk they apologized for it being there but did not take responsibility for the rooms not being cleaned thoroughly. They would not offer me any sort of compensation. Leaving I forgot about a special bottle of wine from the region in the fridge. I called to see if I could come get it and they told me that they throw everything out as soon as you check out and it won't be able to be returned to me. Then they hung up the phone on me.

    Roughly,, for $50 Bucks, for The Night, and a simple walk to everywhere? It wasn't bad? It was easy check-in, check-out? The Owner, was an awfully good Guy? Deposit, was $100 Bucks? There's a Parking Fee, for under $14.00 per night? I guess, standard, almost everywhere, or more? The Washroom, needs a little renovation, but usable? There wasn't any Bugs, Food, or Unwanted Items, seen left behind, compared to some Reviews, I've read? Maybe, it could have been an odd day, for The Cleaning Staff? Otherwise, all good!
