Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel right at home. Our room was extremely comfortable. The bed, linens and pillows were so comfortable, and, although our room was immediately off the elevator area, it was very quiet and we never heard any other guests. We chose the Aloft because of its close proximity to the Dr. Phillips Center, but we found the location to be very conveniently located to other local restaurants and shopping.

The hotel was in perfect walking distance to the Inter&Co Stadium.

I recently stayed at the Aloft Orlando Downtown while visiting Orlando for a concert at the Kia Center, and overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a modern and convenient place to stay in the city.

Our room was very clean and we slept well. We would absolutely stay here again!

Upon arrival, we noticed some hair on the bed linens, but the staff responded quickly and replaced them right away. Aside from that, the room was clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning could have worked a bit better, but it wasn’t a major issue during our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and appreciated the excellent customer service. We would definitely stay here again.

Book the suite its worth it! Only 2 blocks from action, this hotel is in such a nice location. The staff is great and our suite was lovely. The bar is a nice vibe and theres fun games including billiards.

We had a lovely evening with a dinner at the bar, shot some pool and met some nice people. Such a pleasant time. Thought we were going to have to stay in room and watch tv (boring). Turned out to be a wonderful get away for us.

i was on the fence but this visit made Aloft my preferred location of choice when i travel. Everything was perfect from the moment i checked in until i checked. Could not ask for a better stay.

We always stay here when going to an event at the Dr. Phillips Center. The staff is wonderful, especially Angel! Sit by the pool, then have a drink and a burger at the bar. Walk back and have a nightcap before heading up to a very comfortable hotel room. Highly recommended!

We were very happy with our stay. We booked the corner room and so happy we did because the size of the room was perfect for 2 adults/2 teenagers. All of the staff was very helpful and the property was clean and well maintained.

The best thing about this place is where it is located. Walking distance to the kia center. Not a place to just relax. Very noisy.

I was very impressed with the King Corner Suite and the lobby/bar area is set up really nice, love the pool table and all the hanging artwork! Will definitely be coming back on my next mini vacation, would highly recommend!!!

The breakfast that was offered for the voucher that I paid for was not the best. The accommodations were great and so was the staff! I wouldn’t waste my money on breakfast.

This was a great hotel to stay in downtown. We really enjoyed it. It had a lot of amenities and the staff was very nice. Short walk to the Kia center and restaurants downtown. We went to Gittos pizza and it was delicious. Overall, it was a great time. Thank you for everything.

It is very clean, beds pillows comfortable nice towels, shampoo in shower with conditioner and body soap. The only thing that was missing was a restaurant. You can eat at the bar but space is so limited.

The room was fairly clean, although I did notice some significant staining on the mattress, which was a bit concerning. The staff wasn’t overly friendly, but they weren’t rude either — just neutral. The amenities were decent, and I really enjoyed the entertainment options. They also offered breakfast, snacks, coffee, and had a bar on-site, which was a nice touch. Parking was convenient because valet was available, but without valet, it might be a bit inconvenient for some guests. I wouldn’t consider this a very family-friendly hotel, and I personally wouldn’t stay here with children. However, for couples looking for a weekend or two- to three-night stay, it works well. I wouldn’t recommend it for a lengthy stay, but for something short and simple, it does the job.

The man who checked us in at the front desk was next level friendly and accommodating. Room was just as expected.

Customer service was incredible—every staff member I encountered was friendly, kind, and genuinely courteous. It’s rare to feel so welcomed, and they made the experience memorable in the best way. The property itself is stunning, and the rooms are both comfortable and highly functional, with thoughtful design that makes relaxing easy. Without question, this was the best hotel stay I’ve had in a decade. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The room should not have been a guest room. It was carved out of a meeting room that was never intended for guests. Street noise and ventilation were problems.

The staff were great. The rooms were extremely clean and very modern. Although I didn't get the king suite I booked for I was accommodated and I appreciate that a lot. I will go back anytime im in downtown Orlando!

We stayed at the aloft hotel for 2 nights starting Christmas Eve. From the moment of entering the property, we experienced 5-star service with a smile. Every single interaction with every employee, from the front desk, to the bartender, to the manager, made us feel special and valued. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfy, and quiet. The location was perfect for us in downtown Orlando, and we never needed to drive after parking. The crème de la crème was being able to interact with the rescue puppy by the front desk. What an amazing location, where the hotel cares about humans and pets alike. Will absolutely be a return guest!

Great room and location. We attended a concert at the Dr. Phillips Center and were able to walk to the concert and not have to drive and look for parking.

The bathroom was not cleaned, and we found a used bandage on the sofa. After informing the front desk, we were moved to a larger room as an apology for the inconvenience. However, the second room’s bathroom was also uncleaned. Within five minutes of being in the room, a staff member knocked once and then used his key to enter without permission, which made me feel extremely unsafe. The front desk claimed it was to ensure we were satisfied with the room, something that could have been done over the phone.

Everything was good but we were very upset with an event we went to Orlando for due to the co start deluge, it ruined our night so we left early morning. Hotel was good and our pet was a smash hit though. Housekeeping forgot to fill up shampoo bottle for the bathroom.

Room and lobby were nice. Street noise was a bit frustrating. Pillows were not good. Check-in desk would have charged me again for the room if I had not shown my Expedia confirmation. Frustrating

Very big corner room. Comfortable bed. Very clean room. Hot water takes a while to heat up but it's still ok. The towel shelf and closet hangers are too high for short people. Closet is too small and only has 4 hangers. Not enough hooks for hanging the towels.

We loved our stay at Aloft Downtown Orlando. We were there one night to see a show at the Dr. Philip’s Center and the hotel was right across the street! The staff was amazing. They were all very friendly and even upgraded our room to a suite when we arrived at no extra cost just so we could have more room. Would not stay anywhere else the next time we are in town.

This property was modern and upbeat. It was pet friendly that had extra amenities for the fur babies. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very spacious and clean. I would MOST DEFINITELY stay here again. The only downfall is the parking, it is vallet only.

The room smells like cats pee, the pillows are as big as a sofa pillow and smelled like bed head, not enough towels toilet paper amenities as they call them, Only human experience was with Natalya who was professional and nice.

My main complaint was no parking and basically having to use valet all the time, then having to pay for it. If you don’t have parking space don’t charge for valet parking.

The patio area out front is also a very pretty area, plenty of sofas and conversation areas, large flower pots dotted around. Pretty and spacious. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. We were in town for a show at the Dr Phillips Theater, this hotel is directly across the street from the Theater. It is a walkable area for restaurants, bars, etc. It is also right off the ramp from the interstate so very easy access. We did not hear any traffic noise through the night at all.

Room wasn’t the most clean, room service took forever (even when not ordering anything hot) - one time they didn’t even bring it - and there was a water leak in my room so water started leaking from the ceiling!

The room was fine but we requested a king and were given a queen. That was disappointing.

This is our go to hotel whenever we come into town for music or theater events! Fabulous rooms with climate controlled ac, swivel tv, plenty of room to spread out! My only negative would be the hassle it has become to get your car out of valet and lack of staff (bartenders) at the Pink event. Never got to try the appetizers as they never came by us at the bar. Other than that we will definitely return!

The hotel is in a great downtown Orlando location. The lobby was spacious and included a bar. The room was configured such that we had a view of the city from the bed. The bed was comfortable.

The staff found out it was our anniversary and gave us free drinks. The hotel and room was clean and modern. Will definitely return.

Booked a stay in this property due to its close proximity to an event happening at Dr Phillips, was able to check in earlier, and room/bed was comfortable.

The driveway to the entrance of the hotel can be a bit tricky. I had to circle a couple of times because it looks like you're driving into an alley. The hotel has valet parking which was quite nice. The attendants park and get your car. The hotel uses an app that lets the parking attendants know when you are on your way down to the lobby. That way they can have your car ready for you. The parking attendants bring your luggage into the hotel, which I did not expect, and it was quite welcomed. In the lobby, they were playing Ateez which was fitting since the first concert was that evening. They also offered a complementary jalapeño margarita upon check-in. I booked the corner room, and it looked just like the picture. Very spacious and great views! It was... WOW! I travel a lot and one of the options that is important for me is to have a breakfast option in a hotel. What's listed on the Hotels.com website is a little misleading. It says, "Self-serve for a fee". Maybe I misinterpreted it, but I was expecting a hot meal, and it was actually breakfast of prepackaged muffins and breakfast sandwiches from the mini market. That was disappointing, but there was a breakfast cafe a few minutes walking distance and we went there instead. Despite the breakfast thing, I would stay here again. It's a great hotel.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the amenities exceeded our expectations, and the hotel is lovely! This was our second stay and we look forward to our next visit when we are in downtown Orlando.

Loved it but wish there were streaming services.

Check in was easy and they were very nice. The room was ok. No couch just a single chair and then a table with two not comfortable chairs. No way to cuddle or sit together which was odd. The the AC and bed were great. The shower got water all over the floor - like 4 towels to clean it up. Valet was easy and quick. It’s a cute hotel but it’s not up to par on everything. 6/10

The hotel itself has a vibrant, modern vibe, with stunning artwork from local artists displayed throughout the property (and available for purchase—a fantastic touch that supports the community). The on-site bar and restaurant made it easy to relax and enjoy great food and drinks without even leaving the hotel. I stayed here for business, but I’ll definitely be returning for recreation. The combination of style, comfort, and exceptional service makes Aloft my new go-to place in Downtown Orlando. Truly a great experience from start to finish!

It was a great place to stay and easy to get around Orlando. Staff was very friendly and enjoyed having the valet parking. Rooms were clean with a great view on the eight floor. What I didn’t like was the microwave was in the front lobby not in the room.

The hotel itself is gorgeous When you walk up the steps at the front I could tell the vibe was goin to be good here. I just wish I would have paid attention to get a dip in the pool!!! A summer shower came out of no where and they had umbrellas available at the front desk. The cleaning personnel did their thing and maintained every area of the hotel I went to it was CLEAN and it smelled absolutely amazing If ur in downtown Orlando and want a nice place to stay don’t search anywhere else! With no turn lane. Staff was friendly. Bathroom has a very heavy sliding door to separate shower/toilet from sink.

Loved it. Room was spacious. The front desk was able to help when there was an issue with my reservation. Only thing I didn't love was how the lights worked in the room. A master switch by the door controlled a lot of them. There was also some stains on the carpets in the hallway. Everything else was great.

The location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. We especially loved the pool. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully done. Pd: Bring your own toothpaste.

The man working the bar was the sweetest and so was the security working that night he was great love love my time the front desk staff was also very welcoming and so nice 10/10 I’ll definitely come stay again !

The best part of our stay was actually at the bar where Joshua took great care of us. He’s a keeper!

Parking is a hassle & the rooms facing the highway are extremely loud, but the hotel is in a great location (for our needs). The downstairs area is like a cool bar, and they upgraded me to a huge suite.

The shower was not properly cleaned—there was hair left behind, possibly from a dog or a previous guest. The water pressure was also very low, making it hard to shower comfortably. I was given a $20 voucher for the inconvenience. On a positive note, the room itself was a good size.

Fist time staying at Aloft and was very impressed. Everyone from the valets to the front desk staff, bar staff and housekeeping were excellent and very accommodating to my needs. The location was great and I actually walked to the show I was in town for. Very modern decor and great drinks at the bar. Worth the money.
