Very clean spacious property. I was very pleased with the cleaniness of the property and with the helpfulnesss of the staff. When I arrived the very friendly front desk clerk was mipping the entranceway because of the recent heavy rain. I was wery happy with the size of my room and the comfortable bed. Very easy access off of the Interstate. Would very much book a room again at this property.

One of the few places that would accept our 2 large dogs. There was a fee, but it was reasonable. For the price, a good place to stay if you're traveling I-40.

When I check in, I was gonna give him one key and also I was putting a smoking room when I did not ask for a smoking room and it stunk so bad in the room was not clean and the jar behind the counter was rude about it and so that’s why I’m giving them one star on everything
- 0.5/5
The price was fine. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. Barely any lighting in the room. Smoke detector was covered with a trash bag when we got in there. Talked to the front desk about it and he said that it smells like smoke because of the rooms close to it being smoking rooms. They did offer another room, but it smelled worse than the first one. We ended up just leaving and finding another hotel.
- 5/5
The refrigerator was dirty not clean at all and the best to the air conditioner unit was not clean and my wife has allergies really bad and in the bathroom the towel rack up above the toilet it was hanging in the right and broken

We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi, it was ok. The only complaints i have is the cleanliness was not good. I had to clean the floors & wipe down everything. The jacuzzi had a ring around the inside.

I was awakened to someone above me stomping back & forth on the floor for at least 5-10 minutes.

Front clerk provided awesome service. The room was quiet, clean, and cozy. The lighting was a little dim in the bathroom, but the room was great overall. Loved the new look since my last visit. I will continue staying here in the future.
- 3/5
In the average place to stay tonight. Clean, comfortable beds, and the people are nice. This is not a resort, or a place to spend three or four days with the kids. More like a place to stop off for the night for a good nights rest.
- 4/5
The hotel was good for a quick overnight stay. Website says continental breakfast is served but that isn’t the case.

The king room was excellent with a huge brown marbled shower. Beautiful new, stylish and comfortable furnishings. Fresh and clean floors, walls and countertops. Great storage closet with hangers. At least two full body mirrors in the room. Endless channels with great sound and picture quality. The staff was very accommodating and made me feel as though it was their pleasure to have me stay with them. You can't beat the price, quality or convenience with a Taco Bell right outside your window. I love it! Thanks for reminding me of what a hotel stay is supposed to feel like. Keep up the great work!

The property has recently renovated its rooms, giving them a fresh and modern feel. However, the building itself still shows its age. While the beds were very comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean, I did notice a faint smell of smoke near my bed. I’m unsure if it was coming from another room or perhaps lingering in the walls, but it was subtle and not overly disruptive. The receptionist was soft-spoken, welcoming, and provided great customer service. One downside is the lack of a continental breakfast or nearby breakfast options, which would have been a nice convenience. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with a few areas for improvement.
- 1/5
Was not good
- 1/5
We had an easy experience checking in. However, the room we stayed in had a very strong odor that resembled a sweaty gym. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and no ventilation in the space. There was a car air freshener wedged in the A/C unit and some small bugs in the bathroom. Although I typically have positive experiences at econolodges, I would suggest booking with a different hotel.
- 4/5
Inside hallway, nicely rehabbed. Only coffee in the morning. Very nice front desk clerk. Very quiet.
- 2/5
When I first checked in the garage were overflowing and dust was everywhere. The first room he gave me didn't have working lights. The second room he gave me was already occupied by somebody else. The third room was empty, but it wasn't the cleaned. Thankfully the bed was comfy. At night I could hear something dripping all night, and every now and then it would sound like a generator was kicking on. Everytime I stepped outside the front door people were asking me for cigarettes and the homeless people surrounding the hotel don't give off a safe vibe
- 5/5
The rooms were better than I thought... but not provided with things in the room thats suppose to be!!!! & compared to the other properties the bad habbits are not obvious...lol I will definitely stay again

Found a roach on the floor in my room. Whole building stunk of weed and cigarettes.

- 4/5
Pretty clean, but there was some chemical or mildew oder that prevented me from giving five stars.
- 1/5
Nope. I chose the property for an overnight stay on a cross country drive. Not looking for luxury, just practicality and cleanliness. This property failed miserably. Holes in the upholstery and drapery, wet water damage to the wall separating the shower from the sleeping area, unpainted patchwork on the walls, crumpled lampshades, ant infestation in the room. They showed up 2 HOURS after I checked in to say they had failed to clean the bathroom after the last guest It didn’t matter, because there was no way I was using that bathroom or shower. Grabbed a few hours sleep - IN MY CLOTHES - and got outta there ASAP. Even for ecomony lodging, this place is a hard pass
- 3/5
It was so musty/funky smelling when we walked in the room, my husband almost barfed. The area around the hotel is pretty seedy looking with crazy/homeless wandering around when we showed up around 11. The room looked clean enough so other than the strong smell it wasn’t awful. An ok, cheap place to sleep if you don’t have a sense of smell.
- 4/5
There are some street walkers and homeless people but they stay to themselves.
- 1/5
They have bed bugs
- 5/5
Quiet place to stay

It was nasty. Infested with roaches and ants
- 5/5
So overall I like the room. The air conditioning was super good which is a plus for Arkansas. A necessity really. The room was well furnished and it appears that all the flooring is brand new. They advertised hot showers, so I put that to the test. They weren't kidding. We're talking long hot showers. I bet I showered for 30 straight minutes in water about as hot as I can stand it. Eao I have to give them a top rating on that. Overall I would say the presentation and cleanliness are above average for an econo Lodge. I've seen some that were just total dumps. But I would stay at this one again. I didn't really like the walking distance to anywhere that mattered. There's a couple of gas stations around the corner and one diner so I can't really complain too much. But I was here on foot as I had flown in from Colorado and I didn't want to spend $25 every time I wanted to Uber somewhere. But I won't let that make a bad report. Overall my final review is that it's a good place to stay on a budget and I'll likely stay here again next time I'm in town.

I felt safe staying, and cab were easy to get, staff was polite and helpful.

You get what you pay for. Wasn't a bad hotel, just my tv remote did not work and went to front desk and they said they would have to get batteries and never did. The hallways smelled like smoke and mildew. Spotted couple cockroaches on the walls.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet overall. The only problem we had was that when we returned to our room in the evenings, it smelled strongly of pot smoke. It seemed to be a feature of the ventilation. When we went out the last day, we left the bathroom exhaust fan running, and the room didn't smell. Either the fan solved the problem, or the smoker left. Either way, it was an improvement.
- 2/5
Employee behind front desk was playing a game on his phone not even focused on checking me in until I said something. The room was mostly clean, but had some guys long curly pubic hair on the tray with the ice bucket on it. So that was nasty.. and the shorter baggage cart had some extremely sticky mess on the handle bars where we have to touch it, to move it.
- 1/5
The staff was nice however the room was old and not maintained. My husband complained of it being smelly.
- 5/5
Great stay and good location. Everything was clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
Friendly staff. Floor and bathroom were not very clean.
- 1/5
My stay was unclean the hot tub was filthy. We cleaned it out before getting in. As soon as it was filled with water and i turned on the jets on dirt started coming out! The room floor was disgusting! Overall a bad experience.
- 1/5
being it was New Year’s Eve and we had reservations we just put our stuff in the room and left for the night. When we came back no one was at the front desk to ask about swapping to a non smoking room (what we booked) So we just dealt with it and went to bed. Feel like we got overcharged bc of the holiday for a room that wasn’t worth the normal rate. Do not recommend. Also in a horrible area for safety (even our Uber drivers told us to be careful)
- 3/5
The property is not as pictured. Be aware. There was outdated, soiled and broken furniture laying all about the outside of the hotel. The room itself was not cleaned very well, as there were greasy handprints on the headboard, the mattress was hard as a rock,ńɓ hair in the tub, the microwave was broken, the LED lighting stripes around the hot tub are not in working condition and were visibly broken. The pool was obviously closed due to the seaon and lower temperatures. Upon checkout, there were several separate fees that showed up on my card, those have yet to be explained or returned.
- 4/5
Distance to Medical community routes a bit difficulty but a bit of Rest and Clean breathable environment

Please stay elsewhere! This hotel is in a very bad part of town, which makes you feel uneasy, especially if traveling alone. When I walked in, the entire hotel smelled like majijuana. My room was dirty. The sink was cracked, the bottom of bathtub was stained and rusted, and the toilet seat was broken. The tissue box in room was empty, and the room was dusty and looked like it hasn't been throughly cleaned in some time. Very uneasy and uncomfortable stay!
- 1/5
Customer service when we checked in was great. The condition of the hotel was unacceptable. The floor had blood on it. The room itself was run down holes in the walls and looked nothing like the pics on site. Next morning staff knocked on door and unlocked door and tried to enter room before I could get to it. Thank god I had the slide lock on
- 5/5

Expedia and Hotels.com messed up royally in not providing my information to the hotel. The two desk clerks went above and beyond the call of duty to call their manager on one phone and Expedia on the other. Expedia customer service kept passing them around from one department to another, making them answer the same questions over and over until it was maddening. But Econo Lodge kept calm and refused to give up. After half an hour late at night they finally got them to send an email with my information back to the manager, who forwarded it to the desk, and I finally, FINALLY got my reservation. The desk clerks were magnificent.

The room smelt like some had been smoking weed in it the bath room shower rod was broken and toilet leaked
- 1/5
Upon my stay the room had a foul mildew odor. I told staff and was moved to another room that had a dirty towel left under the fridge. The hotel is next to a empty lot that has homeless people staying there night and day
- 5/5
This is an incredibly nice place for the price. They also have a working outdoor pool. There are security cameras and the hotel clerks are alert to any mischief in the area. The room was great and I would stay here again.
- 2/5
All I am going to stay, is if you can afford something else I’d book it… awful location!
- 2/5
The room was dirty. The overall area is not a good place to stay. After my second night, I realized my door did not lock. I decided to check out early. I was placed next to a room where the person tried to open my door. Activity in the area was suspicious. Would avoid this area at all costs. The locked door signs were opposite of the actual locked door. Bedding had burn cigarette marks. The room smelled terribly even though it was a no smoking room.
- 2/5
The hotel smell was terrible. There was so much incense that it was unbearable. The linens were dirty and the exterior of the building was not maintained.
- 4/5
Only stayed for two nights. No complaints. Easy access tp interstate. No food service. Friendly staff. Would stay there again
- 2/5
This is in a very rough area. Our room had vinyl floors, which was nice, but the room stunk of mold. When I asked for another room, they told me I had the best room. This was before I had even told me which room, I was in. So I guess all the rooms stink of mold. I could not sleep; the smell was so bad. I will never stay at an Econ Lodge again.
- 2/5
The staff was good but the property need new curtains. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in in my life. The area around the property was a mess. Burn holes on the blankets. It was for people experiencing homelessness not travelers. I was very disappointed with my last two stays. I really wish I could get my money back. My back is hurting we just drove 2400 miles to sleep on a mattress that didn't have a box spring. .I am very disappointed with your contracts
- 1/5
This was the worse hotel ever. Needs cleaned and exterminated. Roaches everywhere. NEVER stay here again. Another guy checking out wanted a refund for the same reason, was denied! I feel like I need mental help for bringing and subjecting my family to this place. The reviews, which I used to judge wheather or not to stay here, were lots of lies. Im sure the staff write good reviews of this place in between customer complaints. We had a wakeup call at 2 am and the manager beating on the door for their luggage rack. Really? Who does that? Take my humble advice, DONT STOP HERE! The towels were dirty. The bed sheets flipped inside out, probably to get double uses out of sheet.
- 1/5
the person staffed at the front desk was not accommodating nor respectful whatsoever
- 2/5
I was paid for a non smoking room and got a smoking room plus the room wasn’t very clean at all the sheets had burn holes all in them
- 4/5
Staff was great, courteous, the room was very clean! Easy to get to off of I-40.
- 5/5
I was surprised at the condition cause past reviews weren’t good. Newly renovated. The smoke detector did go off at 1:30 in the morning for no reason and woke us up, and the neighbors, but all was fine
- 1/5
The hotel itself was horrible. Curtains were pulled down, sheets stained, holes in the wall, black spots on the towels. But for the price I guess you couldn't expect too much. The hotel worker was great. Very professional and friendly and was very understanding to the fact that the hotel was not the best fit for my stay. Salute to the staff that worked that day.
- 3/5
Didn’t seem like a good area of town. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
- 1/5
Roads around the property are bad and poorly marked, limited dining in the area, room in bad disrepair and had to call motel in morning (while in motel office) to check out, won't stay there again!
