This was such an awesome place for my family and I. It was so peaceful. We stayed in the villas. They were very spacious. The rooms were clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The shuttle to the beach and pool area was such a convenience. The poolside bar and food were clutch!!! I will return and tell others!

The property was very nice! Staff were very helpful! Amenities and beach access were great! Shuttle drivers were super sweet and drove around the area/resort.

This is our third time at this resort and we're already looking at making reservations for next year.

I stayed 3 nights 4 days. The Villa was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. The villa was out dated and minimally cleaned. I can tell this is rental and details were not priority for this particular villa.

The resort and it's amenities were beautiful! Also, conveniently located. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the turntable in our microwave did not work.

It didn’t feel or look like a resort. It felt like you were at home. The way it was decorated ase it feel like home and not a hotel.

The location was great..the staff was great and friendly i would definitely 100% recommend and stay at this property again! I didnt like the parking area..when we were leaving the security guard was a little rude in my opinion I didn't know that we couldn't load in the front entrance and he was basically rushing us because his "boss" was out there but the boss didn't say anything to us and I feel like they should have signs up stating that there is no loading at the front and FYI there was no one even put there behind us or coming around to leave when we w a s loading up our car! But besides that everything else was great!

Great price. Took my 3 granddaughters and 3 adults. Plenty of room and the pools were amazing. Pretty well located to other entertainment and shopping. Only complaint is the front desk person didn't go through any of the property, pooltimes and restaurants. But I did hear other front desk people give plenty of directions and property amenities. I would go back again and again to this property.

My family enjoyed the breakfast options. We loved that there were different pool options to match everyone needs. The staff was amazing. I appreciated the café opening up to cook a pizza for my niece because she only eats certain food due to texture complex. What I didn't like about the trip was not being able to stay longer.

The area was nice, the location was nice! The cups in the kitchen were dirty, no blankets/sheets/pillows were available for the pull out couch in the living room, not enough towels and wash clothes. Outlet in bedroom did not work. Would not let me check out late, got lost before check in on the property. Front desk was not helpful at all!

I liked the pools and the view from the balcony was great but I also loved that beach access was so easy. The prices of food and drinks was a little too expensive for one mixed drink we paid $38 and that wasn’t the bucket drink

This property was extremely nice, high-end upgrades as well and jt definitely felt like home. The only negative was we were supposed to have a King bed and it was clearly two smaller beds put together. The "crease" in the middle was uncomfortable and definitely not what was advertised.

Waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to take us to pool. There was construction everywhere at the pool, couldn’t use the restrooms. Indoor pool reeked of sewage and the pool water was beyond murky.

Nothing but the view. Everything else was nasty! The pools were so nasty from the 18th floor, we decided NOT TO ENTER!! The bed was broken and half-way repaired but squeaked at the slightest touch. Rooms are dirty and outdated, furniture was torn and seats were broken, curtains were torn, ice maker didn’t work, thermostat only went to 68 degrees (on the 18th Floor!), and the lounge chair was ripped, taken away but never replaced! The smell of Marijuana was so strong on our balcony we were forced inside instead of enjoying the view from our balcony!

Pool area was great. Resort is doing renovations and half of the pool was unusable and no restrooms were available except to go to the third floor. Our room was nice but noticed the bathroom wasn’t completely clean( toothpaste left on counter) but housekeeping did bring towels daily. There was a major leak under the sink, once reported it was repaired.

Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely frustrating, especially considering the cost of the stay. Early check-in isn’t allowed before 4 PM, and even after arriving early and waiting for hours, our two-bedroom villa still wasn’t ready. That really took away from the day.

The condo was spacious and met our needs. My only feedback is that the sofa bed was broken and the mattress in need of replacement. There are no USB ports for charging, so bring your own.

Some of the pool life guards were a little rude with kids being in the wrong pool. Instead of nicely letting the young kids know that this is an adult 21+ pool a lady (Caucasian with short blonde hair, skinny and short) told my kids to ‘’do not come back over to this pool to stay at over there to the other pool’’. I thought she was extremely rude to them for no reason as they and I did not know. She could have spoke and handle the situation a lot better. She knows who she is because I had to tell her these are kids. They did not know and she did not have to be rude to them. Other guest around he agreed she was overly rude about it.

Biggest concern was the lack of bathroom facilites at the pool. This almost seems against code...certainly not a healthy situation. Can only assume the dozens of little.kids and the dozens of drunk guy at the pool bar and hot tubs were peeing on the pools rather than taking the 15 or 20 minutes needed to go to the third floor or their room. Absolutely the most inconvenient and potentially most disgusting resort pool set up we have ever stayed in. Will not stay there again despite the otherwise great facility due to the fact that there are no bathrooms at the pool area. Really.... where does the hotel staff people think people are peeing?

Honestly, for the price, I was expecting to be a little let down when we actually arrived. I was wrong! Everything was exactly as advertised. The pools were great, beach access was simple, and the property was gorgeous and well laid-out. Convenient to several attractions and plenty of dining.

The staff is very helpful and the customer service was excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious. So many amenities I can't name them all. I'm definitely coming back. 10/10 !!!!

Our room in the Jasmine Tower was excellent. The suite was fabulous - great view of the pools and ocean, amenities were top notch, and the location was adjacent to the ocean for building sand castles and collection shells with grandkids.

It’s always a little confusing to check in because it’s so far away from the rooms but pass that it’s a phenomenal experience. One of the most beautiful spots on the strand.

The room overlooked the beach, and the rooms were very spacious. It was very quiet and the 5 pools were very clean. Security was on site 24 X 7. The only complaint was limited food service on site. However the room had a full kitchen. This is now my go to place in Myrtle Beach.

Acknowledging there is construction going on, we specifically booked an ocean front room and upon arrival found that ALL of our windows and patio had tarp over it (meaning we couldn’t see a thing outside - felt as if we are trapped in a basement). They removed this the next day but in my honest opinion they shouldn’t have allowed these rooms to be booked because it tainted our whole experience, or they should very clearly advertise the windows are essentially blacked out, which would have caused us to choose a different hotel. The noise levels in the room next to us was atrocious (teenagers literally screaming), so my kids couldn’t sleep the whole night. The next night I messaged the hotel and they appropriately sent someone to deal with it. All in the staff was very nice but they should have waited a month to open up full so they wouldn’t have to risk unhappy guests who won’t return.

Our room was excellent, better than expected. Clean, up to date. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We went to the gym twice. It would have been beneficial to have a couple of disinfectant spray bottles and paper towels to wipe equipment down after use. Love the available equipment. Should alternate treadmills and elliptical for the view of the ocean.lol. Outdoor pools, hot tubs and beach access were all awesome! Wish the weather was better for our stay!

We called downstairs for three things automatically wrong with the room, so we wouldn’t get charged for it. Took a shower and the water was lukewarm not hot. Don’t understand. We had a phone call from a staff member and they wanted to know why we booked with you instead of them and we told them why and we feel like this is why we got second class service on this trip. My husband has been coming there for 10 years and this is my third time and it was really unacceptable. I didn’t wanna say anything cause trouble because this was our birthday weekend so just letting you know.

Quiet time during a holiday weekend. Kiddo enjoyed the indoor pool; just wish the resort will upgrade the indoor pool area with a changing room that would really be appreciated, especially during the winter months. You have to walk in the cold, wet back to the towers because there is no changing/locker room located in the indoor pool area. Our 2-bedroom unit was very clean and spacious, overlooking the outdoor pool and ocean. Housekeeping would come everyday to empty our trash only. Noticed the tissue holder in each bathroom was unusually lower, practically near the floor. If the resort chooses to remodel the units, definitely raise the tissue holder. My 6yr old even complained that it was too low. Other than that our time here was well spent. Love the 11am checkout time as all the other resorts checkout time along the strip is 10am. Will definitely return.

Your area rugs are dirty and need to be replaced!! They need to clean it better because the toilet in the front at bottom was dirty! The bed is broken and it squeaks every time u move. They have a chair that’s a bed , but no cover to put on it. ,and I could not lift the bedroom blinds cause it was broken!!

As always the rooms was spotless, staff worked with me to accommodate my request to move to the new room the day before my reservation since I was already there and decided to stay another day. This is one of my favorite resorts in the area, and had recommended to family and friends when they want it to visit North Myrtle Beach.

Big 3-bedroom suite and pools galore! We really enjoyed sitting on the couch, playing board games, and spending quality time together. The 3 full bathrooms made it easy for our group of 9 to shower and get ready for bed. My family had so much fun going around the lazy river together. We joked, laughed, and relaxed. I would stay here again!

My son and I went to the hot tub then later that afternoon the pool guy was talking to my husband and goes on to say people have sex in our hot tubs. We couldn’t believe that you would come up to someone and say something like that. We will not be using the hot tub again

The room was fair compared to past experiences. Every single table lamp was twisted, or leaning badly. The ceiling fan in the bedroom would not shut off completely and the one in the LR was looking as if it was about to fall from the ceiling. NO instructions were provided to operate the LR television. The front desk was of little use.

We love staying at NBP! This time, we stayed in the towers and some construction was going on. There was a lot of dust from that, and out allergies were really affected by the dust. Other than that, the room was clean, except in my niece's bed, there was a lot of little black hairs on her sheets and in the middle bathroom all over the floor and shower. There was a lamp broken and the master TV was unplugged, so I had to call someone to fix that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We usually stay here when we come to the beacch, however this time our UNit was not up to par, The bathroom had mold built up around the shower doors. the bathroom had one of the sinks clogged. tyhe drain cover in the shower was bent and could potentially cut our foot. Also the bathroom despirately needed painting. The living room furniture (couch) was so worn down, that it felt like we was sinking down. The bedroom mattress was not comfortable at all. We sincerely feel the owners of this property shoud do upgrades. The otoman in the bedroom was dirty. There was clear visible stains on it. The amount of money a person spends here shouldl refect the quality of the unit. It did not!

Stayed in a Villa and it was a clean, and fresh smelling, unlike the first villa they tried to place us in it was unexceptable living conditions, foul smell and dirty couch, very unclean environment.

We had several problems. First, no fire alarm. It was just missing. The wires were just handing out of the wall. Second, black mold in the bathtub. It was clear it had not been properly cleaned. Finally, we had a maintenance worker just walk into our room. He didn’t knock. Just walked right in.

The stay at North Beach & Villas was a great getaway. Amazing views and the accommodations met every need. I only wish there were more dining options for a night arrival. I can't wait to come back and spend peaceful mornings at the beach.

Lacked kitchen essentials and appliance condition fair. Hot water was fine when it was available. Customer service was poor in terms of responsiveness and helpfulness. Although advertised as open, restaurants were not. Did I mention it was noisy? Charged $30 daily for housekeeping however we requested nor received. When I questioned charges, was advised that it is automatic for all guests. This is obviously a ploy to keep basic daily rate artificially lower. Should be required to disclose hidden fees. Services also compromised by booking through Expedia. We received multiple nuisance marketing calls soliciting attendance for sales offer. Opportunity rich environment for improved visual information.

I stayed in a one bedroom flat villa. It was beautiful. I have no complaints about the resort. Only thing is that when you go to the pool area the pool water was very cold and dirty.

The description of the unit was totally different than the one that was assigned. Very disappointing to say the least, thankfully our stay was less than 10 hours!

The sofas were soiled and black stained all over, the pillows were completely flat. The master bedroom mattress was about 6” high and very hard. The headboard slammed against the wall with the most minute movement on the bed. It woke us up all through the night. I pushed it against the wall when I needed to move around to lower the noise. The screws made a grindings noise. The glass tops covering the furniture was sticky and grimy. I did not lay anything on the furniture . The lampshades were dirty. A layer of dust covered the headboard. I placed towels over the headboard the second night to stop some of the headboard banging against the wall. The dining room chairs were quite soiled, we never sat in them. The sofas sunk in along with the springs when you sat in the sofa, and it was challenging to get out of it, so we sat outside 95 percent of the time. It was just very uncomfortable physically in this unit. The living room rug was so worn. The second bathroom was leaking under the toilet. The master bedroom mattress cover was soiled. The pools were good and the food from the 3rd floor grill was fine. I did report all of this to the front desk staff, they said thanks for letting them know, and have a nice day. I did tell them this was not resort quality accommodations, truly a two star hotel would not have been worse.

The condo we rented was out dated. It was in need of some TLC, paint, minor repairs ceiling., cabinets. The supplied pots and pans, coffee maker needed replaced. The overall property was clean and the stafff were helpful, polite and attentive! The restaurants on site were great!! The pools are a 10 plus the easy access to the beach!! Great location to everything needed for a vacation. Def. Stay here again.

Our stay here was a huge disappointment! We had stayed at this property when it was almost new and loved it! The staff member at the front desk at check in wasn’t helpful at all. The condition of the property and the 2 bedroom unit that we stayed in was terrible. The bed sheet in the master was stained, pillow cases were too small for the pillows. The lighting in both bathrooms were too dim to be able to use bathrooms to apply makeup. The washer was dirty inside and unable to do laundry before returning home as planned. Was a big waste of money. Will not stay here again.

In all the years that I have visited SC, this has been the best family vacation. Although we drove, everything was within walking distance. The staff was friendly, and the property was clean, quiet, and nice.

The resort is beautiful. The view was amazing. We rented a 2 bedroom condo. Everything was beautiful. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathrooms large and beautiful. Pools were amazing .

Property around Pools was clean but hot tubs couldve been cleaned better. Front Desk staff was very friendly but overnight manager was very rude. We were given the wrong room other than what we booked which was very frustrating. We got downgraded and the only option we were given was a one night refund or a full refund and go somewhere else which seemed EXTREMELY unhelpful.

We reserved and paid in full for accommodations in the Jazmine Tower, but upon arrival we were placed in the Indigo Tower instead. When we raised the issue, the response at the front desk was dismissive and unhelpful, essentially leaving us with no resolution. Having prepaid for a specific accommodation, we expected to receive what we reserved, and were disappointed that this was not honored. The condition and cleanliness of the apartment were also concerning. Towels provided had visible black hair on them, the floors were dirty, and the carpet appeared old and in need of a deep cleaning. We ended up cleaning much of the apartment ourselves in order to feel comfortable during the stay. While the apartment itself was functional, both it and the building overall show noticeable signs of age and could benefit from more attentive upkeep. Service and staff engagement were inconsistent. Communication prior to arrival and during the stay was overwhelming, with repeated calls and text messages pressuring us to attend a timeshare presentation, which detracted from the experience. On site, staff interactions generally felt transactional, with little effort toward hospitality. The property does have strengths worth noting. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions, and the number of pools available is a positive feature. However, enforcement of poolside rules and guest etiquette was lacking....

I stayed in the 3 bedroom house with pool, the Martinique style. Amazing private fenced pool, quiet community, very clean, and safe.

The resort itself is amazing! However, the property we stayed in was not equipped with smart tvs. They were very old televisions! Had to call someone in at 10:30 pm because none of the tvs would work! The kitchen was sparsely equipped! Including silverware and dishes. We were in PH 7 in the indigo tower. Wouldn’t recommend this room if traveling with a larger group.

Clean, and all employees are helpful

The pool side cabanas are an absolute joke and what a rip off price wise. Free parking was a benefit but a dangerous garage due to tight spaces and poor visibility. Every concern was blamed on using Expedia rather than direct booking thru the resort. Direct booking did not allow cancellation option. We are both first responders so had to be able to have cancellation insurance. If booking to this facility allows to be outsourced then the resort should own up to responsibility of providing incoming guests what they need to know on arrival. They stated they couldn’t possibly communicate with all guests booking through outside sources. If so many that should be an indicator of some sort of difficulty with direct booking experiences.

We had mold growing all around both of the showers in our unit. Also mold growing on ceiling above the couch. The king size bed in the master bedroom had a very bad dip in the middle. Very uncomfortable! The balcony was also dirty upon arrival. The fountain by the pool area was not running and filled with green slimy water.

Lots of pools and right on the beach! Furniture in rooms need updating and hotel hallways and walkways to garage needs major repairs.

Our accommodations were very nice and clean.

The air conditioner in our room did not work & the staff refused to transfer us to another room in 90+ degrees, also we found roaches in the room which we had to take care of by spraying the room, the bathroom & toilet smelled very badly

Was given an apartment on second floor with no porch, patio or even window with any kind of view.Had to carry luggage, groceries and access up stairs with no elevator. Also no assigned parking , had to compete with stake house, realtor and other renters for parking in front of my space

The pool was very nice and I loved the fire dinner show performance. The beds weren’t too comfortable but the staff were friendly and the area was quiet.

Well lets start with the bathroom. One bathrooms shower liner was moldy. Ending up removing it. Dust caked on the ceiling fan and base boards. Toilet was a bit dirty. The couch definitely needed to be upgraded...it had an odor and was very worn. There was an iron but no ironing board. The good spots were the pool and the pizza and definitely the Steak house which was terrific. The gentleman that drove the shuttles were wonderful. Whoever owns the unit needs to visit it and do a bit of an upgrade. I was disappointed in the unit.

Great atmosphere! Staff was very friendly and i had tons of fun! I love that the kids swim area is separate from the adults and the swim up bar!

We’re getting their heads beat up just trying to walk to their cabanas and chairs. Parents letting their kids just go wherever whenever not holding them accountable for their actions. Guess we need to find an adult only resort from now on. Washing machine did not work in unit, bath tub felt like it was gonna fall through the floor.

It was evident that they never dusted or cleaned the rug in the living room. Otherwise fine in terms of clean. Gates shut to park at 7pm! Loud until 11pm. And mattresses very uncomfortable

We did try the pizza restaurant one evening and sampled 3 huge subs. They were really good, but really expensive. Our meal with drinks and tip was over $100. Safety is a priority as is ensuring only renters or owners enter the pool deck. As with any high rise, elevators are an issue. We were on the 9th floor and walked down every day but took the elevators up. Parking is in a garage attached to the resort and seems ample. Never tried the fitness center as we wanted to go as a family and my 16 yo wasn't allowed. 18 over only. Basically across the street from Barefoot Landing which is a plus - especially during the daily thunderstorms we encountered. Our condo was nice enough. Missing some items that we are used to in a rented condo like S&P shakers, laundry baskets but otherwise fine. Towels were replaced as requested & door to garbage shoot was locked so you had to request p/u

Property was pretty with clean grounds and get very safe. Customer service was great. Villa accommodations were very quiet and private.

This properly is perfect for a family vacation. Could not have been more satisfied.

Th villa was amazing, very clean and had plenty of room for my family of 8. Shuttle drivers were all amazing. All in all 10 out of 10!

We had a great stay minor issues with our refrigerator and and a few marks on the wall but still had a very good time and definitely planning on visiting the resort again. Love that they had shuttles to take you to and from the pool

Parking is horrible! The loading and unloading area is overcrowded with shuttles and guests. This area is also the pool and elevator access. Room itself wasn't super clean but it was spacious. The no smoking policy isn't enforced so that was a huge turn off. If considering a visit, I would keep looking.

Great place to s stay for families

Our stay in one of the villas was absolutely amazing! My teenage daughter and her friends had the best time! We took comfort in knowing they were safe. The resort is beautiful and convenient. It’s the only place we will stay from now on!

Very inconvenient

We only stay at North Beach while visiting Myrtle Beach. Normally we stay in the towers. This time we chose to stay in a villa. No waiting on elevators and parking lots. The shuttle rounds every 5 to 10 minutes to take guests to the pool and beach area. We will probably go back to the towers next visit, I like watching the sunrise.

We stayed in Brunswick Villas. Ours was very outdated in decor and comfort. Master on top floor and no elevator. They are the furthest away from beach as possible and overlooked the road and McDonalds. Noisy car traffic at night. None of the 3 TVs worked and none were Smart. The WiFi didn’t work either. I would NOT stay there again. You can’t park a car near beach so if you plan on taking a wagon with chairs etc it’s a good 1/2 mile walk. There is a shuttle but it may be a wait to catch it. Pools are good but crowded and a big party atmosphere. You’re not allowed to take your own drink or food to pools and grill and bar is pretty expensive so come prepared.

Stay on Cinzia Lane and everything was great! Would definitely recommend to anyone on family vacation! Next stay is definitely here!

Beautiful resort with great facilities. Walking distance from Barefoot Landing with lots of restaurants and shopping venues.

Great resort ! It had everything you need with out leaving the resort except a store to purchase coffee and food but other that we had the best time and loved our stay there and will for sure go back to that same resort . Every staff member was so very helpful and kind .

Love this property. Will definitely book here from now on. So many amenities and close to everything. We travel a lot and reminds me of a resort out of the country.
