Reviews
The hotel received mixed reviews with guests appreciating the cleanliness, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. However, there were several complaints about maintenance issues, breakfast quality, and lack of hot water.
- Cleanliness and spacious rooms
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Maintenance issues in rooms
- Poor breakfast quality and limited options
- 5/5
Great value for a nice room with full fridge & separate bedroom! Staff were super friendly, especially Dorothy who was in charge of breakfast. Also, breakfast was above average. I would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Great value! Staff was friendly. Close enough to uber/lyft to downtown. Stayed 3 nights no complaints.
- 4/5
It was a very nice place to stay. It was convenient to the N. Charleston Coloseum, so we walked back from a concert. The breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Very clean No hair dryer not enough towels
- 5/5
The property was lovely. Every staff person I encountered was kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was yummy. The coffee was fresh and delicious. I have to have my morning coffee! The pool was very nice. I would stay there again. My only issue was the elevator. There was only one in a large hotel and it was quite busy. This hotel is centrally located to many things including The North Charleston coliseum and the beach.
- 5/5
Great hotel! everything went very smooth nice room and an Excellent Breakfast!! and the Shuttle was very helpful!
- 5/5
We were amazed at our room having a full size refrigerator a dishwasher to burner top microwave icemaker it was great
- 4/5
Everyone so was so nice and friendly. The breakfast was great. Close to restaurants and not a bad drive to other places like Mount Pleasant, Downtown Charleston etc. The room was so dark, there was only 1 ceiling light in the kitchen and the rest were lamps around the living room and bedroom. It felt like we were staying in a cave. Soap in the bathroom sink would have been appreciated. It was basic.
- 4/5
We were given a parking pass when we arrived. We weren’t told we’d be charged to park our car in the parking lot until we checked out and it was charged as an incidental. I feel if I’m paying for a room I shouldn’t have to pay to park there as well.
- 1/5
The room had a broken soap dispenser and mildew all over the shower, the doors in the stairwells had pieces broken off, there were huge bolts sticking out of the wall on level 2 steps, weather strip falling off and the same trash stayed there our entire stay Wednesday through Sunday. We asked about housekeeping, but we were told we would not get housekeeping for such a short stay. Oh also when we booked, it did not say anything about $10 per day per car parking. I told the lady we did not have a car parked there because we parked offsite and they still charged me.
- 5/5
This by far is one of the best nicest hotels we have stayed in and we travel 20 to 30 nights a year. Everything was perfect.
- 4/5
The room was nice and spacious. It was kind of them to let me check in early. The beds were comfy. Only downside was the room didn't seem to circulate the air well enough because it was hot at night.
- 4/5

Our stay was fantastic! Great staff, clean lobby and rooms. Relaxing lounge area by the pool. Close to the places we needed most. Highly recommend and we enjoy watching the planes fly over as we swam. Cool experience.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great-nice variety of food. Location was outstanding-reasonable distance to downtown Charleston, Boone Farm Plantation & Mt. Pleasant. Everything was perfent
- 3/5
Receptionist at desk should have told us to (or emailed me) to look for the airport shuttle van marked "Embassy Suits". We stayed at the Residence Inn - hence we were looking for van for Residence Inn. We waited almost an hour - it was hot we were tired from traveling. I had notified hotel day before and asked for pertinent information and that important fact was not conveyed to me.

clean room, easy check in

The front desk staff were patient and very kind to me.
- 1.5/5
Service was awful. Very small room for 4 people. Only 2 pillows and 2 towels, very rude front desk (Jamie I think). Won't stay again.

Location near Mall. Service was awful. Very small room for 4 people. Only 2 pillows and 2 towels, very rude front desk (Jamie I think). Won't stay again.
- 5/5
We stayed here for a class in Downtown Charleston over the weekend. Easy access to Meeting street and all areas downtown. We requested a room with a separate bath so our friend could room with us and not have to transit through our room to use the bathroom. Our initial room did not have this and we were given a 2 bedroom space at no extra cost. The staff is super helpful. The area is close to all types of restaurants and the area is very quite. We would stay here again if in the area.

Excellent room! Very spacious and clean.
- 5/5
Very impressed with the hotel. Room was like an apartment. Sitting area, kitchenette with full size fridge, even a dishwasher. Pool was heated but still refreshing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Full breakfast with different options each day we were there. 15 minute drive to downtown Charleston without the high price of staying inside the city. Lots of options to eat right near by
- 5/5
It met my needs.
- 4/5
The room was spacious and perfect for a romantic get away!
- 4/5
Location Only elevator was on the other side of the building.

- 5/5
I ate late at breakfast so some items had run out.
- 5/5
The rooms were huge and fit all 6 of us.
- 4/5
However the design of the bedroom was odd. The sink was in the bedroom and the bathroom was in the bedroom so when someone went in the bathroom the fan was super loud and the door was noisy. The lighting was also very poor. But for the price, it wasn’t bad.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 3/5
The room had an unusual odor to it and the bathroom was not cleaned well.
- 5/5
Breakfast was fresh and good
- 5/5
Our room was spacious and clean- loved the fireplace in the room. The staff was helpful and kind and professional. The breakfast looked great although our schedule prevented us from being able to enjoy it. The coffee was wonderful. The booths with the small TVs were great when we brought our dinner back. We watched tv, ate and had a drink- very relaxing. Very impressed with this location.
- 5/5
The breakfast daily was great! The employees were very helpful and even though they were busy, they were still very attentive and quick to respond. The suite was very nice and welcoming. I am so glad they were able to accommodate all my needs and requests as I did have my mini with me and she was very at home too.
- 3/5
Yes shuttle was easy, except it did not pick me up from the outlets, had to walk back. No apology just an excuse. Very disappointing. Room tub was dirty, drain flies, and black mold on bath fixtures. Water way too hot! Breakfast was great
- 4/5
The room was clean and good for the one night. We had a very early flight so it was convenient to the airport. Desk staff were helpful with arranging the shuttle after we returned the rental car. It would have been nice to have the shuttle to fet to the airport for early mornings but I get it staff is costly.
- 5/5
Need more loungers at the pool but everything else was great!
- 5/5
Great experience at this hotel. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The front desk staff was great, and gave us late check out because we had a much later flight. We were traveling for cheer and many of us stayed here. No complaints!
- 4/5
Hotel should clearly state that, it is misleading and I would have booked elsewhere had I known these things. Disappointed. Had to spend extra money to compensate for things that were supposed to be included in my stay.
- 5/5
We only stayed one night and didn’t go to breakfast
- 5/5
we used the exercise room and that was a great benefit
- 4/5
Beds were very comfy. Nice rooms. Decent breakfast. Nice pool and basketball court were a bonus. Nicole at breakfast was very attentive and nice and TJ who works there, was very sweet. Great location to walk to the Tanger Outlets area. Would recommend.
- 5/5
Clean but definitely dated could use a massive renovation project
- 5/5
Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful and no issues with checking in or out. The rooms were clean, fresh air from the purification and everything was working.
- 5/5
Didn’t use shuttle, arrived by car
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. Very busy. Staff was nice
- 5/5
The beds were so comfortable but the pull out sofa mattress could use some updating very uncomfortable for my daughters to sleep on, other than that everything was awesome
- 5/5
Check in time of 4:00 was challenging. Parking fee was unexpected. But the room and breakfast were excellent.
- 5/5
It was clean and everyone was friendly. I just wish there had been some options that were not low fat
- 5/5
Good.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Everything First Class
- 5/5
Great property! Relaxing stay.
- 5/5
This was a lovely hotel. It was quite a bit larger than I had imagined. It was well maintained and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was OK. I would’ve expected maybe a little bit fresher food but the oatmeal bar was lovely. The eggs were atrocious I must say. The bed was comfortable. The room was fantastic. Full-size fridge, icemaker, nice shower and tub combo, nice vanity area, ample closets, Great sitting area. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again, should I be in the area.
- 3/5
We did not stay there. They were overbooked. We stayed at The Element and they covered our stay. The Element was great!!! We booked another stay there in July.
- 5/5
Hotel was perfect for my family’s weekend stay. The breakfast was great and the front desk staff was extremely friendly and warm.
- 4/5
Lamp shade missing over breakfast bar, trim loose under kitchenette counter.
- 3/5
Helpful staff and convenient to the airport.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, and airport shuttle
- 4/5
It was a bit rude charging a daily rate for parking.
- 3/5
The bathroom has lots of mold in the shower Good staff Poor cleanliness
- 5/5
We stayed to attend the Eric Church concert. It was in walking distance of all your meals and for the venue! will book again for another concert there!
- 5/5
Spacious clean room. Very comfortable & pleasant. Nice pool & fire pit area. Great breakfast buffet.
- 5/5
All around nice place to stay
- 5/5
The Residence was very spacious and very clean. We surprisingly did not hear planes despite its proximity to the airport. We would definitely stay again. You can’t beat Charleston!
- 5/5
I highly recommend. Rooms are spacious, nice and clean. Staff is amazing. Note that shuttles to airport only start at 6, which can be an inconvenient when your flight leaves very early.
- 5/5
Great room, staff professional and helpful
- 5/5
Good clean facilities
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice with a few choices. The outdoor pool looked nice but never tried as the weather was so cold.

Bathroom is shower only. Shower door kept sliding open and the water was not hot.Room also does not have a clock. Breakfast was excellent in comparison to other places ive stayed in SC

We didn’t have a stay. I paid for a stay but due to delayed flights we weren’t able to get to our room by check-in time. They refused us our room, even though I paid for it, they called us a no-show. They wouldn’t let us check in at 5 AM and use the room until 11. And no refund

- 5/5
Rooms very clean. Great customer service.
- 5/5
Room and staff were great.
- 5/5
Great service, friendly staff, clean and well maintained hotel/room
- 5/5
I was so impressed with the Residence Inn. My suite was clean and beautiful. The space was great and it was reasonably priced. Free Breakfast in the morning was high quality with a variety of choices. My only issue was a lack of sheets for the pull out couch, but the staff quickly and pleasantly fixed the issue.
- 5/5
I enjoyed everything. The location was perfect.
- 5/5
Our only complaint, and it is a very small one, is that there was no creamer of any kind for the coffee in the lobby. The girl at the desk said they were out. It is a minor inconvenience, but if you’ve been in the road all day and just want a cup of coffee without having to leave the hotel, a little creamer would be nice. Otherwise, everything was fine - friendly personel, clean room, and good breakfast buffet. It’s nice to have “real” plates and utensils instead of paper plates and plastic wear. I’ll always pay extra for that small luxury!
- 3/5
It needs a serious update and some lightening up. The carpet had tacks sticking out of it and we kept stepping on them, it was dirty looking and just not a fresh clean place to stay. Then someone stole my cell phone from there. It was returned later after they took it home. The best part of the stay was Thanksgiving dinner they surprised us with. Kudos to Margarita and the manager!
- 4/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
The room was in excellent condition including the bathroom.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Staff was very nice and very accommodating
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and easily accessible. Only issue we had was some cleaniness. But aside from that it was a nice hotel.
- 5/5
Very clean I was happy.
- 4/5
Excellent customer service
- 5/5
proximity to airport
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean hotel
- 5/5
Nice and clean spacious rooms. Delicious hot breakfast. Hotel is very near to Tanger Outlet mall and dine-in restaurants. 15 minutes away from Charleston French quarter.
- 3/5
Room had not been cleaned when we went in but staff very responsive to get anothet
- 3/5
The lobby was clean and the breakfast buffet was clean and good. We arrived late - about 10 pm. We had issues with our room. The lady said there was no way I booked the room I did. Then I showed her my receipt and she was surprised. Anyway, I'm guessing they put someone else in the room we were supposed to have. She then said we should of called ahead. I did. The room sink faucet was not connected to the countertop so water was all over the counter constantly. We did enjoy the pool area and we made the best of the room.
- 5/5
Room eas ready, comfortable anddrsk staff friendly snd helpful.
- 5/5
Front staff at the desk. The lady at the front desk was an angel, helped me and my friends out more than anyone could expect, made our trip so so much better, beautiful hotel in a beautiful city!
- 3/5
Staff was very kind. Room 110, the bathroom was unkempt. Caulking in the shower along the floor black. Floor grout dirty. Needless to say I didn’t shower. Around the floor drains either rusty or moldy, take your pick. There’s at least 10 usb ports, after plugging our electronics to most of them we finally found 3 that worked by the bed. Automatic curtain closer by the bed didn’t work. We kept flipping light switches to find some light for the room. At least 30% of them didn’t work.
- 5/5
The staff was excellent. They made sure that our room was available on time and also offered us a complementary upgraded suite! Will stay again!
- 5/5
Very comfortable
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay here at this property. There were a few things I was not satisfied about reasons l'll give this a 4/5 or 9/10/. I wish all hotels would upgrade their bathrooms to walk-in showers. The bathroom was updated however this is my preference. Our toilet did have some rust in it. Secondly housekeeping never came to our room. I went downstairs to the front desk, I called the front desk, ended up going downstairs to get fresh towels myself. However the bed was soft. The showers were hot. The ice maker made ALOT of ice. Couch was comfy. We would stay here again and again and again
- 5/5
The only downside was the daily parking fee $10. I did not see that noted anywhere when I reserved the room.
- 5/5
Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities we needed. The atmosphere was both relaxing and elegant, making it the perfect place to unwind. From the delicious breakfast to the excellent service throughout, everything exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly great experience in Charleston South Carolina!
- 4/5
We only booked one night at the hotel. Check in and check out was simple. The room didn't seem like it had been vacuumed great as there were still things left over from the previous guest. The bathroom toilet wasn't working and maintenance had to come fix it. It took them over 30 minutes to come but maintenance was nice! There was a kid screaming at night and I thought it was in the hall but it was in the room next to us. Then his parents started cussing each other out in the hall so that was annoying but not the hotels fault. The iron we had in our room didn't work but they did replace ours. We didn't have a coffee machine but had stuff to make coffee with. The water handles in the shower are backwards so hot is cold and cold is hot. The morning we were leaving, our sink broke. The sink water would not cut off and we had to get maintenance to come in and shut the water off. The breakfast was okay but it would have been great if there were more options such as eggs, bacon, bagels, etc. The front desk staff, Velma was super nice! Overall, I would stay again (for a short stay) because all of our issues were addressed within a timely manner!
- 5/5
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I could ask for to make my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to see and do. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. I can’t wait to stay here again on my next trip!
- 5/5
Nice property
- 5/5
This was our second time at this location and third time at Residence Inn in the Charleston are and we will be back.
- 2/5
The hotel itself is spacious and comfortable. The showers need recaulking due to mold.
- 5/5
This property was very adequate and had excellent customer service. The front desk was very helpful and my wife and I enjoyed our anniversary very much!
- 3/5
The elevator closest to my room was broke the entire stay. There was a long wait to checkin
- 4/5
The service was great and friendly people.
- 4/5
Nice size room with a separate bedroom and full kitchen
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
Even with a number of fine motels at EVERY exit in North Charleston, the Residence Inn has very good points of its own. I'd vote for the full-size refrigerator, among others, and this establishment has many good parts of its own, as well. Good place!
- 5/5
Easy access to the airport, shopping, dining options and highways into downtown Charleston or surrounding islands.
- 5/5
Nicest front desk worhers i have ever encountered!!! Super close to airport and only minutes from downtown Charleston
- 5/5
Walking distance to restaurants. Room was very clean.
- 5/5
The booked room type was not available, customer service did a great job and got it corrected.Other than that the staff was nice and helpful. Hotel was great, clean and quiet.
- 5/5
It was and awesome place to stay
- 5/5
The staff and the cleaning of our room was excellent, if we ever come back i definitely will consider staying here again. The breakfast was simply delicious.
- 5/5
Everything was really nice
- 4/5
The problem concerned the shuttle. It was impossible to get them on the phone and it never came. However, the hotel gave me consideration and made my stay very pleasant.
- 5/5
Was very friendly staff and everything was as posted
- 5/5
Very nice stay for our Charleston trip. The room was never serviced during the 4 days but if we had wanted it done I’m sure it would have. The staff was over-the-top friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and nicely appointed. We even recommended it to a couple we met at the tennis tournament
- 4/5
Everything was nice. The breakfast was not the best.
- 5/5
This property is in a great location and it is clean and well taken care of. What really makes this place special, however, is the staff. They were great!
- 5/5
Even if you eat out, it's nice to be able to make a snack at your hotel room. A kitchenette is fantastic.
- 3/5
The breakfast area, where food items were, was too small and hard in which to move around. It was too clustered. TJ was an extremely nice person. I WAS GLAD TO SEE SOMEONE WITH CHALLENGES WORKING AT THE FACILITY. GOOD JOB!!!
- 5/5
The place was absolutely beautiful and very clean I would recommend to my family and friends. I only have one complaint about the room the iron and the ironing board was not that great but over all I enjoyed my stay.
- 4/5
For the price the hotel was good. Rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly helpful and pleasing to talk to.

Layout was a bit confusing. But other size great.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and attentive, room was clean and functionally on point. Would recommend this property.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything you need. The bed was comfortable. I will definitely use them again!
- 3/5
The hotel is good, don’t like that room service is not every day.
- 5/5
Rosella (cannot remember this now) and Jamie, at the front desk, were ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!! We were thoroughly impressed with the room and all of the amenities!! ESPECIALLY the complimentary shuttle! The breakfast was delicious, the pool and firepit were great! Cannot say enough great things!! And Christopher was so kind.
- 3/5
The room they first put us in stunk incredibly bad and the bathroom smelled like cigarettes. We calmed down to the front desk to complain about the smell. They sent up house keeping and all he did was spray a chemical all over the carpet. I had two children who had to keep their shoes since the carpet was wet. So, we decided to go get food to let everything dry, when we came back the room still smelled awful like something old and dirty. We complained again and we were moved to a new room that was much better, but I honestly don’t think they should have put anyone in that room in the first place it was nasty smelling and they should have moved us right away instead of leaving us to walk on wet carpet sprayed with chemicals to breath in. We weren’t moved until hours later. It was not a fun experience. Just felt gross.
- 3/5
First impression off the bat was difficulty with the airport shuttle. I sat at the airport for an hour after I called waiting for the shuttle. Check in went smooth but when I got to the room there was an industrial air purifier that maintenence left in the room, there was a cigarette smell (hemce the purifier) and the shower had hairs in it and obviously wasn't cleaned. On a more picky note, whoever did their remodel didn't do a great job. Carpet wasn't stapled in places and there were a lot of sloppy edges on the trim.
- 2/5
- Initial room had a smoke detector beeping. The night auditor tried to fix it but couldn't, so she put us in another room. This room had both smoke detectors completely removed. - The floor was not vacuumed well. - The sofa bed had crumbs, food, etc in it when we pulled it out to use it. - The toilet did not flush well. - The housekeeper did not replenish the spare toilet paper roll when they did a room refresh, so we ran out of toilet paper. - The elevator was not well maintained. The mirrors and stainless steel was always dirty. Seemed like it had been a while since it was cleaned. - The elevator stopped working on our last day. (This is not necessarily the fault of the hotel, unless proper maintenance has not been done) Staff was nice. Continental breakfast food was good.
- 5/5
Clean and looks exactly like what is pictured…
- 4/5
Fresh breakfast options looked well made, but being allergic to cheese I couldn't eat the spinach and swiss quiche. Would have loved another hot breakfast option. TV in room didn't work, I was able to watch movies on my iPad instead. Loved the spacious room with bar seating and kitchenette. Appreciated the shuttle ride to the airport. will be back the next time we visit Goose Creek.
- 1/5
Serval lights needed to be replaced. Hot water was lukewarm. Didn’t get the room I originally booked. Instead was given a 1st floor handicapped accessible room next to the elevator and side entrance. Which made for a very noisy weekend.
- 5/5
The room was very nice and comfortable and clean. The only complaint I have is the tv in the bedroom wasn’t working. But I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone that’s looking for all of the above, go to the Residence Inn!
- 5/5
close to everything we wanted to do. great room, staff, and a heated pool!
- 4/5
I like that the hotel had a kitchenette and was nice and clean. I dislike the fact that the housekeeper didn’t check the soap dispenser before arriving. The body wash dispenser was completely empty.
- 5/5
Excellent property… well pleased with this room
- 5/5
Perfect for an overnight stay
- 5/5
Great location and clean comfortable hotel
- 5/5
Front desk staff was very professional, and I appreciate them being patient with me and helping me to find my room
- 4/5
We were happy to find this accommodation last minute. Great price and location. We'll be back.
- 5/5
Great team
- 5/5
The front desk ladies were wonderful! Honestly, all of the staff was so nice. They loved on our two puppies and gave them treats whenever we took them downstairs. Hotel is modern and clean. It is situated right off the highway but very quiet. Parking was a little hard if you get in late because it shares a lot with sister hotel.
- 5/5
Great hotel and we live the amenities! Like that the parking lot and walking area is well lit late at night!
- 5/5
Nice room. Very convenient.
- 3/5
Breakfast not good. Very basic and not high quality
- 4/5
The breakfast was great! The staff is very friendly.
- 3/5
Bed was ok and breakfast was also ok.
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Good area... felt safe...
- 5/5
The pool area iis small but good for small children.
- 5/5
Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff was really friendly. The pool was nice and warm and a joy to swim in. There were stores and restaurants within walking distance, but if you didn't want to walk, they had a free shuttle service to where you wanted to go within 3 miles of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
- 3/5
Cons: airport/airplane noise, ambulances sirens 24/7, you can hear guests in the hallways and in rooms around you, breakfast was awful.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay with family
- 3/5
Overall the stay was good. The main downfall was the room was different than what I booked for a family of 5. On Expedia I choose a 2 bedroom suite. The pictures specific to the room I chose (because I wanted to make sure and checked) showed two bedrooms so I comfortable booked. I know the pics are specific to the rooms because I checked some of the others and the pics correlated to the room your choosing. Somehow we got a one bedroom with two beds. This was quite an inconvenience for two adults and three kids. I asked the manager and he said that’s weird you’re not the only person that’s said that recently but he said it wasn’t a problem on their end and basically left it at that. I sucked it up and just finished up the stay. I don’t know if there’s and issue booking through Expedia but I guess it is what it is. The staff was still nice and the hotel is in a good area.
- 5/5
The location of the property to the event that I attended. I enjoyed my visit at the Inn became the staff was friendliness and the room fitted my needs, beings spacious, and clean. I like the atmosphere of the inn and i alway try to return if space is available. Looking forward to my next visit.
- 5/5
Great customer service from the front desk staff. The room was very nice and clean.
- 2/5
They were over booked and sent us to another destination. So unpacking and packing again was not what we wanted to do.
- 5/5
Nice place.
- 5/5
Nice hotel within close proximity to a lot of places
- 5/5
Booked a room for car show weekend. Room was very clean and neat. Front desk attendant was very professional and nice. Would gladly recommend to anyone

The bathroom door needed adjusted. Cannot close it without pulling up on the door. Room 344. Need better beds and pillows.

Our room was on the first floor next to the elevator which we heard every time it moved. Light around mirror only worked on one side. I was waiting to talk to front desk and as soon as she finished with person in front of me she put up a sign that said staff was not available and would return shortly. She said nothing, just put up sign and walked away.

They gave away one of our rooms that we reserved.

Nobody was at the desk when I arrived. Had to find them in the lobby watching TV. They seemed confused and annoyed that I needed to check in. I showed up 5pm which was 2 hrs after check in and they said the room wasn't ready. Had to rearrange my schedule to check in later.

Great place to stay for concerts and other events. Good size room and it was quiet.

It is a great location for airport layovers and, basically, a clean facility - however, the wake-up call didn't happen - and the airport shuttle wasn't timely.

The room was very spacious and clean. With the front manager being an absolute genuine and kind person, I felt like my accommodation from check in to check out was a wonderful experience. I plan on staying here again on my next visit in town.

Really nice hotel! I loved the room. The staff were very nice.

Room was clean and spacious, the grounds of the hotel were dirty with an over flowing trash can right at the side entry. Front desk staff was very friendly.

We booked through a third party site as i always do (better rates) When we got checked in the manager on duty said the only room he had available was a hearing impaired room, because guests with "higher status take priority" I understand, but you probably shouldnt say that to a guest. We got into the room and had no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch so back to the desk I go with my children. Our room was the first room next to the side entrance (now i know why it is for the hearing impaired) we heard everything. There was no instructions on when breakfast was, where the pool was, internet information, check out time...nothing. The conversation was literally the sentence above. Not the worst but certainly not the best.

It was nice and a good inexpensive option, however, there was hair in the shower when I checked in and what looked to be blood stains on the carpet. Nobody cleaned the room and I did not have the do not disturb sign on the door. So I came back from a day out and the room was in the same condition I left it in that morning.

We liked the area, and the ease of getting downtown. The staff took care everything. The breakfast was good also. We would stay at this facility again.

Had encounters with keonta and Terese that were beyond unpleasant. They provided the absolute worse customer service that I have ever experienced. They need to find jobs that have no contact with a customer. They are unfit for the public. Unexceptional service to say the least

It was very nice

Great location and room. It’s next to the airport so there’s a lot of plane noise but I didn’t really hear much inside the room. The evening staff was great. When I checked out the next day the lady working the desk was a little off putting.
