Great staff and clean

the employees of this hotel very friendly especially the girls of the front desk. the hotel very nice and modern the room a little small but nice and modern. the cleaning of the bathroom 5/10 and the mirror light was damaged only served half the light. it would only change better deep cleaning in the rest bathroom everything perfect... clean and nice hotel and good location.

Tidy, clean, quiet, modern room, nice front desk staff, decent breakfast, great coffee. When the price fits my budget, I perfer staying here as opposed to other hotels in the same range.

Simple and good!

The location was great, nearby food spots and fun activities like movie theater etc. my room was so clean and neat, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, the whole experience was amazing. The hotel in general was great, and was a comfortable stay. I loved it and the staff was nice. The breakfast could use some improvement, substitute the shredded bacon bits for full sausages/bacon. The scrambled eggs are terrible, maybe boiled eggs would be great. The juices were made weak tasted like water all of them (apple, cranberry & orange) juice. Also we need fruits as sides, I ddnt see any.

This time we were first in a room that the toilet would not flush, then moved to another room where the air would not come on to be moved to the 2nd floor and as soon as you walk out the elevator the smell of something horrible hits you. Thankfully it didn’t follow into the room just the hallways. The breakfast was only eggs, potatoes and bacon bits. We were just disappointed since previous it was amazing.

Beds are always comfy and the hotel is clean. If you are an ice fanatic, their ice is good! I love their free coffee, water and tea area.

Room was clean but had issues with key card and door every night. Elevator wasnt working, good thing i was on 2nd floor. Had to do laundry, machine w card didnt work and they didnt have change so had to drive to movie place next door for change. One dryer didnt work

The staff greeted us in a friendly manner, but then went silent when computer was slow to log onto for our check in. When I didn’t receive any reason for the delay, I asked if someone would let us into our room, and we could pick up our keys later. Answer was that wasn’t possible. I was frustrated and could have been more patient had she explained why it was taking so long. Two more check-ins had to wait while 2 staff members sat at a table within earshot, apparently finishing their break.IM A RETURN guest, but was disappointed this time, as elevator and tvs weren’t working. Neither did the ice maker nor water fountain. (Tv worked Tuesday morning) The staff did find a room for us on the first floor, which we appreciated.

1.) Elevator was not working 2.) We go up the stairs 3rd floor with a bad knee after checking in at 3pm to find housekeeper just niw cleaning our room. 3.) No TV channels were working. No signal. 4.) No breakfast available at 9am.

Got dirty sheets, thermostat was not working, breakfast was limited and closed down deli, had a broken toilet paper mount, and told manager and had cleaning change my sheets

The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice tall ceilings and black out shades. The breakfast was basic self service prepackaged foods and a juice machine. Overall a very good experience at a reasonable price. The best part is the movie theater complex with a bar and arcade right next door

This property is new construction. The main entrance lacked "wow" factor and was not very identifiable. Cleanliness wasnt a top proprity as there were crumbs in the foot of one of our beds and a hair/dust ball behind the door. We were supposed to have an ADA accessible room. There were grab bars in the shower, but the beds were kind of high (not very accessible) and there were no furnishings apart from a rickety office chair. In their attempts to be "modern" they didnt have a closet but rather a coat rack looking thing above a very tall "bench". It felt very sterile (without the cleanliness) like a hospital. The "furniture" or benches rather had plastic padding like patio furniture. Do not get me started on the breakfast. Where other IHG hotels have a steaming hot breakfast, we had luekwarm, pre-heated Jimmy Deans that stuck to the paper from being in a warmer for who knows how long. Whomever designed the layout does not have any idea what a kitchen's flow should feel like. The plates, utensils, & toaster were one place & there was a floating island 10-ish feet away with all of the fruit, milk, cereal, and bread/bagels/muffins. So get your plate, walk 10ft, select your bread then walk back to the toaster. Just very disorderly and chaotic with a crowd bumbling back & forth. The machine for coffee was out of order & the juice didnt seem to be installed properly as all were too strong to drink. No one was around to attend to anything including the front desk clerk. We wont stay

This hotel is not old but I don’t know what happened my room was deteriorated. I know we’re in the oils field heartland but still my room was beat up.

Room is basic but comfortable breakfast bar ok a bit off the highway.

The room was very comfortable, however I had to go multiple times to get my room cards to work. Also I paid a deposit and still got charge the full price on top of the deposit. Im not sure who is at fault, but I was told I’d get a refund. My biggest complaint was the breakfast. We couldn’t get juice because the machine was only shooting water. My last day the juice was there but it was extremely concentrated and way too sweet. The staff was amazing and I loved the room.

Bed was kinda uncomfortable to my liking . Found a vomit, stain in the hallway and the elevator was extremely dirty, and the restroom was not as clean as it should be. But overall, it's a decent place

Enjoyed our stay. Could increase the breakfast options, but the coffee was excellent!

Checked in around 5 no room ready. Had to wait about 30 minutes. Got to room AC not working. Got it fixed quickly but the whole process was not good.

Toilet was broken and we had to open the tank and keep fixing it. Asked for towels in the evening and morning and they still weren’t ready. Tv remote wasn’t functional.

First impression walking into the room was great, up until it came time to shower. Two wash clothes that were used, were still on the inside handle bars, dried up. There were hairs on literally every wall within the shower, the glass doors and even the dispensers for shampoo/conditioner/body wash - it was very uncomfortable knowing that the shower more than likely had not been touched/cleaned after the previous guest.

Really great. Perfect amenities for everything I needed. Great breakfast selection and friendly staff.

We were put in a room where the bathroom faucet did not drain, which led to being uncomfortable brushing our teeth, washing our hands, washing our faces…

1st room they gave us keys to was not cleaned. No sheets on bed. In our next room, dirty q-tips on the floor by the bed. Floor & bathroom could have been cleaner & quality of construction on wall & tile finishes in room were poor quality. Lots of gypsum board, paint & tile mishaps. Mattress had deep use sag

The hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly. We unfortunately were assigned a room that belonged to someone else and walked into their room. Not a good situation! Once we got into our room, two lamps didn’t have light bulbs, We only got 2 towels for a family of 4. The elevator didn’t work. I didn’t feel the amount we paid was not worth the experience.

Well upon arrival we discovered, The room was clean but the toilet didn’t flush, the room phone didn’t work , the TV did not allow streaming and the TV had limited Channels that took 5 minutes to change from channel to channel. They did not have extra blankets. Literally None of the advertised amenities promoted by the hotel were available! COMPLETELY FALSE ADVERTISING!! Also NO Management is onsite or available over the weekend to assist with any issues! The BEST part of the Hotel experience was the courteous Service and Bright Smiles that I received from the evening/ Night employees..Louisa, Chris and Addialisa! They were fantastic with managing my complaints and taking notes to communicate my issues to management when they arrive on Monday! Although the staff could NOT repair the toilet, phone, TV, streaming services, lack of available treats or any of the other lacking amenities; Uniquely, They did everything they could to accommodate me. They demonstrated that they understood my concerns. They each went the extra mile to make me feel validated. They were invested in the solution and made me and my family feel important while we were there. I greatly appreciated their support and the extra effort they provided! I am waiting for Hotel Management to call me

Building and facilities are still relatively new, rooms always clean, front desk staff always welcoming and accommodating. The only place I stay in Odessa!

The pictures lie lie lie about the condition of the rooms at this place. Mold in showers. Left over hair in showers from previous guest. No hot water to shower. Bathroom fan came in and now way to turn off. This place was disgusting. Walls coming apart from previous water damage. It smelled of sewage. I don’t know where these five star reviews are coming from. It’s a hotel for oil field workers who don’t expect much, and it shows.

No complaints other than it would be nice to have a microwave in the room.

Overall the stay was really nice. There was an error after we checked in because I booked a king size room and got 2 queens, when I went to the desk the woman checking me in argued about my reservation which clearly on my email stated it was a king size room but she stated there were no king sizes available. Other than that the stay was nice and the man in the evening at the desk was very nice.
