SureStay Hotel by Best Western Ontario Airport

I utilized your room for plus 12 Days. I booked with 3rd Party Expedia. Company pays for rent could stay at higher cost places. Your people were great individuals working and handling the property daily. 5 Starts for people. On check out day did not see my points on Billing. Desk said its because you used 3rd party. Best Western policy so My next 15 day stay starts Monday down the street with you competitor, similar rates, good people I get my points. I am the customer you want. You only service my room once every 5-7 days, trade my towels at desk as needed. Don't even utilize the Breakfast Service in AM daily. Very good but I try to watch my diet and coffee intake. Booked my next 15 days starting Monday could have easily been here. I will book 180 Days within 2 miles of here over this year alone. LaQuinta, Comfort Inn and others. You need to look at your opportunities and customers. Even adjust your Loyalty program because it cost you here. I booked with Expedia just helping my own company control costs. Jim O

Property is in a commercial park, kind of towards the back. Very close to Ontario Airport so super convenient for early flights. Front desk guy was exceptionally friendly, I wish I had gotten his name. This is a combination hotel/motel, area seemed safe but just be aware that some room doors are on the outside if you are traveling alone. It seemed like an older property so don't expect any frills but for the price it was worth it.

Nothing Someone had a key to my room and tried to come in while we were sleeping. I slammed the door before they they got all the way in. Sketchy! Sketchy! Sketchy!

Everything was wonderful. My only complaint was to check the air-conditioning unit. It was very l loud and had to put it all the way down to get cold. Other then That everything was perfect.

Parking was easy and secure. Breakfast consisted of hot oatmeal, juice, muffins bread to toast. It was okay but we opted to go outside of the hotel for a fuller, hotter breakfast.

Need to improve in the continental breakfast . There was almost nothing to eat and the lady in charge was rude. So if you are a family with kids who is considering this property because of the continental breakfast, go else where. Other than that everything else was ok.

Staff was rude when I checked In , I asked the person at the front desk if this is where I check in she said yes and I said ok may I check in please her response was you can check in when I’m done with this and proceeded to fold 3 towels in front of me and once she piled them up then she attended to me and didn’t even give info on breakfast or WiFi horrible first impression but the guy at check out greeted me with a smile and was nice . Room was clean and spacious however there were small dust bunnies on the lamps and dirt stains in the curtains that was gross .

Best Western hotels usually have good breakfasts, but breakfast at this SureStay by Best Western was pretty awful. The hotel's location was in a quiet area of high-rise office buildings near the airport, with no nearby restaurants or shopping. My room was clean and comfortable, and staff members wiere helpful and friendly. I probably would not stay there again.

The bathroom was not really clean u can see Stan’s in to toilet bowl that it hasn’t been washed for some time and no room service came to clean the room

Stayed in this property on multiple occasions and in different rooms and it seems like all bathroom doors are stuck and very hard to open or close

Everything was truly great until Letecia. She was rude, had no compassion for our son and then actually hung up on both my husband and myaelf. She should be fired.

Everyone was nice. Door to the bathroom was too heavy to open and close. No protein (bacon, eggs or sausage) Breakfast was all carbs toast, English muffins, muffins, yogurt, cereal, and oatmeal(we were told the protein was the oatmeal) While oatmeal has protein, it wasn’t the protein we needed.

Parking was easy and secure, nice staff and super knowledgeable. Clean and my choice room. Breakfast so so.

Ant crawling on the desk everywhere. Piss on the sheets. Dust on the lamps, and air conditioning vent! Tub dirty from people dirty feet! Oh yeah let’s not forget the damn door doesn’t like to open. You have to use your card like a thousand times. And my bathroom didn’t have a handle so yeah……. I got stuck multiple times lucky my boyfriend was there. Moral of the story don’t stay here I want my money back for real.

I travel to the Ontario area regularly and the SureStay has been a good choice. It's not fancy and is showing a little wear in the communal spaces. But the rooms are spacious, comfortable and the location ideal for visiting throughout the west end of the Inland Empire/east end of L.A. County. Access to freeways, the airport, commuter rail, shopping and dining is a real plus.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location great for the airport. Beds and pillows were good. Couple restaurants nearby. Plenty of free parking. Simple free breakfast.

It was quiet,the staff was amazing. The front desk employees were more than helpful and soooo sweet. It’s my new place when I’m in town.

The rooms are nice and clean. There's plently of parking. Staff is friendly but this time one lady was very rude and gave us attitude because we requested late checked out when we checked in. She rudely said we can't do that. Whoever she was I hope she sees this because that's not how you treat a paying customer. The guy we always see when we check in is the nicest guy ever! I love hearing his stories he tells us. He knows how to show great customer service.

Front desk clerk very professional and helpful. Old place with renovations. Clean, non smelling rooms. Dim lit entryways, felt a little non safe. But all encounters were positive ones. Location a bit set back from main traffic areas in industrial complex. Very convenient to all nearby.

The only ice machine for 3 stories was broken. When asked about it they said yeah it’s on the fritz. No help with obtaining any.

The front office and maintenance staff were very responsive. The cleaning staff had an attitude when we requested a stain in the bathroom be removed. We had to request her multiple times before she finally helped us, and she was complaining to someone on the phone about us in Spanish.

What needs work: rooms were not very clean and wall paper was pealing from different places, the carpet was decently cleaned and the TV only had cable, wish it was a smart TV to jump into streaming apps.

Overall, my experience was good. I had the pleasure of checking in with Darrell. He was friendly and helpful as for the rooms they are a little outdated, but overall comfortable also, the breakfast choices are very poorly.

I mistakenly booked the room I’m not in LA i need to choose for different dates but i forget to put the different date and it’s just 10-15only i message you call you but you guys didn’t cancel the booking this is too much if i didn’t call you guys earlier when i book that’s my mistake but i call within 10min but still you said i cannot do anything on this then what’s the point to using this site

Found a few bugs through the stay. Including roaches. Things were falling apart in the bathroom. In all it just lacked cleanliness. Comfy beds and great service though.

SureStay is located with a stone's throw of I-10 very noisy location. I had to change rooms after 1 night I could not sleep and A/C every time in cut in, vibrated the wall. Breakfast is average, staff Lupa & Cheryl were very helpful!

Male staff working Friday afternoon was very courteous and friendly. Rooms were basic similar to a motel. No issues with the stay but breakfast offering was a joke. They’re better off not offering anything. They had a container with oatmeal that was micro managed, cereal and that was it.

Terrible experience

Have stayed here numerous times and always pleased with room comfort, courteous service and reasonable price. Only real issue this time was the room's heater/AC unit, which was too noisy to leave on overnight.

Front door to hotel was broken. I was disappointed that they didn't clean the room between nights, but the location was great and the price was right.

Room was a bit dated. The elevator was sketchy. The light where you get coffee in the lobby and the ice machine in the lobby didnt work. To get ice you had to go up to the 3rd floor. Breakfast was meh. Overall, it was an okay experience. The guy that checked me in (wish I got his name...he was tall and slender) was fantastic!

Great for a quick night

My wife got locked out of the room after dropping off at the airport. She went back to the room and her key card didn't work. She went down stairs to the 24 hour man front desk and no one was there. She called me while i was at the airport waiting for my plane to leave. And i told here to call the number there the phone just rang. So she waiting a few minutes at the inside hotels clerk window after wsit a few she went to the car to wait. She was in the car for 2 hrs before someone picked up the phone at the front desk. This is unacceptable for a place that says they have twenty four hour front desk service. I truly feel that I should be confiscate i'll return my money

We immediately went to the front desk, asked for a refund, and moved to a different hotel. The lack of upkeep and cleanliness was completely unacceptable, and no guest should have to deal with conditions like this. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

Always a pleasure staying here. Customer service is the best. We have stayed here for at least 6 times when we travel to Ontario for my son’s soccer team tournaments. And we always end up staying here again because of the great experience we have. And we also bring others from the team to stay.

What can I say, the reviews are very deceiving on this property! This was a complete disaster, the breakfast is terrible we had to go to ihop every day for breakfast. The rooms are super old, sheets are stained and rug smells so bad. We had to change the first room because one there were dirty socks sitting by the bed and two it was facing the highway so you heard traffic all night long. The second room wasn’t as mound but cleanliness is an issue plus the place is really run down literally nothing works. The cards have to constantly be re activated as they quickly demagnetize no matter how careful you are with them. No cleaning or room service in all the 4 nights we were there. No garbage cans anywhere on the 3rd floor, I don’t know where they expect you to put garbage?? Honestly this was a complete flop

Breakfast does not have many options. Only option is bread, butter and cheese along with cereal. No eggs, no waffle machines etc.

Bathroom was very subpar. The shower was makeshift with plaster still around the rim. Water pressure was bad and the toilet leaked

Check in was very easy, had a slight issue with key card ( they are super sensitive and deactivated very easily). Room was standard, clean and served its purpose. Only downside was the ice machine was broken so no ice available on the property.

The hotel's prime location is its greatest advantage, situated conveniently near the airport, event area, and restaurants.

Room was dirty and we needed to request towel. So disappointed that we checked out early.

Worst hotel I have stayed in my whole life. Lowest star from customer service, professional demeanor of front staff, cleanliness, all broken , elevator so old and dirty, card had to be reissued 3x as can’t use to go to 3rd floor. Breakfast terrible just oatmeal and bread. No stocks since we stayed Monday to Sunday. Trash towels toiletries only provided once we stayed 3 nights. Just overall a really bad experience no ice maker for 3 days in a 100 degrees weather. Just bottom line the worst hotel ever

The gentlemen that checked us in was so super nice and friendly. The room itself was OK. The bathroom was dirty. There was leftover hair in the shower and sink floors look like they were not cleaned. The bed was pretty comfortable and clean.

Stayed for two nights. It was comfortable for a budget hotel and located in a quiet area. Big shout-out to the front desk great service that really made the stay more enjoyable. However, the room cleaning service seemed unmotivated, which was a downside. Overall, I’m giving it three stars: a good stay, but there’s still room for improvement.

This hotel was super close to the airport. Very quiet area. I don’t know the hotel only cleans the rooms every three days not everyday. The breakfast was fine no to much hot food options. Pool is nice you take your dirty towels to the front desk and they will replace them it’s nice.

Bed comfortable but hotel is tired looking

This property is not updated. The hot water never got hot. The bathtub was buckled. The fridge had mold in it. The bedspread was filthy. Half of the bed was so broke down that it was impossible to sleep on. We arrived at 7 pm after driving all day and the office was closed with a note that said out to lunch back at 8. All we wanted to do was rest. Hotels.com reviews are very misleading on this property.

The area was close by a big mall, costco, and other restaurant places. Nearby airport. But our stay wasnt 100% comfortable. One of the bed needed to be changed already. Sometimes i see homeless walked by the rooms (1st floor). The toilet for some reason kept making noises and we couldnt sleep comfortably because of it.

Clean and surprisingly quiet even though it’s next to the freeway. I really like that they communicate by text during your stay to assist you.

Location wise it seemed nice but was not enjoyable at all , walls extremely thin , heard things that cannot be described .

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them! The location of the hotel was very close to the airport (about a 4-5 minute drive) and convenient, although it was a bit loud due to the proximity to the highway. There was plenty of parking. A few downsides - the room itself was quite old and although it was clean, there were definitely some old stains in the bathroom/shower/carpet, and the mattress felt like it was a bit past its lifespan. Overall convenient and affordable though.

Room was dark with old furnishing. no Iron or blow dryer. Dark blue carpets in room to hid the dirtyness. Window curtains were shabbly and frayed. Bed mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable.. Never again

The bed was comfy, room was clean, and wifi was included. I didn’t know the breakfast was only continental, so there’s no eggs or bacon like I thought but that’s ok. The oatmeal was great with coconut. And your kitchen gal is wonderful. We had a great conversation. Check in was great, the guy that checked me in was soooooo nice. He was probably the most polite and respectful service person I’ve ever encountered and I stay all over the country at hotels.

In the morning breakfast was very very ordinary. No egg only few old muffens, oat, juices and 2 type of cereals. I took bagels with cream cheese. Again coffee was cold. Not many guests are there.

It's a really good place to stay at an affordable price. The place is a little outdated but it doesn't really matter. We stayed here for Beyond Wonderland and the place was perfect for sleeping and showering. Overall it was a really good experience, also they have a pool and free breakfast!

Our first day there, there was a weird smell when you first walk in. There was no hot water when we tried to shower the first day. Just luke warm water. They also don’t provide any soap for hand washing. The walls are very thin. We had a ground floor room and we could hear the footsteps of the guest above us, our neighbors next to us, and whatever noises were outside. The bed was not as comfortable and the pillows were very flat. The lobby is nice when you walk in, but the rooms are very outdated. The only great thing that came out of it was a working refrigerator and microwave.

The Elevator broke down and the breakfast was very very simple. The room was very clean and quiet.

This hotel is trying, but it's struggling. Seems like a hotel flip, and its old life is still showing including some interesting guests. Rooms were okay, but my family didn't feel super safe here.

A return visit to this property, but this time with my brother as part of a family occasion. The two rooms were, as requested, adjacent. Unfortunately they were not on the ground floor as requested. This caused logistical issues/inconvenience. But otherwise the stay was pleasant and the accommodations comfortable.

The guy at the front desk when we checked in was friendly and courteous. The room we got was nothing special. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. We thought the room was clean until we got a better look. There was a pair of socks rolled up on the side of the bed, not ours. The pillows had red stains. Looked like lipstick and who knows what else. So, obviously the room wasn't properly cleaned before renting it out. They have a "continental" breakfast. Not great, that's all I'll say about that. For these reasons, I would not recommend staying at this hotel, there are others nearby that you could try.

Everything seems satisfactory except in the bathroom. The ceiling had many leak areas from above peeling drywall appears to be mildew.

It’s a basic hotel at a decent price. Clean and comfortable EXCEPT it is like literally sleeping ON the highway. So so loud all night long from traffic. If you don’t have earplugs, you’re not getting any sleep. If you do, you might be ok? It was still loud with my earplugs in.

My daughter and I are regular attendees at this location. I am highly aware of the 11am checkout time. It’s 11:06 and I am just about to head out the door to bring my key to the lobby when I get a call from the front desk. The lady who spoke to me was very rude. Her tone on the phone was very unprofessional and I come to this location very often and will not tolerate any disrespect. I will take my money elsewhere.

The room was so outdated. The bed.. don’t waste you might be more comfortable in your car. The heater did not work, the bed sheets were thin and not warm. I was very disappointed and assumed that location would be much more nicer inside!
