the whole building was filled with weed smell, our room was not cleaned properly, the toilet was clogged and filled with poop and toilet paper, there were flying bugs in the room

Room was clean but the place is due for a good remodeling! Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area.

The bed was old, small undersized queen bed and very uncomfortable. It is difficult to get clean towels due to staff hours.

When arriving to the hotel, there is a door that you have to go in and call the front desk person on call to come to the hotel to let you check in. It smelled of weed and looked very nasty.

Myself and multiple guests were informing them that TVs weren’t Working. The staff said it’s beyond their capability so clearly it was not new issue yet they accept reservations without disclosing. From the entrance, inside elevator outside room, there strong smell of smoke. Elevator had duet, cigarette butts. The couch in room was filthy and torn tore up leather. Shower tub was not properly clean. Blinds were broken . Isn’t wasn’t for late night with children I’d never stay here. Certainly won’t in the future.

Expedia please refund my booking for this place. People should start eliminating all these third party vendors. Expedia took my money and yet to refund for a place that was not fit to stay.

This my worst stay ever, we came after 8 pm and no body was at the front desk and when we called we had to wait for over 15 minutes for someone to come check us in. The bed was not comfortable at all and the room was nasty 😩

Brandy at the front desk is super sweet. But the overall property is not great. I found several roaches in the bathroom, lots of hair from the previous guest. There was mold and rust in the bathroom and kitchen area. It’s just a dark and dingy establishment. Customer service was great but I had to end my stay early and go to another hotel.

This place was awful. It reeked of marijuana as soon as you stepped inside the tiny lobby. Staff were smoking right outside the main door. The elevator up reeked of body odor and marijuana. I specifically requested two queen beds and was given one queen bed. I checked out immediately and went to a better neighborhood. Definitely NOT worth staying here.

The bathroom was filthy. The refrigerator had rust on the outside of it. I have never stayed in an extended stay and I will never stay in another one. The front desk manager was nice.

There was no remote and fortunately the woman tried but to no avail we couldnt get a working remote. So i asked the next day at the desk if they could give us more towels and a remote and seemed like there was no remote for the tv at all. Anytime i tried to get a person at the front desk besides daytime it was like pulling teeth. Tried to do a late checkout and called multiple times to the point where a the cleaning lady picked up and there was no one there. So past 11 im about to get in the shower to leave and this man knocks on the door and proceeds to open it before i even get to it, what if i had been naked and this man just barged in before i could even get to the door. The rooms arent that big so it wouldnt have taken me to long to answer if he had just waited. Its crazy you guys are so ready to kick someone out but any other time you cannot be reached. He proceeds to tell me when i get to the desk to checkout that he apologizes for what happened but im already done with you guys so he could of saved those apologies.

No working phone on the wall at check in, called the posted number 30 plus times to check in with no answer. Waited for an hour for someone to show up and when I got to the room there we towels and no pillows

It was hot and Real bad smell from AC, plus the hotel had NO water very dehydrated. If your going to charge for WiFi you least could have had water.

Very rude front desk staff I missed placed my id and had to go in the car and look for it and when I came back the front desk lady closed the gate knowing I was coming back to check in for the night very unprofessional

Hallways, elevators, and rooms were absolutely filthy. There was never anyone at the front desk. The entire hotel smelled like chlorine and cigarettes. Mold was all over the bathroom that also smelled like mildew. The entire place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and that’s being generous.

We had a m easy check in with a nice staff person. The room is simple, clean nicely decorated and we had a room with a view of a pond! Quiet area. Highly recommend.

My bedding was damp I was moved to another room with same issues I had an early morning flight and couldn’t afford to continue dealing with that issue this was my worst experience ever !

On a positive note, the bed was clean and comfortable and the AC worked well.

Dirty . No clean during the stays

This was BAD. The lady at the counter was extremely nice. We walked in and it immediately smelt horrible. There was a cat food container on the counter. I paid and we went to look at our room. The room was really bad. The bed is on a box spring that is halfway touching the floor and halfway not. Everywhere smelt horrible. I can’t even explain the smells. We immediately went and asked for a refund and the lady did seem a bit annoyed but we were able to get a refund. As we were leaving, there was a lady who was knocking on windows offering services then entering a window on the first floor so do with that what you will.

Our room was in very poor condition. We found a dead bug and visible dirt on the sheets, and despite requesting fresh bedding, it was never provided. The bathroom had numerous bugs, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the space. The floors were grimy and appeared not to have been cleaned in some time. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep were far below acceptable standards. Additionally, the surrounding area felt unsafe. Even with the lower price point, I would not recommend staying here.

We ended up just not staying and leaving because the area is sketchy and the room is dirty.

Barely anyone at the front desk. our keycards stopped working halfway through and they couldnt print us a new keycard the one time they were open. had to leave our door cracked to get in our room. Absolutely horrible service.

They did not have a room available when I arrived. I called twice that day to confirm my Kate arrival but when we got there I was told there was not a room with 2 beds. The only room available was a twin. I had my 6 foot 2 inches son with me. We could NEVER fit in the bed!

The room was extremely run down and dirty. I don't mind staying in a "budget friendly" hotel and actually prefer it as I am just there to grab some sleep. Lack of cleanliness is a deal breaker. Floors were sticky and dirty. Tub / shower was dirty. Tub would not drain when showering. Lights wouldn't work properly. No alarm clock. Kitchenette was run down and looked unclean. Won't make this mistake again.

Area was ghetto and hotel room smelled and bedding and tub were dirty. However manager on duty was polite, professional, and pleasant.

It was a nice and quiet place. The staff were very friendly and easy to get a hold of them when you called. The only thing that was an issue was the smell of marijuana. And the people in the morning were hungover as they left the hotel.

Soon as i walked in to check in was told that the hotel had overbooked and she wasn't sure if there was anything available. She "upgraded" my to a double. The air conditioner work great. The floor was dirty, left dirt stains on socks and the dirt got into the beds. The toilet was clean. Left over debris in the tub and on the floor.

I didnt like the bedding was folded back, microwave dirty, fridge dirty, blinds were open and strings to close them were in knots, bathroom dirty, all knobs in the room were stained with dried on food/blood, small baby roaches when i microwaved my 2 TV dinners, tub dirty. I did not stay even 24 hours, i was outta there at 7a. I couldnt sleep, too scared & nervous, I stayed up looking for another place and the wifi is NOT Free. THEY LIED ON THIS SITE. I sent a message to the property online and caught me a lyft to the Embassy Suites. The online pictures were not what my room looked like. I took several pictures of everything. I asked for a refund too and screenshot my message to the property. It was horrific. DINOT STAY HERE.

The front desk clerk was very rude not helpful wouldn't supply any information I will never make a reservation for this place ever again and it's right next to a jail a prison so if you think you're going to be safe there then be my guess.

The room was filthy. Floors were a hard surface and hadn't been swept and obviously hadn't been mopped in weeks. We arrived toate in the day to make any changes or we would have found another place to stay.

We arrived at 8:00 pm to find the hotel lobby closed and had to call a number to get someone to check us in. Lobby, room, and hallway had a very bad odor. Exterior was very dark and scary. Our room had peeling paint on door frame to bathroom and furnishing were from the 1970's. We immediately left without staying the night and drove 3 hours to get home after a long day in Charleston. Took several pictures and tried to attach but no luck.

Had a leaky AC, had to keep towels down on floor, got locked out of room at night and didn’t have a shirt on because I was just smoking and had to wake my partner up to come get me in because no shirt no service. It was ok bed was squeaky and lousy. Hot water decent shower; room kinda cramped if your staying long term.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fruit flies and the dirty microwave. Other wise, everything else was great

Booked a room, arrived later in the day. There is no on site staff after 8 pm. I called prior to arriving hours earlier to make sure everything is okay, and they confirmed it was okay. Once I arrived, they have a phone to call to check in. Unfortunately when arriving I was notified that my room was not available. Paid prior in advance with the parking lot half empty. Makes no sense and had to rush to find a room for my family last minute.

these extended stay rooms have no coffee maker nor dishes to cook or eat with. No one is ever at the front desk, the tv remotes do not work, microwave looked as if it had caught fire, No blankets in the room, no utensils nor glassed in the room, If you are staying longer than one night for an extended stay you have to supply everything, Might as well spend the extra money somewhere else that will supply the things you need for an extended stay

Cockroaches, dirty floors, boogers on shower walls, hairs on bedding & towels. A/C made a loud dripping noise all night. Entire hotel smelled like wet dog. This place should never be offered on Expedia. Refund requested & waiting on it. Can’t get hotel to answer the phone.

I had to get my room changed because a woman was cussing at her child and threatening him. We were there for 3 days and never got clean towels or housekeeping.

DM isn’t friendly, water come up from under the title in the bathroom flood. It’s very hard to get anything from the staff like towels. They said the staff is supposed to clean room every Friday not one time my room was clean. Will not stay here or recommend to anyone

Water link coming from upstairs cause water puddle in bathroom 4 out of the 7 nights. A fight from upstairs kept us up 1 night, sounded like they were trying to kill one another. Disturbance from 11pm to about 3am.

Had to lock our selves in our room for safety as we had multiple rooms on our hall way starting fights in their rooms . Screaming ,yelling ,cussing ,hitting furniture and more . We had to worry at one point if we would be in the cross fire of people fighting and possibly being shot . They screamed and fought all hours of the night . Tried to complain to over night staff by phone which is the only way available and she wasn’t interested in solving the problem . We asked to be move to a safer room and she claimed they were fully booked didn’t offer to help or even try to look and see if a sister hotel had room .

Dog in a room near mine barked from time I got there til 12:30am. Called staff several times. No change. No sleep. Finally demanded to move to other side of hotel or refund $. They reluctantly moved me. Told me it was a “service” dog but obviously left alone in room ….servicing no one Also, shady nasty people all over property.

Staff we encountered were very nice, but do not stay here!! It was very dirty and there was a TERRIBLE indescribable smell. Save your money, stay somewhere else. We arrived late so we did stay one of the nights we booked but ended up switching hotels the next morning!

Riaches were in the bathroom, sheets on one of the beds were dirty. I would sleep in my truck before I'd pay to stay there again.

I did not know this was an extended stay hotel and the pictures are a tad bit misleading but my overall experience was actually very nice. Got some really good rest and the front desk was very nice

This hotel may be a convenient choice for someone who is only staying a very short while. But as far as extending your stay here, be careful because the manager here will put you out with little to no reason at all. Even when you’ve already paid for your room.
