    I absolutely love this hotel. The staff is really nice and helpful. I needed a charger for my phone and they let me borrow one for the night. There breakfast is really good with a lot more options than most. Would definitely recommend.

    we had a great time there. i stayed with my family and we loved our stay. my son swam. we enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. we had the family room and it was comfortable and just what we needed. the staff was always friendly. thank you guys.

    Property wasn't as expected, drove up and it appeared the property was undergoing renovations. There was car parked in front of building that appears to have been there a long-time observed spider webs underneath. Went inside the lobby was decorated nice but smelled musty and molded. staff was polite, checked in went to room it smelled as bad as the lobby. Fire alarm went off twice at the beginning and again while i was sleep waking me up. Unable to control air either to cold or had to leave off. The smell was so bad could not stay another night as planned. The carpet and furniture old. checked out explained to the clerk that I could not stay another night and explained why. Will contact hotels.com and share with them my experience.

    I like the place this is my second time standard always give me a piece of mine quiet a lot of parking actually free parking. I took my service dog and we walked far and came back peaceful safe. They have security at night time so that makes me feel better people in the front desk are nice.

The eggs tasted like powdered eggs, the sausage was dry and appeared old, and the coffee tasted dark and stale — especially surprising considering it was only around 8:00 AM. The oatmeal was also very watery. Breakfast is an important part of a hotel stay, and this experience felt flat borrimg and low quality. Please take into consideration that real people are consuming this food. Freshness and care truly matter. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the quality moving forward.

    Hotel lobby was very nice and clean, all the staff was friendly. Out walk from the car to our room we notice the stairs to be filled with either old vomit and spilled liquid, it was old dried and needed some pressure wash and cleaned. Hotel room itself was clean, bed and pillow were decent. Jacuzzi bathtub took forever to fill since the hot water pressure was extremely low. I loved that there was a microwave and fridge. I wish there was an additional tv in our living room suite. Onto the breakfast, sausage tasted old, reheated over and over and dry. Hash brown was mushy and greasy, everything else just did not look appealing. Orange juice was 90% water and 10% juice not sure why the machine was even on and running….. ice machine was not working so I had to ask the front desk and they went to the kitchen to get ice. So the highlight was a nice bed and pillows and a jacuzzi bathtub in the king suite room I solid 2 star because of everything else

    Very efficient check in. Room was very clean and comfortable. Loved that there was an arm chair in the room in addition to the desk chair. Liked that the soaps/shampoos were in dispensers instead of having all those little bottles and bars of soap. Would have liked to have tea bags or hot chocolate packets in the room in addition to the coffee packets, as I don't drink coffee. Continental breakfast was an understatement. It had plenty of hot food and was constantly resupplied.

    We had to request ice . Ice makers not working and floor was dirty in room it also smell like bleach . Breakfast was put away before 10:00 and the following morning they had no pancakes or scrambled eggs . The rooms across us were shut down by City of Ontario for several reasons . They only clean rooms every other day unless you request a cleaning .

    I really tried to enjoy my stay here but after arriving and checked into my room to only realize they don’t have any smart tvs. The cable they have only has 1 movie channel available out of 37 channels & it stops working after channel 23 smh. I asked for a refund because I was only in the room for 30 mins. I asked for assistance with the cable and they told me I those are all the channels they had. They also said if I wanted to get a refund I would have to wait until the morning to speak with management after staying the full night. Btw the ice and vending machines were down all night . So my overall experience was terrible for the price I paid for the room with the jacuzzi tub. I really would have enjoyed the stay if I didn’t come across so many problems.

    I stayed here because of the last reviews and the convenience of location. We checked in to find out that the hotel was under major construction and we would be placed on the other part of the hotel that felt like a ghost town. The pool was nice but the vibes were under construction. The spa and the majority of the rooms were either boarded up or felt like we were at a deserted hotel. The room was nice but very old like we stepped back in time. I saw one or two hotel employees at most. No breakfast as described. Whoever they placed next door to us were very loud and inconsiderate. The laundry room is torn apart and no working ice machines because they were also in shambles. Do better for us paying guests

    The front desk staff were great friendly and helpful. The room smelt strongly of cigarettes it hit you when you opened the door. There were dents in the walls and doors, paint missing from the walls. An unknown white powder in the corners of the sitting area. The jacuzzi bath did not work. The door did not fit the frame, and the AC was so loud you could not hear the TV.

    Cuando hice la reservación por online ponen las fotos del hotel muy bien con alberca y sauna muy bonito y cuando llegué lo están remodelando pedí un cuarto y porque no puedo caminar y no tenían dolo en el segundo piso no había sauna abierto todo estaba no disponible el de hielo machine las lavadoras un olor muy feo del cuarto las alfombras muy sucias deben de decir que está en remodelación parece k me fui al barrio bajo fue terrible estar ahí con mi familia las sábanas parecían k eran las cortinas de la ventana muy bajísima y el breakfast terrible todos días lo mismo ni un homeless podría comer eso no lo recomiendo par nada nada nada nada que digan la verdad cuando está uno reservando please una estancia a las una estancia muy mala very very poor

    This hotel is rundown. Its a clean hotel, but things like the ice machine's not working or the elevator sounding like its gunna break everytime you get on keeps you the edge. The hotel sign itself tells you that its been around for a while, its sun-faded. Other than that our stay was fine.

    I have been coming in this location for over four years. I was always treated right and the staff is superb. Not only does I get a good night sleep, I can recall one time when I left a security bag in a room with valuables worth over $5000 and it was returned to me the same day. Thanks to the staff and the workers that work there. Keep up the good work and I will see you again soon. Customer forever..

    The room was great and close to the attractions. It was only a 5 minute drive to Angels Stadium. Down the street from Disney and various eateries and shops. Julie, the concierge, was very helpful and friends. Great customer service. I would definitely stay here again.

    People are friendly was close to the airport. Those are the things that I did like. I don’t like the fact that they charge you for a deposit and one person said that it would take 3 to 4 days to get your money back but in the morning, somebody else said 5 to 10 business days so now I gotta call the hotel to figure out when I’m gonna get my money back. That’s what I didn’t like.

    This hotel is quiet and average for what you’re partying for. The rooms are clean with amenities like the fridge, coffee maker, and soap/conditioner/shampoo. The staff is really helpful. We had the hot water go out in the building we were in and they responded to it immediately. I never had any issues staying here.

    Still, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. Paint chipping in the room but otherwise ok. Breakfast more or less inedible. Lobby was nice and clean. Service was fine. Won’t stay here again until rehab is done, but served our needs as we were just in town for the night.

    It has been many years since we stayed at this hotel. We weren't to happy with the last 2 visits and stopped going. I was unsure about booking but I'm glad I did. The service at the front desk was great. Check it out out process was friendly, fast and easy. Our room was nice, clean and smelled clean. I chose to get a room with a jetted tub and they had a lavender and chamomile bath salt that was so amazing and relaxing. There was a bit noise and thought I wasn't going to get any sleep but I heard the front desk shut it down. I slept well and looking forward to visiting again. Hopefully next time I will get up to try the breakfast.

    I have stayed here plenty of times before and it is typically clean, quiet, and accommodating. However, the last two times I have stayed, I noticed that the tv's and the cable service were not the same. The premium channels (HBO) were not working. The remote was very user friendly. It was just different from my previous stays and doesn't feel like an upgrade. Not a big deal if you don't anticipate staying in your room very much, but I like to relax and watch TV when winding down from the day. Other than that, this place is a great stay.

    This was my first time and I cant even say my first time because I never stayed but it is my first interaction. Due to unforeseen issues i couldn't make the check-in time. I asked to change it to the next day and they refused. I bought insurance too. They stated i missed a window time and nothing else they could do. Then after i hung up, they send me an email to ask how my stay was. What stay?! I just told you the error in mistake was that the wrong day was chosen. The hotel took my money and did absolutely nothing to make it better but hey "thanks, we'll take your money still" $160 and would you like to book a room here today for the correct day?" Then, the hotel responds that i should have requested a change 24 hrs in advance and says hotels.com has a no refund policy. I called hotel.com and they said they would try to get the hotel to change the day. Hotels.com stated the hotel has a strict policy and wouldn't refund or work with changing the date. If you take the money, do something, as a business, to make it right. I've already told my family which is potentially thousands of lost $$ money.

    Got the king suite with in room hot tub. The tub worked fine it was the one good thing about the stay. Every part of the room had areas with peeling paint, chipped, cracked tiles, swollen base boards from water damage, rust at the bottom of the bathrooms metal door frame, toilet was the smallest ive ever used and rocked back and forth. Ice machine was broken with a sign saying temporary out of order , but you could tell sign had been there for a year.

    Checking in to the property at the front desk was smooth. The guy at the front desk was really friendly. Walking to the room we’ve noticed there’s a lot of construction going on on the outside and rooms were boarded up. But to leave all the plywood near the stairways is unsafe and seeing piles of wood everywhere is unwelcoming. The room was fairly clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms could really use an update, specially with the painting on the walls throughout the bathroom and room.

    For the price I paid, this room was awful. Dirty curtains and carpet. Room smelled musty and like cigarettes. Also the furniture was very outdated and wall edges were peeled away showing dirty walls. Pics shown on site definitely DO NOT match the rooms. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

    The prosperity was good and the gentleman at the desk was very helpful. The rooms can have a bit of work, just some dings in the walls and doors, but they were pretty clean. They do need better towels, but overall great and inexpensive.

    Hotel D'Lins is honestly underrated, the staff is great and very helpful. The area is quiet and I love that they keep the rooms and surrounding outdoor areas clean. I felt more like I was staying at home, room was very clean and best of all it was smoke free. I will definitely come back and stay here in my next visit.

    Excelent service i had issues with the tv but it was a my error on not knowing how to use it, also on the 2nd day the ac went out the maintenance person came out and i asked if we could switch rooms and he said yes, and he brought everything to make the move easier, and switch me close to my room and it was a much nicer and bigger room i would definitely use this hotel again

    The hotel it self was comfortable, but sadly, because there were a limited number of guests the breakfast offered in the morning was very very very limited. We had the hotel to ourselves basically but overall it was nice price could have been a bit less to get more guest in to stay We enjoyed the Pool !!

    The hotel is under construction so there are a lot of boarded up areas and the landscaping and overall look around the outside is just kind of sad/depressing. The room was clean though, bed and sheets were comfy/clean. The shower only has one linen curtain not like an inner plastic one so the floor got very wet. The towels were absolutely worn they were like dry, rough paper. The second day they replaced with somewhat nicer towels which made me wonder why the hell didn’t you use these in the first place? There were also still a good number of rooms available but both nights we stayed they put someone right next to us and they were super loud. Which ya I get if the hotel is full nothing you can do about that but maybe when your hotel is empty you can give us at least one room between one another??? And the inside where the pool is looks nice there are pretty lights theyve strung at night which then made me wonder if these rooms are available why are you putting us on the side of the freeway where there is construction going on and it’s super loud throughout the day and night? It just makes no sense if you only have 5 guests why not treat them well so they’ll want to come back? I would stay here again if they seemed like they thought about these things but nope would not come back for the price. Also I cannot understand why places don’t serve decent coffee 😭. Oh and what happened to providing lotion? I didn’t bring lotion because i just intended to use the little sample but no

    The pool was very nice and clean the girls had it to themselves for the few days we were there which was a bonus! All The staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful the first time i didn't encounter any rudeness. We will for sure be coming back here and will be recommending it to family and friends!!

    There were a few people smoking weed close to my door in the outdoor area. I left to a party at 5pm and they were smoking outside. I returned at 10pm and while they were not sitting outside I could still smell it, probably blowing the smoke out the window. Obviously Staff was not doing their rounds through property.

    This was by far the worst hotel and experience I have ever had and I travel a lot. The pictures are deceiving. The hotel smelled like cigarettes, there was pee on the bed, the door was broken, the mirror was crooked on the wall, no door on the closet. The TV wasn’t working either. We then had to move rooms. That room was worse and I was treated horrible. I was provided 2 floor towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths when I arrived. Then I called for towels and was told that I had to go get them myself. I was given the same towels. The jets in the tub were broken, they never came and cleaned and took the garbage. The worst place I have ever stayed in my life. The ice machine was broken, coffee machine broken. Oh and the breakfast was not breakfast it was packaged muffins. Don’t stay here. Lastly when we moved rooms they told me I had 30 mins to move rooms so I lost some of my belongings. A few minutes later they showed up at the door with it.

    Property had some really nice areas. The lobby and dining area very beautiful. The room wasn't so great. The air conditioner leaked water from the ceiling onto the counter top and microwave. Not enough sheets on the bed. Small bugs in bathroom and on counter top. A lot of storage items just piled up on outside of pool gate. Pool looked nice and clean just a lot of junk around it.

    Property was under construction so a lot of debris every where. Water in shower was not getting warm or hot, called the office and they took us to another room that didn’t get warm or hot water and then they finally took us to a 3rd room that worked. Place is not as nice as it is in the pictures. Will not be returning.

    Good room size with additional wash sink outside bathroom. However, we were disappointed with the breakfast options. I think it would be great if you could offer eggs and fruits in the future.

    I stay just about every week for work in the area. The only thing that would make my stay better is if the jacuzzi worked. They are always friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and plenty of parking

    We stay here almost every time we go to CA and every room we've stayed in has been comfortable, spacious, with working AC. I rated what I did due to obvious, cheap repairs/upgrades, the staff is kind of weird, and their breakfast doesn't really breakfast. The ice machine and either pool or hot tub is out of service just about every time. Overall though, the rooms are clean, beds are nice, and has amenities.

    I should have realized the place wasn’t too fancy with the big list of possible charges for missing items (including light bulbs!!). The breakfast wasn’t worth eating. The price was kind of decent.
