The Best place to relax the Best staff safe cleans rooms

Easy check in/out process, staff was friendly, room was clean, stayed three nights, came back nightly to clean towels and trash gone. This was my second time there and will be my future go to hotel.

The location was advantageous to our stay and we enjoyed Norco. The repair needs and upkeep of the room didn't provide a good impression.

My stay was good , they need Bigger towels for the pool and jacuzzi , and the Jacuzzi could be a lot hotter felt like it was only 80 when it should be 99 . Overall very pleasant

But I recommend the Original Pancake House just about across the street.

Stayed here for one night and discovered active mold in the bathroom the day we were checking out. It appers the hotel was not properly clean between guests. We have made multiple attempts to resolve with hotel management but they don’t care.

The room was dated and when I requested extra towels because they were thin , I was told I would have to get permission from the manager. When I gave her my dirty towels she gave me back the same amount. It wasn’t a friendly place to stay.

Rooms are not maintained very well. The bathroom door can barely open and close. Toilet cover was broken and literally when you flushed the toilet, it will cut your finger. Loud noises in the middle of the night of people coming and going screaming etc.

After my first night I returned to my room only to find a dead rat in the middle of the floor. I informed the front desk and was told that they could only move me to a handicap room which I was not comfortable with. Once I moved to the room I realized that nothing else was offered for my inconvenience. When I went back to the front desk I was told that the manager was eating his lunch and I would have to wait until he was done. I was furious! 10 minutes later the manager called my room to ask how can he help me. I ask what was he going to do for my inconvenience? He replied "I moved you to another room, do you not want to pay?" I told him that I should receive some sort of compensation. He went on to tell me that everyone deserves to have a lunch and that he moved me to another room. This was very disappointing, especially after I had been moving furniture all day after driving from AZ the day before. This could have been handled better. I do not think that should pay for the 2nd night. I will stay at this hotel every again.

I made a reservation on 8/9 at 10 am to stay 8/9, same date. I changed my mind and I wanted to cancel. They said is-not possible because I had to cancel 24 hrs before, they meant I had to cancel the 8/7. How could that be possible I I made my reservation the same date I wanted to stay. They are not giving back the money

Room was dated, wall a/c va central and smelled of mildew, 3 channels on TV only, continental breakfast was bagels and 1 kind of muffin only. Location is good, close to many shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable too.

This hotel was terrible! I requested a non smoking room which I got, but the 4 rooms around me were not non smoking rooms so all I was smelling was cigarette smoke. I talk to the front desk about it and his answer was there's nothing we can do, you have the only non smoking room on the floor. Besides the the smell the room was filthy, the counter top was not cleaned it had soap scum and water spots left over from the last guest. The carpet was coming up next to the bed, the towels had long dark hair on them, the ironing board was dirty and had dark stains all over the cover, the shower curtain was ripped, and the lighting fixture in the bathroom was dirty and didn't have a cover over it. I needed to hang a shirt, pants and coat up ,but there weren't any hangers. This is not a hotel you'd like to stay at wven for one night. I though it would be fine because it was for one night, but I had to extend my stay from one day to 3 days which I went to the Hilton a couple miles away which it was double the money per night but well worth it.

Close to the I visited. Is dirty the bedsheet is dirty with people's hair. Whoever use the room because I think they don't changed the bedsheet. The bathroom is not clean too.

The manager had noticed my husband had a prosthetic leg when we got our room key, he switched our room from upstairs to downstairs without us even asking. I felt that was very kind of him

Included breakfast was just prepackaged muffins and the coffee machine was broken. The bathroom lights kept flashing like a strobe light. Alarm clock didn’t work.

This place was very nice and clean. The only problem was I had to wait around at the front desk to check out as I needed to leave to work. Other than that I enjoyed my stay

Our stay was short, but comfortable and quiet. No problem with parking, no theft or transient individuals hanging.around. Pool is clean, sparkling and refreshing. Grounds were kept and often tended to. Only thing is they are not pet friendly. There are vending machines as well. Highly recommended

The only thing I didn't like about this place is their continental breakfast consisted of a bagel coffee and orange juice not sure if you can honestly say thats any kind of a breakfast

They offered “continental breakfast “ that is more like just coffee and a bagel, I’m not sure if that’s what it is but I ask the guy in the front at 7am wich is the start time for breakfast and he told me they bring the rest out around 8, when I showed up at 8 other person told me that’s was it and they didn’t offer anything else

The continental breakfast was prepackaged bagels, muffins and cookies and a fancy coffee machine. I realize this is a motel, not a hotel, so you need to lower expectations. I realize you go into business to make money, so spending on improvements, or even replacing things that need replacing, hurts your bottom line. But if people never return, then you have lost a lot more. I chose this place because the name “Howard Johnsons” used to mean good value and a great restaurant. Neither is true. If price is your concern go to Motel 6. Otherwise pay the extra for a place that is kept up

Started out being short on towels when we wanted to use the jacuzzi. Then the jacuzzi wasn’t working. Once in our room, the tv wasn’t working. The front desk said they didn’t know how to help that we could call back the next morning to get help. The next morning we went down for a Continental breakfast. There was nothing out and we arrived 30 minutes after start time. Manager made lots of excuses and sent his worker to go make get cups for the coffee machine. Gone for ten minutes and we got tired of waiting. On another side, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I got room 116 it was okay only stayed one night, two beds. The only bad thing I would say is that I told them four people were gonna stay in the room and they only gave us one towel. And the pillow covers looked dirty. But I guess u get what u payed for.

Totally not worth the price. It is right next to the freeway which is all you can hear. People always smoking outside our door. The safety latch in the room didn’t work so you could just open the door even if it was “locked”. The safe was missing the front part so it was as unusable. I went to get a tissue from the box and the whole mechanism fell out. I will say the room was clean and the check in clerk was friendly but I will never stay here again.

The staff was great, but the room was disgusting. Multiple dirty areas, doors didn’t close properly, pretty sure there was blood on our ceiling. It was a convenient for our location, but I probably would never stay here again.

The place was located in a great part of town. Stores and restaurants everywhere. The place was verry clean and bed were very comfortable. We will stay there again. And we will recommend it to other family and friends. We have family that live everywhere around there. If we stay there we are close to everyone and still have our own room.

Was laying down and saw something crawling out of the corner of my eye. Bed bugs! Pulled the mattress down and the box spring was covered. I have videos and photo proof. Staff didn’t seem phased. There were no other open rooms available so my only option was to check out at 11:30pm and figure something out.

Although it might be older, it is well kept and clean. Very limited continental breakfast, but there is a great coffee shop & pancake house across the street. Walked to 7/11 for snacks. The pool and spa were nice. We would stay here again.

The clerk was not welcoming at all. There were noisy guests in the room next door that were talking very loud at 3 a.m. so my husband and I had horrible sleep.

We got a non smoking room , he room smelt like smoke, there were cigarette burns in the furniture, no ventilation in bathrooms, mold on base boards,booking says theres a breakfast but all they had was cold coffee and toast. Staff gave us a hard time for asking for an extra towel. Couldnt pay me to stay there again.

Bathroom and bed had hair was left from the previous occupant. I am not sure how fresh my bed sheets were so slept over the bed. The most disturbing thing was the pool. It smelled rotten, the smell never got off my body till i went home to wash up. Not enough acid nor chlorine in the pool and filter was on but water was not recirculating. Overall, the business was run with minimal.

The front office clerk, also the manager was very rude. We got a “non smoking” room and the room smelled like smoke as soon as we entered. The room was clean, just the smell and out of date renovations make it look dirty. It was hard to sleep due to the location being so close to the freeway. If you are a light sleeper I would definitely not recommend.

It was a quick overnight stay for me. The staff was polite and the room was very clean.

The only issue I had was the breakfast. I was looking forward to it and at 830am almost NOTHING was out. Even cups for coffee and juice were gone.

This was the only available hotel. We had to leave our original hotel down the street at the Hampton Inn, due to a leak in the restroom and the horrible stench in our room. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The building is run down and extreme outdated. The carpets were ripped, the door didn’t properly close and it was not installed correctly. Would not recommend this facility.

or gy next door and motel attendant resolving issues with your neighbor in the middle of the night in front of your room door and “free” breakfast serving milk from week ago that is your place, enjoy, we are not going back there ever!!! One more thing if you like it and want to stay there longer walk barefoot on the carpet you will get stuck there forever, very filthy place.

We really enjoyed our little 24 hr. Getaway for the day/night. Howard Johnson by Wyndham on Hammner was a great experience. The staff was very nice. There customer service was excellent. I had a slight issue with the t.v. I called the front desk and he was very helpful and guided me to fix it. I asked for an extra towel and it was given to me without a problem. Our only disappointment was the pool. It was really dirty and full of little dead bugs like gnats. The jacuzzi was the star. It was nice and hot and the jets worked amazingly well. We were in it for a little over an hour and a half. It really relaxed us. Afterwards we went to our room and showered got into our pajamas. Cooked some dinner in the microwave and we enjoyed a good movie before bed. If you are looking for a little 24 hr. Getaway at a decent price for 2 very comfortable double beds with 3 fluffy pullows each. I suggest the Howard Johnson by Wyndham in Norco Ca. On Hammner.
