I made my reservation thru the app, when I got to the hotel they didn’t honor the reservation and still they charge me for the stay

The room was a very nice size with plenty of room. It even had a couch and a coffee table. Nice sized TV although the beds could be a little on the worn side and most likely need to be replaced. It was a little uncomfortable. Let me Staff was very polite and courteous during check-in. Overall, a pleasant stay, even though they’re appeared to be some extra people mulling around the hotel when We first arrived.

Fighting a cursing all night…. I have small children and domestic violence was really scary for them… staff said nothing and no police was called… ALL NIGHT!!! Scudding cars in the parking lot. The cleaning lady with the red hair is very sneaky and she goes through your room even when you tell her not to.. I caught her in my room after I said no service and some other guy was warning her I had pulled up. She looks for people cars before she goes in

Front desk is very rude. They must have a lot of trouble at this motel because they treat guests as if they have done something wrong. I asked for another set of towels and was told one set was enough. Very strict no visitor policy and you are made to pay for each extra person that will visit.

We inspected our room, the floor, bathroom, furniture, fridge and jacuzzi were all clean. Everything was working except the bathroom exhaust fan and one light bulb over the bed (no big deal). They made up our room while we were out, provided clean towels and washing supplies. Yeah, other guests can be kind of sketchy, so expect the occasional weirdo walking by, the smell of marijuana ect. Didn't see any bugs, no issues with the water or TV, bring your own coffee. Easily one of the cleaniest jacuzzis I've seen in a room. All in all, we would defintely stay again when we're in the area!

But the staff is the complete opposite. Sadly i loved my stay there because the surrounding area but the cleaning staff was very bold in the morning opening doors and walking in on me and my husband butt maked just to tell us ee better hurry up and leave because they wanna go home and are waiting for us at 10am... WHAT?!! Also we had a lovely foapjack with berries in the morning and a smidget of strawberry got in the blanket while i brushed by the bed on my way to the bathroom; the cleaniny people had a fit!!! Wanted to charge $50!!!! And the reception lady and man were just rude and they lied to us about a few details such as timing on things and how things work. They arent human ot humane because even for my chrck in I received a national weather report warning saying there was a life threatening storm upon out area and they gave me the worst time trying to check in but thanks to the folks from expedia they handled and took care of it all some way or some how. Anyways Expedia : recommend 10/10 Bellflowers tracel inn : recommendations: (if new staff) 10/10 if same staff 3/10

I decided to utilize the in room.hot tub on my last night and the faucet turned on and wouldnt turn off. My room had to be swapped since the worker couldnt figure out how to turn it off. And the next morning the staff harassed me about what happened and was trying to keep my deposit due to their faulty gross tub breaking.

Housekeeping was terrible. They did not clean the room thoroughly and my wife found some ones dirty underwear under the night table. the Manager took his sweet time to come and clean it. The manager was rude and thought his Indian food was more important than meeting our services. Wish i could get a partial refund back from this motel

Be careful when booking. The rooms in the photos are misleading. Cannot upgrade rooms when booking through a third party.

Well today was ok but its not always like that sometimes there are issues unrelated to any wrong doing of hotel staff however i will say im still waiting for things the maids stole from me on pior trips to be returned which probably wont happen but maybe if i keep mentioning it in my reviews theyll finally return what was stolen also no jumpers from the balconies today thank god for that

I got this room for my brother and he was disgusted. The room had a clogged jacuzzi and there were bugs. I paid 145$ for that room.

Recommendable!!! Clean, quiet & very comfortable. Just minus points on the towels--'hope they will change to a better one...too old!

Roaches in room, non smoking building but room and elevator had smoke smell.

Room was not as nice as advertised. I apparently got an unrenovated room. Someone had dogs in their room that kept barking all day and night, but management did nothing. And in the morning, the staff started cleaning outside of the rooms at 8am, and then called the room to announce check out, well before the 11am checkout time.

But again you get what you pay for.

First off there was a considerable amount of cockroaches and also they ask for a security deposit of $20...which I did not receive back because I was 15 minutes late checking out. Also there is no swimming pool I think they should update the pictures on hotel.com

They check me in and told me that they need me to leave the hotel me they will cancel my reservation, just because they saw my dog in my car. I got a room because I have family in town and wanted them to stay here. So because I had my dog they told me to leave. I know dogs aren’t allowed in the hotel but she wasn’t gonna stay.and now I still haven’t gotten my money back

It was okay but should’ve been cheaper considering the room was in terrible condition. The AC wasn’t working until I unplugged and plugged it back into the wall. The cleanliness over all was a 2/5 for me. I walked into the room and the smell was so strong I had to close the door to the restroom. It’s almost as if they wipe it down with just water. Didn’t smell pleasant at all. Overall the stay was a 3.5/5 for me. Would recommend as a one night emergency stay. Nothing more.

And they have done that before they discriminated my son because of his mental illness. Horrible place there was blood on the elevator and fights on property the night was scary. I ended up staying because I was just to tired. I had to argue with them about the fact that they discriminated my son because of his mental illness that’s when they allowed me to stay. They never even apologized. Super rude people it makes hotels.com look really bad.

Noisy envintonment due to passing vehicles just about 3 meters from the room. And the receiving admin room looks like really need better security.

Stay at this hotel every time I've came to CA for the past 7 years. Have never had a problem.

Everything was fine till i got in my room and started winding down and turned the heater on and it didnt work i got all cold air coming out so i froze the whole night. I never had no problem with my stay at this hotel till last night

Expedia took my money and they already rented all their rooms and I’m dtil waiting on refund 5 to 7days while my old sick mother sleeps in the car terrible treatment

The following morning, I called the hotel to ask to spesk to the owner about my experience. The girl who answered the phone said "No, you cannot speak to the owner." When I asked "Why?", the girl hung up on me. I immediately called back and was answered by Dee, who told me "No, you can't f***ing speak to the owner. You can speak to me." I refused to speak to someone who had cussed me out twice alreadty. If the owner is reading this, I hope that you do not condone this behavior. If you respond to this post, I expect to be told where and when I can reach you. This entire situation is inexcusable. To everyone else, stay away from this place if you value honesty and respect from hotel staff. You won't find that here.

Well when I did the reservation they said that they have only one non smoking room available so I did the reservation then when I was on my way there they call me telling me that they have only a smoking room available I didn’t have other options at that time so I took it the room smell like weed so we did opened the window and we when outside to take a walk we came back 5 hours later and the smell was still there so we closed the window probably it was the people from next room then we plug in the fridge that they have there for as to used when we opened it was filled with cockroaches the elevator had a strong urine smell the blankets all with a cigarette burn marks then when we finally wanna go to sleep we couldn’t cause the people from the room next to as they where having a party with a loud music I didn’t know that it was gonna be that bad when finally check out I did wait over 5 min to give the key back and make my complaint but the person that came out just said thanks and bye en turn around and left for the amount of money that I did paid in a motel it was to much but like a said I didn’t have any other options at that time I definitely would not recommend this place to any body

Had a hard time waking up the clerk to check in place had a bad smell to it. I book for one day and was over charge . i was there for only five hours.

As someone who has lived in the area for most of my life,let me tell you I have never been treated so rudely and threateningly by any person in the Bellflower community as I was here at the Bellflower Travel Inn. My wife and I had to call the police to come deal with the angry man behind the counter as he took my documents regarding my service animal and refused to give them back until I began VIDEOTAPING him. The gentleman also refused to share his name, and came out from behind the counter barefoot and yelled at us to "hold our animal up to the glass window"! So he could read his service tag number from San Mateo County rather than just accept us reading it out loud. I will never stay here again with that rude, hostile, barefoot guy and neither should you! Please consider giving your business to another establishment.

The room was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The staff were courteous and helpful too. We would definately stay there again.

The receptionist didn't know how to pull up the confirmation. I had to wait 15 minutes on her husband to return to get a room. But her husband accomodated me with a upgraded room with a jacuzzi room.

After reading other reviews, I was worried about staying hear. However, this place was fine. We arrived late Friday night. While the office is locked and the person at the front desk is behind bullet proof glass, we felt safe enough outside. There were no shifty characters hanging around. While the furniture in the room is aging, the room was clean and the mattress was good. We saw the pool when we checked in. It was small, but clean. I would compare this place to any Motel 6, but with an elevator. We only stayed one night and all we did was sleep there, but I would not hesitate to return.

This place charges for ice,the phone in my room did not function, the bedding was filthy with stains, holes, and rips, and when I went to take a shower the complimentary conditioner packet was already torn open but set out for guest use! The entire four days I was there no one took out my trash or turned the bedding. Also, wifi didn't work and front office was rude.

Furniture was old and scratched up but that wasn't a problem for us. The bath tub looked like it had been acid washed then painted except instead of using enamel paint meant for tube and sinks they used reg w nite paint and it was peeling off. The sink w as a nice composite but had nasty stains that made it look dirty. The mattress was good and the room was clean bur because of the bath issues felt dirty.

No microwave in room, no tea, no coffee maker, no where to hang your cloths. Microwave near office entrance on the ground floor, not convenient at all.

Nasty. Then again it's a roach motel. Bring your own towels and use your shirt to rest tournaments head on.
