The room had roaches and the door to the exterior room that we booked didn't even close securely cause you could see light coming through. This place was too overly packed with kids that made it very uncomfortable feeling and couldn't enjoy ourselves. With so many people the pool was not very clean. The coffee maker didn't work and the microwave locked on us trying to warm something up and couldn't get the food out. Tried to call front desk for assistance but they were no help. We will not be staying here again.

The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Pools are only open in late afternoon. I like to swim in the morning when all the looney toons are sleeping.

The visit was over all good and the staff was very helpful and friendly, but the most important thing is to keep an eye on ur kids the whole entire time while ur there . I saw there was kids just doing what they wanted and jumping on furniture climbing on tables . Also our neighbors was having a party and we could not sleep . The food was very very great I enjoyed the food .

We went for my graduation from UTPB and it was amazing!! My daughter loved the pool, we played mini golf and us adults got 2 free alcohol drinks a night. If we go to Odessa/ Midland area again, we will be staying at this hotel. Plus, we were able to change our room upon arrival to an indoor bottom floor room because of my mom who has mobility issues. It was a great experience. Got rowdy on Fri/Sat but overall was great.

This hotel was an outstanding choice for this area. The staff was extremely helpful in arranging my reservation requests. The breakfast was great and the area was very clean and well maintained.

The concierge was helpful and pleasant. The staff in the dining area where you get the complimentary drinks were not. The 4-5 ladies working around 5pm were very rude. No smiles or acknowledgment just upset and spoke to us with anger and annoyance. I don’t know if everyone was having a bad day or not but we didn’t do anything to anyone to be treated that way. Despite the poor behavior we still left a tip. Besides that hiccup the pool, jacuzzi, putt putt and playground area was nice and beneficial to my kids.

My only complaint is the drainage in the shower. I prefer not to stand in a pool of water while taking a 5 minute shower

This place was great for a family to stay for one or two nights. The breakfast was great and amenities were nice on the inside. The outside of the place is a bit dated and probably needs a facelift but inside is really nice and that’s where the magic is. It’s a nice place and staff is really friendly. They have much to offer. If you can deal with the outside, it makes the inside of this hotel much more worth your while.

Loved the pool area and the kids play area it was nice kids loved it!! The room was very clean and comfortable! Breakfast buffet was good, could be a bit better but filled us up! The beds were a bit uncomfortable not extremely but could use a upgrade! From the outside looks really run down could use a fresh coat of paint! The jacuzzi was pretty dirty, got out when I noticed it.

We come here almost once a month, just to get away. You never have to leave. It’s all the fun bundled into 1 huge building. We love it!! And the beds…….Amazing!!

Only complaint was being next to the pool and having kids on the other side of the connecting door. The kids kept pushing on the door, banging on it etc and this was at 11:40- 12:30 at night. It was the parents fault, not the staff. That staff was great!!

Great place for families with kids. Loved the drink special for us parents I stayed two nights and both mornings we went for breakfast and the first morning we missed it and i spoke to the staff anowed my time being within breakfast hours staff was annoyed and showed me their time. They were in fact correct and i apologized for not having the right time. So we missed breakfast due to being on a different time zone. I really wanted an omelette from the omelette bar. The next day i was in line ready for an omelette and one of the staff told the lady working it to close it down TEN MINUTES before breakfast even closed!! I asked her if she would please make me one and she said no! I was livid! They knew i was there for that and the lady that told the one working the omelette bar stayed around and we locked eyes with each other as if it was intentional to NOT serve ME specifically. Also there were party people that weren’t considerate of others and they’re surroundings playing music on the speakers with the door open.

The hotel is old and needs a thorough cleaning. The property is not very well maintained. The property needs a lot of TLC. A lot of unattended children. Therefore, a lot of unnecessary noise. I think it just needs to be managed a little better.

I reserved (2) rooms , a 2-room suite and 2-queen room (both exterior dome) ,, the suite was fairly nice but the other room had bugs crawling onto the furnishing,, so, my wife didn't want to stay there... I calls the front desk and they said i would have to get refund through Hotels.com , I've to get ahold of 'Real-live' person at Hotels.com but no luck yet 😕

Rooms were very clean and all the amenities were well kept. The staff seemed very annoyed when we sat for the buffet as there were no indications where to go to have them seat you and it looked like everyone was just seating themselves, some workers were talking "smack" in Spanish about me and my husband when we did get a seat. Hotel staff was very nice but some restaurant staff were rude and seemed impatient

A very different place with great play area for kids, restaurant/bar, outside or inside access rooms, & close to I-20, and I felt it was reasonably priced. The room was small with no luggage rack, but it was the most comfortable bed I had slept on of any of the hotels I have stayed in the last five years. Very clean room & loved the fresh coffee in my room, it was delicious.

we use to stay at here when we would visit Odessa, but we have not been here in two years. there is trash in the front lawn that makes the place look bad. My key worked to unlock the door to my room, but the door it self was hard to open. We had to keep moving the door knob and push to get it open had to keep doing it 5 time to finally get it open it was a pian and I was getting frustrated. We only stayed one night or I would of requested another room.

I placed to go order so my family could have dinner I'll order chips and queso minus the guacamole I didn't get it at all I also ordered a taco salad lettuce on the side well I had lettuce on the side and it was also on the salad as well, one of my granddaughters had the cheese sticks the only complaint is that there were no marinara sauce I ordered lemon pepper chicken wings, well I specifically ask numerous times if I could have the wings extra extra well, the lady that took my order said yes, well they were not extra extra well very little lemon pepper was on the wings the fries were great as a matter of fact that was the best part about everything that we ordered, there's one more thing about the taco salad there are way too much cheese there was no tomatoes on the salad I didn't get the sour cream that was supposed to come with it, instead there was Ranch on the side it was watered down it was horrible. I didn't have a good night because my stomach was hurting all night I finally got some relief and to stop hurting around 2:00 this evening so that being said who has money to waste I surely don't I'm raising two grandchildren and I work very hard and instead of us going out to eat I decided to try the restaurant in your establishment disappointment I'm very disappointed my money just went down the drain and in the trash

Hotel room was dated, smelly, and growing mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. One of our beds blankets had food on it when we arrived which tells me they did not change our bedding. The pool was cloudy and dirty. People were shouting outside our window at 11pm drunk. Do not stay here.

The Fundome is made for kids. Rhe families really seemed to enjoy themselves. The rooms away from the kids play area and piol are very quiet, considering how loud the kids were while they were playing The staff is very nice abd our bed was very comfy.

We came in the night of a terrible thunderstorm and the roof leaked a bit but other than that it was a great stay for the middle of the dessert. If you don’t have kids I would not recommend this place because the indoor play ground and pool are a bit noisy and kids are everywhere. For us it was a great time for our little ones!

It is a huge hotel with many connected buildings around its main centurium. The buildings are all multi stories but NOT labeled outside. It is very difficult to know where you are going to park based on your assigned room number. You have to go inside to have access to the elevator. The entry lock to the room is activated by your card key. It does not work at all for me and I have to go back to the front desk to have another card for a different room. What is inside the room is good.

The beds are super comfy. We stayed in a room inside not outside and it was a big room. The toilets are so low to the ground though and the bathrooms desperately need an upgrade. The staff did not inform us that they now close the lobby at 10 pm. We did enjoy the breakfast buffet but they also didn’t inform us that the breakfast buffet closes earlier on weekends and we didn’t see it posted. Overall, we would stay again especially for the price.

Had a problem with rooms not being ready in time for check-in. Rooms moved to interior and charged accordingly, NOT what was reserved. Getting situation resolved took several phone calls and visits, UNFORTUNATE.

Check in was fine. They explained all the amenities and gave good directions to the room which was located along the back of the motel. Looking around, the public areas were clean it definitely shows its age. Our room was nice and cool and everything worked as expected. The first issue was when we washed our hands and reached for a towel to dry it was damp. Which isn’t uncommon in hotels. The problem was that it was every single one and even the sheets and blanket felt damp. There were also stained pillow cases and sheets. We tried to over look this and stay the night but we ultimately left at 10pm and made the 3 hour drive home. Wasn’t terrible but we would stay elsewhere if we ever came back to Odessa.

Always love it when I stay with the kids

lifeguards at the pool area were not doing a good job. several children were rough housing and jumping into the pool on the shorter side where my young children were. my 4 yr old daughter almost got kicked in the head. as well as a small toddler was able to enter the pool area unsupervised and nearly drowned. life guards did not even notice and if not for myself and another patron, no one else would have noticed.

We enjoyed our stay other than feeling like we were in trouble by security. We walked out our room to see if the restaurant was still open. Security followed us all the way there and even to the vending machines. He made a couple off snide remarks. We were unaware that we were being treated as if we were in dorms with a curfew. We will not be returning.

The bathtub n bathroom were dirty full of hairs room stunk like cigarettes smell. Breakfast was cold. Microwave would be nice for warming up breakfast.

I did not visit the pool. The room was clean. I did not have breakfast. I did receive poor service at dinner. It took a while for the waitress to come see us even though there were only a few people in the restaurant. I had to grab the menus myself and I got my food, but did not get my silverware for another 15 minutes. My food was not very good. My baked potato was really good, but my Texas Fried Steak was very small and mostly batter with minimal meat. It was also incredibly dry. I only ate about half of it.

Breakfast was by far the best! The kids had a lot of fun swimming and playing ping pong. Another great perk is 2 free drinks for adults during happy hour.

The breakfast was the best , I loved the bacon and sausage, they had pancakes and an omelette bar and lots of other stuff , they had real plates and I didn’t see any take out so perhaps it’s encouraged to eat in the dining room instead of taking food back to the rooms . The pool looked really nice. They had a small exercise room, but it was sufficient. They had a place for miniature golf for the kids and a big tube system for the kids to play in. The rooms were very clean smelled clean, looked clean. The blankets were thick almost like a weighted blanket, and the bed was so comfortable you just sank in it . The staff was very friendly very helpful. I would definitely stay there again..

Everything was great and Danny the front girl is very nice to us. I had a bad experience with the night front desk girl her name is jellisa, that's what she told me her name was. I asked her for 1 xtra towel and a blanket, she told me that she didn't have any. Well then while we were at the restaurant we saw a lady passing by with a bunch of towels for her family I asked her were she had gotten them and she told me that the front girl gave it to her 😡😡😡😡😡😡. I went back and she told the security guard to give me a towel and a blanket from the room they have on the side. I did tell her that why didn't she give me when I first asked her the towels to me, and I asked her for her name she gave me her name and she said what ever😡😡😡😡😡 I really do thing management should remove her because she has a really bad attitude. Because of this incident I'm rating the hotel this 😡😡😡😡😡

The staff were super friendly. The restaurant on the property looked good and appears to be a good value. The property has an outdoor and indoor pool. Small mini golf course and an indoor playground/jungle gym. They have hotel and motel like rooms. Be aware when booking room, if you prefer the indoor, like inside the fun dome, or the outside motel like room. We didn’t travel with kids and the motel like room a fit for us. If you are traveling with younger kids. This will be a good place to stop and spend some time for the kids to play. Then end the night with a drink. We didn’t have the property's breakfast, but it sounds like a good breakfast to fill up for the day.

The pool doesnt open until 5pm, so that really sucks for guests with children who are there to use the pool. The staff was very rude and did not explain certain things to us because they didnt take the time to find a staff member to explain things in English as we do not speak Spanish. The pool was out of control and the life guards did nothing about it. The assistant manager told us that she would make us leave if we didnt pay our room charges even though we had already booked and paid for another night! She also said all of this right in front onlf my children.

The pool was very crowded and lots of kids being bullies to others and stealing their water toys.

I was totally shocked when they gave me my room. It was an outside room 😳like a motel. All of the other people in my party had inside rooms but somehow I ended up outside. I didn’t understand that. I inquired at the front desk and they told me there were no inside rooms left even though my reservation was made well in advance. The room was clean. The smoke will kill you when you walk outside from people standing outside smoking. I requested a non-smoking room, but it might as well have been smoking since you could smell it from the outside. The fire alarm went off, everyone evacuated. Upon checking out, I asked the front staff if they found out what the problem was, and she told me they had no idea. Their concern is what puzzled me! I saw no one in charge (fire marshal) or any hotel staff to come through to clear the evacuation. no security cameras around that I saw, and it was just overall not a good fit for me personally, I won’t stay there again.

Everything was great. The food, the staff, the cleanliness, it was all great. There's just waaaayyy too many people for the play areas & the pool, they should most definitely look into adding another pool or play area to accommodate the amount of people that are at the hotel.

I’ve stayed here before because my kids love swimming and I’ve never had an issue until this last stay. Arely the assistant manager is very rude and caddy. Her attitude was very snooty with me I was told I could do an early check at 230 and just show up, I called back around 2 to ask about how many bracelets we get. I had asked if I could possibly get 3 extra she didn’t explain anything , just a response of ,”if you rent another room “ I said no I’m not doing that I then asked about the early check in she told me I’d have to wait till 3. Good thing I didn’t just show up as suggested. Then in the evening I completely forgot about the happy hour I was under the impression it stopped at 730. It was 715 the lady’s in the restaurant area said I could go ask for a voucher. Arely then told me no she couldn’t something about inventory. I said the ladies said I could get a voucher here , she still said no. I was like well damn ok. I walked away and she proceeds to make a comment. I then went up there in the morning to ask for the manager she replied with in the assistant I said no I need who’s above you because I didn’t like your attitude last night she tells me I didn’t like yours either. First of all I’m the paying customer , it’s called HOSPITALITY!!! Not let’s be rude to the customers. Just appalled and disgusting behavior on her end. It’s about the principal, you can’t just be ugly to people when they’re spending their hard earned money!

Front desk staff were wonderful and accommodating. The restraunt staff not so much. Waited over 30 minutes at the restraunt just to order as they werent answering the phone for room service. Then missing multiple items from the order. Restaurant staff were rude and unwelcoming. Alyssa at the front desk was great in handling the situation and getting everything fixed!! This place is one of our family's favorite quick getaway spot. Great for families!!!

The hotel is in need of updating. It is over crowded. Too many people staying in the rooms and not being monitored. There were 16 people in and out of the room next to ours having a birthday party with only 1 hotel room. All were using the fun dome. Many rooms were this way. This did not allow paying guest the ability to use the fun dome. We were not able to utilizes any of the fun activities, pool, mini golf, ping pong, climbing gym. Soooooo many unsupervised kids of all ages running down the halls day and night outside entrances did not lock so paying for and internal room was a waste. Unsavory people in and out of the building all hours several didn’t have a vehicle - local unhomed people. Lots of people intoxicated in the halls and in the seating areas. They were very loud.

Enjoyed our stay we always do

The building is nice. We had the room inside the main building. There were a few minor things not working at 100%< Including the shower head not shutting off completely and one of the beds was sunken in the middle.

Wow the bed was so comfortable I could have stayed in it forever! Now I want one for my very own.. Breakfast was super duper excellent. The property was clean and comfortable, especially for families with children. So much to do.

Rooms need full renovation. It's old and dusty. Furniture especially the sofa bed smells and looks bad. Toilet didn't flush well. Rooms are not well-lighted. It's an okay stay but I don't think I'll book to stay here again.

Staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was great, however the room was very outdated bad cigarette smell lingering in the room, also spotted mold in some areas throughout the room which made the smell worse. Don’t stay here again. Mold can be very dangerous.

The room looked clean but outdated. Some of the wall outlets looked sketchy like they could catch fire and the bathroom vent covers were covered in dust. The thermostat for the room was very outdated and made it hard to control the temperature in the room I initially booked the room for my daughter's birthday party. One of the main reasons I booked a room there is because they have an indoor pool. They have the Putt-Putt and the little jungle gym for the kids. Not many other hotels in this area have anything like that to offer. We had free breakfast in the morning which was over at 9:00 a.m. It was kind of cold and look like they've been sitting under the warmer for a long time. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I loved all the amenities and everything else was perfect. The only problem I had was that they came to collect the towels, and I asked them to clean the room, but they didn't, and they didn't bring me new towels. I had to go and get them myself.

We had the Jacuzzi suites and they were amazing. Beds were very comfortable, I have a hard sleeping and no issues with the pillows and the bed. It was an amazing time with the playground, the indoor pool, the hot tub was great. Breakfast was amazing!! Many varieties to choose from as well as an omelet and waffle bar. This was the best choice to go for my daughters Sweet 16th birthday her party was in our room and it was an amazing weekend. OMG!! The staff was amazing, very helpful, very clean facility, I loved the Police on property made me felt even safer!! Thank you MCM for an amazing weekend

We played miniture golf then ping pong for free! I wished i was younger than 10 so i could have climbed the rock wall and played in the indoor play area. My husband loved the sauna and hot tub. The indoor and outdoor pools were good too. This is an amazing place for a vacation, not just overnight stay. It has a great hot breakfast buffer too! It is an older building, but clean and well mantained. It has larger, very comfortable rooms.

Everything stood out!!! It was very clean, staff were very friendly and the best part PET FRIENDLY!!! The free breakfast was delicious and the buffet was AMAZING!! I couldn’t believe all the variety of food they had. They also made fresh omelettes, right in front of you. This was my 2nd stay and I recommend recommended 100%!

I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody who's in the area. If you are a couple like us you will enjoy the delicious breakfast with made to order omelets that is included in the price of staying at the hotel, the fact that the hotel is well maintain that the rooms are clean and well maintained and that the jacuzzi is hot and there's an indoor outdoor pool and on site restaurant. If you have children, you will really appreciate the fun though and the fact that there's even a lifeguard at the pool. This is a perfect set up if you are going to a conference at this conference center and your family needs something to do during the day. I have paid so much more money to stay at dumps that are not maintained and not clean. We will always stay here when we're in the area.

Breakfast buffet also has a big selection, which was also very nice for my granddaughter who is a very picky eater! But most of all I loved that the children can play on the Hotels playground, ping pong table, mini golf and swimming pool which were all inside ! All the kids had so much fun including my Granddaughter! I will always go back to this Hotel whenever I am in Odessa!

People were nice and the rooms, though older, were clean and well kept. Everything about the hotel was welcoming and inviting. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to stay here again. Breakfast was quite good with an excellent selection on the buffet.

Well maintained property with lots of gorgeous tile and art. Our private spa suite was large with a large tile corner spa. The 2 free drinks at the restaurant was appreciated after our long drive. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Odessa.

Front staff was wonderful; breakfast was good, but staff was not keeping up in making sure food was restocked. Pool was great, ping pong was good as well as the play area.

We did not enjoy our stay. We were in the room after the pool closed and some man hit our door and I had to get my firearm. When my mother in law said get the gun the guy said oh sh!t they have a gun and left and then my mother in law called 911 and the man came back kicked the door and then left again. By the time the cops got there they were able to find the man that I saw hit the door when I peaked out the window. But since he had a room on the THIRD floor while we were on the FIRST floor there wasn’t anything they could do about it. They also said that the man didn’t seem intoxicated so he wasn’t confused he wanted to intimidate 3 women and we had an 8 month old with us too. We left the hotel around 2:30 because we no longer felt safe and wasn’t sure what that man was capable of doing after the cops left. I know there are cameras all over the hotel so they would be able to see the man banging on our door. I am very disappointed and will no longer stay at the fundome if my husband isn’t with me.

My niece has autism, Not once but twice a maintenance worker left the pool gate open. The first time we were about to catch her The second time she jumped in the pool the pool monitor caught her but let her go and she went to the middle of the pool and went under so I had to jump in. I know it was the maintenance man i saw him leave the pool area. They need to make sure the gate is closed. This could of ended very badly

Great place

Its an average hotel. It is overly priced. I was trying to work out a cheaper price,since we had been staying there for over 6 months because of my husband's job. The manager said that they couldn't because they had given us already a discount. But i do believe this hotel and management don't care of who stays and for how long, they just care about money!!!! Sadly because i did believe they actually cared about us and our family.

Business trip.

Everything was well maintained. It’s an older hotel, but kept up well. I did mention to the staff that the wifi in the outer rooms sucks. I was in room 142 and barely had signal. I had to go into the lobby to settle some emails and work stuff.

Its time for a renovation though - visible wear and tear. Our room was along the perimeter facing the parking - so its a bit noisy and other guests can be inconsiderate - including gathering outside our room from 10-11pm talking loudly and laughing. We asked them to move elsewhere twice but finally had to call security to clear them out. Not a relaxing place to stay, but mostly due to the other guests.

We had a great time the beds were comfy the room was cold and the only complaints we had were someone in a room next to ours was smoking and it was coming through the vents into our room and the jets on the hot tub weren’t working. The staff was friendly.

The room was clean n very nice Everyone at the front desk n house keeping were friendly n very helpful. There were two small cockroaches that decided to walk around the room during the night time but they are no longer living in room 112. A little bug spraying in the near future will do they job 👍

Fun for kids

I Had Cabernet which was good. The staff was ok not what I would call friendly. We on a business trip and stayed in the exterior rooms the girl at the desk kind of looked down on me.

Blood stains on comforter, two plastic pieces on tub floor bc below those plastic sheets, the tub sunk way down, no hot water, old walk unit set at 55° and tv on when I first arrived to the room- I found out the air stayed at that setting or nothing, and the TV wouldn’t turn on so it stayed on all night. The front sliding glass window could be opened by an inch and probably further if I was stronger- it was held shut by a very thin rod, so I propped the recliner up against it all night. The door was rusted and I had to push hard with my weight to open it. The room smelled mildewed. The commercials are very misleading. The carpet was new and the front desk staff were nice- the only positives.

Pool was good, although there was many unattended children at the jacuzzi area and also in the sauna room. On multiple occasions we witnessed alot of children out and about at 6:45a eat breakfast alone and it brakes my heart. Looked no more than 10/11 yrs old. Super mature though, On Sunday when the stitch performer for breakfast came to take pictures with children I saw an unattended child put his whole hand in the pot, looked like soup? I immediately let the older gentleman that was serving aware, although I didn’t see that he put it away or anything. Gross. Also, housekeeping lady’s kept smoking right in front of my non smoking room, it was really upsetting as I have asthma and not just that I also had my child with me. Other than that, room was good.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel restaurant was delicious with complimentary drinks and a free full breakfast buffet. The room was nice clean and the king bed was big enough for 4 people. I will definitely stay again.

This is a must stay with kiddos. The playground and pool is so easy to use and the kids have fun. The mini golf is fun as a family too

The buffet was ok for their dinner and breakfast was better than other places. Unfortunately parents not watching kids as they play make it impossible to play mini golf if you want to because the kids run everywhere. Even though they have a indoor and outdoor pool since they are connected if its raining the pool area is closed. Only reason i picked the indoor pool was I knew it was gonna rain that weekend and didnt want it to damper our sons time to swim. Since i didnt book with the hotel we didnt get the room i wanted had to get a different room when we got there because our son didnt have a spot to sleep and in turn we got 2 full size beds not the king and sofa bed suite room because they sold out by time we got there. Thats hotels.com fault they didnt get the right room.

We came here for our honeymoon 18 years ago today. Came back as a romantic getaway. The breakfast is top notch as always. The beds are very comfy and the rooms nice and cool. Our first time staying in an exterior king room, but it was still very pleasant and relaxing. Heard a little noisy outside at times but not bad. Endless supply of hot water to take a bath in, however I do recommend the room with a hot tub in it. We missed it this visit. But for the price and the level of service it is hard to beat!!! If you have kids that you travel with make sure you stay here! Indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, putt putt golf, and indoor playground for the kids and a nice lounge area for the adults to hang out and relax.

It was fun for my kids but our sheets and what not were dirty and there were bedbugs. They have no hypoallergenic zip mattress or pillow covers!

Wished we could’ve stayed longer. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Wanted to play on the miniature golf course dining room was excellent for dinner and breakfast. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful.

The room and the facility was very clean. Indoor pool and mini golf was cool. The breakfast was free 6-9am. The only thing that was a bummer about the breakfast is that the water dispenser in the cafe was missing. I had to go to the actual kitchen to get a cup of water from staff. Should be way easier to get water. Food was hot breakfast buffet style. Fruit selection not great.

It's an older building but the staff seems to work hard to keep it cleaned and maintained. My room's AC didn't seem to work properly for the duration of my stay; it would work well at times and not so much at others. My room was large enough for my family and pet.

Our kids loved it. Staff was great! Service was fast. Rooms were pretty good. Beds were comfortable & clean.

We stayed in room 147 a Parlor Suite. For the most part, the room was good. The pull out sofa's bed mattress is pretty worn out. Should also leave an extra blanket in the room somewhere. Other than that, the stay was very good.

Would be better if AC wasn't so noisy.

We has a quick stay here. Front desk personnels were very nice and accommodating, room smelled like mildew that needed to get air out. But, it looks cleaned, other than that we a nice stayed. Will stay here again in the future

Went to check in she only checked me into one room instead of two rooms then to get on the drink list took two different trips to do it and then got to my room and found unwrapped candy on the floor and nicotine from the previous guest and told that it’s not there issue it’s a different department then front desk so I would have to call Monday to speak to someone about it

The ceiling outside the bathroom had water damage and left flakes of drywall on the floor in front of the sink. All the staff was very nice and accommodating and the breakfasts were good! Oh. Also it gets noisy at night. Even after the pool closed there were kids running around and yelling even past 11pm and last night even until 1am. So, just be aware that could happen.

I think a family with children would really enjoy staying here, or it might be nice during the week when school is in session and it's not so crowded. All in all, even though we only stayed one night and weren't able to enjoy all the amenities, it was a nice, comfortable stay.

Our experience was wonderful! The room was clean and cozy, and every staff member we met was incredibly helpful. Brunch is well worth the extra cost, though the free breakfast isn’t bad at all. I also loved the noon checkout—it made leaving with kids so much less stressful. We’d definitely stay here again!

the property is very run down, everything very old and rusty, many dogs on the property, very itchy although they changed the sheets twice, they should have a part of the hotel for people who travel with their pets, you can't connect to Netflix or the phone, I have stayed several times but the last time it was the same and this is the last, the food is horrible, same menu as always, nothing variable, I have never tried the pool since on weekends people come in who are not staying and the Clorox is too much and it is not clean, a lot of marijuana smell, I really do not recommend it there are better offers.

The MCM Grande Hotel FunDome Odessa is awesome. The services were great and the staffs are very nice. Especially the Manager on Duty Zenaida, she was so nice to give extra help for our dog. Highly recommended!

This hotel is a total joke check into our room. We can clearly tell this hotel needs upgrades, paint, peeling bathrooms, completely outdated. Pubic hairs on the walls ceiling and walls.

There one house keeper that always gives me a hard time she was dating my husband and has caused issues between us when I stay up there I don't even like to go outside when she's there because she is always talking out loud where I can hear her or other guests can hear her she calls me the trash lady she works the second floor I can't but she's been there quite some time I don't recall her name and I am tired of being called big teeth and trash lady and she's the one who has started all of these rumors.

I love the concept of this hotel, I didn’t love the out dated a/c unit, the pool area needs maintenance, there’s some evidence of past pest problems. Other than that it was a reasonably priced and over all decent place.

The hotel needs to be updated. When I went to the bathroom it was NOT cleaned and hair was in the corner which totally grossed us out. I will not recommend this facility at all. I am ready to leave. I usually get great hotels on Expedia. This one was an extreme disappointment.

It was really good up until the end when the lady from house keeping literally complained about having to bring me a cart to my room, told me next time I needed to go get it myself, I’m like well if I could’ve then I gladly would’ve but I just couldn’t this time, all the other housekeepers were very nice except for that one

Once settled in ac wasnt functioning right, room was warm i didnt bother telling front desk because it was only suite that was available. We left to our function that evening ,when we came back later that night we turned on the lights and found roaches crawling over counters and bathroom sink. I had a very bad stay this weekend and will not be staying here in the future. Mcm fundome has gone downhill with the maintenance to the rude dining room staff and housekeeping attendents.

It rain the time i came and part of the upstairs walkway fell apart, the wind was heavy but still makes me think about buolding safety

Shower head was falling out the wall one of the toilet paper holders was falling off as well. Sofa bed looked broken. Was basically falling into the couch

Even though I had reservations about staying here when we pulled in. Inside was very different from the area it is in. It feels safe once your inside and it is so fun for kids and adults. Kids fav part was playground and the put put golf ⛳. Swimming was fun for them as well. Breakfast was good and the area was clean and the room was big enough for all 5 of us.

When booking it was not mentioned that the room is outside until check in. Upon checking in I was asked if I would like to have the room inside, but it is to pay extra $60+! Looking into my booking, I noticed that Expedia charged me taxes and the hotel charges me additional taxes? Whay?
