Clean room, quiet. Loved it, would stay again

Not much. There was a bad odor, smelled like marijuana in the hallway. Our toilet kept running, which no one should be placed in a room with this problem. We never received enough towels and had to call twice before someone brought more towels.

Booked a stay here because of the proximity to the airport and the fact that it states they have an airport shuttle. Well they do have an airport shuttle but it only runs from 4-5:30am on weekdays which was not advertised and I needed to shuttle at 11 AM. Also was abruptly waken up by the house keeping staff at 7am.. they were having a great time laughing and talking loudly right outside my room door.. Terrible stay, 1 ⭐️

If you’ve been with booking for a while, your stay may get upgraded for free. Was upgraded from Standard King to Executive King and there’s a difference. The room was clean and spacious. Even if you don’t get upgraded, pay the extra $20, it’s worth it. Restaurants within a 3 minute drive or about a 17 minute walk. Nice pool, jacuzzi and gym. Deepest part of the pool is 5 feet and it’s the middle area. If you prefer very hot showers, the showers don’t get as hot but that’s still a good thing in my opinion. Staff was very friendly!! I left my bracelet in my room post check out and the front desk receptionist helped me to retrieve it. This is a really great hotel for one night but also doable for a 3-5 night stay. Price is reasonable. I wish I took pics to be more helpful but I hope this review works Not sure why but the restaurant was closed. Might’ve been just the day that I came

Walls to thin u can hear everything people was loud all night long and having there kids stomp all night other then that hotel is very nice and clean would stay there again just on the top floor

I needed a ride to the airport and instead of using uber i used their shuttle service "GOAT". It was complimentary and really appreciated that. Hotel was excellent.

No free breakfast provided given that it is an IHG hotel and a Holiday Inn at that. No airport shuttle provided and very inconvenient to walk to from the airport. Heater smelled of mildew and there was hair on the bed linens. Otherwise, it was a good-sized room with a small bathroom.

Property is super clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable too and the A/C works really well. Fridge and microwave in the rooms as well. The little store down there was perfect for late night snacks. The breakfast was kind of a miss. Not much to offer besides eggs, bacon, potato’s and sausage. Looked bland

Really nice place to stay, nice restaurant (the chef knew what he was doing) and nice bar (the bartender knew what she was doing). The shuttle to ONT was a Lyft cab (no charge to me). The room was very nice but had only a limited number of electrical outlets.

Staff was great. Had a few issues during the stay with noise and plumbing. Could absolutely hear the person upstairs, walking around at 3:30am, shoes clicking around. I'll probably stay at a place with carpet in the rooms and not hardwood floors again. Toilet was loud when flushing and bathtub drained very slowly so I was in standing water when I was showering. Bar staff was also great.

Hotel was very good- but the only option for breakfast was a $20 breakfast buffet that was very basic to say the least... would have liked to have other options... and with no other breakfast places near the hotel - you were stuck with overpaying for the Buffett

The Night Front Desk Gentleman was Awesome. Hotel its self was clean, however during our stay house keeping did not come by once to make sure we had the accommodations we needed. The morning of our departure, my daughter made efforts to let the front desk know she would not be returning and that I would be leaving at check out. I requested a late check out and was told I had till 12pm. There was no one at the front desk at that time and due to the fact I was waiting on another reservation. I sat in my vehicle in the parking lot. Several days later, unaware my daughter was charged for another days stay…. UNEXCEPTIONABLE, especially since I was sitting in my car literally in the hotels parking lot awaiting another reservation.

The room was clean but the spa was broken and the room didn’t have an appropriate amount of towels, even though I had to pay for an additional adult-which dint make any sense. I had two queen beds (a room for four)…why on earth would anyone charge for an additional adult?!

I requested a quiet room multiple times (a month in advance, again before arrival, and at check-in) and was still placed in a room facing the freeway. The noise was constant, and the AC was broken and extremely loud. I was told we would be moved to a quieter room the next day, but that never happened. Melissa C. at the front desk said she would take care of it, but nothing was done. When I asked for a late checkout due to the poor experience, I was told it would cost $25, and my concerns were completely brushed off. When I told Melissa C. that I was unhappy with the stay and would not be leaving a good review, she showed no concern at all and clearly didn’t care. Overall, a frustrating experience that I wouldn’t repeat.

The room was spotless and clean! Parking was limited at night so if u want to be able to park your car check in as early as you can. There isnt many workers so be prepared to wait until morning to get any extra goodies for you room besides it was a great stay for a cheap price.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. I did enjoy the wide variety for breakfast in the morning as well. The staff was very polite and helpful when checking in.

The room was spacious and the location was close to the airport so it was convenient. But I noticed that there were some hairs from previous guests (plural) on the bathroom floors, which was a downer. And there was no food option within the walking distance around the hotel, so I ended up skipping dinner. There were some fast food chains within 20-30min walking distance (maybe less that 5min drive by car). I wished the hotel provided shuttle bus services.

Hot tub wasn’t very hot, lukewarm at best. Other than that a very nice hotel.

We had no room service for 2 days. Bed was the hardest I have ever slept in. No extra blankets. The sofa chair was very hard. Had 2 towels. When asked for more I was told that house keeping comes in at 8:00. Talked the person into to checking in the back and she came up with two. Breakfast was editable and we didn't get sick but the eggs were good, sausage had an of taste and the potatoes were cold.

We were going to extend for a third night, but we were not able to because the front desk receptionist was giving us a hard time. She said that we needed certain identification. I told her how did we get here for the first two days she said because it was prepaid makes no sense so the rules get altered identification because of a prepaid reservation immediately jumped on the fact of holding others accountable when they did nothing wrong told us a girl check this in when a guy did. This is all on tape. I suppose if you don’t know something don’t say it don’t lie to customers on that note I would like to acknowledge the excellent excellent customer service provided by Mr. Sohail, who she plans on holding accountable when she called him a girl no time for that in life

The room was ready upon our arrival. We were asked if we had a floor preference. Quick and friendly checkin. The room was exactly what we expected. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant. There was a homeless man in the parking area, felt immediately unsafe. Staff was not very hospitable. Room was noisy can hear the airplanes and can feel the building actually move back and forth. Plus many of the people upstairs woke up at 6am and made a lot of noise and woke up everyone including my baby. Then again at 6:30, this went on all morning long, too loud to sleep.

Very nice lobby, hallway carpets very clean, first impression of the room was... WOW! The room was very clean. Right away I am thinking of a five star review. The floor was not carpeted, but wood flooring! I love that. The chairs were not fabric! I usually put a towel down. Who knows what is on the fabric chairs! Naked butts or whatever. The bed is important to me. I get the hee bee gee bees with getting into a bed that has different occupants in it every night. Also worried about bed bugs. I slept well... until the person in the floor above started walking on their wood floor.

I booked the room because the ad on Expedia said airport transport was provided. When I called to arrange transport from the airport, I was told that they only provided transport from the hotel to the airport, not from the airport to the hotel. Also-the room has some kind of beeping noise-I can’t figure out where it’s coming from, perhaps an adjacent room. Anyway, not a great experience

I tried to look which off from AC what I felt cold inside asked housekeeper did help me got it and also TV channel needs fix something also asked housekeeper gave me that some more towels what I stayed there for 2 nights.. and outside parking was very good safe area..

Upon check in the staff did not give the breakfast vouchers that I paid for. They did not clean my room (I didn’t leave a sign out) the walls seemed that they were paper thin and I heard everything, from the people above walking and taking showers to the neighbor having an intimate moment to people opening and closing doors, to someone coughing there lungs out and someone blasting sports on their TV. I didn’t sleep all weekend. The positive was that the room was nice and the pressure for the shower was good, I was on the 3rd floor.

I wanted to check in at 2pm and just sleep for 2 hours. I wasn't informed that I could not check in until 4pm. I didn't even get into the room at all. And on top of that it was non-refundable. Letting me know check-in time wasn't until 4pm would've been very helpful.

It was decent just 2 things when I entered mines the curtains were ripped which wasn’t pleasing and the acc vent case shell thing came off

Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Clean, quiet room that was very well equipped with everything we needed.

To start of the receptionist said I can check in earlier than check-in time and when I got there me and my friends wanted a room in the same floor so she said we had to wait 30 min to an hour and we waited and when we came back, a new girl came on shift and she gave our rooms to another couple and we needed to get ready for our day and long road trip. So we just got rooms on different floors. Second, the neighbors kept banging on walls and making noise as if there was a heated argument next door. It’s a very nice and clean hotel but very poor in service .

Great stay for 3 day convention. Easy walk to convention center and safe walking back to hotel at 10 pm. Plenty of parking smooth quick check in with friendly staff. Clean spacious room with comfortable bed and pillows. Fridge and microwave for in room meals.

The property itself is fantastic. Clean and in great conditions with a safe surrounding area. The experience however was so bad. Upon check in, the receptionist was fantastic and even let us check in early without additional costs. After that, it went downhill. Room was HOT. AC never worked properly. Upon returning at 11PM, room was still hot since AC wouldn’t turn on often. Front desk had us troubleshooting as if we don’t know how to move a thermometer. At 1AM they had us move to another room with no help move luggage or even offer an apology or late check out for the inconvenience. New room had stained bed sheets. Check out is at 11AM and at 9:30 I called for extra towels. We didn’t get the towels till over an hour later. Front does hardly answers. Submitted my complaint to Expedia and thankfully they reimbursed me as the Expedia agent couldn’t even get a hold of the front desk since they don’t answer. Great facility, terrible management/service.

The bar and restaurant were nice and the restaurant selections were very well priced. Transfer to airport arranged by hotel and all went well.

What I did not like AT ALL, was that there was no way to call the front desk. No way. I ended up calling to call centers in other countries, and there was no way to reach the front desk. I had questions a few days before our trip and it was IMPOSSIBLE to reach the front desk. This is not acceptable and completely ridiculous. One of the options I picked did give a # to text. Which I did, and no one ever texted me back. I will never go back there. However, once we finally got there, the woman at the front desk was nice and the shower was very good. But the front desk not having a phone is just ridiculous.

Everything was fresh and clean - staff was polite and efficient. Room was excellent - clean and comfortable. The only complaint I had is, while I appreciate the staff arranging for a Lyft ride at 4am 100%, I did not appreciate receiving a text message at 12:30 am with the pertinent info......... I checked in at 4pm 8/26 - the info could easily have been sent much sooner than it was. Aside from the extra early wake up, my stay was perfect. I would definitely stay there again & recommend to friends and family.

Room on 2nd floor had a stench of Male B.O. the floor creeked badly ans so did the tile in the bathroom which was stained and several were broken. Our stay was planned for 2 people and we only had one washcloth available. The coffee station in the lobby when we arrived back from dinner was covered with cups and water bottles just left by other guests.

The customer service was great both at the front desk and restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice and clean. The restaurants food was mediocre. The wi-fi wasn’t consistent and had to log in each time trying to connect. Made is very challenging to work from the hotel. The lobby bathroom had terrible faucets that were hard to use or didn’t work at all. No airport transportation. Lyfts were only available till 9 am?! Being an “airport” hotel should have transportation to and from the airport. The friendly staff made up for all the other down falls with the hotels
