    The only issue during our stay was the pool being closed due to an unexpected issue. While we completely understand that these things can happen and appreciate that some situations are out of the hotel’s control, it was still a bit disappointing since it was something we were looking forward to during our stay. Other than that, everything else was excellent and we truly enjoyed our experience. Would definitely stay again.

    I liked the out door scenery and the fact my family had the pool to themselves when we went down there. I loved that I could bring my dog. She was very excited. Staff brought us up a refrigerator upon request it was very clean and it was supplied very timely. I would return in the future. I didn’t like how online pictures made it look like I was booking a suite with a bedroom and separate living room area but when we arrived it was an ordinary hotel room. I also didn’t like that it didn’t include free continental breakfast. That would have boosted my overall rate. I also couldn’t enjoy my shower because of the big open vent directly on the shower wall made me paranoid that someone had something in there to watch me shower, I couldn’t come up with a good reason that vent would be placed there. It should be made with the option to close the shutters.

    Super nice staff. We found free snacks and drinks in our room. They were doing a “find the hidden grinch” scavenger hunt around the hotel for the kids during the holidays and my son won a Sheraton mug full of candy. I would definitely come back!

    My biggest disappointment was the hotel was the food. We ate at the bar and my daughter ordered a chicken pot pie which was the equivalent of a Swanson's Frozen that had been reheated in the microwave. My chicken sandwich had definitely been microwaved and not fried in a fryer. And it was almost $100 for three people! I recommend eating elsewhere. The beds were comfortable though!

    Everything was clean & nice. I will say the bathroom lighting was awful very dark & dim. . I suggest a travel lighted mirror to put contacts in & make up on. Usually there is a magnifying mirror but still dark bathroom.

    At first check in seemed easy and the room nice... BUT the hallways had small pieces of trash and debris on the floor which in the few days i was there wasn't cleaned, the elevator door had all these hand prints, my bed sheets must not have been changed there was serval hairs and a blood stain on it - also the main fitness machine is broken in the gym - the food was subpar and inconsistent from one day to the next VERY disappointing

    This is a nice hotel with a great fitness room. It was in the perfect location for us and near many restaurant options. It is an older hotel but the finishing are nice. Being older though, the water pressure on higher floors is low and it takes 5-10 minutes for the hot water to get to the sink/shower. In our room, the toilet ran constantly and the blackout blind would not go all the way down. The hotel did take my feedback to correct for the next guest. I would stay here again, I’d just bring my sleep mask.

    Stayed here for a wedding that was right next door at Pinstripes. Very convenient location. Their bar and restaurant at the hotel was nice, so you didn't have to travel outside the facility. My made to order breakfast was quite good. Although I didn't attend - it looked like the cocktail activities at the bar were fun, the hotel seemed to control the noise level adequately.

    The hotel does not reach the level of Marriott. The price per night is high for these conditions. The hotel has no soundproofing, the water pressure is weak, and may be absent altogether. In the evening, the man in the restaurant served very well, in the morning for breakfast the girl did not even hurry to come to our table

    Sadly, this place is in need of some maintenance and attention. The sheets were stained, the mattresses were lumpy and the springs squeaked. The toilet kept running and the bathroom faucet was so loose it was difficult to turn off.

    Walls have zero soundproofing so heard normal conversations in ajoining rooms and the hallway. Housekeeping was incomplete both days with random items replenished without touching the bed. Not a big deal, but odd not to make the bed. Carpet in common areas and hallways were badly stained. Staff was very nice.

    The hotel is in an absolutely perfect area and the staff are super nice and everything is clean, but the water did not work properly at the sink or in the shower resulting in the water being way too hot and not easily controlled. I’m sure this has been reported to the hotel, but it does not seem that action was taken. The beds were a bit too soft. The location is perfect and it’s nice that there is a bar downstairs. Everything you could possibly want is within three blocks.

    It was relatively quiet, receptionist (Kladia) gave a warm welcome. The bathroom had strains of hair on the edge of shower area, there was no refrigerator (even a tabletop model?), no microwave. I would have preferred individual body wash, lotion & shampoo, etc. The furniture good quality. The only thing missing refrigerator & microwave would make the stay more appealing had to go downstairs to the lobby to warm food up. Otherwise the stay was ok.

Sliding bathroom glass door is annoying and lets too much light through, so the room is either too dark or too light at night 4 espn channels and no cable news except CNN is frustrating, although happy not to see Fox News listed.

    Only thing I would say is that when the cleaning lady enter the rooms make sure they all say House keeping because I was alone and sleep when she enter and didn’t say anything it scared me plus I’m pregnant but other than that I loved my stay it was beautiful and staff was so nice I’m definitely coming back…

    Our room was supposedly not available so we had to settle for one bed instead of two. Our room had a used cup full of coffee in it. The bathroom had no light fixture so we had to move a lamp in there in order to use the bathroom correctly. I let the manager at check out know but she brushed it off since we had booked with Expedia. Completely unacceptable.

    I'm finding when I book with a 3rd party such as Hotel.com amenities and other typical hotel features are often omitted (i.e. refrigerators). The service is often subpar and front desk associates treat you like a second class citizen. This hotel was no different. I also sat on a chair, it broke. I looked under it and it had obviously been poorly repaired. Pure lazy.

    When we checked in, there was no soap for the bathroom sink or shower. When I informed housekeeping employees, they said they were out and walked away. No attempt to resolve the issue, they simply were not including soap for rooms. Issue resolved by calling management, but housekeeping did skip our room for refresh the following day. Not sure if this is staff issues or supply issues, but should not become a customer issue.

    I have stayed at this property before and was quite satisfied. My recent stay was for 10 days. My room after night 1 was not made up the next day. The rude manager told me that I was not entitled to daily maid service as I was a “long term” stay. I checked with Expedia and was informed that the manager was wrong. The manager continued to be rude to me and an additional 3 nights my room was not cleaned after Expedia contacted the property to inform them of their obligation.

    The front desk employee (Karen? I think that was her name.) was fantastic. She was the only one there and making everyone feel special and important. She also addressed questions we had and worked to resolve our issue. She is definitely a top notch employee! She made us loyal customers to this hotel no matter where we travel because the level of service we got here was top notch. I also witnessed her dealing with some customers that were not so pleasant and she kept her cool and remained friendly. She’s a great asset to the company!!

    The room was nice and clean. The hotel had a weird sulfur smell [it was cold and the heat was blowing]. There was some weird buzzing sound in the bathroom that sounded like someone was using power tools all night long. The counter people were very nice and the bartender on duty the night of our stay was the best.
