Reviews
The hotel received mixed reviews with guests appreciating the clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and good value for the price. However, the hotel's location in a run-down, sketchy area with poor lighting was a major concern for many guests. The breakfast was also frequently criticized for its limited options and poor quality.

Location not so great. Coffee pot in room was broken. Alot of weekly work crews came in late and left early also walking out with what little contintal breakfast was there.
- 5/5
Great stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
My only complaint was regarding breakfast. It was served from 6 to 9 AM. Since I arrived at midnight and it took me about an hour to unwind, it would’ve been nice if it had been served until 10 AM instead, so I could get an extra hour of sleep. In addition, when I got there at about 8:30, it looks like nothing had been restocked all morning. They were completely out of eggs, and some of the other items were in short supply. Other than that, I had no complaints and would stay at this hotel again. Just make sure you wake up early if you want a full breakfast.

I reserved this property based on the positive rating. There were some positives, the room was clean and looked comfortable. However the hotel does not have an elevator so if you are on the second floor you have to carry everything upstairs. The manager offered an alternate room. The negative is the hotel is isolated and in a very rundown area. In the end I did not feel comfortable staying there as a single traveler and I found a different hotel. My mistake was not checking out the location more before reserving the room.
- 5/5
Will definitely stay again!! Super clean and nice! Spacious room
- 1/5
Solo traveler struggling with allergies on a grueling road trip, so I arrived exhausted. The next morning I opened the closed shower curtain to take a much-needed shower and found locks of thick, dark hair in the bathtub. No time to do anything about it, so I left without a shower. Also, the location is sketchy. Would not stay here again.

I booked this based on low price and good reviews. As I pulled up I was a little apprehensive considering the surrounding area, but it was actually a very quiet night. The hotel is a little older and has a few blemishes, but it was clean. The coffee being available all night as another perk. Check in was simple and the staff was very accommodating. They even let me check in two hours early.
- 2/5
I (woman) was traveling alone and felt very unsafe. Would not stay again. Carpets were stained and sticky feeling, AC didn’t work in the first room I was out in. Hotel is old and did not feel very clean. Very disappointed, being that the reviews I saw were pretty good…really not sure how it got such high ratings. I guess there are “ways”.

had breakfast
- 4/5
The breakfast did not have any protein. It did have eggs though. Staff was very friendly.
- 4/5
Great staff! When you drive up you completely expect a roach room but to our surprise the room was very clean and in good condition. The bed was pretty squeaky and firm but otherwise fine for an overnight stay. Be warned though, the neighborhood is pretty rough.
- 4/5
Room condition is good. Limited breakfast selection.

I have stayed there once before when I was in central Arkansas and had business the next day east of there. I will use that facility again as needed because it meets my needs

Nice bed to sleep in.
- 4/5
Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. TV was smallish. Not many restaurants close. Great for the price - we’d stay here again.
- 5/5
All was very good. Staff was very responsive.
- 4/5
Nice, spacious room. Very clean and comfortable. Updated. Breakfast could have some more choices.

Liked nothing. See above

Breakfast was not good at all. Only had scrambled eggs and no meats. Waffles were ok. Only a few pieces of white bread. No butter just strawberry jam. Orange juice and apple juice did not taste good. Coffee was terrible.
- 0.5/5
If you like being yelled at by hookers and stared at by fangs of men out front drinking beer in a darkly lit parking lot, this is the place for you! As a 6’3” man who regularly walks the streets of Los Angeles after dark, this place made me feel insecure.

Disappointing
- 3/5
Staff was great, room was clean but definitely in need of some touchups. Flooring and drywall were chipped/crumbled away in some places. Side entrances to the building were not able to lock, meaning anyone could get into the hotel at any time.
- 4/5
The room was spacious and clean. Room cleaning did only occur every third day. Breakfasts were limited to eggs, waffles and packaged sweets, yogurt and coffee. The juice tasted off. We think the nearby Cracker Barrel was a much better choice. The staff were attentive and supplied what was lacking. There were exercise machines and a seasonal pool. Additional towel hangars would have been useful. The location was good and accessible to and from east and west directions, although nearly full, parking was always available on-site.
- 0.5/5
Nothing. The room was dirty, there was glass, beer bottles, DRUG PIPES, and very loud groups grilling all hours in the parking lot.

The hotel is older, but clean. We only stayed one night. There is no elevator, so we had to climb the stairs with all of our luggage. The hotel and the rooms are all in need of updating. Not a bad price, but be careful. You definitely get what you pay for.
- 2/5
The tv didn’t work and we felt it was kind of a sketchy area
- 4/5
Overall nice staff and hotel
- 4/5
Due to caravanning with an older couple that has a cat, hotel choices were limited as we traveled cross country. They being a Choice member and having the cat, we had them choose the hotels on our 4 day trek. I internally sighed when they picked a Quality inn, but boy was I pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and very clean, the bead was comfy and the shower put out powerful hot water! Front desk staff was very helpful snd pleasant. Good restaurants nearby. Felt safe. I’d stay again, 👍👍
- 1/5
Reservation canceled. They did not have the fully accessible room that we had reserved. Found that out when we arrived to check in. The fully accessible room had been given to someone else.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 2/5
I picked it because it had a 8.2 rating. This was very deceiving and incorrect. The hotel was old and run down. There was no elevator. Would not recommend it.
- 3/5
Ok
- 2/5
Somewhat clean
- 5/5
Friendly, efficient service!
- 1/5
Room had mild bad odor. Refrigerator dirty. Room, bathroom, kitchen dirty. Painted walls old and dirty. Tub was stained and dirty. Insects including roaches and ants on the floor of room and bathroom. Air conditioner started making noise and leaking water on the floor at 4am. We couldn't sleep so we packed up and left around 5am. Worst hotel I've ever been in. Needs fumigation and renovation. Even toilet seat was nasty.
- 2/5
They are a Pet Friendly motel however, the room we stayed in the carpet was filthy. Multiple stains all over the carpet. It did not smell like an animal, however. The bedspread was soiled. Staff did offer to change it. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They advertise a continental breakfast. The only protein available was scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. No other protein. Only had Cheerios and Froot Loops for cereal and instant oatmeal. They had white bread. Very small wrapped purchased muffins and donuts. They did have a waffle maker with syrup. Yogurt, coffee and juice are also available. Do not expect much from the breakfast. It was easy to find and right off of 40.
- 4/5
Comfortable, good service, and all around great for the price.
- 5/5
Property was very clean and well maintained.
- 3/5
Property is conveniently located near the inter state for a night stop. Area around the hotel is quite run down but we were safe through the night. Breakfast options were adequate.
- 3/5
It is ok for a night stay. Not as modern as I would think. Crack walls and need some maintenance
- 4/5
The place was nice place to stop at. It was clean, staff was very helpful.
- 4/5
Little disappointed in the breakfast but overall, it was a nice place to stay. Clean & friendly!
- 3/5
The hotel itself was not bad for the price, however our room had a heavy mold smell and my partner and I both woke up with sore throats. The carpet felt damp, the shower soaked the bathroom, and without a window to open or bathroom vent, there really was no air circulation besides keeping the room door open.
- 3/5
Ok for a last minute place to crash. The room smelled of stale tobacco. The breakfast was very limited.
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had cobwebs on the walls, the tub faucet was partially broken and it would move but not adjust water temp unless you pulled on it, while turning it. The breakfast- cold items were warm and hot items were room temp.
- 5/5
Hotel is clean. Comfortable bed. Contential breakfast included. We wanted a simple place to stay the night and this fit the bill.
- 5/5
The curtain was stained and the remote for the TV was difficult to use. Also, there was significant ice build up in the little refrigerator
- 5/5
It got us through the night and fed my kids the next day for a long road trip bsck to ga.

Everything was fine except the breakfast muffin, which was too old and dried out, and there was no orange juice available.

Receptionist was very helpful

This hotel was in an area that was run down and seemed to be closed businesses and hotels. The night we stayed wasn’t busy. It seemed there was only 4 or 5 guests total.

- 1/5
Bad place to stay…. That’s it
- 2/5
Pet fees are per pet, NOT per reservation, as was stated. I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel had I known this.
- 4/5
The jacuzzi tub did not work, nor the treadmill in the gym. The staff tried to fix the treadmill and were very apologetic. Did not eat the free breakfast as all options were cold, and processed foods such as cereal, etc.
- 4/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Isolated and difficult to get to
- 4/5
my only complaints is that the room had a bit of a weird smell! to me, it smelled like microwaved broccoli and to my sister it smelled like bell peppers. also, when you turned on the sink or shower, the water ran a rusty color for a few seconds. not sure if that’s normal for places but i’m just not used to it. otherwise, it was a cheap, safe, pet friendly place to stay while a family member was in the hospital. i would stay there again if needed
- 5/5
The check in was very easy and Shifa was some. She was quick and very professional. Our TV did not come on and she was very attentive to our needs. She came right down to the room and figured the problem out.
- 5/5
The room was acceptable, the shower wasn't great (not enough power), and the area seemed a little sketchy. The customer service was excellent. Basically, I got what I paid for..
- 4/5
Good hotel and front desk friendly and carpet old and not clean
- 4/5
This is my second stay here; I want to emphasize that I did not have a bad experience. The staff is above average friendly and helpful, particularly sweet Shifa who works on the evening shift. It's obvious that they are making every effort to keep the rooms clean, and the room had a nice, spacious bathroom with plenty of counter space. Internet is excellent. But the neighborhood around the property is sketchy, lots of street people, especially at night; the breakfast set-up is poor, no hot food; the bed and pillows are not particularly comfortable. If you're looking for a low-priced place for one night when travelling, you could do a lot worse than staying here. Believe me, I HAVE done a lot worse, which is why I gave four stars. But if you're going to be staying for a few days, you might want to keep looking.
- 1/5
They said I did not have a reservation I had to go to another motel do not charge me. That was my first and last time to use expedia
- 4/5
Much better than expected after reading recent reviews.
- 3/5
Air didn't cool very well
- 4/5
Nice and quiet sleep and my car was in a well lit lot.
- 5/5
Staff was really friendly, thanks!
- 4/5
Hotel was great! Was clean and comfortable and suited us well for the few days we stayed. Walked in the door and it was obvious it had just been cleaned. We were also able to check in early when we called ahead. We also had to cut our stay a day short, and weren't charged for the last night that we ended up not using. Only thing we felt was sketchy was the location. Homeless mostly and seemed like a few drug transactions went on in broad daylight. We weren't in the hotel much except to sleep and check on our dog when she wasn't with us, like going to eat at a restaurant.
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, & well-maintained. The breakfast was a bit lacking in options though
- 5/5
Very good place to stay for 1 night. Very clean and economical. Staff was friendly and efficient. It was a little challenge to get to aftet dark as road looked like alley as nearby business had closed. I would stay there again.
- 5/5
The property was in a convenient location for activities that we had planned.
- 4/5
Great staff. Okay for one night stay. Reasonable price
- 5/5
Nice room
- 5/5
Just a nice place to stay
- 2/5
Location, no elevator
- 4/5
Staff service was great and friendly. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The only issues were the shower handle wouldn’t turn off easily & there were no curtains blocking the light outside. I understand not wanting it covering the air conditioner, however half mass would have been great. I feel like people could see in your room.
- 5/5
Very clean, great staff
- 3/5
The room smelled like mold which I am highly allergic to causing a headache the next morning. There was no hot water at all in the evening nor the next morning. Manager shrugged when informed and said they would “make note of it.” The lady who checked us in was very kind and pleasant and the bed was comfortable, but not enough to stay here again.
- 3/5
Ok for the price but maintenance was lacking and breakfast was not what I expected. There were no hot breakfast food items and the trash was overflowing but no one around to empty it.
- 4/5
Good for an overnight stay
- 4/5
The customer service was excellent with easy and quick check in. With the exception of a little hair on the shower wall, it was clean. Again, we didn’t care too much because it was a quick stop. Note: the breakfast only had cereal, bagels, waffles, hard boiled egg with orange juice and coffee.
- 4/5
The employee who checked me in, was extremely courteous, and had a wonderful smile! The room was very humid, and felt clammy the whole time. The mattress felt like it had been around for quite a while.
- 2/5
No television channel list, phone didn't work, clock didn't work. Warmish in room although temp set at 69.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 2/5
The room smell so bad. There is not much choice for breakfast.
- 5/5
First time staying here, was very good. Maybe just luck but our room was close to check in/ check out. Was two weeks out of ankle surgery so was glad i didn't have to walk far to a room.
- 5/5
The staff at the desk was very pleasant and helpful and came to fix my TV when it was on the wrong input.
- 5/5
Nice room and quiet and friendly people and atmosphere
- 2/5
Carpet was last cleaned during the Truman administration. Took off my shoes and walked around and my feet were black with filth. Breakfast was anything that could be thrown out in 2 minutes. We like the chain but this hotel was horrible. Skip this one.

It smelled mold and urine due to AC.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly. Hotel had an older feel, but was clean. Room was clean and comfortable. Water temperature was either scalding or frigid. Couldn't find a middle ground, but we only stayed one night, so we made it work. Continental breakfast was nice.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Polite friendly staff.
- 3/5
Overall for the price it was ok. Did notice there was a lot of homeless people lurking around and area isn't very lit up. It's back in a sketchy area?? But bed was comfy and room was clean outdated but suited a one night stay. Breakfast was ok only hot thing was waffles.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable room. The bathroom lighting was flickering and some of the shower fixtures were wobbly. Overall great experience.
- 5/5
Truck parking friendly staff
- 5/5
Nice place.
- 4/5
The breakfast was the weak link. There were bagels, muffins , cold cereal, waffle maker and yogurt. We thought the value was good for the rate charged.
- 2/5
Does this hotel rely on their guests to tell them something is wrong or needs attention? Other than the stench, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Nice staff and nice rooms.
- 3/5
Good for the price
- 5/5
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is beyond nice and comfortable.
- 5/5
Area is in a run down area off highway, city issue
- 3/5
Smelled bad
- 3/5
Area was run down and dark, Hotel was very dark, parking lot was also very dark and scary
- 4/5

A very neat and clean place to stay! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was perfect. A great value for the price. I will definitely stay here agsin on my return trip!
- 3/5
Housekeeper knocking on room door at 09:30 is uncalled for check out is 11:00 management told me by phone its just how things are
- 5/5
Customer service was excellent..only two things I noticed..the bathroom faucet wasn’t cleaned.. toothpaste spit all over it and the microwave was really dirty..but these were minor and if ever this way I would stay here again.
- 5/5
The Office Manager was wonderful and accommodating
- 5/5
Quite, comfortable, clean, good value.
- 5/5
Kind of in a rough area
- 4/5
not the best neighborhood area, front desk clerk was the kindest, sweet person. Our TV wouldn't work, she came in, got it working. Mattresses weren't the best but clean. Nicely decorated lobby and room. Coffee in lobby 24/7 plus coffee maker in room.
- 5/5
The night clerk was so friendly and hospitable! Room was very clean and quiet
- 3/5
The place is run down, no elevator and when I arrived they did not show my reservation in their system. The mgr was called and while discussing another guest at the same time it took a while to finally have them check me in. Mgr could see the reservation on the hotel.com site but not on the location system. No breakfast really to speak of (fruit and cereal only) and room had a smell of "old" to it. Clock wasn't even plugged in. It was conveniently located which was the plus. The front desk clerk was friendly and check out was quick. Quicker than check in for sure.
- 5/5
Young lady at front desk very friendly and helpful. One of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in. Loved the quiet
- 5/5
Nice and clean.
- 5/5
Ease of check-in and check-out. Clean, quiet, convenient.
- 4/5
Very noisy due to lots of construction workers on hall.
