Unfortunately nothing :( The smell of smoke in the room, it was not very clean, the bed was bent, the pillows were not comfortable, the room needs immediate repair, the ceiling in the bathroom is leaking, there is dust everywhere, there is something to work on, I think this is my last visit to this place. I'm sorry, but these are my impressions .

Right outside a bus station, friendly staff, good breakfast, ac and comfortable beds The bathroom was pretty gross. Old toilet paper on the brush, moldy in shower, rusting. Definitely needs some TLC

I didn’t like anything at this location. As a matter of fact I didn’t even stay I checked out the same night as I checked in. Everything was awful.

everything meet my expections I would go back. TV didn't have our normal channels. No face cloths in bathroom had to use a towel and requst face cloths the following day. The bathroom could use some updates to the tub, if we are not sturdy on our feet they should install grap handles.

This lodge lacks everything: the room is dirty, bed is uncomfortable with psi less than 0, Tv was not working with no cable connection,food on breakfast buffet is terrible ,eggs and potatoes are very dry? Dust everywhere in the room. The lodge is 2 levels so if you stay on first level you need ear noise reduction kit because the guests above sound like they are in same room with you . Conclusion should be inspected by Niagara health department and i am giving it a score of minus zero Everything

Honestly, the room my family and I were staying in looked like in the movies where people would do drugs, make drugs, or doing anything criminal. Thats how bad our government oom looked. The beds looked horrible, it looked like there would be bed bugs but thankfully we didn’t encounter any. The walls, the carpeted floors, the general odour of the room was so dirty and filthy. The people do not maintain any of these rooms. The kitchen was so dirty. The stove had stains, the microwave didn't even have that spinning plate thing so I couldnt even heat up my food. The tables and chair were dusty. The bathroom was so dirty. Basically the whole had looked like it has not been cleaned in years. The only nice thing about our stay was the free breakfast so.

The room did not match the pictures, room was in much worse condition then advertised. The jetted tub didnt work and the water was murky. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling, no doormat for wiping shoes, curtains were thin enough to see through and we could hear everything that was going on outside. It sounded like there was an animal under the jetted tub, we heard scrathing all night and chattering. The pillows were very thin and old.

I couldnt use my bathroom for 2 days because the toilet was clogged. The manager came in with a snake and did something to the toilet and got poo everywhere.It was on the floor all over the toilet.The side of the tub big poos, inside of the tub, so I asked the manager if we could have compensation.And he told me that he would extend my stay for a couple of days, and then when it came time to extend the stay, he told me that he had no room that the room was already bucked.What else happened

Our stay was bordering on Poor, because the bathtub and sink in the bathroom had no stopper plug. This means you can only shower. There was no hair dryer. The room had hardwood flooring, which looked pretty worn down in some areas. There was no floor mat at the entrance, for you to wipe your shoes. Therefore, I trekked into our room, the melting snow and sand spread all over the snow covered parking spaces, and steps to the second level and outside corridors. This made our room floor quite messy. There was a little broom, but no dustpan. The heater was noisy. Breakfast (included) was OK, but they ran out of sausages, (GUESTS had to wait for a fresh batch to be cooked), and then the remaining supply of home fries and scrambled eggs also ran out. Guests had to wait for these as well. This was at 9:35 am before breakfast services were to end at 10:30 am. Insufficient was given to the supply of items for the guests.

Room was adequate and breakfast was actually really good. My only complaint was the very loud roof construction this morning at 7am. The machine used to remove the shingles was excessively loud and we weren't able to sleep. Next time advise ahead of time if your planning on doing loud construction early in the morning, it ruined the stay.

Although, we did find the room to be very dirty. It doesn’t look like it was ever cleaned besides making the bed. The carpet was full of stains (I wouldn’t dare to take my shoes off), the mirror wave had food inside it and food on the outside of it. There was also lots of dirt and handprints on the walls and tons of stains on the bed (no mattress protector).The mould in the shower looked like it was in the caulking, so the cleaning staff can’t do much about that, but everything else like the crumbs on the floor and the garbage in the trash can was in their control. After initially reading some of the reviews, I was worried about bed bugs, but I didn’t find any. However, we were visited by a mouse in the middle of the night. Overall, it was the cheapest stay we could get at $85, but I think the price should have been lower considering the state of our room.

The room was large and bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well supplied. The breakfast was also good. Checking in was easy as well as check out. Located within an hour walk from the falls in a pleasant neighbourhood. The property was also well kept. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Would have appreciated a hot water kettle . But overall Excellent value . And courteous staff.

Generally our 6 night stay in room 144 was fine but they did not have Hand Towels and Face Cloths were very sparse and had to be requested daily. The Shower pull on the tub did not work well and 90% of the water would come out of the Tub Spout and not the shower head. TV did not provide local channels and appeared to be a generic Streaming service.

This was my third time staying here, 1st time on the ground floor. The noise level was far higher this time with smokers hacking outside the door and the scent seeping into the room. Breakfast was good as always and the staff were kind. Ill return to see what the 4th time brings.

VERY DIRTY. Bathroom covered in mold. Room smelled horrible. Noisy neighbors late into the night (midnight) and starting 7am... No room cleaning during the stay. Neighbors set out a trash bag out in the hallway, it set there for at least 24 hours afterwards. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The worst part was discovering bed bugs in the beds and couch. Both my husband and I developed severe itching and hives; I have photos as proof. This was especially distressing as we were traveling with our one-month-old baby. We also saw a large rat running in the parking lot, adding to our safety concerns. On the second day and night, hot water stopped. The staff member who checked the issue said he cant do anything and refused to move us to a different room with hot water. With kids we needed hot water during cold weather. This stay caused extreme discomfort and stress. I only stayed because it was too late to cancel and no other rooms were available nearby. I am requesting a full refund for the poor hygiene, bed bug bites, and lack of basic amenities. I have pictures of the ripped curtains, cigarette burns, and rashes as evidence. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I urge Expedia to investigate and take action to prevent others from facing the same. I am requesting full refund given such a distressing stay which ruined our trip. Thanks

AC was not working, from basin water draining so slow, shower 50% only comes and 50% coming from tap, toilet flush after one flush it takes long time to fill the tank so not able to do 2 flush at time

I read reviews that said it was very clean and others who said the opposite. The price was very low, I needed a full fridge, so I booked the suite but checked it out before I took it. It was VERY clean. But seriously out of date. Carpeting was stained. Bathroom, very clean but in need of renovation. So good deal for the money. Clean but really needs updating. Also the breakfast doesn't start until 7:30. No coffee maker in the room. So this was annoying.

Wish we had read all the negative reviews before staying here. We left after an hour check-in when we saw all the issues and still they refused a refund. Stay away from this property if you don't want to ruin your vacation.

The rooms were in poor condition, only one ceiling light, bathroom and rest of room in desperate need of renovation, beds extremely soft, "suspicious" brown marks on the walls, no remote in room, no bathmat or any other things like a dryer or shampoo. metal shelving broken and loose.

The room was full of mold along the walls and on the bathroom ceiling. It was impossible to breathe the air. We left about 30 minutes after arriving and rented another hotel. I had rented from Wednesday to Sunday and never came back. I gave him the keys on Friday morning. There were a lot of people there, and I don't know the condition of the other rooms, but if you rent beforehand, go check your room so you don't pay for nothing, like I did for four days, non-refundable.

The mold on the ceiling and walls in bathroom was disgusting. Mold also in air conditioner Decor was bad, paint chips door and door frame. Door didn't lock properly. No coffee maker as described. No refund so had to stick it out, wasnt going to lose money. Overall not impressed. Other reviews very misleading!

The air conditioning is really bad, very smelly (like dirty sweet feet) and dirty, the floor is sticky, and the wall is peeling. When I check in the room, the light is on and very hot air is blowing. Never and ever book again.

Great location, bus stop in front of the building. Good eats, grocery store ,pharmacy along the strip. Breakfast perfect start to the day. Clean room. Bed comfortable. No ice machine but had water dispenser of hot and cold water. Staff cordial.

The breakfast was free, but basic: Scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes. But a good supply of beverages. The pool looked well maintained, but I found the weather uncooperative to go swimming. The location is PERFECT and parking was free (as well as no security deposit) which was a bonus. Best place to eat in that area was Mick & Angelo's on the corner. Tim Horton's and Starbucks within walking distance.

The staff are really nice. The outside property was in good shape. The room wasnt to bad. However we rented a room with a jet tub, it did not work and the manager was supposed to call us. We still have not heared from him.

Very poor experience.. I just stayed for one night only and it was a horrible experience. Washroom was very dirty not at all clean. No towels provided, bedding was not as white and clean it should be also the comforter was torn. The main thing was around 4 am in the morning when we were in deep sleep few people outside my door was sitting and chatting loudly was having there weed and laughing giggling shouting with each other and from 4am to6 am they were there we a were all disturb in our room and there was no number provided to call the front desk as well.. swimming pool was vey dirty full of garbage so couldn’t go there also. There was no charging slot available in the room or near the side table we have to charge in the kitchen area.. over all experience was very very poor. I will never ever recommend anyone this place. Also i would like Expedia to compensate me my refund ..

Stained sheets, cigarette burns on them. Flat pillows and stained. Very dusty. I asked for a refund as it was for 3 nights and they told me to get Expedia to refund me. Expedia called the motel and they told the call representative that I never asked for a refund. I just left. Why would I do that? Losing out of almost $300 making me have to cut my trip short with my daughter as I had to budget for another hotel.

The bath towels were terrible very small and worn out ,the pillows were too soft and flat ,the worst part while using the face basin ,urine came down through the celing from upstairs into the face basin ,very bad experience the good thing i went to front desk report it and she was there in 10 minutes to clean it and proceed upstairs to find out the problem ,ive never had that experience in a hotel ,am aorry but i have to tell it like it is .i will not recommend that place .

The family suite had 3 beds and a pull out couch which was great for allbof us. We rented this room for the full kitchen which they had, but no pots, pans, or dishes of any kind. I asked about them and they said their guests usually bring their own. I have stayed in many hotels and never traveled with my own pots and pans. Pool was decent. Breakfast was good but not a lot of options.

On the positive side, the receptionist was kind and helpful, and she did change our room for us. However, the new room was only slightly better. My friends who stayed in other rooms experienced the same issues as well

Staff were great and very accommodating. Our first room wasn’t the best but they switched us infact upgraded us no problem, no questions asked. The included breakfast was nice, the property was quiet and the kids liked the pool. Would come back next vacation.

Pictures on Expedia website are not the actual room you book. Room was dated, dirty, broken furniture, bed was brutal. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. The free breakfast was good. Lots of free parking was nice. Major disappointment on the room and the $209 price tag

I didn’t like anything about the whole Lodge. The internet shows one thing, but when you get.to the place it was horrible. I travel 8 hours to get there and I couldn’t get a refund. I had to find another place to stay which I had to pay over 600.00 I was very disappointed. I would like a refund.

I didn’t like how the breakfast wa really limited. You only had 2 options to choose from (eggs or cereal with sausage or bread/begel).

I felt really unsafe at this property. Room was very pungent of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room. The carpet was filthy and with visible stains. The trim of the door was eaten away, not sure from termites or people picking the locks. Very outdated and ran down. Not to mention questionable loafers hanging around the property.

I stayed here for a few nights and overall, it was an okay experience. The property itself is decent, with a swimming pool and very kind staff. The two best things were definitely the breakfast, which was very good, and the kindness of the staff. For example, one night around midnight, I asked for a water bottle while a staff member was cleaning the pool. She stopped what she was doing, went to the office, and brought me a bottle of water — a very kind and surprising gesture. On the other hand, the property does feel a bit old and worn down. The carpet in the room seemed dirty, and in some areas, especially the bathroom, the paint and color looked faded or chipped. If you’re just looking for a place to stay overnight, it works well. But if you want something more modern, fancy, or stylish, this may not be the right choice.

Paid 2 nigjts stayed 1 no refund. The bathroom was not clean there was used soap bars on the tub. Used Qtips on the AC. Staff did not try to make it rigjt. Left

Super breakfast included and also parking been free of charges. Iit's a nice hotel and the bus to go in town (falls) is directly in front which make thing easier. Super nice welcoming staff ans indication are clear. Everything worked as supposed in the room. Will def return ;)

It was very nice to have cooked eggs and sausages for breakfast. The staff was pleasant enough, but looked overworked and distracted. The facilities are shabby and definitely need updating. My grandson said the pool looked dirty.

On a 17 day road trip, the Niagara had the very best breakfast on offer. Nice looking outdoor pool-although we didn’t use it.

The place needs some updates

The property might not have been dirty but needs a lot of updating. There were so many rooms but the dining area is small - not enough seats for the guests. You can’t bring the food into the room or you’ll get fined for it. For the same price I paid, I can get a much better accommodation just 1 hour from Niagara.

I spent 1 night there with my family it was a very bad decision, 200$ is very expensive for this stay. pillows very smelly floor very sticky and dirty I couldn’t sleep well because of the conditions of the room, the coach in there looks like 2 centuries old. Of course I didn’t even think of sitting on it!

The stay at Niagara lodge was comfortable. The rooms were neat and tidy. There could have been more breakfast options for kids like muffins, cookies etc.

We did not stay there so at night time we have to go back to Brampton. Worst thing happend in my life.
