Elegante was a great place to stay. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. When I come back. I will be staying there.

Had an outdoor athletic field adjacent. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Cleaned room every day, even at odd hours. Restaurant staff was nice. Gym was fully equipped. One of the back elevators may not have been working. Nice patio overlooking pool. Directv. Looks kid friendly. Great value for the money.

We had a wonderful stay at "THE ELEGANTE"! The place was very clean, comfortable, and nicely air-conditioned, which made a huge difference in the desert heat. We enjoyed staying in the King Room Concierge. Also enjoyed the food and the ambiance of the Concierge Lounge. People were kind and friendly. Especially the morning breakfast! We will certainly return. This was our second time staying there and plan to go again in the future !

It was a charming experience and we were upgraded by surprise. We were there for a medical appt and it was so convenient to the hospital. Perfect. The bed and shower were the best! Though we were very appreciative of the upgrade , the food the evening we arrived was not as exceptional as everything else we experienced during our stay. However, it is not a deal breaker we are planning another stay. We live in 130 miles away and are here for medical reasons throughout the year. We will be staying with you from now on!

Shrimp boat service took too long being that it's our first experience there was us and 3 other couples restaurant wasn't that busy but we waited for an hour and a half for our food. Concierge lady could of been more nice. And having a room right across the concierge lounge is not a good idea no rest a lot of people talking loud in the lounge. Hopefully next time experience will be hetter

I really loved my room it was clean and comfortable but I really really picked this place for the hot tub and it was cold. I was pissed

The ice machine on the 8th floor wasn't working. There was only a portion of kleenexes in the room. There was no clock in the room. The elevator at the south end of the building wasn't working. There was no sugar- free syrup at breakfast. We spend several days a year there...this was uncharacteristic.

We requested coffee for second day but was never brought.

Best place to stay in Midland/Odessa. Price was great. Gets you off the interstate. Safe location. The hotel is fantastic. Nice lobby with bronze birds spraying streams into a fountain. Great attached restaurant (seafood). Great pool/pool area. Excellent breakfast. Large, spacious rooms. Extremely clean. And, a wonderful front desk staff. Can’t say enough good stuff about this place. Just traveling through or staying awhile. Treat yourself to this one.

staff was great, rooms were clean. was stuck in parking lot for 15 minutes trying to get out, so plan ahead if you have to get to work because traffic is bad gettiog out from that hotel since there is only one way in and out.

Street noise and religious paraphernalia…

The exit door was broken, and I informed the front desk about it. The door was making too much noise because the hinge was damaged. Every time it closed, it would slam, and we were right next to the exit door, which was very annoying. Unfortunately, nobody listened to our concerns during our five-day stay.

My room was not clean and you could tell the sheets were not changed from the previous guest. There was also goldfish and other crackers on the floor. The beds were not comfortable on one of the “queen” beds the mattress was hard and you could feel springs. The other queen bed was comfortable according to my son. I did sit in it and it felt much better than mine. Overall disappointing visit and I will not choose to stay there again.

Ou wedding reception and wedding night stay was at this property when it was the Radisson in 1995. I had not been back since, but we loved the condition and the stay!

Our shuttle driver was excellent. He picked us up at 12:30 am. He was very informative about the town and things to do. We are actually going to take him up on one of his suggestions on Tuesday. It was not a planned stop. Going on his recommendation.

Love the place. I have stayed there every time I come to town. Was the first time using the handicap room. Had my 80 year old friend and I think the room needs a face lift. I wasn't able to enjoy the spa but I want to book an extra day and get the works done.

Room was as clean as could be, staff was super nice- beds very comfy. It is very loud next to the highway! And the barn door with windows into the bathroom is lovely as long as no one uses the rest room in the evening then the entire room is lit up like a Christmas Tree in Rockefeller.

Room was clean. Staff was awesome! Manager on duty upgraded us to the executive suite when we told her it was our 15th anniversary and we were just having a staycation away from home. We ate dinner at the onsite restaurant Shrimpboat. Service was good but we were seated by a large group with a bunch of loud young children. We should’ve moved. We both had the seafood buffet which was delicious. The property is nice and relaxing. We had the free breakfast in the consigliere’s lounge. The breakfast was great with a variety of choices. The guy cooked us fresh eggs and delicious fresh waffles. The fresh fruit was so good! We live in Midland about 20 minutes away and we really enjoyed our stay. The only things I would’ve changed was the hot tub open or an in room hot tub and when I went to book a massage for my husband and I at the SPA, they could only do one of us at a time. One at 11 and one at 3. I specifically took my husband there for the hot tub and massages! Everything else was great though and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

The only thing, which is not anyone’s fault. It was a little warm in our room, but it is summertime in Texas. It had cooled down by the night time.

Arriving late at night, everyone was up and willing to help me get settled in. I appreciated the easy flow of checking in and checking out in the morning. The airport shuttle service was excellent. I only had to wait at the airport for about 10 minutes at 10:00 at night!

They did not have the basic amenity of hot water when we arrived and in the morning. I had to explain the issue with the wife. In addition,the did not provide some basic compensation. The manager said they would not give us anything since we booked the room through a third party. Decided not to argue but will not continue to stay there

I don’t know why they would place me so close to a company party in their ballroom or conference room knowing they party wouldn’t shut down until midnight. Very inconsiderate. I don’t get much rest or relaxation during my stay. At least the room was clean.

What a beautiful experience. The place was beautiful and quiet and the room was to die for. We had a balcony, with an amazing view. In the lobby was a lovely holiday tree with all decorations throughout. I’ll definitely book again at the Eleganté. Thank you.

Rude check in, didn’t sleep all night due to highway noise. I’d been here once before and was giving it another try.

Everything was ok but we found dirty stuff under on the edge of the bed and the rob that we really wanted to try, had what looked like blood. Our bed also had a wet wet spot. The sheets and mattress were soaked, but we didnt sleep on that side.

I booked this hotel because it had a jacuzzi. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was unavailable because it was out of season. Also our balcony just looked at a brick wall. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and nice.

The room was phenomenal, bed and pillows comfy. Concierge was amazing, the property itself immaculate. We didnt sleep well becasue our neighbors were noisy but that was not the hotels fault. I would drive back to odessa just to stay the weekend here again.

Next to a busy highway

the room was clean but the noise from the traffic was horrible.

we reserved a king size room with a balcony/patio and was told they upgraded us to the 8th floor. It was on the street side, and it was really noisy from all the traffic. Would have liked to have the room we reserved.

The rooms facing loop 338 are unfortunately subject to loud noises due to the high volume of traffic. I was woken up a few times throughout out my stay by loud vehicles.

I loved the hotel and friendliness of the staff. I was very impressed with everything here. I think the staff was most impressive. I had a patio room. The patio was spotless for all rooms. Not even a leaf was on the patio. A full-time lifeguard was on duty and the pool area was beautiful! I will definitely be staying here in the future when I return.

I was excited about our balcony view but was only able to see halfway due to a huge wall blocking the view. Room was clean. Bathroom is nice. Shower door a little tricky to close but the water felt nice & hot! We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the Shrimp Boat located in the hotel. Delicious. Service was good.

This is Odessa, so I probably should have given it five stars across the board. They are trying hard to be an upscale place. It is clean, the bed is comfortable, the room is in good condition as is the entire hotel, and the staff was great. I really have nothing to complain about.

Such a fun, relaxing vibe. So if you’re looking for a little sparkle in Odessa without breaking the bank, this hotel + The Shrimp Boat combo is chef’s kiss. 👌✨

Great hotel with friendly staff and conveniently located. The only draw back is the loudness of the roadway (loop 338). Unfortunately you can hear all things traffic if your room is on this side. Not bothersome during the day, but at night its constant We kept the fan on to try to muffle the noise, but it wasnt enough.Next time we will request poolside room for quiet peaceful sleep.

The renovations are nice but i felt like they decreased the size of the rooms. Felt very cramped in the bathroom area.

The hotel was dirty and the room I seen on the pictures was way better than the room I got..dirty bathroom and mold smell in the hallways.. coffee shop was closed the whole time and the t.v was super slow.

After more than 10 hrs of driving, a good shower was in order. Water pressure was great and massaging head great but soon was standing in the water. Drain was plugged or extremely slow. Called front desk after deleting 9 messages on room phone. Told we would be moved to another room. We were packed heavy as this was 3 weeks on the road. Room had an empty adjoining room but still had to pack up and move. Would have been much easier just to open the other door. Would have been nice if someone could have helped us move but not the case. Very nice rooms and hotel but expected a little more courtesy.

My only complaint is that the room had a bad odor. It smelled like a pet was kept inside of the room for a long period of time.

I booked a balcony room for a staycation. Check in went smooth, and the clerk was very nice and accommodating to our late check out. Our room was clean with a nice view of the pool/hot tub area that included trees, and a fire pit going once it got dark. It almost felt like we weren’t in Odessa. It was a great room for a great price. This is our second time booking the Elegante and I definitely recommend. We did not go to the buffet because it’s Father’s Day and we have plans outside of the staycation, but we frequent the Oasis grill and we love it.

Stayed one night. Room looked clean. I did my usual check of the bed linens and lifting the mattress as best I could to check for bed bugs. I always do this as well as wipe stuff down with Lysol wipes. It just makes me more comfortable. It looked fine. I went to breakfast the next morning and when I got back to the room I saw a bug on the comforter. Looking closely, I saw one more! Fortunately I had never put my suitcase on the bed. I took the suitcase into the bathroom and went through every item of clothing, even turning things inside out. I didn’t see any other bugs. I took photos, then took my stuff and went to the front desk and explained what happened and asked to be moved to a different room and floor. They immediately did and gave me an upgrade. In the new room, I got online with Expedia and told them what happened, and included the photo. I asked that the first night be refunded because I was really disturbed over seeing 2 bugs! Expedia called the front desk and said the head of housekeeping had looked and said they weren’t bed bugs. So Expedia took the hotel’s word and said they couldn’t do a refund. I then stopped by the front desk and was told it had been checked and they weren’t bed bugs. I just submitted the pics to Grok and Grok says they are bed bugs. Expedia gave me a $25 credit for the inconvenience but I’m convinced Room 236 could have bed bugs at the worst or carpet beetles at the least. Expedia should have refunded me as soon as they saw the photo.

Very clean hotel only issue we had was balcony door wasn’t working properly. Overall I would say we would definitely stay here again.

Didn’t use amenities/ just a stay pre-flight. Only issue for us was noise from an event( not late at night, but we had a super early flight). They have lots of event space, so if using before an early flight, request room away from event area

I booked the hotel so we could use the pool and hot tub, but due to the weather and I am guessing they were full of dirt is why they were closed.

Needs to be updated

The only complaint we would have, would be there was no complimentary breakfast. Other than that everything was great.

Staff was great and the room was freshly remodeled!

Our weekend get away was perfect. The staff and the amenities were pleasant and we were always greeted with a smile.

Extremely professional staff and clean facilities

We enjoyed our room at the MCM Elegante and the hotel is conveniently located from the highway. We picked this hotel because of the restaurant and room service option since we were traveling with small kids. While the room service is very reasonably priced, we found paper wrappers in our pancakes with our breakfast order which was quite disgusting. We will not stay here again because of this.

The people slam doors to early is my only complaint

Had to change room 2 times. Was inconvenient also found something that drug user would probably use in a drawer of the room . Told me management about it. Heater didn't work in the room

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and beautiful.
