    This property is not a real hotel. It is clear that it is mainly serving long term, live in state programs. Was so tired of people/guests asking if I had any smokes. Another guest followed me to the elevator while complaining that his monthly check from the state got reduced. Many transient, and long term residents. The lobby is clean. That’s where it ends. The amount of smoke, weed, and other smells is gross. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Hallways were gross. Spills and stains everywhere. The room/cell was very basic. The beds are really on metal cots. Blinds were broken and nasty. Stains on the lamp shade between the beds. The kitchen is bare. There’s a nice sign on kitchen counter telling you to simply call the front desk if you need any dining plates/utensils and they’d bring it right up. I did that, was told to come down and get it myself. After 4 days, I asked the front desk if we could have house keeping at least come do garbages and the beds. Was told cleaning is done every two weeks; and that it is my job to take the garbages out to the dumpster. DO NOT STAY here if you are wanting a regular hotel experience. That’s not what this place is.

    Zero maintenance. Hallway reached the room smelled a cat pee. The floor was sticky in the room. The toilet seat was broken. The sheets were stained. The chair was ripped. And either it was blood, ketchup, or poop on the lampshade. We tried three different rooms in this hotel and every one of them was disgusting. We ended up leaving and not staying there in fear of bedbugs.

    Upon first view, we were taken back a bit after pulling into the parking lot with the amount of people hanging out, cleaning excess amount of trash from cars that looked to have been sitting there for a while. There seemed to have been a medical emergency with paramedics & a fire truck present. When entering the lobby, the front desk looked concerned over what just occurred (that made me nervous). My interaction with the front desk was smooth and a good experience, the manager and the hotel clerk were extremely kind & very helpful. Upon entering the hallways to get to the elevator, I got nervous again with the potent smells. Ramen & MJ. When we opened the door to our room, it was noticeably clean, but has a strong scent of a watermelon spray. That bothered my family so we had to air out the room for a couple hrs & turn the air on to get the stuffiness out. The room has a microwave, stove, sink & full sized refrigerator which was very helpful. The bathroom had noticeable signs of wear and tear, the beds had metal frames so any movement caused squeaky sounds. We got accustomed to the room after a few hrs and truly appreciate the kindness of the staff, however this building needs some upgrades & repairs. Breakfast was grab and go style (packaged pastries, granola bars, coffee, hot chocolate & oatmeal packets), but not bad for what we needed on this trip. We did appreciate how well stocked & clean they kept that area. Upon checking out, we were thanked for our stay.

    Mold in the shower, everything was filthy including blood stains in the counter and bathroom floor. I had to buy Clorox wipes and cleaned what I could. Chairs in the room looked like they had been turn up by animals Bed was supposed to be a queen but it wasn't, it was sized more like a full size bed, bed was rock hard, bought a queen size mattress topper to make it more comfortable and the topped was abot 18 inches wider than the bed. Sheets smelled and were stained. Woken up numerous times by barking dogs. Staff was nice but that's about it, unlikely I'll ever stay there again.

    The room was non-smoking, however it smelled like smoke. The hotel advertises breakfast, however all they have are granola bars and coffee, that’s not breakfast. There were non-operating vehicles on the premises that made the place look dissatisfying. I don’t foresee staying at that hotel in the future.

    Once you get to this location you automatically get a sense of feeling that you are not safe. Once we were given our room keys the hall way right off the elevator smelled like cat urine and the carpet was full of stains. Not to mention the room was HORRIBLE! The side leather chair was extremely peeled off and the room has stains everywhere’s. Not to mention the restroom which the door has water damage and cracked walls. As soon as we walked in we walked right out and checked out. We weren’t even there 15 min when we ran out that door to another hotel. NASTY LOCATION.

    This property was extremely unsanitary. The alarm was covered in plastic bags. The bathroom was not cleaned and toilet seat had brown waste. Furniture was ripped. But most disgusting was the hair and mucus stuff in pur sheets. I strongly suggest that you stay away this hotel.

    The night staff girl was very nice. Found out it was section 8 housing and we were charged more than the people that normally stay there because we went through booking.com first room we were in the floor was all sticky broken blinds the second room had broken fire suppressor over the stove and the lights were on motion sensors that you could not turn off so all night long if you rolled over all the lights would come on very irritating.

    This was an awful experience. Room was dirty, refrigerator didn’t work, room lights would not turn off so you must sleep with lights on, insufficient towels, none of the kitchen amenities advertised were available, the grounds were filthy, strewn with cigarette butts. Staff was unavailable to resolve any problems. The worst hotel experience I have ever had.

    it is an “extended stay” place and I got the feeling it was a place they put homeless people. hallways and elevators were dirty. way too many dogs. you have to ask for shampoo! they have 2 bellcarts and one of them was held together with tape. their free breakfast is coffee, granola bars and pre packaged muffins

    This hotel was so poorly kept! The couch in the room literally had the fake leather scratched off, the hotel smelled like people smoked in there all day and they tried to cover the smell. The shower was sketchy, when you moved around it sounds like it was gonna fall apart. The only good part was the staff. There is not breakfast included, it’s just coffee and breakfast snacks. Lastly, the rooms don’t look like they do on the pictures. DO NOT STAY HERE.

    Unfortunately the hotel was a letdown. The rooms are very worn, broken mirror, cracked sink, a non working fridge, and the floors were so dirty in the rooms. There are 3 doors to get into the actual hotel, feels a little prison like. After spending 2 nights there i would guess they are part of some vouch program or something. We wont be staying there again. The one good thing about the hotel was that the staff was nice and friendly.

    Dirty, water pressure is non existent. Lights turn on and off in the middle of the night. Fridge didnt keep anything cold. I felt gross when i was there. I even left early. Tile floor is dirty. Having to go through one door to go in and out the building past the front desk is ridiculous. Using a key card to go in and out is all ridiculous.

    You know it's a great price but I feel like it's went downhill as far as the cleanliness and mainly because of the carpet they have stains all over them like if somebody went up and down the hall with broken trash bag they need to take that out and put some newer carpet or whatever they're going to put there but that makes it look really really bad the insides is pretty nice and it's very good deal the staff was great the only thing is just the cleanliness as far as not the rooms but the hallway and all that

    I book this property for my husband recent surgery; I needed handicap accommodations which I was told by the staff it was I need to shower him prior to surgery, when we arrived the room had a tub it was very difficult, they said will get us another room but not till the next day, which was too late, TV didn't work, noisy we couldn't sleep, horrible bed, had to ask for everything including soap, shampoo, and dishes for the kitchette. We were moved to 2 different rooms the next day due to TV didn't work either. They did refund my stay I checked out next day. Only charged me for 2 nights instead of 4. The staff was nice and understanding not sue why they couldn't accommodate us.

    Upon checking in the front desk, Robin was crying from The customer ahead of me. She stressfully asked if I was checking in and I told her yes. She threw her hands up and said I’m over booked. I don’t have room for you. She had to keep leaving the front desk because the key cards were not working and she had to walk every customer to their rooms. She called her manager, Victor, on her cell phone and handed me the phone. I shockingly starting to try and explain the situation to him. Before I could finish my second sentence he rudely interrupted me and told me he was at home and was pissed off I was calling him on an employee number. He hung up on. I had 2 other family members in your hotel that checked in prior to me. I have my 2 young children with me and had to go to find another hotel room. I have never been turned away from a hotel with a reservation. They had no intention of trying to help us get into another hotel. It was a miserable experience.

    Our stay was nice. I f you dishes it is an additional cost. They do not offer housekeeping if you are staying less then 5 days, or for an additional cost. For clean towels you need to turn in the dirties in exchange for clean. Staff was polite. I don't know if it was due to the location but there were two different incidents where we arrived back to the hotel to see the police on site or a disgruntled customer being rude to the staff due to intoxication. The hallway to our floor always smelt of food from others cooking. All in all it was a good stay but I will come better prepared next time.

    My room smelled like urine. The hallway smelled like urine. I was not able to get a room key for three days and only received one of my final day. I had to keep asking for the amenities and they were not just provided. They do not clean your room if you stay less than a week. Have to walk to the back of the building to throw out your trash in their dumpster. I might be able to keep going but I’ll stop here.

    Called corporate to let them know of the many issues main one being I never got a room key due to key machine not working. Many of the people there didn’t have keys. Outlet power was not working. Electricity didn’t work (tv). Fire alarm went off around 8:30 woke up my kids scared and crying. We ran out hotel as well as many others and then had to wait to be let into our room one by one.

    Not as advertised. Every aspect of the hotel was dirty (lobby, halls, rooms, everywhere), especially the room. Shower was filthy with hair everywhere, the kitchen sink was stopped up, no hair dryer and there was no bedding for the pull-out sofa. There were zero amenities and not even basic necessities like a pillow or key cards. It was obvious this hotel is used for county housing for local residents. The look and feel is that of skilled nursing facility with younger residents, not a tourist hotel.

    Chose this hotel because it had an elevator. And its proximity to the job im working. Lars at the front desk was WONDERFUL. Best thing about the place. There were no key cards, they ran out,we had to be escorted up and let into the room by Lars. The motion detector light switch was faulty & the lights kept coming on all night. The beds are lumpy and you can feel the platform frame thru the thin mattress. The upholstry was destroyed on the chairs, ripped and peeling. Fridge was turned off, so it was hot when we put our food in it.

    I booked this hotel for a short stay with my child, and it turned out to be one of the most distressing travel experiences I've ever had. Within minutes of arriving, I knew we couldn’t stay. The hallways reeked of urine and marijuana, which was both nauseating and extremely concerning in a place advertising itself as “family-friendly.” The smell even crept into our room, which made it feel dirty and unsafe from the start. Things only got worse as the evening went on. The noise levels were unbearable—loud music and TV late into the night. It was impossible to be able to sleep, and I felt completely on edge. It genuinely did not feel like a safe environment. The room itself was a far cry from what was shown online. The pictures were totally misleading. The actual room was poorly maintained, with an overall grimy appearance that made me regret not turning around immediately upon check-in. After trying to endure it for less than two hours, I made the decision no parent should have to make while traveling—I packed up our things and found another hotel late at night just so we could sleep somewhere clean, quiet, and safe. This place should not be listed as suitable for families or solo travelers. I felt completely misled and incredibly disappointed. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere—you deserve better, especially if you're traveling with kids.

    Roaches in our room. Ok, it happens. Thanks for changing our room. Light turns in the room every 1 hours during the night. Killed the night sleep. Ok, you forgot to tell us how to bypass the motion sensor. Morning grab breakfast. No creamer. Seriously ? Get one of employees to go and get creamer for your guests. This is indication of not caring about your guests. Apologizing for not having muffins in the breakfast area because you are out since a week ago ?? Rooms have small kitchen. No cups no coffee machine, no plates and no silverware. No problem just call the reception and ask. We did and never got anything sent to our room. Our reservation was for a certain room. Reservation changed by hotel staff. Not sure why. Really bad experience.

    The staff is what made the stay. So friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure. The rooms themselves needed a bit of updating. However, for what we paid, we were good with it. It’s definitely the place you want to stay if you need the small kitchen.

    I also went down the street to stater Bros to get my own cleaning supplies and candles for the smell. I cleaned the floors and restroom myself. After spraying floors down with bleach, a sheet to cover sofa and utilizing candles it wasn’t so bad anymore. The next day I requested extra towels and that was a problem receptionist said being it was the weekend, said I wasn’t supposed to request extras because there stock is low and no one washes towels over the weekend. Over all it was a bad experience for me and never again will I stay at this hotel.

    I booked at 2:30 am and arrived at hotel 15 min later only to find out to pay extra because of a no early check in policy. So I paid hotels.com $113.23 plus pd extended stay $138.89 due to no early check in. I requested late check out 12:30 they said no problem. When it was time to check out they were knocking on the door calling the room I advised them I thought you guys agreed the late check out and the manager stated after 12pm maid service does not clean rooms so because it was 12:35/12:40 pm the maid can’t clean the room. Mind you when staff came to the door it was 2 housekeeping ladies and the manager feeling like we were gonna get jumped. I had a calming scented candle on for relaxation due my stress level my daughter is in active duty war so I just wanted to have some peace of mind. I blew out the candle and took candle with me and manager went into the room looked around I left a $20 tip I felt bad because apparently maid wasn’t able to clean as walking away the maids laughed an one said you forgot your smoke in the room I laughed and said my candle I don’t smoke! 3 days later got a $250 charge it was a incidental charge for smoking I called extended stay and said to them I was not smoking it was from my candle he replied well it’s a no smoking hotel! I should have put the damn lid to trap smoke in the jar.

    I recently had a disappointing experience with Hotel.com that I feel compelled to share. I booked a hotel room but quickly realized I had selected the wrong date. After canceling just 30 minutes later, I was shocked to find that I would not receive a refund for my booking. This has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with their customer service. Additionally, the hotel I ended up staying at in Williams for $149 was far from what I expected. The room was lacking basic amenities like a closet, iron, and ironing board, and the window in the rear was un covered, which made the space feel even more unsafe The overall appearance of the room was very old and rustic, with loose floorboards that added to the overall discomfort. For a price of $149, I expected a much better experience. I would not recommend using Hotel.com based on my experience, as their policies and the quality of their listings did not meet my expectations. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your travel needs.

    The room I stayed in was dirty there was food on top of a cabinet there was sticky stuff on the floor. The shower was dirty to the point that I didn't want to use it. The stove that was in the room was dirty. There was also on the side of the refrigerator on the floor.

    I stayed here for a wedding that was local.. First off walking in felt like it was a prison with its 3 doors walking in. Check in was easy but I reserved the hotel for a certain price and now the charges they did was about $40 more than what I reserved it for. Now on to the hotel room, wow gross. The beds weren't even up against the bed, the pillows were on the desk. The blinds were broken we couldn't even shut them and some blinds were completely broken apart. Next 2 of the outlets were out of the wall, the bathroom still had the same soap from the previous people staying there opened. A towel was wrapped around the toilet for some off reason. This hotel was almost worse than a Motel 6. Never staying here again.

    We checked in really late. However the staff who was there was really friendly. Since we checked in during audit time, my card was unable to be processed. So she provided me with three room key cards. When we got to the room, it was quite spacious. Barely any amenities though. The floor was sticky on some areas. Thankfully I brought slippers for everyone. The chairs were damaged from previous guests. The blinds were broken too. The rest works fine. Breakfast was quick grab and go items. We were able to do late check out at noon. When the trip was done, I checked my bank account and was charged multiple times. Twice by the hotel (one was refunded) and another by The Expedia. I was able to contact Expedia and got the one charged by them refunded. It was the more expensive one btw. Yay!! Thank you, Expedia!!

    The staff were good, kind, friendly enough. Our Room wasn't ready for check in had to wait. Room was clean and nice. TV didnt work well, would shut off every 10 minutes then come back on. Breakfast was very limited to coffee, tiny muffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal. Which was fine, just very small.

    The room we got had bed bugs, I grabbed the bed bug and took it to the front desk to showed them. They tried giving me a one bed room when we had got a two bed room, I asked for my money back and had to leave the place and look for another hotel having to pay extra and having my kids inside the cart until we where able to find a different hotel since almost all the hotels around were either sold out or double the price. I was told the manager would call me to apologize and up to now I’m still waiting for the call.

    We came into town for a concert with family, and were extremely disappointed with this hotel. The front desk did their best to work with what they were left with by the manager, but the rooms were overbooked, a packed lobby of people waiting, not to mention a broken elevator that we later found out had been broken over a month. We were on the 4th floor with multiple bags, and my mom was injured in a scooter. We had to convince them to get my mother a 1st floor room, not to mention the hotel itself was dirty and smelt awful. Would not recommend staying here!

    What I didn’t like about this hotel/stay was the elevator was out of service (fine, stuff happens right) so we had to take the stairwell but on the way to the stairs there was a horrible smell on the first floor like horse/horse poo. We also were told almost all the exiting doors we could leave out of but could not enter back in because the card reader sometimes wouldn’t work so there was really only one way to get into the hotel. Then as my husband and I go up to our room we notice stains on the tv, crumbs on the nightstand and dirty walls.
